Honestly great food be you will be waiting 1 hour to maybe 2 hours for your food

sorry to said my friend we come on first time darlinton we have room rent on north road we oder first time on darlinton just eat lamb butter and i now butte garvy mix with tomato garlic and ginger and some nutrs but this buter garvy just like sweet and suger no salt no spicy no butter on thr garvey

food was cold but was tasty I said that I would order again but am so so. Had to microwave

The food was ok, but it came later than given, in a cardboard box, so it was warm but not hot, maybe an investment of insulated carriers would help

Our family always enjoys the meals from this takeaway. The food is tasty and comes in large portion sizes.

Took over 2 hours for delivery, food was luke warm on arrival and just about edible. Shame really as it's good quality food, just wish they could be honest with delivery times.

The food arrived almost an hour late

it said delivery time between 35 to 50 minutes... it took 1 hour and 30 minutes. that's not on. At least tell the give the actual time I wouldn't of orderer if I knew.

This takeaway has maintained excellent standards since I remember, for more than 15 years. The special biriyani is recommended.

As always our food arrived early and was piping hot. The two curries and two rices we got were as always amazing and the containers were crammed full. Sorry there's no pictures as I always forget to take a picture before we eat them. We never go anywhere else but here for our food as in our eyes they can't be beaten for taste and value for money.

Good food but second time in a row delay after delay for a delivery time

I ordered my meal at 6pm and after several calls my meal came 3hrs later the food is good but the service is dreadful. Surely after waiting for 3hrs u should get it for free I will think hard weather to use little Indian again

we ordered delivery for 20:20 at 19:02 which gave them plenty of time to prepare and deliver the food how the food arrived at 21:50 and was cold. we rang them 3 times each time they said it was going to be 20 minutes max

the number on the app to contact the store was wrong. chicken was dry and chips soggy

Absolutely fantastic one of the best I’ve had everything hot and delicious

Tandoori mixed grill and naga hot madras sauce w garlic naan. Driver was a legend as whilst he wasn't strong enough to open the front gate he was infinitely more intelligent than most and had the intelligence to phone us to come out, top bloke. mixed grill 10/10, naan also very good. Madras sauce not as hot as I would of liked but not a reflection on the restaurant as I am impervious to pain due being a pure legend. All in all very good, Would of liked some red sloppy tackle for poppadoms. 10/10

Worth every penny, ordered 2 curries, 2 sides and 2 Nanns and can honesty say one of the best meals for the money on the town. Only feedback was chicken was a little overcooked in my partners curry but I suppose rather be over than under. Will definitely be ordering again. Cheers

Best Chikken Tikka Massala Un Darlington 👌

As always food was delivered piping hot and so delicious. It was so nice that as soon as I had put it out on the plates they disappeared so wasn't able to get photos. needless to say didn't take long for the food to be gone. We always get our curries from Little India as for the prices in our eyes they can't be beaten on quality and quantity.

Really enjoyed the food. It arrived on time, hot and packed clearly. Free poppadoms were much appreciated too!

Shockingly late. We even had to drive out to locate the driver who couldn’t find us even after leaving directions on the order and after several phone calls with him! So late, we couldn’t all eat it. We couldn’t cancel as we were told the driver was already out!

Food arrived very late but somewhat expected due to being NYE. The food was actually worth the wait, tbh. Unbelievable scran! Free bottle of coke, too. Will be ordering again.

Great food as always can't fault it

Paneer was disgusting. Tasted like boiled spinach thrown over cheese. No spices. Curry was floating I mean floating in oil which had to be poured off. Naan bread was nice. 2nd visit in last 2 months. 1st time they forgot some food, we had to go back to collect it! No discount or freebie even tho we request something. Poor customer service. Won't go back

it was awful.threw the starters in the bin.main meal was warm,not of its usual standard.maybe the delivery driver cooked this tonight,then delivered!

No communication from the restaurant until I had to complain that my order was late…25 minutes late!! Only then did they update me that my order was on its way, 1 hour and 20 minutes after placing the initial order!!

Utterly delicious. Arrived on time and piping hot. Good portions and bursting with flavour. Highly recommend them.

As always a pleasure to deal with the staff. The food is terrific and I would recommend them. They text to say when they are 9n their way and call when they arrive. A very personal touch I feel. I live in a residential establishment of flats and when he calls to say he has arrives, he keeps the food in the warm bag and only removes it as its handed over. All are polite and of generous spirit. Won't go anywhere else

Food was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant contacted me in advance to say the order maybe delayed, it was less than 5 mins late and the food was piping hot, fresh and tasty. The delivery driver was also very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone as high quality food and excellent service 🙂

Best Indian food in darlo , recommend the paneer

On arrival there was a naan bread missing from the order, i had to phone and tell them, they apologised and got one sent out pretty quickly, they actually sent 2. I ordered a bengal kebab starter, the lamb tikka in it was inedible, bone dry and chewy so not good, the jalfrezi was ok but nothing special, pretty disappointing really considering it was £38

First time ordering from Little India. Will definitely be making it a regular. Food was a bit late but its NYE so definitely to expect. Driver was so polite and apologetic, but like I say it's NYE. Food was piping hot, absolutely delicious, complimentary poppadoms. And also around £1 cheaper than the other fancier Indian takeaways in the town. Also 5 star hygiene. Fantastic, thank you Little India!

Food has been cold last couple of times. Jalfrezi so salty tonight I couldn't eat it so went in the bin. Used yo be my favourite Indian takeaway place but unfortunately will have to try elsewhere next time

Really sorry but this order was very disappointing, bland tasteless soggy popadoms and almost 1 hour late even though it was pre ordered earlier in the day . Gutted because we liked this restaurant but this was no good , time to find a new Indian takeout sorry guys

Absolutely outstanding, faultless, so tasty and delicious every time.

Little India has always been my go to for takeaway and it’s usually delicious, however this time I ordered food it turned up lukewarm, poppadoms tasted fishy (could be the oil they are cooked in) onion bhajis were not fresh and the food just wasn’t as good as usual. Very disappointed and just hope for future orders it will be better.

A very large order. Twelve people, twelve meals with extras. All enjoyed their food. The portions are large enough for two and so tasty. Service was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Very good curry however, they forgot part of our order when we rang to let them know they refused to deliver it as there wasn’t a driver coming to our area and they thought it was a waste of time even though we had paid for it. Very bad customer service but very good food.

Food was ok, I ordered on the App and paid for my full order through just eat but when the delivery came the man asked for £0.95 specifically because ‘I ordered something extra’ this is impossible since it was an online payment and I didn’t ring l up to change anything. I usually always leave a tip however I knew I had no change in the house and it was too late to get any cash from the shop so that’s why I did an online payment. I would have happily paid more of a delivery charge in order to give the driver a tip but Its rare I order Indian so I went with the first option that popped up and looked good enough. Or if the app allowed to pay tips through online payment. (Quick suggestion) Anyways it was only 95p but it was incredibly awkward since I had no change and knew I hadn’t ordered anything extra. In the end he gave us the order.
