Garlic bread cheese was good, kebab fresh and amazing chilli sauce. Good little spot on drive home, 2 mins from motorway. Good prices 👍

Rude, rude, rude and absolute waste of time. Was previously a regular customer and ordered something that we order quite often, two large calzones and fries. Waited over an hour for them to arrive and when the order turned it, it was wrong. Delivery guy was very rude and insisted the order was right so I tried to ring the shop. Phoneline was busy and the delivery guy was getting quite aggressive in his tone so I told him to take it back. I continued to ring the shop ratger than just order else where as I am a regular customer and stupidly thought that loyalty meant something. After 30 calls someone finally answered and I was promised that it would be sorted. Rang back an hour and a half later and he had decided not to bother with our reorder. Food is good, but customer service is abysmal!!

My order was wrong by 3 items. I accept mistakes happen so I called to get a refund on what I didn't receive. I was polite as always only to have the phone put down on me 3 times. Absolutely jaw dropping how you can run a establishment like this.

April 2023 Very disappointed in my experience at Prezzo. My daughter who is 7 ordered a child's menu spaghetti and informed me she had metal in her mouth. Spat the metal out and yes there was a big sharp piece of metal in her food. Very large lump. Very concerned this could have been very dangerous if she had swollowed or ingested the metal. Informed the waiter. Had to ask for the plate to be removed and new food ordered. No apology from the chef or senior management which I would expect from a serious incident. No concern or reassurance provided for my daughter that was very distressed from metal hurting her teeth. Extremely concerned about the experience.

Chorley Old RoadSO disappointed with our recent takeway. Used to be such a great pizza/paste place, always hot, fresh and authentic. Tonight, our pizza looked incredibly unappetizing, covered in orange cheese (presumably cheddar) lacking tomato sauce and with mimimal, low quality toppings. The pasta was supposed to have a bolognese sauce however was nothing like this and seemed to have been made with turkey and was inedible. A complete waste of money and really shocked at the decline of a once fantastic pizza takeaway.

193 St. Georges RoadBeen going to frances for over the 20 years always been consistent and good...but it has changed recently ...the last three meals have been terrible ...overcooked, pre prepared conjealed and bland.... Such a shame that a business with so much reputation can go down hill so fast....won't be eating there again...sorry Franca consistency is the key...
