Coffika in Sheffield

He estado aquí un par de veces durante el último año y el servicio ha sido increíble cada vez. El personal es muy amable. ¡La comida es deliciosa! Mi madre es intolerante al gluten y Coffika se ha convertido en uno de sus lugares favoritos para comer. Sin duda recomiendo este lugar!

Horrible... almorzamos/almorzamos aquí y pedimos la carne de res en masa agria y la croqueta en masa agria. La comida aunque tardó más de 30 minutos en llegar era fría e insípida, las finas patatas fritas volvieron a la cocina frías como piedra. Al costo de £ 35 para el almuerzo en Coffika nos sentimos estafados. Enviamos un e-mail al equipo pero sin respuesta... vergüenza otra cafetería que cerrará pronto.

They don't know how to make iced coffee and it's overpriced. The ice melted before my coffee arrived at the table. That cost me £3.30 and it wasn't even nice plus you have to order at the bar. The atmosphere was right because it was half term and uni students had gone. We could find an outside seat easily. The staff was friendly.

Lovely coffee. However, they forgot half of my food order and despite asking, it still hadn't appeared by the time we had finished eating.

Unnecessarily rude member of staff today at 12:15 - at the counter - not really good enough or in line with previous experiences - went next door that had great service and great food

Had a meet-up with a friend. Didn't eat anything here this time, just had a drink but the food going past me looked really appealing, and the atmosphere was lovely. Looking to go back soonest for a brunch.

I came here for brunch with a friend and the atmosphere was great! The staff behind the counter were lovely when taking our order and our food was promptly served! It was delicious and the presentation was beautiful!

Very good quality coffee. The ginger cake was good but not special (a bit dry and not as sticky as hoped). Very busy and noisy, but the staff did their best to accommodate a large group and were attentive. The table service was much better than standing waiting for coffee to be made. Didn't have hot food, but what I saw looked delicious. The outside area looked like it would be nice in the summer.

The service was painfully slow, a table was cleared for us to sit down but wasn't wiped. The prices are ridiculously expensive and the coffee was much smaller than expected as such a high price.

Coffee wasn't made with the love, presentation was mediocre Taste was poor Food was way way below acceptable for the price point. Soup says it has bread and butter but it came with margarine and when I asked for butter, he waiter said it was butter, well I'd just prefer honesty. They ask for a tip before you have sat down, a definite no no, do they think that we are in the USA! For all that, it was my choice to try it out, I have and I certainly won't be going back.

We loved coming to this place but the coffee is a bit hit and miss and so is the service, guy today eating and chatting away instead of serving customers was the last straw and we have found a new place.

Hands down the best breakfast I've ever had (tomorrows porridge us going to be sooooo boring) Prices are really good, especially when you see the potion size....I won't require lunch! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, what more could you want.

Después de compadecerse de la admitida - talentoso Barista (btw café agradable) sobre la escasez de rápido - ish opción de desayuno localmente. . . Me recomendaron pedir un baño que tomaría solo cinco minutos más o menos. Después de bifurcar más de diez centavos por un bacon de tocino y salchicha (¿cuánto! ) , me senté a disfrutar de mi Moca. Justo cuando lo terminé, mi sándwich salió de la cocina en un plato, afortunadamente interceptado por el personal antes de que llegara a mí y enviado de vuelta para ser encajonado. Abrir la caja era la definición de depresión matutina. Un rollo de pan completamente seco, roto por estar tan seco, sin salsa, sin mantequilla, sin nada. No hay tocino como se pide. Sólo una salchicha. Un buen serpentín de salchicha estilo "saucisse de Toulouse" que de alguna manera era masticable de ser demasiado cocido a pesar del poco tiempo para el servicio ... que acaba de añadir a la sequedad de todo el asunto. Demasiadas opciones locales para siquiera considerar regresar allí... especialmente a ese precio. Dada la calidad, sin embargo, recomendaría Tesco's, enfrente de un sándwich de desayuno de oferta de comida que no te dejará polvo ahogado en el camino al trabajo.

Giving this place 10/10, the coffee was delicious. I wish I could buy the coffee beans you use here or know where to buy them from as it's the best I've had. We did have a wait for our food, but having tasted the food...it was worth the wait. The toilets are clean and the staff are polite and attentive. We will definitely be back.

I used to go to Coffika in Meadowhall. The coffee was amazing there, but it seem to have changed the type, cause here it's a different taste. Still lovely, but not so creamy and tasty as it used to be there. The Menu is really good. They have a variety of selection of breakfast, brunch and lunch. I tried the Veggie Breakfast and it was really tasty and all fresh. The service was impeccable even though they were busy. Coffika is always a good choice. I love it!🤍🤍

Came for breakfast on a Sunday morning and despite it being busy, we still received great service! The Nutella pancakes were delicious and presented beautifully. My partner ordered the vegetarian breakfast and was very happy with the quality of his food too. Highly recommended!

Really cool place for a great brunch on Eccy Road!!

I thought it was a bit dear at first but the food is really special and high quality. Actually quite good value. The staff were amazing too.

