eggs were like leather, sausages were rock solid, bacon was burnt to a crisp. worst food in northallerton. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Ordered a bacon sandwich, 2 kids meals and 2 Victoria sponge slices. The bacon was cold and the cake slices were rock hard

Chips were burnt n raw small slice of corned beef peas was £7.50 guy was on his phone all the time I was in there never again clean enough though

Food inedible. Considering they offer takeaway the packaging is completely unsuitable for transport. Highly recommend avoiding.

Went to Lisa's for breakfast. Hubby had full english, I had bacon bun. With coffee and hot chocolate came in at under £20.00 so good value. Food was tasty - however please get some new chairs for the cafe. They are sooooooooooooo uncomfortable.

Great little find, drove out for weekly shop and found this lovely place to replenish our energy. Lovely people running it too. Crispy chicken sandwich excellent so much better than a certain fast food chain 👍🏻

£7 for a small bacon sandwich and a coffee. I asked for a latte, I was asked if I wanted milk in it… I thought a latte was based on milk. Anyway what I got tasted like a flat instant coffee. As others have said the small sandwich is a finger bun!

Very disappointing, I personally ordered a stottie with sausage, bacon and egg, got an oversized burger bun with sausage half cooked and more fat than bacon. The hash brown though was nice and crispy so very happy with that. Also the delivery charge £3.50 for a 4 minute drive, less than a mile i find it unreasonable.

Took so long for food to arrive. They accepted my order of a rice salad with cold meats, which turned up as a tonne lettuce, ham and egg (egg was not requested) and coleslaw that looks very yellow, no rice, no communication recieved about this except a message on the wrapping, no money off or refund. Essentially, whilst the breakfast sandwhich was greatly enjoyed by t'other half, I don't have my lunch and have wasted money on something I never ordered and won't eat...

Went in at 8.30am key breakfast time . I asked for a sausage sandwich with onions. Was charged 4.50 for a bread finger with two sausages and no onions. The bread was stale and the finger bun was something child would have a hot dog in! Very friendly lady but charging 4.50 for this! The menu has clearly a bun or a large scottie no mention of a small bread finger . Sorry but won't be re visiting, can't even remember to put onion on wouldn't like to think you'd be cooking my Sunday dinner . 😉

Requested an update on my order as it was 30-35 minutes past its expected delivery. Waited 20 more minutes past the new expected time then proceeded to request money back for the order which got declined and haven’t even received the order absolutely shocking won’t be ordering again

Me and my brother in law called in for our breakfast not very good the cutlery was dirty had to change it the cup was filthy the tea was watered down milk we both asked for our eggs to be flipped they weren't this place used to be brilliant but its not now its such a shame.

Wraps. Asked for 1 with out veg due to health. Condition. Arrived @ the counter. With veg. In. There must. Have. Not made a fresh one just took the veg out. Unfortunately that could have put me in hospital If eaten it .There was still bits of veg in my wrap on my arrival home. Shocking tbh. Plus on waiting. The girl on the salad. Counter. Took my cash. Then made a salad box up with no tongs. & no gloves Shocking. Service. Will never re visit. . I did. Make the owner of the cafe aware of this situation Plus maybe. First time ordering here from the app. Ordered a full English overall all was good. So that was black pudding cooked to perfectikn,beans where full of flavour the bacon fresh nice and crispy the mushrooms just nicely cooked and fresh. The egg wasnt to bad i prefer it a little crispy and yolk more runny but I didn't let them know to be fair,the sausages where good quality nicely cooked taste not so bad overall nice and lovley. Food wasn't hot knce it was deliverd but it wasn't cold either,Delivery was few minutes late from the end of the estimated time but it is a Friday I guess. Overll good quality loved the personal touch with the full English and hearts written on the box. I would be ordering again but I would maybe collect then deliver.but I give it a good thumbs up. Loved it and enjoyed it.

