This is a great find. The most delicious food with some great organic ingredients. I had the Hot scrambled eggs & Turkey bacon which was amazing & better than many other brunch/breakfasts I’ve had. Grounded’s expanded second site on Bow Road is just lovely! I’ve watched what was an abandoned bank building next to Bow Church DLR become a beautiful cafe, so welcome in the area. I regularly walk past the Whitechapel branch and it’s always got a massive queue outside because the food is good but the space is small - the larger site is perfect, things feel less frenetic and rushed, the decor is relaxing and the food is excellent. Great vegan options (I had the pancakes) - a perfect place to meet up with friends for a coffee.

They brought the order after 20 minutes, but the Salmon Fillet and potatoes, as well as the salad dressing, were excessively greasy. Additionally, the glass they brought me for water had a strong odor. After I complain they just apologize and I paid tge whole money!!!

A beautiful place, delicious food and friendly service. Portion size very good as we were absolutely stuffed and couldn’t finish everything on our plate. Finally after a years a decent coffee place in this area that also serves delicious food.

This restaurant is a 10mins walk from the hospital, well worth a visit. You can not book just queue but we were shortly seen too. The menu is divine, the food was delicious, lots of choice! I strongly recommend
