Little Italy in Bolton

Garlic bread cheese was good, kebab fresh and amazing chilli sauce. Good little spot on drive home, 2 mins from motorway. Good prices 👍

Rude, rude, rude and absolute waste of time. Was previously a regular customer and ordered something that we order quite often, two large calzones and fries. Waited over an hour for them to arrive and when the order turned it, it was wrong. Delivery guy was very rude and insisted the order was right so I tried to ring the shop. Phoneline was busy and the delivery guy was getting quite aggressive in his tone so I told him to take it back. I continued to ring the shop ratger than just order else where as I am a regular customer and stupidly thought that loyalty meant something. After 30 calls someone finally answered and I was promised that it would be sorted. Rang back an hour and a half later and he had decided not to bother with our reorder. Food is good, but customer service is abysmal!!

My order was wrong by 3 items. I accept mistakes happen so I called to get a refund on what I didn't receive. I was polite as always only to have the phone put down on me 3 times. Absolutely jaw dropping how you can run a establishment like this.
