I enrolled in this as an international student i can say this is worst university. i enrolled in busness management and i have to go to university for 5 days in a week in other universities students only go for just 2 days University staff didn’t make time table properly i live far from this university because i got very sutable accommodation for me and i have to travel to university for just 1 hour lecture why staff did not make proper time tabe in which students can get more lectures and i discuss about this with school office but i didn’t got satisfactory response from them if any one wants to study abroad please select other universities.

I'm currently on my 3rd year of Human Nutrition and I can't thank enough London Met and Tutors for all their support. Very well organized course... The University has been there to support anytime I need.

University is good but it has some lack in some factors, like university website, I am tired of sending mail that I can't be able to login to on the university website I can't get access of my London met app, that's why I can access my attendance, I send mail to IT but no respond and I send mail to home office no respond I went to university and went to international service nothing happend, I am tied of doing this. I can't do anything but they are sending me mail that my attendance is not complete but I reply I can't get access to my attendance website they say okay then next day they send me another mail. I kindly request university to solve this problem.

As. I am a international student it’s my big dream to study in london met university. I heared about the university from my nearby and other than is my research. I like the way of study and professor’s seriousness on the behalf of their students. I have also applied for my master’s in london met.If, i have got that golden chance it’s very advantageous for me to upgrade my communication skills more. Much obliged.

As an International Student was looking for a PhD program, I attended the Postgraduate Live event organised in the Tower Complex building. It was my first time visiting this university but it was so great opportunity to meet people from different universities who presented their knowledge, experience, and skills to help students. That really helped me to understand what was needed and to learn more about how universities around the world work. Your organisation of such event was very inspiring and impressive. Thanks for your efforts! Note: later on I learned that some universities were not present real information regarding their programs. Once I visited them to find out more details about their programs, I checked with registration office, buildings, departments, and found that they were unavailable!

I had the opportunity to visit the campus during a recent open day. the staff are so friendly and helpful, as are the student ambassadors. I'm certainly interested in applying for a couple of different courses, the hard part is deciding which to apply for.

If I could give London Metropolitan University ZERO stars, I absolutely would. Their application process is beyond appalling – slow, disorganized, and utterly unprofessional. It’s as if they don’t care about the students they’re supposed to serve. The university has no business accepting applications if they clearly lack the capacity to handle them properly. I wasted weeks waiting for updates, only to be met with silence and vague responses. The incompetence and lack of accountability are shocking. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this university at all costs. Don’t waste your time or energy on an institution that treats its applicants with such disrespect. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Lecturers are miserable and unhelpful not worth the cost at all

While the lecturers were nice and helpful, and I enjoyed some modules my overall time at the uni wasn’t the best. The communication was poor a lot of the times. We were expected to meet submission deadlines, but when it came to receiving grades, there were delays. Now, despite completing everything on time, I’ve been told that I won’t be able to graduate until next year due to issues that were completely out of my control. The campus is also very hard to navigate and outdated.

In 1972, I was an immigrant in UK. I worked as a waiter but wanted to do a BSc or something (I didn´t know, exactly) These teachers were very kind to enlighten me about the British education and were I could fit. Following them, several years after I got the CEI Part II Exam, equivalent to a BSC. And, several years after I worked in Spain as an engineer and visited UK (Ferranti Edimburgh., GEC Av., etc.) on the EFA project, etc.

