Good visit to this food outlet set up as a pub. We needed to have a small bite to eat before our long haul flight to Bangkok. We found they did small plates so had lamb kofta and tandoori chicken- lovely- found the staff were so friendly even though it was busy. 10 out of for their service and smiles. I know it’s Heathrow but it was a lovely experience and well worth a visit if you’re using Terminal 2. The rest of the menu looked good as well.

Food was average as quality, but expensive - £34 £ for an 8oz sirloin steak that came put in 28 minutes and cold. The green tea I ordered was tepid and had an odd soapy aftertaste. The staff was mostly busy chatting to one another in their native language, mostly complaining about people not tipping them enough 🙄 all in all... not recommending this place.

Great Selection of Ales at this relaxing pub in the middle of Heathrow Airport. The manger Carl provided efficient service along with the English humour. We will return.

Lovely meal here before our flight. We were served by Gunjeeta, who was so so friendly and made sure our food and drinks arrived promptly. Lovely visit.

Food ok-ish but nothing special. Staff lost and running all over the place. Challanging to get them interested, wont be back.

I would rate it zero or below if I could. Manages to combine being expensive with the prize for worst English breakfast my brother and I have ever eaten. Service in the restaurant was also very sub par. Clearly this company cares nothing for its poor customers.

So I went in with low expectations. They managed to go lower. Expensive beer, queues to get served and food that may mange to benchmark at the bottom of the curve. It’s in an airport so chewing your luggage tags might be a better option.

Very over priced and poor quality. Bad service and not even apologetic. Two sandwiches and two drinks ordered which they got wrong and waited a long time for it to be rectified. Never will return after using it often before Covid.

Would you believe £37.50 for two small sausage and bacon baps, two pints and a small side of chips? And one of the pints failed to come out twice and then the wrong bill presented. Never again! Be very very careful if you order anything not explicitly on the menu.

Extortionate price for a rather pitiful breakfast - disappointing. I will not be visiting again, if and when I can travel (this time it was to seefamily for the first time in 2 years).

El Dr. O'Driscolls ofrece buena comida de pub, una buena pinta a un precio razonable. Es especialmente bueno si te gusta ver fútbol en las pantallas del pub.

This was without doubt the worst most unorganised clown show of a dinner service I have ever experienced in my life! After the friendly waitress took our orders it went down hill from there. We waited an hour for one of our party of six’s meals to come out (bacon cheese burger) which was tepid and unappealing. Two more meals came out and were sent straight back as they were both completely wrong. In total it took around two hours for all six of us to get our food. The food itself is of a very poor quality especially for the price you are paying. Cold meat, cold limp fried eggs and a piece of battered fish that would not of looked out of place in a kids toy kitchen. The so called chef/ food warmer upper was so overwhelmed he looked like he would burst out crying at any moment. It wasn’t even a busy service and he seemed to be way way out of his depth! Ordering drinks at the bar was a challenge all in itself as the member of staff was so inept that she asked me “how do you make a shandy” my Sister had to talk her through the whole long complicated process of putting raspberry gin and lemonade in a glass! This place is a disaster and it is not a Beefeater anymore even though the interior is still covered in Beefeater artwork. A new chef or 3 are needed asap and a serious amount of staff training is the only this that will save this rapidly sinking ship.

The coffee was poor but more importantly over a half hour period there was no toilet paper . I mentioned to the staff but half hour later still no toilet paper . Lazy staff particularly the young woman with braces who has a chip on her shoulder and resents being asked to clean a table or get a receipt for the toilet code . The cakes are often stale but I think they have started getting fresh ones lately . Overall this Costa is particularly poor .