Service was amazing the 2 ladies working there on Thursday afternoon were very accommodating and nothing was a problem.

The lady who delivered our order was absolutely lovely and very patient with my toddler. Food was delicious and they even catered to taste.

Called in today and had a chicken tikka rap with chips and a can of coke , made to fell so welcome by a young lass working on the counter, very very polite and a good little worker 😊

Always a warm welcome here. I've eaten in and taken out both are good. The bacon is good quality, good eggs, good muchrooms. The only issue with this place is the tables; they have weird bars on them that stop you sitting at them properly.

We’ve ordered from you several times. At first always spot on as I like bacon really well done. The past few times it has been barely cooked and I haven’t ate it. When it comes to £15 for 2 sandwiches and un edible it really isn’t worth it. You’ve had your chances. Won’t be ordering from you again!

30 minutes late, parmo was not cooked at all.

I did try and ring the restaurant but no response. Food eventually came but was missing the extra salad I ordered. Super disappointing as I have had Lisa’s a few times and it’s never been like this. No apologies for it being late or anything. Food was ok but not up to its usual standard when we have popped in and ordered before.

This is a nice, good value little cafe in Northallerton with a good range of comfort food and drinks. Nice, non-chain, option.

Been a few years since we were last in Lisa's, hasn't changed a bit, still great food, pleasant staff and a real old cafe feel that's very nostalgic.

I asked for a hot beef sandwich, attitude appauling from the yunger server no gloves tongs used to pick up the product Northallerton did she wear the above so disappointed in that, I normally would rated this place very good but the service was poor with attitude, no manners either which I found not used!!!!

Everything was lovely the only thing was I order chips a gravy but the gravy didn’t stay in the box a went all over the bag. Maybe sauces should be potted apart from that I loved it

Loved this little cafe! Called in for lunch and sat in. Very clean cafe, really lovely food, large portions, great value for money. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. If I lived in the area I would come here regularly. I will definitely come again if I ever pass through this area. Highly recommend

What great service. Rang from Canary Islands at 8.30 to place order for birthday surprise for High Street shop. Delivered bang on time at 10.30. Food was fantastic by all accounts. They will be going to Lisa's now for their snacks etc. Thanks for the service.

Was late and when arrived the burger was well over cook and cold the parmo was cold and so was the chips I rang up to see what was going on with how long it's going to be to be told "yeah they are delivering now" that was it over all review shocking!

Extremely poor service. Poor quality order, inedible and cafe refused to help or refund order when it was addressed with the company we ordered with. It cost just over £25 for two buns and 4 portions of chips. The buns were burnt like charcoal most way through and shriveled, as were the eggs, burnt black underneath. The bacon was rock hard. As for the chips, they were either stale or re-heated and dry, with sharp scraps what look like they were the dregs from the frying pan. Spent a great deal in past years and never complained even when the quality started lacking. Then to give it a try as one of only a few places open, hoping for the best, being as bad as it was and airing my disappointment they just refused to help. They did ask for a photograph but the company it was ordered through didn't ask initially and I didn't think to take one in a rush to leave it just all went in the bin. Doesn't cost anything to accept responsibility and have good manners. Will definitely not return and will ensure to share our poor experience.

Food arrived with five mins to spare but it took a hour to arrive, my order was wrong, and expensive for what I got, a few chips and a slice of pie, no peas as advertised , I've ordered before but won't be ordering again.

Ordered from Lisa’s today with my boyfriend, really lovely food which delivered well and really good value for money. We will be ordering again.

Lovely Sunday morning breakfast and coffee staff were friendly and place was very clean.

Cold food and drinks; order was wrong without the extras paid for; most rude delivery lady that day, really abrupt and unaccommodating (a brunette lady, not the usual blonde lady whom is lovely even when clearly rushed off her feet!) anyway, safe to say I probably won’t order from here again for a while………. Standard has really dropped

Ordered the food at 12:20 and it arrived at 2:05. Burger was over cooked with soggy lettuce and bread bun. Panini was a mess and bread was in bits. Milkshake was 70% full and they forgot our 2 cans of coke.