My child came here to do a semester abroad and we have been so disappointed in this university. American high schools have more rigorous academic structure. Such a disappointment. This is a very bad school and they know it and laugh as they are collecting their payments. It's an embarrassment to higher learning. Lecturers are mostly graduated students of this university so that speaks to the lack of qualifications (not all but most). They had bragged about their high level of education and that the foreign students would not be able to keep up but it was all lies. NEVER EVER attend this university wanting to further your academic standing. Maybe attend if it's a way to make residency in the UK. And don't attend this university through an American Exchange Program, you will be highly disappointed and it's a wasted financial mistake. UPDATE Nov 2024 Hello,I am the parent of a student that was in the fall 2023 study abroad program.  Her name is Izabelle Truax student # 23012860.  She had four seminars for the term.  At this time it took your university until September 2024 to provide a completed transcript from your school.  There is one course, MC4060 Practice of Marketing that does not have a grade on the transcript.  There is a grade in the WebLearn portal but it is not showing on the transcript.  My daughter spent eight months trying to get this transcript completed so that she can show it to her current university for registration and scholarship information.  This is causing problems for her that is unfair due to your university's failing.  This has cost us $5,000 from losing out on a very important scholarship.  This lack of expediency in finalizing the transcript from a term that ended January 2024 is ridiculous and frustrating.  Izabelle has reached out multiple times to Joanna, the study abroad coordinator, who has been wonderful working with her, but she still cannot get the finalized transcript.  Izabelle has also reached out to Stella Kikoyo multiple times and has not received any communication from Stella. I am beyond frustrated with your institution of mediocrity and cannot believe that you allow this type of behavior and performance to occur.  The lack of professionalism  demeans the title of "higher learning" at your school.  We need to get results immediately with no excuses.  Again, a high recommendation to Joanna the study abroad coordinator but the remaining staff at your university is showing a very poor performance.

Worst university in London Rubbish staff, student union and everything is boring,

I graduated from London Metropolitan University last year, and I’m really glad I chose to study there. Despite some negative reviews, my experience was incredibly positive. The teachers were not only knowledgeable but also very understanding and supportive, always willing to help when needed. The university offered a diverse and inclusive environment, which made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my studies. I highly recommend London Met for anyone looking for a friendly and encouraging place to learn.

To all prospective international students, I would like to share my experience to help you make an informed decision. Unfortunately, my time here has been quite challenging. Initially, my admission was deferred without clear communication. Following this, I was assigned a supervisor who did not meet my expectations. When I requested a change of supervisor, my request was denied, and I was subsequently informed that I would fail, which indeed happened. I appealed this decision with substantial evidence and was given an expected date for the outcome. However, it has now been over five weeks, and I have yet to receive any response. This delay has caused significant stress, especially as my visa is nearing expiration, and the university has shown little concern for my situation.I hope this feedback helps future students in making a better choice.Even you email everyday they just informed you we will respond you as soon as possible and give you hope.But in reality they just delayed.Even I raised the formal complaint with evidence and still didn't get the outcome.They just give commitment but never fulfilled and delayed.

I signed up to MSc after I finished the BSc. Got the conditional offer, but thats about it. Noone called me or got in touch with me even though i uploaded all the required documents. The semestr started 2 weeks ago and i still havent been enrolled. The school office replies to emails after 2 months. The enrolment team didnt brother to help. I have to take my business elsewhere.

The worst university in Britain in terms of registration. They do not have a clear system and the people in student affairs are not competent and do not know anything. This was my experience and I did not complete the registration and went to another university.

I cannot believe that I have finally finished with this University where 4 years ago I signed up to the most execrable, inadequate and substandard academic institution so-called London Met. You can choose from a plethora of unprofessional academic traits such as lack of self-awareness, incompetence of communicating effectively with students, and failure of dedication coming from academic staff to push students to thrive. As a whole academic year, we have agreed that this has to be the most dreadful University experience one could have, with deficient teaching techniques and bare minimum of excitement and guidance coming from tutors sharing vague feedback and no determination skills. While it is true that no University prepares you for the real-life practise of your degree, LondonMet AAD successfully fails even at your academic preparation and student experience. Do yourself a favour and listen to the online reviews before applying to this University and do not repeat my mistake- their low ratings speak volumes more than my feedback could ever will. Conversely, if you are in the need of coming to school and receive vague feedback and guidance under the apparent satisfaction of a superficial look over your work only to be marked the minimum, look no further. I am thankful for this day when I have graduated and have put an end to the £37,000 wasted on this low-grade experience, and that I can forget about these four wasted years. As students we learn for our future and it is up to our efforts whether the degree will be fruitful to us or not, but a positive experience in a professional and academic atmosphere makes a big difference. On a darker note, some English teachers even treat others badly based on their background, using sarcasm and rhetorical questions as if it makes them feel more interesting. Unfortunately, this is not the University to look for when it comes to that. General feelings of relief have been shared among the students of the academic year, all of us feeling relieved from the burden of attending such a low, unprofessional and undedicated teaching institution. Good luck to any future students in choosing any other University but LondonMet if you care for your academic knowledge and University experience. If reading from slides and being given briefs to work on individually is what you expect from your teaching experience, then you're in for a real treat. Moreover, teachers attendance is unreliable.

