We went all the way to Scotland and only saw two highland cows...but at Lizzie's Farm, we managed to see 26!!! This is an incredible experience if you love highland cows, and there are other animals to see as well! I had to try the pasties that everyone else was ranting and raving about and they lived up to the hype! We also had a quick chat with Lizzie and she gave us quick pointers of which path to walk up to see even more highland cows. I highly recommend this place!

Just went back to Lizzie's for their excellent beef and lamb pasties - the best I have ever eaten in my life. All meat and no diced potato - Ginsters eat your hat, never again! Can't praise their home cooking enough and very friendly staff. Also pet goats and sheep for the children to stroke. Just one suggestion, the use of tiny plastic cutlery and coffee cups seem so out of place with the authentic farm cuisine on offer. Also the 'older' clientele that seem to be majority would definitely appreciate change to real knives, forks and china cups.

We have been fans of Lizzie’s Farm for a long time, having enjoyed tea, cake and meeting the animals over the years, but the Highland Cow Experience was just magical! From the moment we arrived, Farmer John and Mikey went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their care and love for the animals and the farm shines through in everything they do. The entire day was filled with highlights, from brushing and stroking the friendly Highland cows to spending time with the beautiful calves. Farmer John and Mikey shared their extensive knowledge of farming as well as lots of stories about their animals on the farm. We even had the chance to walk a champion Highland cow, bottle-feed lambs and enjoy an exciting safari style ride across the wonderful farm. And of course, we topped it all off with some delicious coffee cake! If you are looking for a truly unforgettable day out, I highly recommend the Highland Cow Experience. Thank you to everyone at Lizzie’s farm for making it possible!

Sometimes in life no matter how much you have travelled the world, as we have, seen many animals in the wild and wilderness you find a place that gives you an experience that will always have a special memory, for myself and my daughter today Lizzies farm has ticked that box, and just a short drive. Farmer John and Mikey were perfect people to spend time with, both absolutely passionate about their animals both the Highlands and sheep, The highland cow experience was best money spent in a long time, and the hot drink and cake at the end just made the day perfect as we got to spend a little more time with John. He asked what we liked most about the day, I said stroking the cows, upon reflection really I should have said meeting you and Mikey because without them the day would not have happened Both were so informative of the history of both the farm and the animals. What an absolute gem of a place and thanks to Lizzie to welcoming us. You all take care Xxx

We came to Lizzies farm for the highland cow meet and greet. It was one of the best experiences we have done, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We got to spend time with many different highland cows and learn about their history. We also got to spend time with the baby sheep and walk one of the show highlands. Farmer John Elizabeth and the employees were very welcoming, friendly and knew there stuff, the cake was to die for and the little shop was very tempting with lots of highland cow merchandise! Highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves highland cows! Thank you for having us

Well I honestly don’t think there are enough words to describe how amazing our experience was here today, the kids loved walking round all the animals while they were in their natural surroundings on a working farm. The hot food and drink were all delicious and the gift shop is full of unique gifts which aren’t overly priced. The hospitality from all the staff was outstanding. An amazing day was had by all. I've just had the most amazing day out, for my special birthday, at Lizzie's Farm . Sharing it with my twin, brother in law and my niece and her partner. Lovely farmer John and his co worker,( so sorry I didn't get your name!) gave the most amazing off roading experience which included being up close and personal with their Highland cows. Jon was full of stories and gave us lots.of information about the cows and their welfare. They certainly lived the high life. It was obvious they were looked after well and John, who's been a farmer there for 53 years!, was able to point out cows and calves and a brief lineage of them all. There was plenty of time for cuddles with the cows and babies too We headed for a bit of a tour around the land with breathing views across to the Malvern and Clent hills. With John using his wealth of knowledge to keep us informed of the area and a nip through the field with his sheep too. We ended up back where we started and thought that was it but no, more was to come! We were taken to barn areas where a couple of cows were going to be pampered ready for a country show in Wales at the weekend. We had the chance to comb them and some of us even took one of them for a harnessed walk! We were then given the chance to bottle feed some lambs. Amazing 😍😍😍 Then we went to the coffee shop and had homemade cake, which the coffee cake was to die for, light and fluffy and very yummy 😋 😋, and hot or cold drinks. Such a lovely place with lovely people that run it. I would highly recommend their highland cow experience it seemed a full day and far outweighed our expectations. It was brilliant, informative, varied and the best experience of a working farm! Thank you Lizzie's Farm and thank you for the candles on or cakes and wishing all four of us a happy birthday.

Oh my goodness, what a fantastic day. I was treated to an experience day as an early 40th birthday gift. And I was not disappointed, not only was I given a tour around by farmer John who couldn’t be any more friendly but I also got up close to their highland cows. The day just kept getting better and better, after seeing the highland cows and meeting the ewes and their lambs we were then bought back to the farm where they bought out the most beautiful Highland cow and I was given the chance to brush and walk her. This is one day I will not ever forget. The staff were so accommodating and friendly going above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be, say here now planning my return visit. Q

Our family visited here just after the New Year. I have to say I was expecting to be able to order a sandwich or similar but that’s not an option now. No criticism but might be worth posting a menu on their FB page. Beautiful pastries and cakes and the staff are so pleasant. The farm is also a delight. One niggle is that I think it would be better (and more environmentally friendly) to have proper cups and plates. I get it during Covid but when you’re out for lunch a paper cup isn’t great.

