My favourite Indian in West End - always good whether sitting in or take away. Small lates when sitting in but allows you to sample much more. Staff always v helpful too. The fish pakora is superb, crispy with delicate flavours that complement fish. The lamb karahi is my go to curry but almost everything I’ve had from here has been first class.

The pakora was the best I’v had for a long time and there was loads of it! Aubergene fritters were amazing and the curries were delicious. I will defo be back.

Ordered delivery from here, the food came on time as promised. I ordered two dishes Butter Chicken and Lamb Karahi with instructions to make it extra spicy. I really have to commend the kitchen for following the instructions, as many times from other restaurants this is just ignored. The food tastes fantastic, the portions are decent and is very fresh to taste. Highly recommended if you want authentic tasting Indian curries.

A great place to have an Indian curry. Tucked awy at the bottom of Byres Road, easily missed, it serves a selection of delicious curries in small dishes so 2 plates per person would be ideal. Taste and flavour are amazing. Their nan bread are no so great though and this is the only negative point I can mention being a devoted nan bread lover so beware if nan is your thing😉

I ordered on Uber Eats. The lamb methi gosht is incredible… I really love the taste of fenugreek. It was savoury, wasn’t too l hot. Absolutely packed with flavour and the lamb was cooked to perfection. The drink was cold. I’ll definitely be getting from here again.

One of my all time favourite restaurants 💖 got takeaway tonight. Tried the new meal deal for 2 which is £30. You get soo much food, all high quality, delicious, perfect as always! Excellent value for money! Staff always lovely and friendly 😊 cannot reccomend enough! Thank you 🖤✨💙

A small tapas style curry house - food was delicious and quick. A unique twist on the Indian curry experience. Worth a visit.

We chose 3 little bowls and pakora bread & rice. Delicious & our server was an attentive and cheery lad. Hearing the chopping and sizzling from the kitchen downstairs made my mouth water . Delicious food. Garlic chilli king prawns were amazing . So nice to taste a wee bit of everything without it being a buffet (which I’m just not fond of) . Will be returning for a munch after work again some time soon .

Just ordered a potato cauliflower carrot and pea curry priced at £11.95 ( used to be potato cauliflower and pea curry) . No cauliflower in the curry. Complained as there wasn't even a floret of cauliflower merely 3 miniscule pieces and was told that I couldn't complain as I had just admitted that I had indeed found cauliflower. I was then told it was cooked in batches and so no cauliflower guaranteed??? Was this the manager? as I don't believe that any decent retaurateur would treat a customer in this way. If this really was the owner of the restaurant then he should be sent on not only a course of customer service but also of honesty. Appalling!!!!

I’ll never order from this restaurant again. It’s put me off of Indian food for awhile. First, I got bread naan that it was clearly not homemade. Shambles to order from an indian restaurant and get a stored bought bread naan. Curries had too much salt on it to the point inedible, will give someone high blood pressure. All left to waste! Shocked it had so many positive reviews and fooling new customers.

Highly highly recommend. Dishes aren't the largest so order a couple extra and do it tapas style. Kori is delicious.

Top class food, friendly staff. I'm just not use to tapas size portions so ordering a couple of mains would make it more expensive than usual but you need to or you'd still be hungry 🤣

Best curry takeaway we have found in the neighbourhood

Lovely small eaterie and it really is small. A kind of Indian tapas affair with slightly bigger portions. We were advised to order two items each and that, indeed, was just right. Lovely food and I had a superb ice cream - really silly smooth - delicious. Probably a bit dearer than some other places, but worth it.

Pure Magic, food out of this world

Very helpful, friendly staff and excellent food. Good location. The place is tiny, as you'd expect from the name, so booking advisable but we managed a table of 8 on a rainy Saturday evening.

Food is very good and reasonably priced. Very cosy, not good for large parties and if you do sit above the kitchen be prepared to smell like what you've just ate all night.

This is my favourite curry place in Glasgow. Food is always excellent, great portions and reliable delivery. Our favourites, aubergine pakora, daal, lamb Karahi, garlic naan. Superb food great service.