Firstly, you must walk to the counter yourself and place your order, yet you're asked for a tip. What for? Why would I tip for having to get up and order my own food instead of an order being taken at the table, and without even tasting any of the food or getting a feeling of the service yet? It's already quite expensive here too, so that's just bizarre. I ordered the Coffika Hummus Bowl, and simply put, I think this needs a name change. There is far too many olives and feta cheese yet only around a teaspoon of hummus spread on the side of the bowl!? The menu also states there are tomatoes with the couscous in this dish, but there were none on mine. You get half a pita, cut in two. If this was an episode of Kitchen Nightmare's, Gordon would probably be asking where the other half of his pita (that he paid for) would be. That said, if there was a full pita, you would have nowhere near enough hummus to even eat it with. What a shame. I'm glad I didn't tip in the beginning.

The coffee was excellent and the eggs benedict was uniquely awesome!

Didn't have filter coffee available. Otherwise pleasant enough place. Visited again and ordered tea and cake and would also have liked sparkling water with a shot of lime. But no lime cordial so settled for a quarter of lime. The cakes were very good but the tea took some time to arrive. However, it was decent when it did.

Visited early on a Saturday morning with my partner. Service was very fast, food was amazing and great coffee too. Will definitely be returning.

I went with my friend and we both had an iced coffee. By far the best iced latte I’ve ever had. The cafe was cozy and the music was good. Every member of staff seemed really happy and were kind and friendly!

The food was amazing and the portions was more than enough. Definitely will go again

Ordered a full English breakfast this morning, have to say it's the best Full English breakfast I have had in a long time, the food was excellent, the staff friendly and the place is lovely :)

Even on a busy Easter bank holiday Friday- the staff were friendly, helpful and service was amazing. Food portions are so generous and the presentation and finishing touches are 👌🏻

Lovely people, great food and coffee, and a great atmosphere like it’s never empty but you can always find a table, I always bring people here if they’re new to Sheffield or live far from Eccy Road

A lovely little find that we stumbled across a few months ago. We were in here at the weekend and both had the Eggs Florentine off the breakfast menu. All food here is very well presented and full of flavour. They also do all the milk alternatives if you can’t have milk. The cafe is very clean and tables are cleared and cleaned down the minute anyone leaves. We will definitely be back to try out a different breakfast option, there are so many to choose from.

The crispy bacon pancakes were amazing. However, the chai latte tasted more like warm milk. service was good but they were playing random emo music that didn’t match the vibe.

Came here on New Years Day with very little open around it. Nice and busy hustle about the place but service was still fast and polite with plenty of takeaways being ordered as well - great business nouse to be open and prepared for a busy one. Had a couple of coffees and shared a bacon and sausage sandwich with the mrs. Top quality produce used and amazing taste. Will be coming back. Thank you.

I was taken to Coffika for brunch by a friend, I am so pleased I was! A lovely clean café with fantastic food (Croque Monsieur) and delicious hot coffee. The Staff were friendly and helpful - overall just what was required on a cold day. I couldn't have been happier.

Staff were really friendly, even when it was v. busy. Top tip is: order at the till. Help yourself to a glass of water. Only had coffee/cake here though.

Wonderful place with ample space for pushchair. Menu offers a choice of tasty food which will only mean you HAVE to go back to try what you didn't choose! Won't be dissapointed with this place. It's a welcomed break from the bustle of Ecclesall Road, allowing you to people watch if you want! Friendly, helpful staff who have the right valance of attentiveness I've found. Looking forward to my next visit already.

Stopped by the delightful cafe this Monday morning. I enjoyed a well-priced, refreshing smoothie while my boyfriend enjoyed a latte. Lovely, cozy atmosphere.

Lovely place to have coffee, lunch and a good catch up. Went with my boyfriend for some brunch and we both enjoyed it. Food was great and big portions for such an affordable price! Atmosphere was great, quiet and calm. 10/10

Decent place to eat although the salmon bagel I had didn’t taste of much. It’s not too expensive and the interior is nice.

Was here for a couple of business meetings. Despite it being busy the staff never made me feel rushed. They were clearly working hard. Really enjoyed the pancakes, good quality and a massive portion!

10/10 food is amazing and fresh. Highly highly recommend the smoothies. Staff are friendly. Perfect for brunch or meeting up with friends for a brew.

Nice pancakes and great coffee. Only issue is the whole place just looks like it could do with a really thorough clean. Tables, benches, floors, walls, bathrooms. It's just obviously got a lot of ware and tear and not quite been kept up with. Shame as otherwise a great place to go and eat.

This could be a really good coffee shop. It's shame that the waiting staff are not granted the time or the training to be attentive to hygiene on, under and around the table areas. There is also a stink of the toilets if you are seated in the - what could have been - a cute booth area. The toilet roll holders are falling off. The toilet doors are always wide open. There are so many better places to go on Eccy Road.

Nice food, i had a rhubarb and custard blonde. The smoothie was lovely too! A little pricey but nice to support an independent business in a lovely area as opposed to the litany of starbucks and costas that are more typical. A good place to meet a friend!

Sheffield has some great places to eat, but this one is high on the list. Food and drinks taste great, and it's very reasonably priced. Always get the best service, staff are helpful and friendly.

As I said to the Manager, I've been round Europe a bit this last month, and the coffee was the best I've had. Didn't sample food this time, but viewing other customer orders looked great. Can't wait to return

Service diabolical basically pot luck if someone takes your order in the end we went to the counter to order and still the order was wrong when it was eventually brought to the table. The food was taken to two wrong tables previously! I can only compare the whole experience to an episode of Fawlty Towers! Would I go back? Hell no