As an international student at London Metropolitan University, my experience has been deeply disappointing and stressful. The university severely lacks adequate support for international students. From the outset, I felt abandoned by the administration, which provides minimal guidance or assistance to help students acclimate to a new country and educational system. The most distressing aspect of my experience has been dealing with the income collection department. They have repeatedly subjected me to mental anguish by threatening to withdraw my visa sponsorship if tuition fees are not paid on time, regardless of the severe financial hardships I am facing. This aggressive and unsympathetic approach shows a complete lack of understanding and support for the challenges international students encounter. Furthermore, the university offers no installment plans or flexible payment options to alleviate the financial burden. This inflexibility forces students to scramble for funds, adding immense pressure and distraction from academic pursuits. It is profoundly disappointing that a university welcoming international students does so little to support them financially or emotionally. Overall, my time at London Metropolitan University has been marred by inadequate support and unnecessary stress, making it a regrettable choice for international students. I strongly advise prospective international students to consider other institutions that prioritize student welfare and provide the necessary support to succeed both academically and financially.

DISGUSTING!!!!! I am utterly disgusted with the incompetence displayed by the office staff at London Met. Not only do they make fake promises, but they consistently let down students by pretending to address their concerns without any resolution. This level of negligence has directly resulted in students failing due to their inability to provide adequate support and guidance. It's appalling that a university, supposed to be a place of education and growth, is plagued by such incompetence. I will be taking this matter further to ensure that others are spared from the same ordeal.

Please don't get enrolled in this rubbish university. There is nothing to appreciate from teaching quality to students support. They just want money even if you die with depression they don't care. I was facing some difficulties to pay the tuition fees and I asked for installment to clear payment before my course end. But this rubbish university income collection team behave like the evil. They don't have any humanity left on them. It is not an educational institution, it's an money making rubbish company who don't care about the student. Great student support. Diversity and Inclusivity at its best.

DO NOT ATTEND THIS UNIVERSITY! They care little about student welfare and implementations of change of enrolment status may have on a student financially and mentally. They will not make you aware if your credit do not pass you onto the next year and if your assessment only status prior to yourself chasing your university loan. Take little to no responsibility for their errors as they clearly do not liaise between departments. Student money did not set up a meeting and call regardless of telling the school office they have booked an appointment. Have conned me out of re-applying for a second year funding due to needing 60 credits to pass on the back of implying I would be able to physically attend university as soon as this has been accepted. To now say they it may not be a possibility due to being too far into the term after I have been communicating with them since enrolment week. I have more than reasonable circumstances and have offered to re-sit the lectures I have already attended due to only mitigating my last term of year 2. They have taken advantage of a vulnerable student with a child. As well as “allowing me to still be able to attend and become a part of student life as to not cause detriment to my mental health.” but will not release my maintenance loan. Knowing I cannot afford to attend without it. This also has a huge impact on my access to childcare grant, rent, bills unexpectedly. I have offered every compromise and have been completely run in circles until it was too late for me to enrol. Heartless organisation.

Worst instructor ever "Joel Chernin" avoid this guy at all cost!