After ordering at 11am and it saying there was a 30 minute delivery time, out for arrived after 12.30, my salad was missing the noodles I had requested and the Yorkshire pudding meal was cold.

Ordered food on just eat website we waited over 2 hours it never arrived! My Partner had to go to the shop as we couldn’t get through to them over the phone. The excuse was that they were too busy. We Paid over £30 for 2 butties, a Burger, 1 Sandwhich a panini and a wrap all arrived in a terrible state, shop tried to blame us! The quality of the food was cheap the lettuce looked out of date not fresh. Thought I’d ordered bacon and Sausage Buttie’s but was missing the bacon (this isn’t made clear when ordering online at all) no option for Sauce tried to ring when first ordered to include the sauce but constantly engaged wouldn’t be surprised if they have the phone off hook as couldn’t get through and was trying constantly for nearly an hour. The staff are Rude and don’t care about the service they provide a complete rip-off and not worth the money, I’d avoid at all costs !

I ordered via the just eat app at 12:05 for asap delivery, then a txt saying 1.05-1:25, it arrived a 1:35 chips cold , a slice of wafer thin ham & a spinkle of cheese in a small petite pain definitely not a panini!! Pork sandwich tasty but cold ,

Problem was the app said the food was delivered, I had to call to get the food delivered. I got regular chips instead of home made chips.

Love this place. I cannot praise the staff and quality of food highly enough. If you are looking for a cafe that is reasonably priced and all of the above please make the effort to walk a little further up the High Street....I promise the extra few minutes is well worth it.

Really really dissappinted with lunch today. Ecspecially for the price paid. Firstly my order was confirmed by email and then text, had no missed calls or anything yet on delivery, was told they had tried to ring me as didnt have any sausage rolls left. We all had our dinner here and my little boy didnt have anything and was very upset. My steak pie, was chewy but soggy with pink meat in middle, there was a large mushroom in the middle of a cheese and beans jacket, mum hates mushrooms and it was hers. Big black bits of potato also in jacket. I will definately not be using these again. Its a long time since we have and wont do it again. Looking how to make complaint on here!

Very disappointing. The rice is hard, not cooked, and the curry is dry with no sauce, just loads of stringy chicken. I know how busy the place is but I really don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

Excellent Sunday Lunch, but could do with a bit more gravy.

Stopped off for lunch, plenty of choice and friendly staff. Food was brought out in reasonable time and presentation, quality was excellent. Highly recommend. Small car park to the rear so you might hit lucky like myself and get parked too.

Normally have no complaints but today I payed for a stottie and was delivered a standard. Not overly pleased as two were to share this.

Would never order another thing from Lisa’s . Someone ordered me a birthday platter. It was terrible I was shocked , no garnish, l meat and potatoes pie no meat It came just thrown on the tray , Lisa’s blaming just eat , just eat blaming Lisa’s , it was pathetic, both are as bad as each other , the food ended up in the bin , tasteless and Not at all nice , a right put off . I felt sorry for the person who bought it . Never order a platter from here again ,

Ordered steak pie, received corned beef pie which was unfortunately tainted by some sort of perfume-like flavour. Maybe the pastry was rolled out on a recently cleaned surface. It was inedible.

Ordered lasagne, then told there was none,at 11.50 am so Ordered Yorkshire pudding with roast beef,on tucking in it was mince,large lumps of mince and didn't have much taste .friend had quiche and chips, most of the chips were scrat ends,tables wrre dirty and salt and pepper bowls were empty and dirty. used to go here when actual Lisa ran it and it was lovely, now it's just run by young girls with no clue.wont be going back.

I don't often visit Lisa's but when I do the food is fantastic today I treated my family to a roast beef Sunday lunch it's delicious with generous amounts of veggies meat and a Yorkshire pudding
