Ordered at 11:15pm on a Sunday night, with an estimated 40 minutes after arrival time. Was happy to wait this considering the time. Had no updates until 12:45am, when it said the food had been delivered. No food in sight, then finally at 1:10am we get a knock at the door. No apology, rude driver, cold food, spilt drinks. Absolutely appalled, will not be ordering again, especially considering the plethora of similar reviews!

Ordered a mini eggs cookie dough and literally got 4 small mini eggs on it.

Came nearly 3 hours after ordered. Hot desserts were cold. Rang up and every time said 5 minutes away.

Finally found the best place to order desserts for delivery. The cereal pop cheesecake with salted caramel sauce was amazing. Will definitely be ordering again.

My order was delivered 2 hours after placing my order, I spoke to the shop 5 times within the 2 hours and was told he’s 5 mins away each time. Dessert was fine but I wouldn’t order from here again.

If u pay for extra scoops of ice cream u won’t receive them unless u pay for one scoop then double the price for a 2nd scoop doesn’t make sense broken menu pricing.

I’d give this store a 0 if I could . . Ordered from here tonight through uber eats, I placed the order at 8.20pm at 9.15 it was just getting collected after 2 drivers had already cancelled once the order had been picked up at 9.45 we tracked the driver who went to clay cross first before coming to our destination in eckington . . When we eventually got the order it was stone cold an inedible after spending £35 . . Tried getting a refund from uber eats who declined so I called the store who then said uber wouldn’t deliver a fresh one as we live to far away apparently but yet advertise on uber eats for our address but was spoken to like dirt by a member of staff in an aggressive manner who told me to just go through uber eats an put the phone down on me.

im not even pissing joking ive waited about 2 hours for some sodding desserts its a piss take never order from here im sodding starving and if it comes in a crap quality best believe me and my community because for some reason google called me a contributor will be absolutely raiding this place they take that long its like they’re harvesting their own pissing flour in the streets of chesterfield

Ordered here from deliveroo with a deal. Delivery was a little slow but that was due to finding a deliveroo driver to deliver our order, not the restaurants fault. We ordered the cookie dough and sushi crepe. They were both pistachio and white chocolate with the Dubai chocolate. These were delicious. Really tasty, very impressed with them. Will definitely order from here again

Always have the milky stars cookie dough always fully covered in belgan chocolate and loads of stars, had another one but wasn't too happy as only got 2 peices of chocolate with it but still nice

it was busy so understandable just wish they would have notified, they are polite when called though and the driver was kind. the food was delicious would recommend.

I can't believe I just spent £33 for 2 milkshakes and a waffle with missing ingredients, not mention an hour and 10 minute wait on a Tuesday. Milk shake is nice but as for the waffles, there is three toppings on a menu you created. how do you miss ingredients? Seems a long wait to pay that much, for an incorrect order, bit disappointing to be honest

Love the share box definitely value as lots in for a family or more to share. The only thing I would change is having double portion school cake not waffle as prefer your school cake. It really light, fluffy and oh so 😋

Great desert but recieved wrong order

The app showed “enjoy your food” so I called the shop and they said the driver is about to set off from the shop he will be 5 mins. 15 mins later it arrived. 1st time using them and to say I ordered on a Thursday at 22:15 for it to arrive at exactly 23:48 is appalling! No apology!

Ordered at 9:50pm and was given a delivery time of between 10:30pm-10:50pm. It got to 10:55 and on my app it claimed it was delivered. I left it another 15 minutes and still not arrived. I rung the store at 11:10pm they said it’s on the way. Baring in mind it’s only a 10 minute drive away it finally arrived at 11:35pm. Food was okay but really not happy about how long it took at all.

Really polite and helpful staff, didnt have an item we ordered, rung to inform and altered as we wanted. When order arrived had several items in free of charge with a hand written note. Really nice gesture. Came in good time and all the desserts were amazing and very fresh!

excellent customer service when I had to phone to explain an issue with my address, the person on the phone explaining they had ran out of rocher which was ok we found an alternative but very kindly sent us free cheesecake and ice cream, this was a very nice touch,thankyou

Nice food and liked the free Gelato, one thing about the trio box that you do now, it was better when it was crepes and not waffles.

Had the strawberry and chocolate French toast it arrived cold and completed caked in chocolate the dessert box was swimming in it, there were a handful of strawberries. Usually good but this has really put us off. Milkshakes are good.

Order was later than advised by just over 15 minutes which given it is NYE isn't too bad. However, I put an adhoc request in for a pot of ice cream as these are not available to order, not expecting this to be provided. They gave me two - a vanilla and a kinder Bueno which matched my order. Great service, so thank you. Happy New Year.

Ordered a bottle of water which they had run out of so they let me pick and milkshake for the cost of the water instead and gave us a sample of gelato from their new machine.

The croissants were very dry, only had half of one. Can’t speak for other items on the menu

Good tasty dessert shop with lots of options. The food was very good, the service was a little slow. Once we arrived at the location we were still waiting a little while for the food to be ready. The presentation of the place inside probably needs a little work to make it look more presentable and inviting. I would go back here because the food was very nice.

Just eat said the order was delivered when it wasnt, rang the store and they said “we’ll send your order out now” as if it was sat in the shop going cold. Still havent recieved the order and wont be ordering from these again.

The food arrived 45 minutes late. According to the just eat app it left the shop at 9.13pm but it was delivered at 9.55pm even though the journey should take no more than 10 minutes. By the time it arrived the French toast was stone cold and inedible and the gelato bites were completely melted and absolutely vile. Won't be ordering from here again.

Really great cheese cake I do recommend the rhubarb and raspberry. The share box is always a favourite also here. The only thing i found a little weird was on delivery the driver was more concerned about a name than the code. When it weird to ask the name and be so confused why that has importance in long as having the code. Otherwise it was great 😊

I got in contact with them and luckily they gave me an update within t miuntes, they food was great and made up for the fact it was late.

£8 a slice of pistachio cake, not even pistachio crème used , just a green cake soaked in green tasteless water , pure mush. P.s Costco sell jars of actual pistachio crème 6.99, cheaper than a slice of the cake. The crepe was just as tragic , not even fully cooked .. straight in bin …. Save your money .

Love this dessert shop, it’s our regular go to! The food is always fresh, delicious and hot. They normally deliver way before the ETA, tonight they were late due to an admin error but the driver was very polite and apologetic, still 5* service in my opinion!