The worst university ever, I will not recommend at all...We start first year in Central London and now for second year they change the days of attendance and campus...send them emails, no one respond, absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional staff...I regret because I chose this rubish university...

As a quality assurance person I applied for university considering my background but I was very surprised from the fact that as I had the interview for admission the subjects was really hard and expectations from me was otherwise the questions that I faced they didn't been from my working field I stayed 1h for oral subject and 40 min for the essay in total 2h I think that I was mistreated and as a foreign a real dispointment

NO communication between students and tutors, tutors and tutors, or even the university and third parties such as the owners of the studios. Four works were removed by a student and then removed from a tutor without being told. (Work was put up the week before the Christmas break and I found out the week I returned) Hosted a presentation which ended with a very healthy, civilised, and friendly debate. But was later told the presentation was offensive and there was no discussion at all (was told by a tutor who never attended said presentation) Was almost given a disciplinary because the of the two reasons above. Was told the university has no free speech by a tutor (after reading the universities rules, and the LAW, turns out they would have gone against the law if I were to be disciplined) Had to attend a meeting with two tutors about the four works, was told by one that I’m and white man and therefore can’t talk about certain discussions like racism (as if I haven’t been a victim of racism myself) The same tutor had called me a white man before, as if the colour of my skin is all I am (due to this incident I never felt safe going to meetings with tutors unless I was recording the whole thing, legally I and whoever else fears they need to can) Furthermore, assumptions were made on my character despite not knowing me, some assumptions were down right sickening. Talked about the Karl Rittenhouse incident as an example of the media being either accidentally or purposefully wrong to misinform the readers. I was then called a conspiracy theorist despite all my sources either coming from primary accounts, mainstream articles, or raw data from sources like the Government. I was suggested of being far right due to my essay being pro free speech and liberty (I criticised censorship from the Church, the 20th century right wing, and compared it to woke ideology in todays world) I was able to show this tutor I’m not far right, but the fact I was labelled it is a disgrace. None of my blogs were ever read by the tutor whose literal job was to read them. This happened in my second and third year. Absolute disgrace as it explained my ins and outs of my project work, but instead of reading them I was characterised as a villain. I have also heard from several students from my year and ones before and after me, that the level of care when it comes to marking is poor. I received no emotional aid when I mentioned I had lost sleep with the name calling I had received from tutors. The university charged full price during lockdown, despite the workshops being closed. I have seen accounts from two other students who have said their work was removed. All appear to me to be because we offer either centralist or slightly conservative opinions. During the process to clear out the studios for the last exhibition, my tutor suggested we place the chairs and tables on the stairs to create a health and safety issue to therefore force the owners of the building to place the furniture in the basement (I have no idea if they went through with this but it was not said in a joking manner) I had to re-plan my end of year exhibition three times because they moved where I was to be placed. I was told by my own tutor that I would grow out of Celtic and Anglo-Saxon historical artforms. A tutor left mid-way through the year twice. A number of students and tutors presented a strong anti-Anglo-Saxon agenda (would be fine if the opposing side was welcome) The lack of teaching there is inferior to what you are taught in GCSEs. All I can say is that if you are remotely free speech, want to present Christianity in a good light, or have centralist/conservative opinions, I would stray far away from this university. Or, if you are ready for what I experienced, understand the law is on your side for free speech in universities, and I wholly encourage looking into the Free Speech Union if you are ever in the need for legal advice on said matters.

Had a worst experience with this university. The administration team demonstrated a low level of unprofessionalism, particularly in their inability to effectively review documents sent via email. Shockingly, they exhibited a lack of basic comprehension when dealing with these materials. What made matters worse was their tendency to shift blame onto the individuals submitting the documents, creating a hostile and unproductive environment. Almost feels like you are dealing with someone from a kindies.

How many days University take to send a CAS letter to an international student after paid tuition fees?

