First time using the takeaway service and the food was amazing, we were given a time the food would be ready and right to the last second ready and hot.

Absolutely disgusting place. Ordered delivery. Food arrived cold..half way through food I wqa greeted with a mouthful of hair several times. Called restaurant. Refused refund or replacement ..DO NOT ORDER HERE

Very bad restaurant, I spend 50 pound on food, but my soprise is small amount of food for the price, food doesn't have any taste, the most horrible I saw was, the rice was stick like rice for shushi, with almost no meat, I don't recommend this place for nobody I pay for eat good no for spend my money, to be honest I don't understand why you selling food so bad. Never mind

We love eating at Little Asia because the food they serve is always delicious and to a very high standard. Tonight we ordered in and it was just as excellent as ever!

This little restaurant is truly a hidden gem. The portions are big, food is fresh and cheap for what you get. I haven’t had a Chinese meal as good as this in a long time.

The food is quite authentic and portion sizes are more than generous. A fantastic little spot!

Brilliant, hot and tasty food. Spoilt by having to pay cash, asking if there will be change available - answer 'of course' Cost of food £26.20 We paid £30 because of a £1 delivery charge and the deliverer had no change! Patted his trousers dramatically, then reluctantly said - 'its downstairs in the car'. £4 extra - that's a lot. We will use them again because the food is amazing but if you only take cash, your deliverers should carry change - otherwise it seems like begging

I haven’t ordered from Little Asia for over 9 months as we are trying to kerb our takeaway spending. LA didn’t disappoint & never does. I ordered chicken curry, Duck with ginger & spring onion, squid in salt & chilli and Monk Vegetables. It was all very very delicious!! Food at LA is always tasty, flavoursome, authentic but not cheap. The lady owner is very sweet & friendly. LA has a good selection of dishes, proper decent authentic food and being Chinese myself many of the dishes in the “Hot dishes” are worth trying When I’m craving dishes that my father used to make such as Monk Vegetables, pork aubergines hot pot, beef in black bean sauce Ho Fun or ribs in black bean sauce, Little Asia is my definitely go to place to get that type of dishes. When I used to live locally, I would collect the food and it was always busy, with mainly Chinese clientele which is a good sign. We have moved to Poole, tried few takeaway locally but nothing compares to LA Absolutely highly recommend Little Asia, without a doubt.

The best beef curry I have ever had! First time ordering from here, went for a fairly safe option of a beef curry and egg fried rice (other dishes were ordered for other people too) and it was outstanding. My new go to for a takeaway.

Once again an amazing meal!! Booked for a delivery today and food arrived within 40 mins! Food was hot, freshly cooked and very tasty!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!! Great choice of food!! Definitely going back!!

All food was un edable and belongs in the bin we only got 1 bite in we had noodles and crispy beef spent 34 quid and we have asked just eat for a refund as we didn't eat it and have put it back in the containers for the shop if they want it back to issue said refund

Every week, get set meal for one £12.80. Huge meal for one person. Egg fried rice, chicken dish of choose, I have mango chicken amazing and not too sweet. 6 chicken balls, 2 x pan cake rolls. [I had eaten 3 on the way home]Excellent service, friendly family run business. I would say best in Bournemouth 10/10. I sure only take cash. I added the menu, loads different items on the menu, and pletty drinks, including bubble tea. Ramin soup bows.l

We originally intended to have a takeaway but once we saw the sit down menu we decided to eat in. Excellent atmosphere great staff and absolutely coming back next time I'm in town.

I ordered the spicy beef noodles like I did before, but got sick after I got home and puked out everything on the bathroom floor. Definitely won’t come again. The owner was also very pushy about us ordering drinks.

Went here for the first time and ordered crispy chili squid, crispy chicken and chicken curry noodles. Everything was fresh and delicious! The service is amazing lady in there didn’t give my drink right away as i had to nip out and she didn’t want my drink to be watery. Service 10/10

Down in Bournemouth for a few days and chose this based on Trip Advisor reviews and a 5 * Scores on the Doors. And we were very pleased with our choices. Hot tasty food and very friendly service. Particularly recommend the smoked chicken starter. But it was all good. And they have a few tables to eat in which looked very welcoming.

The Crispy duck was dry. I suspect it had been reheated too many times. The rest of the food was excellent. Quite expensive for the venue. All the other diners were oriental. That says to me that the food is well respected within their community.

