For some reason paid by card but did not go through despite having the money in the account. Food was average at best considering last time it was lovely i was very disappointed this time.

Foot was hot but that’s as good as it gets. BBQ sauce was tasteless and su mai were the worse I’ve tasted. Very poor, won’t be using again 👎

salt n pepper chips was nice, salt n pepper chicken was nice and crispy however very salty . curry sauce was delicious. Delivery was very fast. food arrived nice and hot. Small portions but enough

Salt and pepper chips were far too salty! I didn’t realise you already did them proper salted or wouldn’t have asked for more, overall nice. But chips were too overwhelming.

Ordered from here a few times now and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their spring rolls are some of the nicest I’ve had and their Salt and Pepper chips have the perfect amount of seasoning. Every time I’ve ordered they’ve been early or on time. Really recommend!

Absolutely terrible would not order again from there. Salt and pepper box, full of chips hardly no chicken in it or anything. Sausage was re cooked or re heated as you could smash a window with it, absolutely horrified

Really nice hot and sour soup and really nice char sui fried rice. wings had too much sauce so put them in the air fryer for 10 mins out of the sauce and they was great 👍

Our go to Chinese, always lovely food! I ordered ribs for the first time tonight- sauce was nice but I personally wasn’t a fan (there was nothing wrong with them, just my taste), we had a big order and we enjoyed every thing else.

Waiting nearly 2hrs and only got sent out when chased up? To add the food was dry and lacking any quality. I ordered special fried rice and honestly it was dry egg fried rice with only chicken and some prawns in it. Not the special fried rice I normally get from other places. I will not be ordering from here again as it was not good in any way.

Our food was absolutely delicious, very authentic. Tastes reminded me of my grandmas cooking who was Chinese. If congee is ever put on the menu I’ll definitely try it! Food was piping hot and a little late, worth the wait though and we did order a lot. Definitely ordering again. Maybe other English options as there wasn’t much choice for the fussy eaters. And more seafood :-)

absolutely spot on food was nice full of flavour free bottle of pepsi and spring rolls only bad point the chicken and sweetcorn soup was missing the sweetcorn slightly wasn't enough of it so lacked flavour other than that was perfect will order again

The chicken is slimy and doesn’t look like any chicken I’ve seen before - it is inedible. A waste of a takeaway as we had to leave the chicken - a meal of boiled rice and noodles - great 🤬 To the owners- use real chicken not whatever this is.

hi so i only got access to internet 5 minute ago only just got home from afghanistan come on. the breakfast wrap was yum yum and i loved the special treatment i got from the lovely lady behind the bar, but she very dirty minded im coming back on thursday 14th december

The Lotus is a relatively new takeaway in Latchford. And maybe they have teething problems. We ordered online and were advised a 45 minute delivery. It took an hour and a half. It was barely warm. There is quite a lot of competition locally and it needs to up its game to compete. I wish them well but will probably not order from here for a while, if at all.

The Worst Meal I've ever had from a Chinese, the "SALT & (pepper 🤷‍♂️) wings where obviously made by my ex wife as there was enough salt on them to pickle a hearing,the SALT and (pepper 🤷‍♂️) chicken strips where more chicken flavoured batter than Chicken, the chips well I'm sure if you planted them they would grow new spuds, the honey ribs! So dry they make the Sahara look moist, prawn toast never saw a prawn or any fish like creature, the only thing that possibly resembled anything worth eating was the polistireen containers the food came in! Avoid They also automatically add a service charge on! Who gives anyone a tip if the food is terrible! How people have said the food is good from here I don't understand! £45 down the drain!

We have ordered hot and sour veg soup which was lovely with various vegetables and selection of mushrooms in it - perfect balance of sour and spicy flavour. We also had satay chicken skewers which were generous in size - sometimes you get little flat strips - these were chunky and cooked well. Nice fine soft noodles and my son enjoyed his salt and pepper chicken. We will certainly order again. Didn't manage to get pics of all food that we ordered - we were hungry, it arrived earlier than expected on Saturday evening so very much appreciated! Will certainly order again.

