The order was placed at 8.32 and an initisl delivery time of 57minutes was quoted, it was then acknowledged to be deivered between 21.25 and 21.45, it was delivered at 22.07, 1 hour and 35 minutes from placing the order.

Really Poor Quantity of Strawberries and Kunafa! Inside the Dubai Chocolate styled cups. Definitely not worth the money of paying £10 pound for just one. My mom ordered 3 of these and cost £25 pounds. When the order came the pots were smaller than how it was advertised on Uber Eats and were supposed to be larger pots. The main problem was the poor lack amount of strawberries and brownies the bare minimum of 1-2 peicies . Moreover, the rest filled with Chocolate and Pistachio Kunafa. Customers don’t just want that, if they are ordering this! They expect more of the commodities in the desert but the issue was rectified with large cups of Strawberries and Brownies delivered. Therefore, definitely never buying this desert or any other from here again . All of you might as well go to the Merry Hill one much better quantity of commodities in your desert.

Shocking service, waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes and still no food, every time we called we were advised the food would arrive in 10 minutes and time would pass and still nothing. No apology over the phone either, disgusting service.

If I could give 0 stars I would waited over 40 minutes for my order and I was given the wrong order when it finally arrived if you plan on going to this place bring a pillow and blanket because you’ll be there for a while.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I was waiting over 45 minutes for just two orders which was a crepe and a waffle. When checking my order when left we had the wrong order with raspberries which I’m allergic. This could have been very serious.

The food took far to long to come. Advertised up to 45 mins our food arrived at 11:15 after ordering just after 9pm.

the brownies were burnt and it overall ruined the taste of the whole dish I could literally taste a burnt flavour more then the Stawberries and pistachio

HUGE fan of the desserts from this branch of LDS. portions are always great! I left an order note this time due to an error on my previous order, and they sent me extra Ice Cream, they had upgraded my shake to a large and also had sent me a sticky note apologising. All totally unexpected, but these small little details make for great customer service :)

The strawberries were not cut so it was just a cup of whole strawberries. The delivery was meant to arrive at 4pm and came at 5:20pm, very disappointing.

Delivery was 30 minutes early which is unusual. Food was nice, unfortunately sent the wrong icecream.

Delivered early, nice and warm. I always order from here as they are very pleasant with any queries. I had the temptation waffle I think it’s called and it was delicious, plenty of toppings just how I like it. Always good and delish!!

Ordered and it was estimated to be delivered by 20 past 10, which was then changed to 22:35 and still didn’t show up til 22:56. Upon arrival cookie dough was cold and both crepes were also cold, I’m guessing either not prepared fresh or left on side and neglected, either way not very happy with service!

Very nice milkshakes but little bit expensive but to be honest it’s worth it

2nd time ordering and both times food was 30-40mins past the 1 hour delivery time, and both times the cookie dough was cremated and rock hard

Usually fine however tonight after waiting almost an hour they then cancel the order, Why accept if you are unable to do the delivery..

Had to call for the order and then use the messaging service through just-eat both times was told it was just going out, nearly an hour late! Due to it being late I then went on to have lots of acid build up which burnt my throat & Custard was cold!

Ordered pancakes and they are severely burnt. Taste absolutely horrendous. When called, staff were rude.

Waffle was delicious, still warm and plenty of sauce and toppings just how I like it. I’d say it’s the best one I’ve had so far. Milkshake was also delicious 😋

Over an hour and a half late and im still waiting for my delivery. Sent a messages to the restaurant asking where my order was no answer. Then phoned them myself to be told the delivery driver said he had delivered to me. Awful service

Absolutely ridiculous!! Order my milkshakes and cake at 8:15pm and said it was delivered after the 45mins that it was gonna take but wasn’t here, called the restaurant and the very rude server said it was gonna be another 18mins, waited and still hadnt arrived, so called another 2 times and said it was gonna take another 18 mins to come!! Eventually had to cancel my order after going thought all of this and was told I could have it tomorrow! Will never be ordering from here again😡

Get some more drivers . Everytime I have ordered from here it’s over a hour late and all the bad reviews are about the same thing . Get it sorted

Last night I ordered food the food was delicious and delivery driver (Azhair) was well dressed and so friendly he was on time. I will order again soon.

not even kidding but that dessert was the best i have ever tried!! i strongly recommend the dunking box so good for money and it allows you to have a bit of everything when you aren’t sure on what to have. really good value for money and can’t wait to order again.

Food is amazing as always never disappoints you. Kunafa Sushi Crepe & Strawberries were absolutely amazing along with shakes & cookie doughs. Unfortunately delivered 45min later than the latest expected delivery time. Ordered at 8.30pm recieved at 10.30pm which was the only downside.

Poor quality. wouldn't recommend ordering from here. Food is late and they make excuses like "heavy traffic" What heavy traffic could they possibly be running into on a random midweek night at 9:30pm?

This is by far the worst Little dessert branch in the West Midlands. Go to Dudley or go to Wolverhampton. How can you get the order wrong twice. After waiting over 1 hour, my delivery came but it was wrong. I called the store who did not care at all and said they will send out the right order. After another hour wait, they got my order wrong again and missed out many items. The fruit they use are off and the chocolate seems old. Worst food and worst customer service

Got told it was delivered despite courier not picking the food up, and received our order 1.5hours after initially ordering despite the 30-45min delivery. Had to call for any information. Food was alright but had too little fruits inside the strawberry cups and the banana fritter

Disappointed this time around - Last time was awesome, this time the chocolate on the covered strawberries was excessively watery & tasted strange. Didn't eat it all, the next day it was inedible as the chocolate had separated & the strawberries gone pink & soggy. Never had this before with this dessert, has put me off slightly.

The gelato balls had melted and the cream on the milkshake….cheesecakes needed to be refrigerated as they were warm. Delivery from leaving the shop to arriving was extremely long so ruined the experience

Don’t bother can’t even deliver food to the correct address & when you call to complain your food magically appears within 5 mins I swear the delivery driver took our food & brought it back as soon as we complained
