Little Pig Farm Shop & Cafe in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Stopped off after a big hike, had the dog with us, very welcoming, dog friendly. We had the pork burgers, absolutely delicious, all freshly cooked to order, lovely staff and a well stocked farm shop attached. Would definitely go back.

We came to breakfast before we headed back to Wales. Lovely restaurant with small shop in same building. Staff friendly. There Choice on menu for breakfast and lunch. We had a full breakfast & very nice.Not bad prices. After breakfast we went round the shop 😋 there Variety off local items to choices. So bought pork joint and not expensive. We also bought local ketchup & baker Tom breakfast that was lovely to eat. There is carpark & if want to stay there, they have some cabin. If in area again we be back.

We visited for lunch, first time we had food there. I had the big breakfast, forgot the actual name of it. I am disappointed that it came with one slice of toast considering the price of it. Mrs enjoyed her food, ham egg and chips. We will definitely visit again, don’t think I can justify the breakfast price again. Very welcoming and friendly service. Recommended.

Stopped here on way back from day out. Small venue but welcoming. Farm shop is very small but had cider so of course we just had to buy. We both chose the cream tea & were not disappointed 2 fresh scones each, large jam serving & most importantly the clotted cream! £8 each serving. Best tea we’d had this holiday.

Dropped in for tea and cake and the cream tea was beautiful. The scone was really fresh and warm and the jam and cream were both lovely. Took our 2 dogs with us which made it even better. The Farm Shop side was a little disappointing though but it wouldn't put me off visiting again.

Great tasty food, and there was something to suit everyone in our party of 14. Due to our number we pre-ordered. The staff were all great, and our complicated food order arrived swiftly and hot. We would thoroughly recommend this lovey cafe. Give it a try, whether for coffee and cake, or a full meal, you won’t be disappointed.

Stumbled across this lovely little farm shop and cafe just outside Bude. Only had a scone and coffee, but it was delicious and one of the nicest coffee's I've had in ages. Very friendly team, family run and they allow dogs! Definitely coming back to try some proper food! Well worth a visit!

Rude staff, bad service, overpriced and terrible food. Will not be visiting again. And will warn others to stay away. Shame

Have had lunch here twice in March and both been rather disappointing. The setting is great and a lovely little shop. The service first time was bad, cold coffees served and food very mediocre. Second time service was better, but both times food from the 'specials' board were extremely disappointing and sub standard. Much better food available in the area at different venues, and cheaper, so chef needs to improve. Cakes were delicious though.

The Little Pig is our favourite place for great food, coffee and service. Emma and her team always look after their customers and always are good at communicating with you especially in the busier times. Last night Emma hosted an event that was amazingly good and the Little Pig continued to deliver a great atmosphere and service. Thank you

We are visiting Cornwall for a weeks holiday and I was reading about this shop/cafe so we decided to try it out. We had a Sunday roast dinner, on the menu it said what was on the plate for the carvery so we decided to have it. We had beef roast dinner, it said it was served with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips and cranberry stuffing but when we get it, the beef was very tough, the stuffing wasn’t cranberry just a plain stuffing, there was red cabbage and cauliflower cheese on the plate, which wasn’t stated on the menu, I am allergic to cheese so give that to my husband. The roast potatoes, carrots, parsnips and Yorkshire pudding was lovely but I’m unfortunately the beef definitely let the dinner down.

Had a great lunch. Food lovely very clean premises and service friendly and efficient. Will be returning when the weather improves!

Best breakfast ive had ever, on my birthday as well definitively will be back 1000/10 would recommend.

We have always rated our Sunday lunches here until now. Having been ‘out of action’ with illness for some time, we decided to head back to our favourite Sunday roast venue. Sadly, the format has changed and your roast is now plated entirely rather than the veg served separately. Normally this wouldn’t be too much of a problem, but the gravy (also now on the plate rather than in a jug) was thin, tasteless and completely drowned every bit of food in the plate. As a result, the veg was ruined for us. We could see the cabbage etc would have been beautiful were it not sogged in the watery liquid. Yorkshires should be served crisp too with the option of adding gravy should you like them soggy. For £16 for a large plate, this was a waste of money and sad after always recommending Sunday roasts here to all our friends and family over the years.

Very poor experience here sadly. I ordered a lemonade and the glass that came with the can was dirty and disgusting. Had to drink from the can. When the male worker took my order, I asked if I could have no tomato and swap it for a mushroom instead. I was told "I will tell the chef and he will decide what he adds on." I've never know this to happen- the chef decides what to put on instead. Turns out the chef decided nothing, because when my breakfast did come there was no extra anything. Only the products that should have already been on it. But out of order considering you charge £1 per extra item ordered, yet you thought it was OK to just leave the breakfast with one product short- no £1 was taken off though. The service was not good, we had someone else's order taken to out table. Then we saw our food go to someone else's table before it reached ours. This was a young lad, so we didn't really mind that. But the older male really needs to improve on his customer service skills. For the price the breakfast is not worth the money .

A warm welcome, followed by a delicious breakfast. Fabulous local produce and goodies available in the farm shop. X

Excellent glutenfree fry up, but with some cross contamination confusion.  Full 3* review at coeliacwellNES.com (until October 23).  Some excellent written allergen information. Updating these would definitely attract and keep safe more coeliac patrons.  Look forward to returning in the future.

My husband had a lovely breakfast but I had a jacket potato and that's exactly what I got plonked on a large plate no garnish it was okish but I eat with my eyes and this wasn't very appealing at all ....won't be going back ,and yes I did mention it but they weren't concerned hence not going back

We visited 3 times whilst in the area on Holiday, twice for Sunday lunch as a family of 8! Nothing was too much trouble and food was delicious we all cleared our plates 🙈 desserts too where just as amazing and amazing variety of choice. We visited to sample the lunch menu the day before heading home, the food again was amazing quality and had 8 cleared plates again. The staff where super friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the attached farm shop is just as amazing we bought some amazing ice creams, juices, milk, fudges and biscuits! This place is a hidden gem and one I can’t wait to come back to visit 😍

Food is not cheap but locally sourced and great quality. Staff are great. Whole family enjoyed the food.

This is my 2nd visit for Sunday lunch which is plated up, served to the table and superb. 3 portion sizes are offered to suit all appetites and a choice of 2 available meats. Today beef or pork. As a family of 4 we chose 3 beef and 1 pork. 2 x medium plates and 2 small plates. Which were perfect. 4 empty plates lates after roast potatoes, cabbage, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, peas, broccoli, parsnip and cauliflower cheese. Hot, delicious, fresh and so so tasty. Staff were friendly and chatty. Lovely clean and modern interior with a farm shop attached for some Unique and handmade local gifts to take home and fresh milk and produce. Great place