I honestly am out of words about how this university doesn’t make sense to me. An empty sports court and students aren’t even allowed to utilise it. I was just practicing my baseball pitches and was told I couldn’t do it due to health and safety reasons. What health and safety reasons? Does it mean that if I get hurt, I’m going to blame y’all for me being hurt? Like what does it take for this university to let students use the resources that university provides? Do I have to sign an agreement? I know I’m no MLB starting pitcher, I’m just a 23 year old Asian student with a beer belly so I know for sure I ain’t pitching 70-90mph fastball off the wall, plus I’ve offered to use the nets provided if the manager is scared that I will damage the walls with my inadequate pitches. But damn London Met, let the students use the gymnasium, or else why build it in the first place. Classes are fine for now but if you want to do extracurricular activities in this university, this University, currently, wouldn’t be for you. Also I used to play basketball for this university and it’s the only time I’ve heard that students have to pay to represent this university.

London Metropolitan University was formed on 1 August 2002 by the merger of London Guildhall University and the University of North London. In October 2006 the University opened a new Science Centre as part of a £30m investment in its science department at the North campus on Holloway Road, with a "Super Lab" claimed to be one of Europe's most advanced science teaching facilities,and 280 workstations equipped with digital audio visual interactive equipment.

Worst University for International students. There is no wrap up period, all they want is money. Not recommended for International students

This is a feedback only to the offices team. They are absolutely not helpful. You try to contact them asking for certain things they should be able to provide but they don’t, leaving you most of the time without answers or with wrong information. They also made a mistake with my enrollment letter that it should be their job doing it properly. The departments don’t have a phone number so if you need something urgently you cannot contact them straight away. Really disappointing

The School of Architecture, Art and Design is a standout program at Met Uni. Attracts students from around the globe and has outstanding allumni in many sub fields. It brings a unique approuch to building proffessional practice in its students with a high test blend of proff / practioners for cource leads. Art unstuffed

Avoid this university, I started a week later just because the university would not reply to my emails about confirming my offer, the course leader and few other teachers weren’t helpful at all and they were rude and unprofessional. half of the people on the course withdrew including me. Wonderful! There is freedom of whatever you want to wear. Some wear jeans while others wear cultural clothing as well, like hijab. There is no discrimination. This is soo heart melting to see just love between people❤️🥹

Very bad Uni completely immoral. Go to a uni where you are valued and welcomed and dont waste your time applying here. I applied and was offered a place. The place was the revoked due to misinformation despite this they refused to let me join. There loss I became a Teacher as oppose to a social worker and thoroughly enjoy what I do.

Hi.I didn’t even start this University and I’ve been through a lot from February starting from application until today with timetable and course.I’ve sent already so many emails and give so many phone calls and you know what,Monday in 31st of July I have absence,after I received wrong timetable,because of their lack of communication,professional support and because it’s a real problem inside,everyone is telling me different thing,telling me to call or email in other department or worst they don’t know.I’ve been through a lot last year,going through radiotherapy,chemotherapy,surgery and the loosing my mom from the same illness on Christmas Day,this University it’s already to much stress for me and I’m not sure I want to do something for my rest of days I have because this is already so overwhelming for me.And I’m even not sure they are going to investigate what happened.Because until today nothing is working.Until today I know just that it’s my fault.

My experience with the university is very bad. Lack of leadership and management skills in every level. People were not able to graduate on time, as the university failed to teach them at many level and failed to mark in an acceptable level. Teachers were on strike during the year, as in many universities, but this university decided not to give appropriate help for the loss of learning for the students. University asked external people to mark students' work. Those people had no in-depth knowledge in the subject they graded, so students were graded bad. They always say complain if you need to and ask for additional help. However, complaints are not heard, and additional help only available for some students. If you don't have a big voice, then you miss out on a lot. After they posted results on a Tuesday, sent mail same day to say you can graduate and you have 3 days to register for your graduation. People left no time to even think about appealing their gradings, as the question is if you should graduate with bad result, or you appeal and could graduate with good results, but then your graduation will delay half year. The graduation ceremony invited everyone, but only had 500 seats, which means not even half of the students are able to register and graduate. You can watch online the graduation and see how they are calling out others to walk on their graduation, but not you, as you were the unlucky 501th person to register for a ticket for your own graduation. This school provided a very small amount of knowledge and help for the people studied there, and they did not even care about the student support to say in a friendly manner that I'm sorry.. just to say a few reasons.. the school should not even take 1 star.

