Order took extremely late to deliver, food was cold and all smashed and soggy, and most important - we got sent the wrong items. We ordered diet coke cans and we got regular Coke, we ordered two chicken doners and lamb shish, and we got two lamb shish and 1 chicken dinner. Salads were so poor, one had almost only onions, super big chunks and super strong. When I called the restaurant to ask what is happening as the status says our food was delivered 15min ago, they said they were extremely busy. I understand that, but I would rather like to be told that it will take 1.5h and get the right order and good quality food (as they usually do) than say it will take 45min and then we for wrong order and everything is smashed and not appetising at all.

got the order wrong for one item. gave me lamb instead of chicken hence therefore charged me more.

Delicious food but the rice portion was unacceptably small. You open the box and it’s half empty. Wasn’t even going to complain but showed a friend it and they were like “mate that’s not ok”. Not the first time it’s happened too…

The food on arrival was freezing cold and uneatable. The chips which were meant to be large were a poor regular portion. The order arrived within the specified time but I would have preferred it to arrived late and hot. What a waste of money.

I was very disappointed with the food... I ordered a mixed grill but the meat has a strange taste, like made from tripe, a very poor taste, not even mention the seasoning, which didn't change any taste and definitely was not made on charcoal

delivery was nice and quick, kebab is tasty, everything was well wrayas always. Only problem, we had to throw away half the chips cos they were either little skinny crisped ones or double cooked burnt ones.

friendly delivery. warm food. good portion size. I always split a large in two. I think the chip supplier has changed though, they weren't like the normal chips which wasn't great.

I ordered numerous time beautiful services great deal but for some reason I am not sure why they are giving ALOT LESS every time I order it is a shame the salad is disappointing they picking the bad bit every time and serving it I remember it was on point the salad came in box but now they give it in a tiny tiny container that is a size of to 2 little dip this is discrimination/unlawful because I have seen someone else order and it came great also not cooking the meat I have recook at home

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT, they sent 3 wrong meals, wrong drinks & then the guy who answered the phone at the restaurant had the audacity to swear & use foul language. This restaurant should be investigated by Just Eat. Customers pay for the food that they order, restaurants don't send food out for free! AWFUL AWFUL PLACE!

Kebab was not a large portion and too bland. Food arrived on time and but was luke warm.

Ordered Lamb Shawarma but got meat doner and some chips in a bread. It is misseling. Remove Shawarma from menu as it is false advertising

Ordered 5 complete meals, but didn’t put the chips in for 3 meals, when I called to complain the man was very rude and told me he would get them to me in about 15 mins, I said to him that the other food would be cold and he said what do you want me to do fly! The delivery is unacceptable slow. It claims 45min but it will take 1.5hours to arrive. Consider this restaurant is only 5 mins walk from my place. I ordered for delivery for reasons. It has happened so many times. The status changed to delivered even before it actually arrived

40 minutes late and stone cold. Terrible quality. Really horrible. Seriously poor. I'm so disappointed. Feels so cold that it's been out of the restaurant for at least an hour. Portions not up to scratch. Inedible.

The chicken doner had hardly any chicken in it . The box was half empty. This is the last time I will order from this place . I have taken pictures and have requested just eat for a refund . I think this was place should be avoided , They are expensive, The quality is going downhill and the portions are getting smaller . AVOID !!

ordered pizza box donnar that was dry and chips were cold. Donor had no sauce or anything just came on its own dry. Ordered separate chicken fillet burger - the bun was soaked in water from the lattice they put in the burger. Overall it wasn’t a good experience….ordered meal after a long days work didn’t want to call and make an issue out it, was famished so improvised with my own sauce and dips to completed the meal.
