Nice food and friendly service. The lady was very busy with orders but was very attentive. Very tasty and a good price.

Fabulous supper just now at China Lounge. Fresh, aromatic and reasonable. We ate in with decent red wine too, in charming restaurant section, but big takeaway menu available. Really clean, speedy and delightful owners...we highly recommend. Opposite Flaming Nora, just off Southbourne high street.

We got a varied menu for 8 people ,a very wide choice and everything was extremely good ,hot freshly cooked and good value

The takeaway we’ve just had was the best Chinese we’ve ever had!!! Every single dish was 10/10, super fresh and so delicious. Nothing felt greasy or heavy and was cooked to perfection. All 3 of us are thoroughly impressed! Was ready very quickly and the staff were so friendly. Highly highly recommend!!

Great little Chinese take away, has seating inside as well if you want to dine in, clean and friendly, good food , the portions are large price is very cheap . Totally recommend this place , will definitely visit again.

Me and my partner came to Bournemouth for a few days and was trying to find a good Chinese, we came across this place and gave it a go and it was honestly 10/10 the service was on point and the food was too

I enjoyed a wonderful king prawn chow mein and will defiantly return to eat here next time I’m in Bournemouth. Very fresh food, tasty and filling.

Singapore rice noodle, salt pepper squids, Tsingtao beer, excellent service and fast in the weekdays. Avoid Weekend night because they are very busy

Our favourite Chinese takeaway and we've lived all over the UK. Best place to get authentic Chinese food, I'd always opt for their hugeee spring rolls - a win every time! The owner is lovely and we always have a great experience.

Very friendly staffs. You can see the kitchen from the waiting area and it's very clean and tidy. Food was delicious too. I ordered beef chow mein (yellow noodle) and was sooooo good. Singapore noodle also very nice but taste a bit different from what I used to have. Maybe because they use different curry powder to cook. Salt and pepper squid was good. I prefer the squid a bit chunkier than shredded. All in all. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly staff, the store and kitchen are very clean, and the food is delicious, especially the beef fried noodles, highly recommended.

Fabulous speedy and quality takeaway . Despite being local it was my first visit after hankering for a 'traditional' English style Chinese ....ordered salt and pepper King Prawns and a Chicken Curry. It was sooo good. And excellent value. Lovely friendly service so will now be my "go to"...the prawns in particular were great.

Expensive delivery charge and food was an bit cold when it got to me. Apart from that the food was lovely

By far the best Chinese takeaway I've had in the area, and I've tried loads. Quality ingredients, big portions, (where others are skimping on portion size but still charging a premium). Crispy chicken wings, meaty ribs, tasty Chow Mein and rice dishes. Will deffo use again and also plan to eat at the restaurant. One small gripe was £5 delivery fee for 0.8 mile journey. So I took a dish off my order. But I soon forgot about that when I tasted the food.

Simply the best Chinese restaurant/Takeaway in Southbourne and probably Dorset !. The customer service, efficiency of service, food quality and quantity is hard to match. Even their chips alone are worth a visit !

Lovely hot fresh tasting food. Just a little too salty for my liking.

Freshly prepared food with good quality ingredients. Very well cooked (love the duck options). Fantastic service with a smile and it was lovely to talk to the owners. Recommend dining-in since there is a nice dining area and food is served on porcelain plates and proper cutlery (tastes even better!)

Lovely food. First Chinese meal in a few years. Will definitely be back. Eat in was quiet, which was nice as they we very busy with takeaways. It meant that the customers were well looked after.

Higher priced but generally worth it. Big plastic containers, the soup was a massive bowl as was the chow mien. Even the chips were fat crispy and nice. They have a website you can start an account and get discount rewards.

On holiday in the area, trusted in the majority who've given glowing reviews and got ourselves a fabulous takeaway from China Lounge tonight. Food was fresh, tasty, not greasy and served with a smile from the owners when I went to collect..they even dropped us a text to say it was ready . We polished off every dish, couldn't fault it...and we are fussy when it comes to Chinese food!

Really not happy with this order tonight, the shredded chicken was slimy, the prawn balls were dripping in grease, the egg fried rice was basically boiled rice. We are extremely disappointed seeing as it cost almost £30. Won’t be returning.

The curry was really terrible, this is not a traditional chinese curry at all, dont pay any attention to their remarks about it being their own blend or whatever. And... how can you muck up BBQ ribs for christ sake, most disgusting ribs I've ever eaten. and the spring rolls are just meh. What is wrong with takeaways these days, they cant even make the basics

I know it can be busy on a Saturday evening, but 1 hour 45 min wait was just too much to be acceptable I'm afraid.

The food was horrible, the ribs tasted of vinegar and the rice was bland ,prawns and chicken were just about ok but the rest was not edible

We ordered food last night like a lot of people this New Years Eve. All takeouts will have experienced an unprecedented amount of calls for delivery and they were all running 1-2 hours behind schedule, I suspect! It didn’t matter, no one starved, no harm done, still received gorgeous food. There is an extra thank you to the lovely lady answering all of the calls and being an absolute star in the face of all of the hostility that she probably received throughout the evening. Will definitely order again. Happy new year x

Food arrived over 2 hours late even though we had pre ordered at 3pm for an 8pm delivery. We called after 30 minutes and were told it would be no more than an hour. After 1.5 hours late we called again and were repeatedly asked to cancel our order. After refusing to cancel our order we received our order over 2 hours late even though we had pre ordered at 3pm for an 8pm arrival.

well the food was two hours late then when it arrived it was over salted too a point of being safe for my kids too eat , i understand theses are trying times but i dont expect to pay 50 quid for a new years eve meal too not beable too eat it

2 hours late so far and still not received despite having informed Just Eat and phoning the restaurant.