This is definitely the worst University ever! The level of organization is poor to say the least. Just finished my undergraduate degree there and I will not even be able to attend the ceremony because of lack of organisation. Lack of support, lack of understanding students circumstances, and the list goes on. See for youself. The whole experience has been traumatizing and I changed my mind about the Master degree there.

I studied my masters degree from this university and i was regretting it already. The worst university ever, I had 7 bands ielts and 3.86 CGPA yet they rejected my application for international excellence scholarship which every student receives. They offered this scholarship to those who had lesser GPA and no ielts. Plus there is no office anywhere where you can find someone to solve your problem or atleast listen to it. They’re only after money and their system is too bad. Strongly not recommend ۔

It does have the number one dropout rate in the UK and I've considered it. I feel sad there. I think the main reason is because I didn't make the effort engage in my course but it wasn't intutive. Nobody there knows I exist. The societies seem like gimmicks and it's not somewhere I'm proud to go. It does seem to be a very diverse and practical university on the plus side. People from all walks of life have an opportunity to get a degree here. Teaching quality seems like it'd do the job. Just make sure you're ready to actively engage and don't have a chip on your shoulder like I did/do.

Psychology faculty at London Met

This university is a funny one, some of the lecturers and staff here are absolutely fantastic - I really enjoy attending their lectures, and am learning from them however on the BA International relations course I am studying some of the lecturers have debatable ethics and their way of treating students/grading their work is shocking and very concerning, the university really needs to deal with these things better as it’s really ruining the universities reputation. If these types of things were better dealt with I would have rated it much higher. The actual campus is small but fine and the canteen is expensive!

I suffered in September 2022 to get my CAS, after i paid my deposit I got my CAS after two months and the course has already started, my system got hacked and I tried to convince them multiple times that my system is hacked , I sent many emails but there was no response and very poor communication, today i joined another university and i’m asking them to send me an email that my CAS was cancelled because the other university needs it, unfortunately again London Metropolitan University is not sending me the email and it is just an email!!! And my colleague also she didn’t got her full refund and she doesn’t want it although they are not understanding and not helping us again, we suffered once and we don’t want to suffer again.

I sent 3 emails so far (last one a week ago) after i've been offered a place but nobody has answered me yet, at this point I'm really not convinced whether I should enroll here

Take my advice as a recent graduate and go look for a different university.

I really hate how the library isn’t 24/7 and there isn’t a proper silent study area!

The university is undeniably exceptional, particularly for those interested in pursuing art, design, or architecture courses in London. The institution attracts a diverse range of students from all corners of the globe, and the lectures are both stimulating and enjoyable. Personally, I found my time studying there to be incredibly rewarding.

This is the worst university I've ever attended they give me incorrect class time table and offered no support what so ever even though they know I have disabilities they then destroyed my life and decided they where going to lying and terminated me after receiving over £2000 of tuition fee for non attendance which I then went on to appeal which they have rejected from day one of joining the university we where sent to all the wrong classes and told that this was normal even when I asked for help from the student office I was just told by staff that they had just started the job and couldn't help which was a on going response and the university was aware that my ID card was not working but yet they single handedly destroyed my future education opportunities

Terrible university, no support no response and no options. Never reply to emails what's so ever. Don't apply with this University as it does not give u any options for studying especially if you were out for long time in education they still expect you to be well educated after 10 years of leaving college. Therfore, even if someone did achieve a high qualification in the college that was centuries then but today as an adult there should be availabilities for people out there to study or options atleast but no once you fail they jusy ban you from the preffered university. Please do not waste your time with these people.

