Not too bad prices very lovely local people around. Big range of drinks and lager choices. I went there with work friends. We had a great time.

During the day shifts it is just 1 young girl serving on the bar by her self no manager and no bouncers/security are ever working there even on busy weekends, during the multiple fights I’ve witnessed in my time being there the young girls have had to try and break them up and tell the grown men fighting or arguing to leave it’s ridiculous, the owner should be very ashamed of him self. The staff are on minimum wage for some bazaar reason considering they basically run the place them selves with no support from the manager even tho the prices are extortionate.

The owner is very hands on with his female staff members making them visually uncomfortable, 95% of the regulars are verbally racist, sexist and homophobic which the owner isn’t not bothered about at all and the atmosphere in there is so dodge I would really avoid this place as it’s not a nice place to be anymore.

Came here for drinks only to have our night cut short by feral UNDERAGE children who’d been served by staff here which then resulted in the police being called totally ruined the atmosphere. This place urgently needs a licensing review as what we witnessed should never have happened and was easily avoidable had the staff taken the right course of action. There’s plenty of other pubs and bars in ormskirk that are far superior and safer than here. Will be avoiding in future.

This place used to be great. But since January has began to go downhill, attracting an undesirable crowd making the place a violent and hostile venue as well as rampant substance use occurring on the premises, along with the steep price increases and the mass exodus of decent staff. The new and current staff do little to make the place welcoming nor do they appear to have the capability to pour a proper pint. It’s a real shame as this was a nice little bar to drink in and catch up with friends. Let’s see if the new manager can fix it up to its former glory rather than the current state it’s in…

Great bar. Friendly punters. Nice bar staff. Overall the place is clean and well run. I’d ignore the people who have only been in here once and gave it a one star review with an ulterior motive, whatever that maybe! Well worth a visit.

Poor management, only few customers in there are the town drunks and idiots. Overpriced, dirty and miserable. Offer you illegal ciggys and play sky sports without paying for it. Avoid at all costs

This place was recommended by a friend. The staff are great. Drinks excellent price, locals friendly. Biggest problem they have is the local tramp that squats in the doorway smoking and spitting on the pavement and cafe next door. They have a dress code after seven at night. Their staff have to clean the floors after it has gone. It has a foul mouth all the time. Made people feel uncomfortable with its behaviour. If you are going out in good clothes avoid this place. Liquid Bar improve this or people will not come in

Drinks were a bit strong! The staff were inexperienced and made the cocktails without knowing or caring about the measurements but it was a good atmosphere and really good music was playing. Drinks are strong enough to get you drunk though maybe because there was too much booze but oh well!!!! Haha

Worst bar I've been in, ages to get served, they just serve the locals first who are sat on stools around the bar, having to order over their heads, pint getting spilt over the bar, people smoking right on the doorstep so all the smoke coming in. All in all, worst pub I've ever had the misfortune of going in, never again, reminds me of the bar from Star Wars!!

Great place very friendly and welcoming

Love this bar as I’m the drinks are ridiculously cheap compared to other bars - even cheaper than Wetherspoons!! Always busy with a nice atmosphere but do wish people would move up so that others can sit down. The locals deffo don’t appreciate others going in and there are random pints and coats scattered around saving seats where boobs seems to return for long periods!! Bit annoying but it’s still a great place!!

This bar has a few big screen tv's , which is perfect for watching football with your friends. The drinks are very reasonable and the place is always full when there is a match, so a great atmosphere .Sometimes it gets packed and it's standing room only .They do bar snacks but no meals .it's a popular place and one of my favourite places when in Ormskirk .

Gr8 prices from 11 till 7pm t,v's everywere 4 a quite compact little bar gr8 atmosphere always.

Been coming here for a while and and the re connections and friendships we have made have been staggering. Brilliant atmosphere, brilliant bar staff and amazing Karaoke!!

Popular bar staffed by students but used by all age groups great place to have a drink, probably one of the cheapest bars in Ormskirk.

popped in for a friday night drink, ended up staying for a few given the great atmosphere, friendly customers and staff and live music - there was dancing. It was great - shall definitely return.

Went in with £1 thinking everything was a quid, turns out the bars name is liquid and not Le quid. Other than that - cheep drinks, great atmosphere.

Standard grotty little student bar, it's mixed up has no identity, lack of imput by anyone with any such idea of running bars. Standard drinks standard music standard everything.Sums ormskirk up really overwhelmed by students leaving nothing for locals. Much nicer places in this lovely little town.

Good mix of people, nice decor, good sports coverage and really good prices on drinks. Visited friends, will definitely come here again.

this by far one of the most popular venues in ormskirk. The clientel and the staff are all good types and good mixers. prices are super low with a vast variety of cocktails and ales. lager and real ales plus foreign bottles etc.

Now called Liquid bar. Was the Sports Bar. Very good and popular happy hours. Geard up for students. 2 for l etec. cocktails and fish bowls, special offers. Wed night is solid with students. Busy every night of week , and daytime. Does not do food. Music some nights and karaoka on sunday nights. sing and you get free drink. shot. Lot of tv screens and outside area at rear with tv. One of the best things about this bar is staff, even over the years, have been really nice and friendly. Lot of dolly birds serving. As well as the boss (pedro) now and again. Can get very full and busy saturday afternoon when football is on tv, but no problem getting served. Happy hours every day till 7pm. Very cheap ale and service good.
