Best Chippie since I was a kid. Been looking for the best for 55 years. Also makes their own cucumber and onion vinegar and supplies pepper which I don’t often see. YUMMY

12 High StreetCan’t stay open for more than 3 hours without shutting. now stuck with fish cakes and chips from aldi. See what you have done. No curry sauce or owt I want to be compensated for this it’s honestly such a let down in this hoyland community

135 Churchfield LaneThis is my new favourite chip shop! My local closed temporarily and I was forced to look further afield for my bi-weekly fried fish fix. Unfortunately for my local I now chose to drive past to go to Y-Pas. I particularly like the cod special, the batter is light and crisp and the fish as I remember it as a kid. The chips are veggie friendly and gluten free too in case that is your thing.
