The Angus steak was amazing and the presentation was so real and worthy. I liked the steak and gourmet burger. Don’t miss their grilled wings Service was 5 star one and they have good family area and better toilet service I recommend this place

It was an excellent experience to be London Ribeye stake house. The food was excellent. And the presentation of the food was very adorable. The chicken was well cooked and the fries were crispy and perfectly prepared. The mango milkshake was very tasty and perfect consistency. The restaurant was very clean and the food was servered in a minimum time. There is no need to wait for a long time. This is the first recommendations if you wanna try any steak and burgers.

The loaded box meal burger is one of the greatest burgers I’ve had in my life and the wings are one of a kind

They have a really great service and grat food specially the burgers. I really recommend it to everyone around the area. Really affordable and nice.

1. Staff lied and said they could handle a group booking of 12 which they clearly could not as two groups of 6 on the table next to us had ordered, eaten and gone home by the time we were able to get our starters. 2. They did not have the table ready for the time they booked us in and 12 of us had to all sit and stand around a table of 8 until this poor women was rushed to finish her food so her table could be used. 3. Even after she left, we had to assemble the tables ourselves and ask a couple times to have it cleaned. 4. I was asked to come to the front to make my order instead of being waited on which seemed fine at first until I realised it took 3 times as long to order because the manager was so rude and having 3 conversations at once and was not paying attention to what I was ordering which led him to make some wrong orders. When I tried to correct him, he asked me to fix it with a pen myself and walked off which I was extremely annoyed about. 5. The waiters were so absent that my uncle had to help by bringing us our drinks and serving us instead of sitting down and enjoying the meal. 6. After 1.5 hours we finally got our drinks which turned out to be EXPIRED BY A WHOLE YEAR! (By this point we were ready to walk out but the manager begged us to stay and said the food would be coming out in 5 mins.) 7. After 2.5 hours from when we came in we got our steaks some of which were cooked to medium rare despite specifying we wanted them all well done. The onions in the biriyani were not even cooked properly and the burgers were undercooked too. 8. And do not even set foot in the toilets as the sight literally almost made me gag. Summary: Service and staff were beyond terrible, food was cooked improperly and EXPIRED and the toilet was vile. Do not waste your time, money or energy here as you will leave frustrated and unsatisfied.

This is not fair for us the customer, i ordered from three location today the other two resturant came on time but ribeye are hungry lieing theves i watch three drivers come and i even tried to contact them and they hang the phone so i contacted the drivers ask them they said the order is not even ready that means that they are lieing to the system and pertending to make you guys belive that they are making the food ready on time. my father was ill today and he was looking foward to this food but he gave up and eat whatever was in the house how does a son feel that he couldny even forfill his fathers whish being ill how would you feel and what beat it when it came one of the burgers did not even have beef in it jusy bun and their was no steak chip such liers i am shock they got away with this please can you do somthing about this they took the piss delivering so my other food got even cold and when i got hold of them they tried to blame it on the driver when i know i had spoken to the driver please could you suspend them from using ur platform first that what i would like how can a dishonest company be on your platform and secondly i would like a refund for my food getting cold waiting for ribeye food and thirdly get a full refund of the dog food they sent me please thank you for taking time to read this truly appreciate it please respond to me i will be wiating patently thank you

Horrrible! I've never actually felt so bad at a restaurant. I didn't know they can make you feel so terrible. I didn't even want to give one star. Waited 1hr 45 minutes for expired drinks. Waited 2 hrs for undercooked food. The orders were messed up. My uncle (a guest in our party) quite literally waited on people for over one hour because everyone else was incompetent. If he hadn't we wouldn't have seen a glass of water. The actual waiters of the restaurant were nowhere to be seen and when they were, didn't understand what we wanted to order. They lied and said they could handle a 12 person booking. So? My answer- don't go to this restaurant if you value your sanity or your mental health.

I went today this stake house with my friend very sad that it’s totally unacceptable with that ,price the stake price is £19.95 even not any salad with that, the also very very tiny pics kingprwn The price was £6.95 not even close value of the money . Service was so poor even I don’t want to share . Anyway I undaunted it’s 50% off at last have to have some sort of standard that people will Come back not for just one time eater. This is the first time and it’s last time . Every time I used to pass this stake house there was no coustomer now I have realised why there is no coustomer . I understand if Restorent full of the coustomer then you won’t be able to cover but there was only one table coustomer and half food arrived other half later , I have asked to the waiter do you have staff sort he said no but I don’t understand this food late and all the service was very very poor . I never will go back there even they offer me free meal .

The guys who work here exhibit excellent customer service and the food was five star. Succulent meat and the mojito was lovely
