Great little find, drove out for weekly shop and found this lovely place to replenish our energy. Lovely people running it too. Crispy chicken sandwich excellent so much better than a certain fast food chain 👍🏻

Some of the order wrong and not the best food either .. won't be ordering again very disappointed

£7 for a small bacon sandwich and a coffee. I asked for a latte, I was asked if I wanted milk in it… I thought a latte was based on milk. Anyway what I got tasted like a flat instant coffee. As others have said the small sandwich is a finger bun!

Very disappointing, I personally ordered a stottie with sausage, bacon and egg, got an oversized burger bun with sausage half cooked and more fat than bacon. The hash brown though was nice and crispy so very happy with that. Also the delivery charge £3.50 for a 4 minute drive, less than a mile i find it unreasonable.

Went in at 8.30am key breakfast time . I asked for a sausage sandwich with onions. Was charged 4.50 for a bread finger with two sausages and no onions. The bread was stale and the finger bun was something child would have a hot dog in! Very friendly lady but charging 4.50 for this! The menu has clearly a bun or a large scottie no mention of a small bread finger . Sorry but won't be re visiting, can't even remember to put onion on wouldn't like to think you'd be cooking my Sunday dinner . 😉

Me and my brother in law called in for our breakfast not very good the cutlery was dirty had to change it the cup was filthy the tea was watered down milk we both asked for our eggs to be flipped they weren't this place used to be brilliant but its not now its such a shame.

Wraps. Asked for 1 with out veg due to health. Condition. Arrived @ the counter. With veg. In. There must. Have. Not made a fresh one just took the veg out. Unfortunately that could have put me in hospital If eaten it .There was still bits of veg in my wrap on my arrival home. Shocking tbh. Plus on waiting. The girl on the salad. Counter. Took my cash. Then made a salad box up with no tongs. & no gloves Shocking. Service. Will never re visit. . I did. Make the owner of the cafe aware of this situation Plus maybe. The cafe. / take away Could be cleaner. .

Unfortunately. Order. Of. Wraps Then when order came to the counter. There put in what’ I asked. Them not to. She took it into the kitchen. Can’t. Have made. Fresh 1 Unfortunately. I could have very very sick if eaten. (Very concerning) in the bin. The wraps went . Also. I watched the girl. Do a salad box. No tongs. & no gloves. Please be aware if you have dietary. Heath. Problem

Service was amazing the 2 ladies working there on Thursday afternoon were very accommodating and nothing was a problem.

Called in today and had a chicken tikka rap with chips and a can of coke , made to fell so welcome by a young lass working on the counter, very very polite and a good little worker 😊

Always a warm welcome here. I've eaten in and taken out both are good. The bacon is good quality, good eggs, good muchrooms. The only issue with this place is the tables; they have weird bars on them that stop you sitting at them properly.

This is a nice, good value little cafe in Northallerton with a good range of comfort food and drinks. Nice, non-chain, option.

Been a few years since we were last in Lisa's, hasn't changed a bit, still great food, pleasant staff and a real old cafe feel that's very nostalgic.

I asked for a hot beef sandwich, attitude appauling from the yunger server no gloves tongs used to pick up the product Northallerton did she wear the above so disappointed in that, I normally would rated this place very good but the service was poor with attitude, no manners either which I found not used!!!!

Loved this little cafe! Called in for lunch and sat in. Very clean cafe, really lovely food, large portions, great value for money. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. If I lived in the area I would come here regularly. I will definitely come again if I ever pass through this area. Highly recommend

What great service. Rang from Canary Islands at 8.30 to place order for birthday surprise for High Street shop. Delivered bang on time at 10.30. Food was fantastic by all accounts. They will be going to Lisa's now for their snacks etc. Thanks for the service.

Extremely poor service. Poor quality order, inedible and cafe refused to help or refund order when it was addressed with the company we ordered with. It cost just over £25 for two buns and 4 portions of chips. The buns were burnt like charcoal most way through and shriveled, as were the eggs, burnt black underneath. The bacon was rock hard. As for the chips, they were either stale or re-heated and dry, with sharp scraps what look like they were the dregs from the frying pan. Spent a great deal in past years and never complained even when the quality started lacking. Then to give it a try as one of only a few places open, hoping for the best, being as bad as it was and airing my disappointment they just refused to help. They did ask for a photograph but the company it was ordered through didn't ask initially and I didn't think to take one in a rush to leave it just all went in the bin. Doesn't cost anything to accept responsibility and have good manners. Will definitely not return and will ensure to share our poor experience.

Lovely Sunday morning breakfast and coffee staff were friendly and place was very clean.

Ordered food on just eat website we waited over 2 hours it never arrived! My Partner had to go to the shop as we couldn’t get through to them over the phone. The excuse was that they were too busy. We Paid over £30 for 2 butties, a Burger, 1 Sandwhich a panini and a wrap all arrived in a terrible state, shop tried to blame us! The quality of the food was cheap the lettuce looked out of date not fresh. Thought I’d ordered bacon and Sausage Buttie’s but was missing the bacon (this isn’t made clear when ordering online at all) no option for Sauce tried to ring when first ordered to include the sauce but constantly engaged wouldn’t be surprised if they have the phone off hook as couldn’t get through and was trying constantly for nearly an hour. The staff are Rude and don’t care about the service they provide a complete rip-off and not worth the money, I’d avoid at all costs !

