Lordleaze Hotel in South Somerset

We stayed with our annual group of friends on the 29th - 30th October. As always this place delivers great food, great service and a warm welcome. Brigitta is just brilliant, can't give her enough praise. I would employer her in a heartbeat. the staff below served our group dinner and we just excellent. Well done all and thank you for looking after us. We will see you all again same time in 2025. On Monday evening Catherine, Megan & Taylor served dinner. On Tuesday evening Alfie, Emma & Summer served dinner. These young servers were brilliant. Kind regards Paul Castle

Strange hotel this. Located at the end of a long road which might have been remote and stunning years ago before you had to drive through a huge housing estate to get to it. It is a quiet place and the beer garden isn't a bad place to hang out. Rooms are quite basic and a little sparse. This place has a good reputation for food and its well earned. The food was amazing along with the service. Even the humble hotel staple of a Burger was probably one of the best I've had. I wouldn't stay here again but I would eat here again without hesitation.

Great location lovely dog walks on site great views very friendly staff nothing was to much hassle very dog friendly had dinner in the bar area fantastic meal nice outdoor seating area large car park lots of choice of beers and ciders

Beautiful little country hotel, super easy to find on Google maps! The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and at meal times. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food was absolutely delicious! I was completely taken aback at how amazing the menu was at each meal time. The food has been so well put together show casing all culinary skills.

Had an afternoon tea. It was lovely. A nice selection of well filled sandwiches, 4 huge scones,cream and jam. Different little cakes and a large pot of tea. A lovely afternoon spent.