Stopped for a light snack over lunchtime as recommended via Google. Had some superb cake but, frankly, pretty mediocre pies that were oversold. Not the best re-heated by microwave. It was refreshing however to meet a business so willing to totally ignore current trends and not give a damn about the planet. With single use cutlery, crockery and napkins I can only think the waste bins must be really full at the end of each day. As I say, great cake, shame about the rest. 😢

We found this place looking for a new cafe to visit and when we saw it was a farm shop too opted to book in. We arrived late but had left a message saying we were on our way. The owner was very welcoming and said not a problem and immediately showed us round to see what the options were. A glorious display of home made pie, pasties and sausage roles and lots of their own Meats and provisions on display too. We ordered one vegetable pasty and a minted lamb pasty and shared. Both gorgeous but special mention the the densely packed and super lean and tender minted lamb pasty. Copious quantity of tea and a shared lemon drizzle cake rounded off the pleasure. The staff were so courteous and attentive it was a real pleasure and we’ll be back when we have more time as this is a working farm and many animals to see.

Very disappointed with the rudeness of the manager of this farm. We live waking distance and have spent a lot of money on coffees, cakes and ice cream here in the past. Visited today with lots of little ones (who needed a snack to keep them going) not a “picnic” as was suggested when we got rudely reprimanded that they are. “Business” and “picnics” weren’t permitted. We’d sat on the grass not a bench so a two year old could have a biscuit, not a picnic & will certainly not be bringing any “business” to this farm again. Manners cost nothing.

They didn't have one of our choices so I had a pate with fresh bread and my wife had???. Service was pleasant if a little slow - 25 minutes but food excellent when it arrived. Some animals to view. Enjoyed it. Small gift shop and food produce shop.

I first went on a solo visit and was so impressed that I took my daughter and children the next day. It is very clean and well maintained, within an amazing setting with beautiful views. Lambs are just being born which is a great time for the children. There is quite a variety of animals including chickens, a donkey, goat, and various types of hamsters and guinea pigs. The most amazing site is a 75 herd of beautiful highland cattle. Also there is a lovely cafe for cakes, coffee, tea and sandwiches. Next door is a very upmarket gift shop Which includes some of the most amazing ceramics hand made by Lizzie herself. There is also another shop which sells the Farm’s produce of highland beef, pork, lamb and eggs etc..Highland beef naturally reared has to be the best taste ever.! There is no charge to go round the farm which is open Thursday to Sunday and you are made very welcome. There is an outside eating area which we shall look forward to when the weather is a

We’ve visited quite a few times now and are very happy to give a totally glowing report. Lizzie’s tea room is often busy and this is reflected in the beautiful fresh food on offer, the cakes don’t stay on the counter very long. Everything from savoury to sweet has a gorgeous home made quality about it.

What a delightful find. Called in purely on TA reviewer recommended comments and pleased that we did. We were met in the parking area by Lizzie herself who just happened to be passing and then served by a very friendly and efficient assistant in the tea shop. I was amazed how many people were there as the farm is down a narrow lane. Good cake choices and generous portions. Good quality gifts and cards in a separate display room. We will definitely call again.

We called in here for lunch on our way up the M5 (5 minutes from junction 4). My smoked salmon salad was lovely with generous servings of high quality ingredients including a very fresh hard boiled egg straight from the farm. Husband's ploughman's was amazing - big wedge of a lovely local cheese, beautiful ham, pork pie - and so much we ended up taking half of it with us in a doggy bag. The cakes on offer looked beautiful and were very popular, but we we too full to try them! Even though they were very busy, the service was relaxed and friendly. NB they're only open Thursday-Sunday.

We go to Lizzies to get fresh eggs but you can also get tea, coffee and light refreshments in their spotless small café. The kids love it as they can go see the chickens and goats in a special area. They can also go into a part of the farm where their specialty is the rearing of Highland Cattle, worth going to Lizzies just to see them

Have visited Lizzies tea Room on many an occasion and have never had a bad experience. Just off J4 and very easy to get to it is set in beautiful surroundings. The highland cattle being one of the delights. Apart from the cosy tea room with is staffed by great people - Lizzie herself when time allows. The food is all prepared on the premises and cakes, etc., all made locally. There is a farm shop and lovely gift shop where Lizzie displays her own pottery and other artisans giftware. On a sunny day one can sit out and enjoy the lovely outdoors. I'll be visiting again this Friday with friends - one of whom hasn't been before.

Just returned after having yet another delicious meal at the New Inn. It has become our go-to place for lunch, and for some years now. We have never been disappointed in the food and always receive a smiling welcoming reception fro whoever is behind the bar. Please ignore the last review and look at all the other glowing reviews. Trip Advisor is a good place to look but so open to scams.

As a truck driver, I use cafes all around the UK and beyond. I have to say that Big Daves is definitely my favourite! The first thing you notice walking in is how spotlessly clean it is. Floor, walls, counter, everything is sparkling. Dave and his wife are a lovely couple who always make you feel welcome. It's always busy with local people eating in or grabbing a takeout, which is always a sign of a good cafe. That said, you never have to wait too long for your food. There is a wider menu, but I've only ever been for the full English breakfast, which is fantastic! Really good quality food. I recommend this cafe highly.