I want to study computing in this uni how is it for international students?? Can we be able to pay the fees while working part time jobs there??

My experience of my master's degree at this university has been excellent. As a mature student I was truly supported in everyway. The lecturing team were highly qualified and authoritative in their respective fields. I think if you have the right attitude, prepared to do the work, get yourself organised, constantly learn and improve you'll do very well here and in life. Without doubt one of the best things I've done for myself. So a massive thank you to the team and support staff. Make the most of your experience at London Met. Remember, it's all in your own hands to do so.

Unavailable, Sleeping administration, very robotic responses, no one got solution to student problems. Searching for any human in university who can help save the investment we have put in ourselves for bright future but its drowning. Thanks to sleeping robotic administration team.

Great energy in an inclusive university full of young scholars

I spent 3 months applying for my MSc. I was accepted pretty much immediately but the admin team let me down so significantly but having me enrolled in two different courses and butchering my application/enrolment so severely that I withdrew completely after spending 3 months applying and making sure everything was clear for my start-date. They didn't have enough students to start the course on two separate occasions. They told me they hoped the next start date was March - at which point I withdrew due to not wanting to ride on 'hope' for another 3 months. Finally - to put the icing on the cake, I was still cc'd into an internal response which was very snarky and rude. I would 100% not recommend this school to anyone.

Today 17th of January, 2023. First time I visited to London Metropolitan university for the physical enrollment. Everyone here are helpful and responsive, guide us well through the process. My class will be start onwards 23rd of January.

One of the best university which excellent facilities and tutors. The teaching is also world class as the details of the subjects are always updated. 👌

Please ask the affiliated institutes to provide accurate details without wasting time and misleading people. I inquired for a BA in Hospitality Management from Esoft, Srilanka and after many inquiries I was told that I can either do the top up or go for the MBA looking at my work experience. However after taking all the details and confirming, the representative said they have problem getting the approval from the university for the BA since the relevant authorities were on Vacation. However said that I was given the approval for the MBA. When I said that I prefer doing the BA she said she'll get back to me. Later a branch manageress calls me to say that I can't do the BA since I haven't done the levels before. But that I can do the MBA !! They simply wanted to persuade me to do the MBA for some reason and came up with false reasons. Very unprofessional!!

London met him a living up to its legacy as the university that wrongfully deported 2000 students with its gating system that would make Pritti Patel jealous. I have happily walked through UCL, SOAS, University of London and Birbeck with no key but here you need one on every entrance. What are they guarding? Not a nice interior. Despite splashing out on the graduate centre, designed by Daniel Libeskind to make up for that absolute eyesore next to it, the interior is an absolute labyrinth of beige cracked walls. The building aside the teaching is Ok, but… on the final year the university collectively decided that after 2 years of online exams in 24 hours we would go back to normal exam conditions of 2 hours written on paper. This is ridiculous!!!

The Data Analytics MSc here is highly recommended.

Not recommended this cheap university. New student be careful with your conditional offer. Specially English Language result not enough.

Staff are super helpful plus the lecturers were so easy to get in touch with. I completed my degree in Banking & Accounting and my Masters in Marketing from them as an International student and the support I had through out my academic years was extraordinary. I thoroughly recommend London Met..

When I came to open day I needed to go to toilet and I was directed to mixed toilets where when I was brushing my hair at mirror next entrance man of South Asian /Arabic came in and poor thing he was more shocked to see me grooming my hair as I felt alarmed whole my stay in toilet that man can come in every minute. Shame on you dear University that you have toilets like that on ground floor (where is most visitors) and in general in whole institution.There are 18 years girla their just left their famylies and communities for education.

