The coffee and bruschetta were the best we've ever had. Lovely deli that sells fresh takeaway and beautiful cheese, meats, pasta and sauces.

The food and coffee are lovely. They have some seating inside and out, so if your lucky to get a seat outside whilst the sun is shining enjoy a meat platter and a glass of wine....it was perfect.

What? A Sardinian deli and cafe between Topps Tiles and Screwfix? It’s true!! Had an excellent light lunch of organic folded pizza and Sardinian sausage roll. Coffee was obviously excellent. Friendly service. Great deli too. Highly recommended.

Just had the most incredible tuna sandwich from here. Not words you use often, but believe me, take the opportunity to seek this place out, either for a snack, a coffee or some goodies to take away. An amazing find

We stumbled upon this by chance whilst driving through and saw the sign on the road, turned around and went back. So pleased we did. Amazing Sardinian man who served us, super friendly and helpful, best coffee ever served in the UK and lots of amazing authentic ingredients bought for cooking at home. If you’re passing, do not miss this place.

Such an extraordinary place to find. Daughter was buying something in Screwfix and we saw the chance of a cup of coffee, surprised at the quality and the specialist foods on offer, most of which I've never seen before. I think it's mainly a specialist shop, so if you need anything Sardinian (most things Mediterranean too) then worth a look, but it's also a lovely little café with seating!

I took a trip to Newhaven to visit when in the area and I had a cappuccino outside in the sunshine, there was something added on the side of the saucer which was a really nice slice of cake/cookie I wish I had thought to ask what it was because that too was delicious, Lello endulged me in some Italian conversation with grace and patience whilst I probably made many mistakes as I am still learning at nightschool from a Sardinian teacher . The wild boar salsiccia is really nice and the Fiore Sardo I can highly recommend if you like cold sausage and strong cheese. I since ordered some Pecorino Romano to try at home from the website, it is delicious and carefully packaged. There is a spicy salsiccia that is next on my list and there are differing varieties of Pecorino that I would still like to try that I have been hankering for since I was last given some Sardinian produce from visitors last Christmas. The Carnaroli rice for risotto seems better than using more widely found Arborio in the supermarket. I wish I lived closer but alas the shop is a fair distance from where I live now.

Needed a coffee before boarding the ferry, but nothing looked promising until I saw a small sandwich board leading to a trading estate for a cafe. To my surprise and delight it was a Sardinian delicatessen that served the most delicious coffees/ The menu board looked exciting, although I did not try it as I was pushed for time. The cheeses, meats and other fineries looked amazing. The business looked so incongruous amongst the other businesses, but it is not one to be missed. Excellent service.

Bought Pane Gittiau (thin wafer bread); Orange & Chilli Chutney, Ametra all`arancia (orange flavoured ham); and Akenta (extra dry Spumante), together with erbrimoto cheese ( strong and salty). All fantastic as an apperatif . Enjoyed throughout Christmas and New Year . Nothing else required on the sideboard - the wine was fantastic ... ;

Who'd have thought that a gem of a place could be found on an industrial estate.. Come here if you want to buy traditional Sardinian foods and drinks and also to have a delicious lunch. We chose from the menu deciding to have rice cakes topped with hummus, smoked tuna and rocket and an omega 3 flatbread with smoked fish and cheese. The coffee is excellent served with a Sardinian biscuit. The cafe is also licensed. Allow time when you visit as all the food is freshly prepared. They also have lunches to take away. Parking is right outside which is very convenient.

Tucked away on industrial estate. Great little cafe, with unusual food and brilliant deli. Delicious flatbreads (eat in or takeaway), cold meats, cheeses, etc. And they let you sample stuff before you buy.

Fabulous Deli with lots of delicious meats/cheese and small eating area. It is in the middle of an industrial estate but they also cater for restaurants and other food outlets.

This is a really lovely cafe and tea room, particularly in the summer when you can use the courtyard garden. The real negative about it is the appalling way they dress their waitresses. They are all in Victorian style maids uniforms with aprons, so disgraceful in this day and age that women are expected to dress in this way. I’ve never seen any male staff there but if there were would they really be dressed as Victorian servants? So derogatory to women I’ve now started to go to the Green Welly down the road which at least appears to treat their staff with more respect. In light of the owners response I would like to add that I had no idea this was a 1940s themed cafe, obviously there’s a Vera Lynne room but otherwise it’s just a quirky cafe. Not sure where the piles of cakes, tea garden, huge breakfasts and avocado smash fit into a 40s ration book theme but these are welcome additions if not the treatment of serving staff.
