Friendly, talkative locals. Even pointed us in the direction to buy a take away pizza and then ate it in the pub. Had a great debate about one local walking home or phoning a friend. Drinks are good prices, nice pub in a good location. Worth a visit. Good evening.

Nice friendly pub staff are very welcoming. Good for watching football and other sports nice and clean have live music sometimes which is good .and good for family functions aswell.

As always this place delivers great food, great service and a warm welcome. Brigitta is just brilliant, can't give her enough praise. I would employer her in a heartbeat. the staff below served our group dinner and we just excellent. Well done all and thank you for looking after us. We will see you all again same time in 2025. On Monday evening Catherine, Megan & Taylor served dinner. On Tuesday evening Alfie, Emma & Summer served dinner. These young servers were brilliant. Kind regards Paul Castle

23 High StreetIt is hard to believe this cafe is rated so highly. The food was mediocre and the server and his mother create a depressing atmosphere. Plates were thrown down, the server was really unfriendly in general. Go to The Chapel instead for real food and decent service.
