Amazing coffee! Perfect temperature and taste, served quickly - sat on the bench outside for hours, wanted more after the first cup. Looking forward to the next season :)

Lovely little cafe. We parked at the car park and started a gentle morning walk along the SW Coast Path and headed back to the cafe for a very tasty lunch. Between us we tried the cheese & veg, spicy veg and steak pasties (from Lavenders in Penzance). The staff were friendly, the pasties delicious and the tea made fresh to my liking. Highly recommend.

I visit cape cornwall quite regularly and I must say that the little wonder cafe is not for me, several times I purchased tea and an instant coffee for my wife and myself and would have loved to have had a nice big slice of cake like we used to buy from Cape shack run by a very nice young lady that always had time for a chat with my wife and myself , unfortunately the little wonder cafe seems to be geared for the vegetarian /vegan visitor...vegetable Dahl, seeded scones?..whatever happened to Victoria sponge? Pasties ? Or a nice sandwich.?..

Lovely looking trailer. Decent for a hipster cafe. But. Where in god's name are the cream teas. Sadly the lovely setting and trailer was let down by the lack of traditional Cornish café food (cream teas) and the air of protention, and snotty attitude by the server with an awful caterpillar mustache (it's not Movember nor is it the 70s).We asked if they did cream teas and he looked at the menu board and asked if it was on there and then said "well we don't do it then".I've been coming down Caps Cornwall since 4yo and there has always been lovely portable cafes over the years in the priest's cove car park with pasties cream teas and more. Now visiters get the same thing they can get from any hipster street cafe. And miss out on a traditional authentic Cornish experience. It's akin to a Welsh café without Welsh cakes, French patisserie with no croissants or baguettes, Indian without curry. You get the drift. It's a simple traditional dish/snack that locals and people from afar come to experience. It's Little Wonders and it's customers loss to not have this on the menu.We went up the road in The Cook Book instead which have the most lovely friendly atmosphere and generous portions. I'd also recommend Kegin Teg in St Just also which have arguably some of the best cakes and cream teas in Cornwall (and the world. No exaggeration)The Little Wonders cafe would be more suited in a city setting. Maybe for some uncultured city goers with a taste for avocado toast, gluten free anything, beards and shoes with no socks Regards,A cultured city couple

I must be a lone voice looking at the other reviews here, but our experience of the Little Wonder cafe at Cape Cornwall last week was not so great. Great if you like tea, but the instant coffee we had was disgusting, and the cake (a coconut tray bake) overly sweet but at the same time bland. The choice of cakes was poor too, and a note on their chalk board said they didn’t do ice creams as they had no electricity(how do they heat the tea? Gas?) and the chap serving was very slow, polite enough, but not what I would call friendly. I know they lost their pitch on the Prom, and perhaps it’s a bit more challenging to offer more choice at the Cape, but the army truck cafe that is now on the Prom has a proper barista coffee machine as well as lots of other drinks and food. And the caravan that used to be at the Cape did amazing fruit cake, I’d rather have that back I’m afraid. Sorry Little Wonder, had so hoped to like you a much as everyone else seems to.

We visited here in Cape Cornwall not in Penzance (not sure if this is a permanent change of location). It is a delightful little place with absolutely delicious homemade cakes - the blueberry and coconut cake was amazing!! Cup of tea also. All served in China cups and plates which was a nice touch. (The Charles and Diana mug not really my 'cup of tea!) Water served in cans to cut down on use of plastic - very admirable. They recycled the cans for us. Picnic blankets provided so you could sit and enjoy the view and the weather. (Benches also available) All in all a really lovely little place!

The food’s OK, and not overpriced. What lets the place down is the noisy staff member ( owner?). I know it’s a greasy spoon, but still, one should be able to eat and hear oneself think in relative peace. I sit outside if possible.