Love this place. I cannot praise the staff and quality of food highly enough. If you are looking for a cafe that is reasonably priced and all of the above please make the effort to walk a little further up the High Street....I promise the extra few minutes is well worth it.

Stopped off for lunch, plenty of choice and friendly staff. Food was brought out in reasonable time and presentation, quality was excellent. Highly recommend. Small car park to the rear so you might hit lucky like myself and get parked too.

Would never order another thing from Lisa’s . Someone ordered me a birthday platter. It was terrible I was shocked , no garnish, l meat and potatoes pie no meat It came just thrown on the tray , Lisa’s blaming just eat , just eat blaming Lisa’s , it was pathetic, both are as bad as each other , the food ended up in the bin , tasteless and Not at all nice , a right put off . I felt sorry for the person who bought it . Never order a platter from here again ,

Ordered lasagne, then told there was none,at 11.50 am so Ordered Yorkshire pudding with roast beef,on tucking in it was mince,large lumps of mince and didn't have much taste .friend had quiche and chips, most of the chips were scrat ends,tables wrre dirty and salt and pepper bowls were empty and dirty. used to go here when actual Lisa ran it and it was lovely, now it's just run by young girls with no clue.wont be going back.

I don't often visit Lisa's but when I do the food is fantastic today I treated my family to a roast beef Sunday lunch it's delicious with generous amounts of veggies meat and a Yorkshire pudding

The bread was cheap and nasty also burned! Bacon was tasteless and mainly fat!! I threw most of it out the window

Called to order whoever answered the phone was rude as. I normally spend about £80plus a month here won't be anymore. I've ordered my kid a toasted cheese sandwich several times here before. Not today, was asked if I don't have a menu in front of me they don't do toasted cheese. When I said I've ordered it before she told me they don't do it. So I said that's fine then thanks. So she responded but slamming the phone down. This will be another cafe going downhill cause of staff that don't enjoy there job.

Non greasy and lovely sandwiches. Poached eggs are perfect.

Food was lovely and the older lady with dark hair so lovely great customer service. Younger lady covering counter didn't hear the guy oder a salad Box and he got a roll , he left the roll as that wasn't what he asked for. She clearly didn't listen and doebst have any please and thank you. Would be a great place if the some of the other staff were bit more friendly and polite

First time I was given a single wafer thin slice of beef - it was supposed to be a hot beef sandwich- very disappointing at £5. Second time I ordered a chicken burger and chips for £6.50 which turned out to be nothing better than a Mcnugget covered in mayo in a bun. This was also after being ignored by staff for a long time. Could not recommend this cafe.

Bacon was well undercooked despite a request to make sure it was well done. poor quality food, slow service and unhelpful. The only positive was the polite delivery lady.

Lisa’s is a very good traditional style cafe and takeaway. There is a good menu of hot meals, snacks and sandwiches. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. I had a very good bacon sandwich and a large mug of tea, both of which hit the spot perfectly. Service was friendly and efficient and this cafe is well worth a visit.

Visit a couple of times every week as work close. Friendly and food good. What more do you people want? .......yes they have free WiFi. Give them a go, you won't be disappointed.

We don't know the area and needed to get some dinner for our 2 young children. We found this place and were able to sit down for our food which worked great for us. The lady who took our order was friendly, quick and efficient. She was great with my children too. Food was good and generous portions. Good value for money. Arrived to the table quickly.

I love a good sandwich and am always looking for quality sandwiches if I can avoid getting the standard supermarket stuff when I’m in a rush. Lovely customer service and yummy food!! So pleased I tried them and would happily go again. The bread used was soft and fresh. The tuna mayo mix was the perfect ratio and the accompanying salad tasted juicy and fresh. Very impressed. Also the noodles were super yummy too!

Went today for a Jacket potato, and oh my god was the girl at the counter slow, i ended up sitting down whilst she made two cups of tea for people. Lisa who owns the place is mega quick when serving, this lady needs a kick up the bum, 15 minutes for a jacket potato is no good. New place has opened opposite, hope there quicker, will give them a try Monday.

Been to here a few times food is lovely but the other week took my daughter and the blond older lady wasnt very friendly, wasnt able to talk to hervand she threw the plates on the table.

We nipped in prior to a meeting to get a quick lunch and Wi-fi for a few emails. The welcome was warm and friendly. Lisa runs the cafe and cares very much. The food was lovely. Very generous portions.

Called in for breakfast, small and friendly (only 5 tables). Staff friendly and attentive, place was spotless. Breakfast was great, coffee served in a nice big mug... All good, not a single negative point !

Unbelievably low prices for super super sized food and drink. I had a sausage and egg sortie. This is a huge breadbun with 4 sausages cut into 8 with a large egg for £3.50. Incredible. This was washed down with a large Americano coffee at £1.95. It came in one of those dad almost pint sized mugs. An incredible feast of a breakfast treat at ridiculously low price. Too top marks at Lisa's. Make sure you are hungry when you visit!!!!!

Me and the wife fancied a breakfast so popped in here for a late morning big breakfast. Really friendly staff and a right good full English. Very good value and a lovely clean little cafe
