Great little coffee shop, the owner has a great attitude and has a love for coffee. Multiple espresso blends Avalon le in drinks, and also offers milk alternatives like oat milk.

Brilliant coffee and friendly staff. Good range of options and a good choice of snacks. Nothing to fault! Seating available inside but more suited to grabbing a coffee to take away.

Friendly, unpretentious, phat sounds while you wait - and of course, the best coffee around. How they only charge £2.30 for a medium flat white when other locals charge closer to £3 is both a mystery and a well-kept secret. Treat yourself to coffee here - you’ll be a convert in no time!

I come here regularly as a place to meet for business coffee is of an unusually high standards and always exceptional. Pleasantly unpretentious and easygoing.

Having just visited Wilton’s Music Hall, we were looking for a decent coffee shop for lunch and struck lucky finding Long Shot just a short walk into Leman Street. Friendly and welcoming with comfortable seating. Excellent choice of toasted sandwiches, and , most important of all, superb coffee.

Stumbled upon this, lovely coffee, fab (bit scruffy) interior, wish I could kill the whole day here! Recommended.

Currently sitting here on the window seat watching everyone walk past to work. Was looking for coffee and stop at Long Shot Coffee. There are couple of sandwich/coffee shops next door, but didn't want to smell of cooked breakfast, so chose here. Is it all posh, retro lighting or real cool uniforms on the staff, simply no. But, from the first sip of my freshly made coffee it's great, probably the best coffee I have had in a very long time. It's quirky, with it's used leather sofa's, 1970's or 80' movie posters on the wall or even the chance to play a board game (Buckaroo!, Mastermind, etc). To get past the shabby chic look, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Being from Seattle my expectations with coffee are sky high. This place did not disappoint. I will return

It should really be a 3 for quality, as the coffee for me is just OK, but I'm all in favour of small independent coffee places with their individuality, and after all in its price category (30% below that of proper 'gourmet' coffee) it is about the best you can get in the area. Nice touch to use organic (semiskimmed) milk as standard, with the possibility of choosing full or skimmed. If you want to stay in, the space, while definitely not elegant or designed, is extremely comfortable (music is played relatively loud though, so if you are there to work you need the ability to block it off).

I was in the London Tower area for business and stopped by for a flat white on the way to the client. Long Shot deserves all the kudos it receives. Although I certainly pay my share to Starbucks, I am always happy when I can find a great small independent place such as this, where coffee is more an art than an assembly line. While my favorite is in Florence, I would happily get coffee here on a daily basis, especially as the price was quite reasonable.

Like many people I love coffee. Black and strong is my preference. Long Shot's long black is just fantastic. I have not had coffee made as good as that in the City.
