10/10 food as always, House Special fried Rice is amazing 👌

Food was nice but I think there was a mistake with my Cantonese sauce, it tasted like sweet and sour sauce instead of actual Cantonese?

Good tasty food and good sized portions

The only disappointment in tbe whole meal was the happy happy rice. The rice was undercooked, dry and tasteless and very plain. And the meats on top were way overcooked and dry but everything else was really good. The dumplings and wonton soup were amazing.

Everything was really nice and I'd order again👍 Except the crispy beef which I could see had started really nice quality and CRISPY, then had been covered with tasteless water, like pot rinsings. It ruined a good portion of deep fried beef strips which were made soggy. I'm not saying the sauce was bland for my taste, I'm saying it was literally like one tenth sauce, nine tenths water.

Ordered when advising 50min delivery time. Got text as that time approached saying delay. I rang 15mins later and was told it was waiting for driver. Then app said it was delivered. Rang again and told on way. Turned up 10minutes later. Almost 2hrs after placing order. Could tell food had been sat. Luke warm and not as tasty as previous orders have been. Disappointed 😢

meal took nearly 2 hours to arrive after original quoted time of 45-59 minutes. Ordered Curry Sauce but received Sweet and Sour Sauce. Wasn't going to even attempt to ask for it to be delivered after such an unacceptable delay

Ordered from Lotus through Uber Eats and had a pleasant experience. Delivery arrived quicker than expected and the driver was friendly and polite, and rang the doorbell as requested. The food was still hot and prawn crackers were spot on. Ordered Singapore vermicelli and the wife gave it her nod of approval. I ordered boiled rice and sweet and sour chicken, pretty simple to make, but noticeable when someone gets it wrong. The chicken was the right combination of sticky and tender - and there was plenty of chicken pieces. The sauce was tasty too. Boiled rice was fluffy and sticky, which is my preference. I've ordered from a few Chinese places in Warrington and this is one of the good ones.

app said at 21.03 enjoy your food but it didn't arrive until 21.20, estimated delivery was 20.35-20.55, which was updated from an earlier delivery time. food was Luke warm

fantastic food,my go to takeaway

My third order tonight - great food and always cooked within 10minutes, even on a Saturday night (I always collect it). I’m vegan and not every Chinese takeaway caters well or has tofu, but the tofu & vegetable chow mein I get from Lotus is delicious and it’s a great portion size too. The lady at the counter is really welcoming too. I’ll be back again soon!

Food was great and restaurant accommodated a request without question. Was allowed to opt for a time and it came about 20-30 minutes later so would suggest to allow extra time

For some reason paid by card but did not go through despite having the money in the account. Food was average at best considering last time it was lovely i was very disappointed this time.

Foot was hot but that’s as good as it gets. BBQ sauce was tasteless and su mai were the worse I’ve tasted. Very poor, won’t be using again 👎

Salt and pepper chips were far too salty! I didn’t realise you already did them proper salted or wouldn’t have asked for more, overall nice. But chips were too overwhelming.

Ordered from here a few times now and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their spring rolls are some of the nicest I’ve had and their Salt and Pepper chips have the perfect amount of seasoning. Every time I’ve ordered they’ve been early or on time. Really recommend!

Absolutely terrible would not order again from there. Salt and pepper box, full of chips hardly no chicken in it or anything. Sausage was re cooked or re heated as you could smash a window with it, absolutely horrified

Really nice hot and sour soup and really nice char sui fried rice. wings had too much sauce so put them in the air fryer for 10 mins out of the sauce and they was great 👍
