London Pizza in Ealing

Was ordered pizza and garlic bread for my kids last weekend, I ordered at 7:30pm and they sent my food at 7:55pm. I wait till the time showing on just eat was 8:35pm but didn’t get my foods yet so I call to them and been told 5min will be here! Time past to 8:55pm it was abt 1:30min I was waiting till my kids starving and asleep. All my foods was cold like stone! How possible you sent out pizza at 7:55pm and let my foods being cold out there with your terrible driver around an hour?! Do you think your delivery bag is an oven can keep my foods hot ?! And never get refund by just eat! Wasting my money and time. Also I ordered hotdog crust and it was ham crust came in not hotdog(do not tell me that was hotdog! Check your leaflet it was totally different!) Had to threw all my foods into bin and let my kids continue starving to waiting me to order from other’s restaurant! What a ridiculous pizza shop! Everyone Please do not order from them anymore!

I’ve been waiting almost one and a half hours and my kids waited the pizza till they were asleep. When tho pizza finally arrived after one and half hour everything was cold, chewy bread and like a stone! Driver even didn’t any apologies for late delivery aswell. I have to microwave the pizza as my kids was starving. I’m so upset for this!

So I’ve been going to London pizza this is one of the best pizzas in Northolt I’ve had a great experience here the staff is very nice and helpful I was even allowed to eat my pizza and watch the euros I will never forget that they even have Monday and Tuesdays offer any large pizza for £10 only even the Xl some amazing deals I defo recommend this shop ! Free parking as well that’s good

Best Pizza in town. Pizza base is quite crunchy & soft in middle. Good amount of toppings for very competitive price. 110% recommend. Bombay veg for vegetarians is best. Must try hot once.

One of the worse place to recommend they always have bad service and everytime I order they get the order wrong and always seem to have an attitude on the phone when I call them about it and they blame you and say you have to come back to them very bad customer service I do not recommend

Has an offer of Any Pizza and Size Monday to Thursday for £9.99 displayed but charged me £15 for 18” Pizza claiming the offer had expired on 24 December when the sign was still on display and has no 18” Pizza’s listed for £15. Disgusting behaviour and laughing under his mouth as I was disputing the price and offer. The Pizza’s are also not the same with these new owners. Won’t be going again and won’t recommend to anyone.

FOUND This piece of latex gloves in our pizza..and the restaurant people did not even pick up our calls when tried to approach them...It was a really bad experience and also a a mahor health and safety risk that we could have encountered. Should take a legal actions against them and shut them down.

Large order for a school. First time ordering as well. Yes, very tasty pizza, everyone enjoyed it, one of the best pizzas we tried in London. Great service and on time. Thank you. Unfortunately, there was NO receipt!!! This was a big problem for us. Not happy with this. Difficult to order again. Shame, pizza was nice.

Very rude customer service, I’ve ordered 1 Pizza for my kids, and I asked them not to make it spicy. Came after 1 hour and it was very spicy. I called, and they just ignored me. Rude

I'm buying pizza from this place sometime and it is always very tasty. My favourite pizza is BBQ. The people who work there are friendly . I definitely will buy again. ☺️.

Over cooked and very rude costumer service

I am updating my review I left last year. I am afraid they have gone down the same route like many others. Over last few orders, pizza's are now overcooked, and dry, customer service very average. Hope the management notices and do something about it before its too late. (Last Year's review: To be honest for the first time in ages got to eat pizza this good. Its not overly greasey, base is really good, toppings are tasty. I do hope you guys maintain the quality I have tried lots others in the area and none of them even come close to you. Keep up the quality plz.)

These guys use to serve the best Pizza when they first opened. Nowadays when you order you will be lucky to get a pizza that is half edible. Dry, overcooked, horrible tasting chicken and general lack of attention to the food. You would think the person that made the pizza was being forced to make it. Management really need to re-evalutae what they are serving to their customers, if you think that is expectable? They are better off closing their shop and finding another trade. I will not give my money to these guys again.

Got the cheeseburger pizza, absolutely delicious Masha Allah. High quality ingredients justifying the price, great value. You get what you pay for!

There is an old man there and he is too rude does not hard to be able to be polite especially if you are the owner of a business the older man does not know how to speak to women I had gone in there to explain to him that he overcooks he didn’t explain to me show me some pictures as evidence I showed him because my order was over £45 he just told me that the best advice you can give me is not to order from here again I do not recommend this place the food is overcooked overpriced and very rude people

When they first opened their pizzas were TT, but unfortunaltley like many other places they got complacent resulting to lower quality pizza than before however, the food is fit for purpose and it's better than Dominos.

Always delivers in taste and on time - great team and customer service, delicious pizza. Never had a bad one from these guys

Always like to show my support to new pizza joints. I saw the early reviews and looked very promising! I have to say while there's nothing wrong with the pizza, there's nothing unique about it either. It tastes like every other knock off pizza place in the general area. It's like they all have the same recipe bread and sauces. Furthermore to my disappointment.. the pictures they're using on sites such as just eat etc.. are not a genuine representation of the pizza itself. I had a pepperoni pizza - in the pictures had lots of pepperoni nicely placed over the top of the pizza. What I recieved, was practically a cheese pizza with some pepperoni lost underneath. It looked nowhere near as good. Disappointed! But good luck to them.

Came here today for the first time, my daughter and me loved it. The staff was very very friendly and the pizza was delicious 😋 Recommend the place 1000% and we will definitely come back for more 👍🏼