Wouldn't allow a collections order 35 mins before closing time because the chef wanted to go home. Change your opening times then

Decent Chinese takeaway. About 1hr delivery wait time which is normal for a Saturday evening. Not much sauce in the Chow main but the sharing platter was nice. The chicken & sweetcorn soup was quite thick & only lukewarm. But we'll definitely use again & try other menu items.

Ordered off JustEat. Waited over 1hr30 from the original estimate delivery time, and received no delivery from the restaurant. JustEat and the restaurant refused to give me a refund, despite delivering no food. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You'd certainly be better off going hungry than ordering food from here

Ordered via just eat, delivery never arrived. Spoke with them, they said driver outside our home and dropped food on drive. No one came to our house. They asked if they could send replace the order. I explained no one had been to our house, they tried arguing saying that's what the driver said. Order cancelled and waiting 10 days for refund. Did somebody say "just eat"? Don't! the company is a RIP offGutted I had to give 1 star

My food was an hour and fifty mins late, as a result it was stone cold. Later I read some reviews on google and tripadvisor thinking I was just unlucky. Seems like most people have this experience, with some saying their food never arrivedvandvsome saying it was up to three hours late. They don't deserve custom.

I got a text to say it was on it's way and it arrived 40 minutes later. Looked like it had just been sat there and forgotten about. Hardly any meat on the ribs and cold. Won't be ordering again!

Food was far to salty an inedible. Rang the restaurant to ask them to collect an refund. I have order from here for years an never once complained. An the way the owner dealt with me was shocking. Was told I can't have a refund as I had tasted the food????? Sorry I do not have the ability to SEE my food was salty. Rang just eat an as I had paid cash there was nothing they could do. So wasted £30. My advice pay by card so when you receive your shocking food cooked byy the "new chef" you can get your money back. Or even better don't bother with this place!!!!

Pre ordered early this afternoon for my order to be delivered at around 6 pm it still hasnt arrived nearly 2 hours later spoke to two lovely young ladies that said they will speak to the driver and call me back which they never did it is safe to say I wlnt be ordering from here again

Trust all of the reviews on this place as they are all correct. You will wait hours and hours for food, If you order on just eat they will mark your order as complete so you can not cancel the order. I would avoid this place like the plague

DON'T BOTHER. Save your cash and order form somewhere else. An hour and a half late and freezing cold. Some missing too. free prawn crackers that you could count on two hands. Tried calling them, but just went to answer phone. I wouldn't mind but this place was recommended to me, but I should have read the reviews on here first. £31 for nothing.

Ordered Boxing Day night, granted they were busy which we accepted. Waited 1 1/2 hours for the food, had to ring them twice. Staff were pleasant enough. Food was lovely when it finally arrived but something needs putting into place to ensure the food is kept hot on busy nights like this, as nice as it was it was barely warm when it arrived ! Was told order would be 1 hour then was changed to 1 hour 30, 2hours 45 minutes later still no food phoned the restaurant and then phone was put down food eventually arrived cold and tasteless. Avoid like the plague.

Placed an order on boxing Day via just eat. Order should have arrived at 8:40. It is now 22:14 and it's still not arrived. Rang the shop twice to get absolutely no help and just to be told that it wasn't in the shop.

Was told 1 hour for food delivery after that another 30 mins still no sign, called numerous times and when eventually I got through the phone was put down on me, 2 hours 45 minutes later the food arrived freezing cold and completely tasteless, avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

So me and my parter fancies a nice chilled in with a Chinese. We ordered from here off just eat. Got told an order time of 8pm. It then got to 8:20pm and no sign of the food. I rang up the restaurant and I got told they were really busy and the food should be there soon and went to ask a question and the girl on the phone put the phone down. After waiting another 25 mins the food still wasn’t here so we rang up to cancel the order and asked for a refund cause we didn’t fancy having a stone cold Chinese after waiting 2 hours after ordering the food. The women on the phone was shouting back and fourth to her manager and all they said was we can’t do anything about it we’ll call the driver and cancel the food but you have to ring just eat. Not really any apologies for the inconvenience and I didn’t even manage to try the food from there but after reading the other reviews I’d rather not and would not be eating or ordering from here again. Disgusting! It’s only 8 minutes away from my partners house too, so no excuses.
