Links Chinese Takeaway in Lincoln

Fantastic food and good delivery times. We did try other takeaways during lockdown when this was closed but none came close. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Excellent food and excellent service and great value for money, especially the pizzas. We will most definitely be ordering again. 😋😋😋

Ordered at 5.30pm as a birthday treat and was told to expect with 90mins maybe upto 2hours-which considering the COVID restrictions wasnt too bad. Thought we would ring at 7.20pm just to check to be told that order wasnt even in the kitchen and would be at least another hour and I could just cancel. Therefore 3 hours plus for a chinese-I dont think so. Will NEVER use again.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered. Was only 4 dishes and 2 hours later we was still waiting. To only call up and ask where is was to say it still hadn’t left. I explained we wasn’t waiting and to cancel the order and there was not one I’m sorry can we do this to help. It was ok and she put the phone down on me. Got recommended to go here but never going to try again! Thanks for making me wait 2 hours for nothing.

been ordering food from here for several years for home delivery they have been often earlier than when they say, the food is always very tasty

I started using this place after the forum closed yes I said the forum this place is really nice great people who take orders n deliver n the food is always the same very good like I said never changed it’s ok prices aswell if I had to knock one thing it’s sometimes there very busy n take time but now they no it’s me they try n squeeze me in it’s perfect I will upload pics ASAP they do a great curry if u want it hot ask it comes hot so be warned I love it

Been going to links for over 10 years now ,always excellent food ,delivery can be a bit longer when busy on a weekend,but if you want excellent food it’s worth waiting for ,thank you links

Really good meal tonight, we shared Chicken Curry, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Beef in Oyster Sauce and Mixed Vegs, egg Fried Rice and Chips between four of us. It was absolutely gorgeous and on time.

This is a very good Chinese takeaway. The food is very yummy and delivery is quite quick. The staff are helpful and friendly. The chicken balls are amazing!!!!!

Had several deliveries over the last few months and all good. Ordered on Sunday, and delivery took 1hr 25 mins. Consequently the meal had been sitting in an insulated box for too long, and prawn toasts and chicken balls were soggy. Rice was also claggy. Had chased the delivery after 1 hour to be told it was on its way. Driver said they were mega busy and the owner was even out on the road. Not a problem, but I would prefer a late meal freshly cooked, rather than a meal sitting in a box, being late. They let themselves down on this occasion and I hope it is not a reflection of the future service levels.

been using this takeaway for over 9 years. always great food. portions are great. meal deals are good value. always greeted well. and as I live in Lincoln I know what are traffic is like. its hard for the drivers. but they are all great guys. I will always use them. so for those of you, who as had a issue with them. please think of the bigger picture. you will not go wrong ordering here. go links go

Excellent food, always hot, definitely recommend. They do half portions which means that less wastage and more cost effective

Took 2 hours for us to get food and the only compensation we got after chasing the order was some cold spring rolls. One lot of rice ordered did not arrive so had smaller amounts of food. The other issue was an incorrect order - pineapple instead of plum, and the meat was incredibly fatty. We were told that they only had one driver on! Definitely won't be using them again - Shame as they came recommended and it was supposed to be a nice evening for friends visiting from down south. Really disappointed

Sometimes a long wait for delivery but always tasty food Order has been delivered incorrectly more than once but they sent the correct food out. The quality of the food at this time outweighs the delays and errors.

I live close by so I always collect and haven't used delivery. They aren't fast but the food is worth the wait and we often get free fortune cookies or prawn crackers thrown in. Prices are about average for Chinese takeaway.

ordered a Chinese tonight, found two massive hairs in our chow mein! Put us off our meal completely. Rang up to complain and the "manager" was damn right rude on the phone! Deffo won't be ordering from here again!

Recomiendo encarecidamente este llevar por tanto la calidad de comida y una gran relación calidad-precio. Nosotros usamos esta llevar chino sobre una base regular y en ocasiones la orden puede haber sido un poco mal pero siempre fue corregido y siempre nos hemos sentido satisfechos...

Order food it came. Didnt have all our order. Rang up said it would be sent straight out bareing in mind we live 2 minutes in the car away. It took 35 minutes, manager came . So i said i wanted a fresh new meal she said no. I asked for a refund she said no and stormed off back to her car. I rang up said there was nothing they could do. That was 26 quid chucked down the drain with cold food, Lovely !!!

We always use the Links Takeaway. They deliver all the way out to Scampton without any fuss and very quick! Excellent value for money and delicious food. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

If you want your food to be delivered late and with the wrong order, then this is the place to go!!After we ordered our food, we were told it would be an hour, however after waiting an hour and 15 minutes it still wasn't here, so we rang them to let them know. We eventually received our food and we were missing some of it, we therefore rang them up and they didn't have a clue, we had to repeat ourselves several times and we found them very unhelpful. After another 10 minutes of waiting we finally received the rest of our order.This is the second time we ordered with Links (the first time was a disaster as well, in the end we cancelled our order because it took over an hour and it still wasn't here). We have finally learned not to order from here again!!Very dissatisfied with the extremely poor service!I advise people to stay away from here.

The food is reasonably priced, but waiting an hour and a half (after being told 45 mins) is not acceptable. This is a regular occurrence with this takeaway. What makes it worse is the rude nature of the staff when you have the audacity to phone to enquire why your food has not arrived.

Love this take away. Nice friendly staff and always on time. Special discount meal deal is a must. Good portions and full of taste. Never had a bad meal yet

This has always been one of my faves the food is always good and fantastic value for money its defo one of the best value takeaways in lincoln.
