Great place for desserts .Really love their milkshakes and loaded strawberries.

Ordered and it was estimated to be delivered by 20 past 10, which was then changed to 22:35 and still didn’t show up til 22:56. Upon arrival cookie dough was cold and both crepes were also cold, I’m guessing either not prepared fresh or left on side and neglected, either way not very happy with service!

Very nice milkshakes but little bit expensive but to be honest it’s worth it

2nd time ordering and both times food was 30-40mins past the 1 hour delivery time, and both times the cookie dough was cremated and rock hard

Usually fine however tonight after waiting almost an hour they then cancel the order, Why accept if you are unable to do the delivery..

Ordered pancakes and they are severely burnt. Taste absolutely horrendous. When called, staff were rude.

Had to call for the order and then use the messaging service through just-eat both times was told it was just going out, nearly an hour late! Due to it being late I then went on to have lots of acid build up which burnt my throat & Custard was cold!

Waffle was delicious, still warm and plenty of sauce and toppings just how I like it. I’d say it’s the best one I’ve had so far. Milkshake was also delicious 😋

Absolutely awful staff honestly should all be ashamed of yourselves for scamming me while I was in a vulnerable situation charged me twice and was all laughing and joking about it refusing to give me a refund when I caught them out had to prove to them that they had scammed me and I wasn’t being stupid RUDE STAFF 0/10

Over an hour and a half late and im still waiting for my delivery. Sent a messages to the restaurant asking where my order was no answer. Then phoned them myself to be told the delivery driver said he had delivered to me. Awful service

Absolutely ridiculous!! Order my milkshakes and cake at 8:15pm and said it was delivered after the 45mins that it was gonna take but wasn’t here, called the restaurant and the very rude server said it was gonna be another 18mins, waited and still hadnt arrived, so called another 2 times and said it was gonna take another 18 mins to come!! Eventually had to cancel my order after going thought all of this and was told I could have it tomorrow! Will never be ordering from here again😡

Get some more drivers . Everytime I have ordered from here it’s over a hour late and all the bad reviews are about the same thing . Get it sorted

not even kidding but that dessert was the best i have ever tried!! i strongly recommend the dunking box so good for money and it allows you to have a bit of everything when you aren’t sure on what to have. really good value for money and can’t wait to order again.

Food is amazing as always never disappoints you. Kunafa Sushi Crepe & Strawberries were absolutely amazing along with shakes & cookie doughs. Unfortunately delivered 45min later than the latest expected delivery time. Ordered at 8.30pm recieved at 10.30pm which was the only downside.

No update on delivery half the order missing

Poor quality. wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Food is late and they make excuses like "heavy traffic" What heavy traffic could they possibly be running into on a random midweek night at 9:30pm?

This is by far the worst Little dessert branch in the West Midlands. Go to Dudley or go to Wolverhampton. How can you get the order wrong twice. After waiting over 1 hour, my delivery came but it was wrong. I called the store who did not care at all and said they will send out the right order. After another hour wait, they got my order wrong again and missed out many items. The fruit they use are off and the chocolate seems old. Worst food and worst customer service

We ordered at 8:30 and we received our dessert s at 10:40 melted no good to eat we never had any issues before and was absolutely awful tonight

Extremely disappointing delivery and service. Got told it was delivered despite courier not picking the food up, and received our order 1.5hours after initially ordering despite the 30-45min delivery. Had to call for any information. Food was alright but had too little fruits inside the strawberry cups and the banana fritter

initially delivered on time, but ice-cream was missing, called,waited an hour,almost, called agai and was another 50 min. so nearly 2 hours for forgotten items. and STILL sent wrong flavours.

shocking honestly… i never normally have a problem but this time i did. got told my food was on its way 30 mins before i recived it and its freezing cold all of it

Disappointed this time around - Last time was awesome, this time the chocolate on the covered strawberries was excessively watery & tasted strange. Didn't eat it all, the next day it was inedible as the chocolate had separated & the strawberries gone pink & soggy. Never had this before with this dessert, has put me off slightly.

The gelato balls had melted and the cream on the milkshake….cheesecakes needed to be refrigerated as they were warm. Delivery from leaving the shop to arriving was extremely long so ruined the experience

Don’t bother can’t even deliver food to the correct address & when you call to complain your food magically appears within 5 mins I swear the delivery driver took our food & brought it back as soon as we complained

ordered food 4.45pm food arrived 6.15pm was fobbed off saying its heavy traffic I live 10 mins away. pancakes were burnt and Forereo chocolate tasted stale. wont be ordering again.

Their taste along with their staff is sooo good. I came across Samridhi multiple times and she is really good in dealing.

Rude staff, awful service. They offered complimentary desserts to apologise for messing up our last order and now refusing to honour this and just put phone down on me! We ordered raspberry sauce but they don’t do this so instead of telling us put chocolate without asking, and the waffle was rock hard so it was thrown away! Our other dessert with brownies was incorrect too, only 1 out of 3 desserts ordered was correct, very disappointing as we regularly order but will NOT be ordering again! Do not order from here - the Merryhill store is better.

sadly was told they were out of strawberries so had the brownies kunafa which was still amazing but gets abit too chocolatey . The sushi Kunafa crepe was just perfect and kids enjoyed their milkshake. By far the best dessert place around specifically Bhill branch :)

Delivery was quick quick this however, the mini pancakes I opted for pistachio sauce, but didn’t come with it and also, the cornflakes tart tasted stale!

The food was terrible. My daughters love their desserts normally but this experience has put them off. The crepe was overloaded with chocolate sauce so she couldn’t eat much of it without feeling sick. My other daughter had half a waffle and found the waffle quite dry/rubbery. My hot chocolate was probably the biggest waste of money. It had clumps of chocolate powder or something. It was awful. The cup, regular size was 3/4 full which is unfair in itself. I had stomach cramps half n hour after consuming the hot chocolate. I didn’t have any other food.

Really happy with the service that they gave us, we got two glitter drinks, one cheesecake and one strawberry pistachio cup. Everything was fantastic and the ladies were really nice and chatty with us Great service!

For about 10 minutes the app said that my order had been delivered and i could not get through to the restaurant, eventually got through and they said yes the driver is on his way now and changed the app to say its on its way
