After a long walk I looked forward to lunch here, but I was underwhelmed by the tuna melt flatbread, the table was grubby and chairs heavily stained. Beer was good but I don't think I would go back.

The food here is delicious! Top quality and decently priced, too. It won't break your bank. The chef is a great cook!. Service is phenomenal too. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is great too! Very clean and has plenty of seating.

Called in with my partner for sunday lunch the meal was first class succulent pork and beef vegetables cooked to perfection lovely yorkshire puddings and tasty gravy served by friendly people in a relaxed atmosphere thank you for a enjoyable meal

Live pretty close to this pub and noticed the Sunday dinner. Was awesome. Big portion, tasted great, friendly bar service and awesome waiter. Will deffo be back.

I used to visit the WT before its recent closure,i was a visitor to my family in Morton Glebe. I was very much at home with the pub then as i could get a great breakfast with tea and later in the evening a nice beer and lots of customers making the place buzz. On its reopening i think i must have been the first customer ( barring a funeral party within ) at the time. I could not find a food menu so just had a drink, the place was empty . It looked like the funeral party had brought their own food. I left a little disappointed but not beaten. I shall return soon but i dont see Breakfast on the menu which is disappointing. Watch this space.

Not wanted bad vibes landlord not welcoming

This is my local and has only just reopened so currently under new management, custom steadily starting to grow, the new landlord has a great personality and very welcoming one of the friendliest and responsible people I have met in a long time. Spacious and clean environment, hopefully he will have the staff to open his kitchen again soon and then top marks from.

Love this place just a short walk

Two of our party had roast pork for lunch and both suffered from diarrhoea that evening.

The food is beautiful.. what I can have that is, unfortunately I am dairy and gluten intolerant and they don’t offer dairy and gluten free substitutes if they did it would be perfect.

Wish I'd taken photos (without family in them so I could post). I was expecting an average pub meal, however, after they catered for our group of 8, without a booking, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was way better than a more expensive eatery I'd visited only a week before. Every meal was fantastic and our group left feeling extremely satisfied. I had to pass my compliments to the kitchen it was that good. I highly recommend the desperado burger.

First time for me here, food is quality and can recommend the burger, probably the best burger I have ever had.

Just had the best Sunday Lunch, couldn't eat it all with 4 veg, roast & mash stuffing & Yorkshire pudding with gravy. Didn't have to wait long either. £11.99.

Visiting the area, stopped for a roast dinner. The furniture has seen better days, however the staff were attentive and the food was superb!

From ringing to see if they had a table and if dogs were welcome, the staff were friendly and caring, even the dog had a fresh bowl of water delivered to the table. The food was beautiful! Highly recommend!

Good for occasional Sunday Roasts. At £12 (£15 for lamb shank) it's not cheap enough to enjoy regularly. But good sized portions. All veg well prepped and cooked. And lashings of tasty gravy! Enjoyed roast beef and pork dinners. Chicken less so sadly. I was looking forward to the half chicken but meat not very tasty and disappointingly greasy - skin not crisped up. And my Yorkshire pud was burnt🙁. Vegetarian option very disappointing compared to meat offerings. A couple of Quorn sausages not very appetising for a Sunday dinner. And no way should cost the same as the roasts!

I visit the Water Tower pub every time I'm up in Sheffield visiting my daughter and Son in Law , I always have a fantastic time there, 2 weeks ago on my last visit, after a lovely morning walk around Graves park , I popped in for Sunday lunch , I must say , the service is excellent, and I always receive a warm and friendly welcome, feels like my local now! Food and drinks selection so good, I was made to feel very welcome indeed, thank you to all the lovely staff, look forward to seeing you all soon .

Had the Sunday roast with 4 friends today. Beef, chicken and lamb, all were spot on. Great portions, great value for money, friendly & helpful staff too. The venue was clean with a really nice, family atmosphere. I can't speak highly enough of the Water Tower. I'm looking forward to returning for a mixed grill very soon. Thank you to all the staff.

First time here, food was great and reasonably priced. Met a friend who's lived in Sheffield for years who didn't know the place but will now become a regular. Staff were really friendly and there is load of parking space and outdoor seating.

Went here during our visit to the Peak District. We all couldn’t fault this place, the food was fantastic and the service was great. Service was quick and food was very reasonably priced. Will be sure to visit again. 😊

Some of the staff are ok, but basically it's a rough establishment, with alot of badly dressed individuals, who seem drunk and talk and act ott.

VERY poor Establishment!!! It was nicer when it was called the new in. Now. Full of 20+ years young adults drinking and being violent after a few...Hence why there is a security guard on the door at the weekends!!!! Avoid with passion trust me.

Nice pub, food looks good, but as I was driving I asked for a pint of coke, it wasn't a pint and at £2.40 it doesn't give an incentive to be a designated driver!!!!!

On a recent visit the food was good but the glass collector looked dirty in appearance and the big lad behind the bar could smile a bit more he looked miserable
