disappointed food cold didn’t taste nice waste of money

Usually lovely but unfortunately tonight the food was cold and we needed to reheat it.

One of my favorite Indian places to eat!

First time using this takeaway! That was such a delicious authentic tasting curry and food! Arrived piping hot and full of flavour! Portion was so generous too for what you pay! I bought the special naan out of curiosity , it was delicious but I think the ingredients should be listed on Just Eat just incase as I couldn’t see them incase of allergies! Delivery driver was friendly too! Made my night better after a difficult day ! Thank you will use again ❤️

Probably the best Indian meal we’ve had for a very long time

Food is tasty & hot as always! Never had any issues with this restaurant! Will never order from anyone else. Arrival time always tends to be earlier than ETA given & drivers always polite + friendly. 10/10.

Pedí comida para llevar y esperaba que fuera genial teniendo en cuenta que era más de £ 43 en comida y estaba tan decepcionado. Pedí una guarnición de Tarka Daal. Era salado. Y no hay tarka en él. Llamé para quejarme, que me dijera el gerente que no hay descripción para el plato de tarka daal solo dice tarka daal en el menú. Le pregunté si sabía qué tarka dijo que sabía, sin embargo, como se muestra en el menú, solo obtiene daal / lentejas. Fue salado. Ninguna disculpa real u oferta de reembolso o reemplazo. También el kebab sheek tenía sabor y se veía precocinado y simplemente se calentó en microondas a medida que llegaba duro por los bordes y en todo. , también preguntó por la ensalada de cebolla que venía con los poppadoms y me dijo que estaba recién hecho. Podía decir que tenía al menos unos días de antigüedad, ya que tenía ese olor a cebolla vieja. (una olla parecía fresca y la otra olla al menos días de edad fotos adjuntas) Tan decepcionado sobre la comida y el servicio y lo que es una vergüenza para la industria de restaurantes de la India que tienen personas como esa que carecen de servicio al cliente. . Mentir sobre los ingredientes del plato utilizados y carecer u ofrecer disculpas u ofrecer reemplazo para alimentos de segunda categoría.

Dined in with my friend on a Thursday night. We were warmly welcomed on entering, seated and served almost immediately which would expect as only one other table taken. Was given advice by the server regarding dishes and food was served in a timely manner. Food was very tasty. I had a chicken puri and chips and my friend ordered the 4 course for an amazing price of less than £20! All good hot, flavoursome and portion sizes good with plenty of meat in them. Service was friendly and efficient by all staff. Will definitely return.

As always, first rate food from this indian takeaway, we use no other, never disapppointed, thanks for the top quality takeaway

Excellent food, both quality and temperature, the rezalla is ALWAYS beautifully cooked and the sauce is first rate, I ALWAYS order my indian takeaway from Lime Tandoori, I cannot recommend them highly enough

The waiter and rest of the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The food was really nice, I particularly liked the chicken madras. Will definitely go back there in future

Food was lovely however they didn’t label the different dishes so was very hard to make sure guests got the right orders which spoiled the meal

Not used Lime Tandori takeaway in a few years, but didn’t enjoy my meal and won’t be using again I’m sorry to say. Awfully oily, poor and uninteresting flavour curries. Naan breads from the supermarket are better that what I had tonight.

ordered a chicken Rogen josh was delicious and got a extra free popper dom was hot when came really enjoyed it definitely order again

Been eating here for over 10 years. Categorically one of the best BI restaurants in Hull. The food is bursting with flavour and you can BYOB! The staff member that served us tonight was particularly excellent too. Very friendly and attentive. I love this place. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Beef Rogan Josh, the sauce had a good flavour but there was excessive oil and the beef was dry and tough.

Went for a meal with workmates recently and had the 4 course deal. Food was quick to be served and full of flavour. Lots of spices and a bonus that you can bring your own drinks. Would definitely recommend coming here.

First time ordering and honestly amazing food. Took about an hour and half to get delivered but well worth it for the quality in my opinion. Will 100% order again.

Great tasting food, good price

Food was not of a good standard, very like Indian food from 30 years ago made with standard generic sauces and extremely oily. Peshwari Naan stodgy and little coconut, disappointed...

Love this place, best takeaway

Absolutely delicious. Perfect comfort food after a tough day. Very friendly delivery driver. Food hot and the 4 course special was great value for money. Fully recommend.

I'm doing a new review as I made a mistake on the last review. I ordered the wrong curry which is why it didn't taste like my usual order. I accidentally ordered a milder curry which I thought was a madras. The madras is very nice with the right amount of heat and very tasty. Would definitely order again. Sorry for the mistake!

I'm a regular customer of lime tandoori and last night was disappointing. The madras tasted nothing like it usually does. Very bland, hardly any spice and very salty. The chips were soggy and the curry very watery which made the meal inedible. This isn't a cheap takeaway to get and the food quality last night was well below standard, especially for the price.

The two masala’s were full of sugar making them completely inedible . Extremely disappointed I was refused a refund of these two dishes when I spent £65 . Normally the food is excellent however due to the poor customer service neither I nor my family will be using this place again.

food was not regular portion and there was no vegetables in the biriani just a whole tupperware of sauce. It was as if the food they served was their last. Also the taste was not as good it seemed rushed as I said biriani had no vegetables and tge sagaloo had barely any spinach. This is not usual for this restaurant but very disappointing on this occasion.

We visited this establishment and overall had a lovely time, the food was hot and arrived fast. Service was exceptional and in a timely manner. Really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the overall dining experience. The true test of a restaurant is the question, would we go back...yes absolutely!!!

This was amazing last time we got it, this time it came and the delivery driver had dropped our bag, poppadoms were literally smashed crisps! Chunks of garlic in curries wasn’t cooked, chips were soggy and so were the onion bhajis. Korma was spicy! Really big shame because last time we couldn’t fault it!! Too hit and miss for us now. 2 visits one excellent, one abysmal. So it’s a no from me for the cost! Sorry.

positives were the rice was nice and fast delivery .. .......... ........ the negative was the tikka madsla was super salty and the onion barji was very soggy inside so I was unable to eat either options, probably would not order from here again.
