Amazing time at grind Liverpool Street . Staff amazing and food on top. Everyone very nice and friendly. Very quick service

Fantastic drinks and fantastic food! Service was excellent and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and looked after!

What a gem of an eatery. The food was first class as were the hot beverages. Our waitress, the lovely Emily, couldn’t do enough for us, she’s a credit to this excellent establishment! We would definitely recommend Grind!

Overall a nice place with good food and average service, but it was way too expensive. 20 pounds for a small potato salat. The salat was good and tasty but it should never have costed that much, and there should have been more food on the plate. The vegan dish with lenses was very tasteful but again way too little food. The pricing is ultimately the reason why I can’t give it any higher. It was the meal that we regretted doing while in London.

Hey, just wanted to make you aware myself and two of my best friends visited your liverpool street location on saturday for brunch at 12. Our experience was awful, i’ve worked in hospitality for nearly 10 years and know how it can be however it was just horrible. We firstly asked for water 3/4 times before we got any and even then it never got refilled, then our drinks order was completely wrong with the lady bringing my friend a matcha not an iced latte? Then when I asked to order a sort of “build your own” out of the sides due to being vegan and having allergies the lady didn’t understand this and brought over lots of small plates rather than it all on one even though i explained quite clearly. Then my friends order was also wrong they added eggs she didn’t order onto her avo toast and charged us for them and she specially didn’t eat them as she can’t. Bare in mind we’ve also been here nearly 2 hours and the waitress was so rude and uninterested it was such a shame as it’s a lovely venue, also to then charge 12.5% service charge which we did pay, along with the eggs we didn’t order etc on the end seemed quite odd and then also she took another 25 mins to take th payment after handing us the bill, the whole thing was very disappointing considering I travelled nearly 2 hours and this is our annual lunch, i just wanted to make you aware as i know as someone in the buisness i’d rather know xx

We arrived around 15.45pm. Food was good. Trying not to think my husband and I are food snobs but OMG hand hygiene 😱😱😱 I saw a member of staff eating peanuts then serving without sanitising her hands😱😱 Another member of staff eating fries from a customers plate over the pass😱😱 We told a member of staff as we paid at the bar as no one interested in serving us or making sure we paid before we left!! We had a train to catch so didn’t bother asking for the manager.

Went with her in doors for a spot of breakfast after staying in London for the weekend. Obviously I went for their signature fry up which was decent to be fair, service was good and their coffee is proper 👌🏽 The only thing is you have to book ahead and it’s not the cheapest but I suppose no where is now in London!

What a wonderful cafe! I come here regularly to work in the week and often on the weekend for a solo brunch date. I am always greeted with a smile which instantly made me feel at home - which is rare for London cafe’s.I highly reccomend the pancakes or the sweet potato cakes - they are so tasty and the matcha is also delish! 10/10 from me, will be back :)

We arrived at what seemed to be the front door. There was no service so we found ourselves a table in what was a largely empty restaurant. A few minutes later an angry waitress told us that we had come in through the wrong door and we couldn’t sit at the table because we hadn’t spoken to the manager. We apologised for their lack of service and left.

My friend and I came here for lunch and had such a good time we ended up staying for over 4 hours ordering more drinks and food!! Our waitress Valentina was especially amazing :) + the Christmas cocktails were great, we tried 3 different ones and all perfect Thanks for a great evening Grind!

Both the food and the service that Elaine delivered were wonderful in my opinion. The personnel was really courteous and responsive to our needs.

I went into Grind to have a hot chocolate and ward off the December cold. One of the few places that seem to steam the milk with an espresso machine to get a velvet texture. It just needs a little more chocolate to become indulgent.
