One and a half hour for cold kebab and burger. Sent back with the rude driver. If I could give less stars, I would.

Poor service waited over an 1hr 30mins for delivery. No contact or any complimentary dishes on arrival never again.

The pizza is delicious! Very nice. My delivery was around 15 mins late. And I ordered a strawberry cheesecake but when It came it was frozen solid and not edible.

They took more then 2hours to deliver the food when I called they were rude on the phone but once the food arrived it was cold and soggy not nice at all never going to order from here disgusting food

Order the Grilled chicken meal, I also ordered the cod meal. These combinations come with chips and salad. It all comes in one container, the chips were small and soggy they barely took up 1/4 container. The cow's batter was INEDIBLE as it was burnt due to it being refried it was AWFUL I have never tastes such a worst piece of fish in my life no exaggeration necessary. The grilled chicken was cold and a mishmash of gristle and bone, the salad was a weird texture and luke warm. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM LONDON PIZZA AGAIN. would have given zero stars if app allowed. I feel robbed

Delivered coke instead of diet coke for both drink ordered, also delivered coleslaw instead of beans!! Food was ok!

Nice to have local takeaway places with offer quality pizzas and kebabs under 1 roof. Polite drivers. Lush food!

food tasted great, delivery came quick and it was late at night on a Sunday very impressed. I was a bit gutted I wasn't able to chose a donner meat and chips for a meal but what I got was fine.

Delivery driver was Rude. . He didn't ring buzzer or call then moaned saying he was outside for ten minutes .. even though the top door of block doesn't close so he could of just walked in

Diabolically incompetent does not describe the service. Delivery well over an hour, and after the wait they even tried to deliver the wrong food. You would expect some kind of compensation but they tried to pull a fast one by sending 3x12" instead of 15"s. The delivery guy was ok, but the guys in the shop....lets say I would never order food through them again. Stay away - check other reviews.

Order did not arrive within timeframe specified, took over an hour. Also, the chips were hard and not fresh and the cheesecake was frozen, took over 2 hours to defrost. I would not use this company again, very unprofessional and food was of poor quality.

The food was greasy and oily and took 1.5 hours to deliver! Don't order from here if your hungry or want to enjoy it!!

Arrived quickly and was hot but food was disgusting! Chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting out all day and reheated. Threw everything away and had beans on toast! Never ordering from these again!!

Firstly, they got my order wrong. I requested BBQ sauce base and did not change. Secondly, did not change my chicken wings, again as requested. Delivery took ages and food was cold! It could not get any worse, that was until I rung the place to complain - pretty much told "tough luck" and they wont send replacement. So, won't be ordering from them again!

Pizza was too oily... Couldn't enjoy food because of that.

Meal ok, driver unablevto find flat and did not deliver to first floor. Sadly this has not been the only occasion with london.

Although it was said on the website about the waiting time. I still think that 45 minutes for a delivery is too long.

The pizza came considerably late; with the wrong drink. Nothing was done to compensate the situation, instead the delivery man wanted to justify why they sent the wrong drink to me. I spoke to London Pizza on the phone and the effort to please the customer just isn't there. The pizza was sloppyily made, I ate two slices and then realised inside the pizza box there was two pieces of dead dry grass. I will never order from here again. I would rather eat the pizza box than the pizza.