The worst university ever. I wasted 3 years of my life at this uni. I went to the university full of hope, happanies and confident, I left with mental health issues, they nocked my confident and I lost my smile. If you want to be destroyed and get a mental health issues go to this university. I also met with allot of students who had an anxity and mental health issues after they enrolled at this uni.

This university has the weakest admission team cause the process of applying and responding is too slow. I'm really disappointed with the university . And please do work fast that can be helpful for the students. Last thing please update my offer letter as soon as possible.

I haven’t even started the course I applied for and I already had the worst experience. I’ve applied for part time Master of Business Administration, provided all documents and accepted the offer at the beginning of August with an email confirmation with my course start date 14th November. I emailed in August asking for instructions & clarify next steps to enrol as a student. Did not hear back. I emailed again in September multiple times and I got no response, I thought fine maybe they are busy I’m sure I will get some instructions soon. It is now October I still had no news, so I reached out at the beginning of the month and someone finally responded to me directing me to Enrolment team. I emailed that team and I got an answer that my application is there confirmed, but it has not been processed yet, so I need to go back to admissions team and also I was told that this specific day was the last day to enrol for 2022, which means I may need to start in 2023! 5 emails later and I did not get any explanation, no news, only staged responses saying thank you for contacting us, we have escalated this, we will let you know soon. I tried calling and did not get through, after 3 tries I gave up. At this stage, I have no idea if I can start my course which is a month away, I have no clue what happened to my application after I fulfilled everything needed, I am getting pointless emails with no information or explanation. It’s an extremely poor and disappointing experience, terrible communication and now I can understand where all of these negative comments came from.

I enrolled a part time masters in Human Resources because lectures were supposed to be in the evening. I wanted to continue working full time in the office and complete my masters during the evening doing two modules for semester. The whole schedule has now surprisingly changed without previous notice and lectures are in the morning-afternoon. It is not a good choice if you need flexibility and to attend university during the evenings where nobody is there. It was a mission just to collect my student card after 4pm! If you are working full time Mon Fri 9h to 17h30, forget about this university. In addition, their communications are so late and unreliable. There is nobody to talk face to face and via emails, everything is a mess! they don´t even know what you are studying for and keep messing up module names and reference. Today, I´ve been told that despite of my part time master choice, if I want to continue my masters, I need to arrange my full time work and adapt to their lectures time. Completely ridiculous and disappointing given the fees that we pay and the current situation where we all aim for flexibility.

The worst university ever… they wasted my time during my application, they never respond, and completely ignored my application and now I have to wait for a different university to respond and classes start next week Monday (different university) 😠

Absolutely waste of time apply this university bad call centre customer service, spend 3 month paid get the ucas offer letter, admission process is poor don’t apply this university please

This university is so unorganized. I spent 6 months CHASING them to change my offer in UCAS (since they sent me the wrong one) and NOTHING changed. Gladly I was able to get in after talking to the only person that understood the issue in SIX MONTHS OF CONSTANT STRESS. It doesn’t end there. On the 18th of August I received the message for me to make my payment so that I could get my CAS and so I did, my biggest mistake. MY CAS WAS NOT ISSUED even when the payment was made and they sent me a email saying “you’re enrollment for January was accepted” WHEN I LITERALLY NEVER ASKED FOR THAT, I was supposed to enroll in September but my cas was not issued on time! Now that I withdrew my offer (a week ago) I’m not receiving any efficient answer about my refund. I’m emailing them everyday and the income team is saying that they have to make sure my CAS was not issued when everyone knows it wasn’t (literally the reason why I withdrew my offer). How can the internal teams have ZERO communication with each other???? I spent 3000 pounds and I need my money back! Communication with this university is IMPOSSIBLE, you wait 1 hour in line just to talk to someone that barely solves your issue, emails are answered 1000 years later. I haven’t even studied here and this past 9 months were nothing but stress. You need to chase them non-stop, they don’t help you, only bring you problems. I wish I read the reviews sooner.