After a long hiatus I came back here a few weeks ago for a takeaway. The first obvious issue is that they only take cash. This isn't a huge inconvenience as there is a cash machine over the road at the petrol station. The big issue for me was that one of the dishes we ordered was fried aubergine with pork and we ended up with a tofu dish. Not wanting to waste time driving back and forth- we let this go. Only to find the tofu dish was inedible because it tasted excessively floral like washing-up liquid. I really don't know what went wrong there but shouldn't be that pungent.

Just received my take out order , sadly I didn’t receive my sweet and sour sauce . Not a big deal , but I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls . So I got dry balls and NO way to let them know ………… Do better !

Nice little authentic chinese near Bmth train station. Menu is vast and covers a lot more traditional chinese food than you would find in more western chinese places. Nice staff, quick delivery and reasonable prices. Only down side, is the area.

Interesting menu, some delicious Malaysian dishes. Friendly service and good portions, sea spiced aubergine recommended.

Great little Chinese. Food is prepared to order and quick. Decent selection and well priced. Has a hot pot offer too that's worth a try. Has several authentic Chinese plates worth trying at front of menu as well as a few Malaysian dishes reflecting one of the chefs heritage. Their s/p squid, plum duck, cold pork, braised pork, special rice and noddles are the highlights. Some of their bubble and sweet teas are good too. Take away isn't as good as eating in. But with only 5/6 tables it's a squeeze. Bring cash only! Worth a visit!

Take away menu - first time trial of take away from this restaurant… crispy aromatic duck was excellent but the remaining food ordered was not what we expected and my son who generally likes Chinese take away (only on special occasions and it was his birthday), didn’t really like it. So sadly, won’t be coming back again.

Duck amazing, ribs amazing, prawns not kung pou as I know it but still okay, seaweed not edible to salty and sweet shame will try again on weekend as I think the food is better. Still will be using them, just not normal standard.

Food tasted delicious. Satay was dry and big nuts. Unfortunately had a mushroom in my dish, which I am allergic to, so couldn’t eat it!

I'm not sure if you changed your cook but the Singapore noodles where dry and not very tasty, they wasn't even home made noodles like I had last time, I hope when i order again it will be fresh and home made.

One of the best Mapo Tofu I’ve ever had. The food here is authentic as can be, the service is fantastic and incredibly friendly and the portions are a very good size with good value for money. I cannot recommend this place anymore. This is my go to place now.

Little known spot in Bournemouth, near the train station. Huge variety of dishes to choose from, with pictures in the menu too. Everything from Chinese takeaway food to less well known dishes. Good choice for vegetarians, and pretty much every meat variety you can have. Portions were generous and filling. Food was served quickly and came out one plate at a time so it was definitely freshly cooked. Reasonably priced, less than £20 a head for us. It's a small restaurant but not busy so it was easy to find a drink. I recommend the honey and lemon iced tea, very delicious. Only thing to know before you go is it's CASH ONLY. We knew and brought £50 for the two of us which was more than enough. Try this place before it becomes popular!

This small Asian restaurant has really good service from the staff. The food is nice too. The only drawback is that they only take cash. We ordered before finding out. We had £30 cash on us but our food was about 32 or so. The kind lady who is probably the owner took our 30bucks and said we shouldn’t bother. There is a cash machine about 2mins walk from the restaurant though.

We were having a little family getaway in Bournemouth and we were looking for a Chinese takeaway. We stumbled upon little Asia and we were not disappointed! The food was very reasonably priced and really tasty. The restaurant side of the business was wall to wall full, and for me that is normally a good sign. If you are visiting Bournemouth and looking for a chinese check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

chips were actually skinny fries that were stale and oil was likely very old. “special” fried rice was not fresh either - more like plain boiled rice with pieces of dry meat. nothing was fresh no even a spring onion in there and zero flavour, nothing was aromatic at all. chicken curry was clearly pre made mix with extra chilli powder thrown in and the chicken tasted like it had been frozen. it is poor quality and not fresh - wont be ordering again from here for nearly £30 i regret the purchase.

Came here with a friend after he recommended it to me, service is a little bit slow, there was a young lady serving and she looked under a lot of pressure but was very pleasant. Ordered some bbq ribs and soup for starters, cooked nicely and came out quickly, very tasty. The we had a few dishes to share, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, Crispy Shredded Beef, King Prawn Sweet Chilli and special fried rice. All cooked well and tasted lovely. Will definitely visit here again, not sure about the bad reviews for takeaway, eat in and enjoy the freshly cooked food.

Massive choice of food on the menu with pictures to help you choose. Nice modern vibe extending right through to the clean WC's. Great friendly service of the fresh cooked dishes, which meant they didn't ask come out together; but the wait was minimal. Cash only on this occasion.
