Little Dessert Shop Brierley Hill in Dudley

Ordered twice now on uber eats first time there so much chocolate on my crepe I could not taste anything but chocolate. Second time round ordered waffles instead of crepe as it’s like eating raw flour . Got a crepe anyways lol . And same again drenched in chocolate so no point picking your toppings as you can’t taste them .

Omds cant believe how oustanding my cookie dough is and the waitress behind the counter was very beautiful and polite and cute she even gave me an extra ice cream made my day 😁❤️ big up to little deserts

UPDATE - Manger phoned me 4 times begging me to change my opinion and trying to talk to me 😂 Talk about harassment Food is good, staff are useless and unfriendly and it was almost a 2 HOUR for 1 slice of cake. What an absolute joke these people are. How does it take almost 2 hours for 1 slice of cake. Get rid of whoever was working and replace them because that is absolutely unacceptable. I live 10 minutes away from this place so it wasn't even that long to drive here. You're all useless. Will not to back ever again, good job 👏

I went to order the date night offer which is on the website, and they said we don’t do it any more but the way the manager ( Fatima ) said and spoke was so out off order while I was speaking too her she just walk of how rude is that.

Milkshake was good, cookie dough was burnt and tasted like a biscuit, with black spots underneath and looked like it was smothered in chocolate to compensate.

All the frozen deserts had melted, the cakes were crushed and warm through being at room temperature. Terrible!!

Made to wait over an hour and a half and then the order was cancelled on their half, if you can’t fulfil the order then cancel it straight away instead of making people wait when we could of ordered from somewhere else, classy service thanks!!

Absolutely appalled by this place. Placed an order on the app and got a phone call 2 minutes later (once the payment had been taken) to say they cannot deliver for 24 hours as they have no drivers. Asked them to cancel the order and was told they cannot do that. When I went to the app I could not cancel the order as there was no option to do this. Lady on phone told Me that’s not her problem. No craps given from them and will never be using again and will not be recommending to anyone. It’s now going to take 5 days for a payment to be put back in to my account because they can’t figure their stuff out and hire enough drivers. (Could not collect as car had been taken to garage or I would have gone to collect myself) attitude of staff on phone was disgusting!!! Update Have been trying for over a week to get my refund and spoke to the manager today and told because I posted this review on google I will not be getting my refund. Have contacted trading standards about this and am in now hopes of getting my money back so good luck to anyone who wants to use this place.

there was an issue with the order, not due to restaurant but due to the app and actually the shop sorted it within 15 minutes they came back with the item, so cannot fault these guys, and lovely deserts too, will order again :)

The food was slightly cold when arrived

I ordered the deal for 2 and 2 crepes through Uber Eats. I called to ask if the milkshakes in the deal come with cream and usually they do not, but the lady I spoke to very kindly agreed to put cream on the milkshakes for free. Very good service, as always, thank you very much!

Ordered a date night deal tonight. 2 cookie dough and 2 milkshakes. We phoned to ask to change the cookie dough slightly from what was offered in the deal, the lady on the phone was very accommodating! The food came well within the time specified and was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely be ordering from here in the future. 100% recommend!!

Great food, very quick service

Great food and service from this place, for the second time. We had the dipping box, between 5 adults and could not finish it. Everyone commented on how fresh the fruit was, the crêpes were still warm and the sauces were amazing. Really just good value dessert. The place itself is clean and the staff are welcoming and professional. Parking is now much better on the high street too.

Took 2 hours for delivery. Was cold on arrival. Had to call the shop and they said it was out for delivery and they had thrown some things in - they didn’t. Actually disappointed

I've always ordered from here, the food is amazing, I've never had an issue with my orders, the portions are great and they always answer the phone with their amazing customer service.

Order was late was not notified of a delay in me getting the order. I ordered a create your own and you couldn’t even add everything I had paid for, let alone could you not burn it either. This has got to have been the worst experience I have received here so far considering we order here on a regular you have now lost yourself a regular due to your incompetence and lack of customer service. Also just as a side hint: Maybe try answering you phone or don’t have it.

absolutely shocking. place food order over £25 at just after 8pm. more than happily accept the order and take my money. but still here awaiting order that should have been here half hour ago and no communication. I chase for refund, have the shop, await a text reply and still nothing and to make it worse I have to wait days for a refund....absolute joke. next time don't take the money till shop confirms they are preparing food or if a refund is due to no food process it back immediately

Food never arrived ordered over an hour and a half ago

i usually order to collect/uber eats and have never had an issue with the food here its always been amazing and on time. Sadly today it took 1hr and 50min to get my food and half the order was for my colleagues at work. sadly they finished their shift before the dessert got to us so we were forced to hand it out to others. I will continue to order from here via uber/collection but today wasn’t great overall. I was told it was super busy but then it should of been managed differently.

Disappointed when it shows on the photos that it comes in a big box with all the waffles cut up to share with the sharing pots of chocolate in the middle when we receive 3 waffles whole in separate cardboard boxes, nothing like it shows as we couldn’t even separate the waffles when they was saturated with everything

Had treat boxes made for my brothers wedding and they were amazing.. The staff there was very creative and nice .for a big order timing was perfect very efficient...

Everytime I go to the store, the staff greet me immediately with a warm welcome. The food and drinks are amazing and made with love and care. I will definitely come back.

Best Dessert Place in town, yummy food

Ordered 2 cheesecake these evening through ubereats but driver dropped off KFc instead. After calling the shop to explain the situation, first I was asked if I could have it tomorrow when I said no staff were rude and was not willing to deal with the situation. This is the second time in the last few weeks we have had issues we won't be ordering from them again.

I visited tonight and was greeted by 3 lovely lady staff members and I purchased 3 cakes while I was working and I have to say they were absolutely delicious! The ladies where very friendly and we had a good chat which made the service absolutely excellent which makes me want to visit again and again and purchase more dessert from this store. Thank you ladies <3 x

I ordered a strawberry chocolate crepe and the crepe was not cooked at all it was so dry and chewy as it had not been cooked it at all. So disappointed the crepe actually made me feel sick and the strawberries as well on top of it tasted off.
