Ordered from here a few times always lovely cakes great ice creams and delivery is always on time never had a late delivery. Always order from here when me and my family fancy a sweet treat ! Great desert shop highly recommend!

I would like a refund as my item was not right

Ordered at 8:33pm and it is now 22:06 and my order still isn’t here

Food hasn’t arrived however it says it has been delivered

awful experience didnt cone until 2 hours after order time. Yet delivery was estimated half an hour?

The app shows delivered, however the food arrived 30 minutes later. However, I was compensated with free food.

kinder beuno milkshake was great, carrot cake was fire🔥and the family loved the ice cream. i will be coming again to try out more of the menu

Delicious cookie dough as usual however can’t understand why it took over an hour to be delivered.

They’re promoting misleading information on their uber eats website. We ordered a sharing deal and half of the things we ordered didn’t come. Also poor service from the guy over the phone as he couldn’t even be bothered to apologise for missing things out from our order.

Not fresh ingredients used for French toast. Banana was slimy like had been sliced for a while. Bread definitely not just done and biscoff crumb was stale. If freshly made and fresh ingredients used, would have been lush. Forgot flake of my little one ice cream. So that caused me to deal with a little tantrum lol. Brownie was nice with custard.

Ordered a mocha and burnt my tongue and couldn’t event touch the glass even after waiting for 5 min. When I asked one of the staff they said it is supposed to be hot. Untrained barista and staff (note: I usually ask for extra hot mocha elsewhere, even for me it was hot)

Nearly 2 hours for 4 cookie doughs to be delivered. Dessert shop only 5 minutes from delivery address!۱

I ordered desserts for the whole family from Little Dessert Shop to celebrate my niece's birthday, and once again, they did not disappoint. The desserts were absolutely delicious, just as they always are. To make the experience even sweeter, I was given a free extra gelato, which was such a lovely surprise. The quality, presentation, and service were all fantastic. Thank you for making our celebration even more specialm I’ll definitely be ordering again. :-)

Disappointed, the delivery took a long time and so the waffles were cold by time they reached us. The food was ok, ordered here as there was a deal on but wouldn’t swap from our usual place - which is further away but always manage to deliver warm fresh waffles and in much less time.

Ordered the strawberry sensation waffle, I loved it,its so soft& fluffy,a generous portion too,even got a free gelato🤭.Will definitely order again!!

now: furniture is warn out and damaged, walls are damaged, cakes don't taste good. waffles had cardboard texture - maybe reheated, prices are too high. service is very good. previously: the shop is very quiet. the men's toilet is broken, vandalised. no other options available. service was great. food displays look awful.

Order from these regularly and it is one of the best places to get deserts from , 95 % of the time it’s high quality and good service

Will never order again really bad experience I didn’t receive my order and app showing food is delivered and never answer the call when they finally picked up she doesn’t even listen properly she hang up on me without even trying to sort out the issue

Luxurious and delicious biscoff cheesecake with pistachio drizzle. Very nicely presented. Great service and fast delivery. Also received a complimentary scoop of gelato.

Quick on delivery and really amazing dessert

Ordered from here a lot of times throughout 2024 and our first for 2025. Never had any bad issues with them. Food is always warm, order is perfect evert time. Delivery times are spot on. Only had 1 delivery which was half an hour late. recommend!!

After a long time I enjoyed a take away dessert. The price was amazing for what we got. Luxury packaging and the dessert was the best I have ever had in a takeaway. Well done to this place. It will be my new regular. They have a free ice cream too which was very thoughtful. You will not be disappointed. Best place on this platform.

The ice cream was melted by the time it was received, no sprinkle or marshmallow on top, and a smaller cup size than what is meant to be. For a sundae that you charge almost £10, the least you can do is provide the correct ingredients.

Pancakes and cheese cake was very nice. Bit late but they called and apologised and gave a free dessert so I'm still happy with the service. The dessert arrived delicious so that helped a lot.

Only ordered a concrete cake and was sent out a cornflake cake? I only order one cake and get a completely different item after waiting an hour for delivery.