They really have took a turn for the worst, their takeaway is still nice but this new concept they have for eat in is unfortunate - they used to be the best Indian in the west end but now they charge ridiculous prices for subpar curry, if you order a chicken curry you’d be lucky if it even has a chunk of chicken in it - lamb dishes are still decent - they say tapas style small plates but you’d still expect more then a single 2cm cube of chicken in a £7+ curry - they have become a scam

One of the best curries I have ever had. Visiting from London. The love and attention that goes into each dish, the flavour and freshness is above many other places I have tried. Garlic Chilli Chicken is superb and especially the garlic naan. Wonderful lamb and also saag paneer. Packed full of flavour. Also able to speak to Jas about the history of the restaurant which was truly insightful. Thank you!

The food was absolutely delicious and so accommodating for vegan/veg options. I'm vegan and my partner is vegetarian; he'd ordered naan for himself which I knew would contain butter, but the gentleman serving us was so happy to swap it out and make it vegan so I could have some. All the staff were so lovely and the service was superb. Can't wait to return!

Food is delicious but unfortunately just too unpredictable with delivery. Ranges between 1hr to 1.45 mins just too long. We only live 5 mins away- shame but will not order again

Very happy to finally be back after so long! A great friendly family run business. They've now transitioned to tapas style sized dishes now as well which are great for sharing lots of different tastes. All of it was delicious but I'd highly recommend the Lamb with the Garlic and Mushrooms. I'd also recommend their Gulab Jamun for dessert 🤤 Looking forward to going back again!

This place has reopened with a bang! Serving up small dishes of delicious authentic Indian food. Lovely refurb and excellent service. We loved all the curries we tried, the lemon rice, the pani puri and the mango lassi! Excited to have this lovely Indian restaurant in the west end

So iv just ordered a delivery from here after reading the reviews because the reviews were pretty impressive.. how ever I was sadly let down with the over all meal I got...for starters the sauce was separate from the meat it's self the meat was squashed in a tub with the rice.the rice at the bottom was starting g to go to mush .the meat fell apart nice but it was dry not surprising really off course it would be dry it was in with the rice .. What's that all about ..the sauce it's self was watery which makes me think it was frozen n possibly microwaved..so because of the whole let down with curry I though let me just eat the poppadom with the spice Onions. Cause I'm starving poppadom were all broken to bits to start with so..first bit poppadom fine so I though at least I'm eating something ...the fine didn't last no one bit of the poppadom were the same one bit was soggy one bit was over done n the rest was edible but it was like pot luck reaching in that bag of poppodms my last hope to fill a whole In. My belly but unfortunately not ..the whole meal £24 later the lot is in the bin n I'm still starving..what a let down n a half man.

We've started getting our takeaways from here amidst the COVID crisis. Couldn't rate it highly enough; quick delivery, tasty food and generous portions. Can't wait to come and try the sit in service one day in the future!

Absolutely awful. Drinks werent delivered, ordered a korma and butter chicken, the butter chicken came hot but tasted bad, the korma was clearly straight out of the fridge, absolutely no heat in it at all, not even luke warm, clearly they just reheat the food which makes sense as my girlfriend got food poisoning from their korma 5 months ago.

Awful service and abusive. Been a customer here for 15 years and ordered a take away tonight. After waiting 2 hours it hadn’t arrived so we phoned to ask and got abuse over the phone. We will never set foot in the place again. How to lose customers just like that!

They do a great student deal most days - £10 for a curry, rice/bread and drink! Spice levels can be customised as well, which was great as I like my food really spicy. Service was also great. Will definitely be coming back.

Great service, food was of a nice standard, they made me a madras even though it wasn't on the menu. The open view kitchen is a nice touch! Staff could not have been more friendly on the phone beforehand.

Ordered a takeout from this place last night and it was honestly one of the most delicious Indian dinners we have ever had. The Buttered Chicken and the Chicken Korma were amazing. Good portions, the Naan bread was huge as well, and the price was very decent. Would definitly recommend and will definitely be eating from here again!

The food is fantastic, just remember to ask for seating upstairs, take away the seats blocking the toilet door
