Food was cold. Chicken undercooked and pink. Forgot some food so never got it. Glasses dirty. Very disappointed!

I've come here a few times with my family. The food is usually good but on my visit on 05.05.2025, something's changed and not for good. The menu has changed, the food once flavourful food is now bland. We had the goat curry and brown chicken. The portions were small and served in bowls to create the illusion of a larger portion. No seasoning or flavour whatsoever. The drinks are also now really watered down, so not worth it. And to top it off, the app no longer works properly, so any points previously collected by loyal customers can no longer be redeemed. Sadly, I won't be coming back.

Popped in for a quick bite before the football. Even though it was early we got a warm welcome, good food and service. Ivana was delightful, friendly and attentive.

I had a fantastic experience at Turtle Bay recently, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Dani .From the moment we arrived, Dani was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. She had great menu recommendations, kept the vibe upbeat, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. It’s rare to get service that feels both professional and personal, but Dani nailed it. Definitely made our visit extra memorable – thank you!

Visited here with family on Thursday evening. We sat outside because the weather was beautiful and we ordered at the bar. The initial order was smooth and we were just on time for some 241 cocktails and the pre theatre menu - which was all great value. The squid was beautiful and really well presented. I had the main of salmon which was delicious, the skin could have been crispier but that's my personal preference. My family had the Buddah bowls which looked amazing and colourful. The reason for knocking off a star is the service. There weren't many customers at the time and it took ages to get starter plates taken away (which means we were then waiting ages for mains) and then main plates. We were waiting so long for the main plates to be taken I went in and asked for the dessert as we were waiting to leave.

Dani greeted us with a lovely smile and made us feel welcome. Food was fantastic, drinks amazing especially the ginger beer. Well done to you all.

Place is cool with a nice menu but place was 35-50% capacity and it took over 8 minutes from ordering to receiving a pint of beer (according to timer on second round). Can only imagine time for a cocktail.

Lovely experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was pretty cool. Service is also a 10. The french fries are sooo good and the slow cooked beef as well. The grilled chicken is very tinder and juicy it was perfect. Overall everything was amazing.

Our first bottomless brunch did not disappoint. The food was lovely and our server Dani was amazing. If hospitality had more Dani’s the industry would be in a much better place. There is a lovely vibe in the restaurant . I forgot my glasses and another member of the team found me a pair to borrow. I would highly recommend a visit 🥰 Keep up the great work Dani 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Our main dish came a little late but the manager was really great and apologetic. We had curry goat and crispy chicken wings the food was realy good . Ollie and Dima was really good fantastic service and the cocktails dima made was amazing as we live in media city we will visit more often just to have dimas cocktails and the birthday shots by ollie was lovely thank you somuch for the great service you guys made our dinner amazing 🤩😍

Really disappointed with the food. Children's food came with some very dried leafs. What a waste of food, no one will eat that. I had the sharer platter, also very disappointing. Flavour was good, but presentation and how little for a sharing platter wasn't acceptable. The rice was cold when it came. Staff was nice, when we explained about the size salad on the child's meals, yes we are aware. WHAT!!! Why put dry salad leafs what looked out of date on a child's meal. No other form of salad just leafs. Whish I had taken a photo to put on here. Won't be coming back.

We had the bottomless brunch on Saturday, and the food was great, and the variety of drinks was amazing, service was the best from Ivana! Very attentive and we never had to wait for a drink 😬 will definitely be returning

Waitress was lovely and helpful. Atmosphere ok. However cost £3.90 for chips. Chips are now served in a bit of greaseproof paper on top of a metal serving bucket (which used to be full of chips) making such a small portion that each chip was about 20p 🤣. Overall food was ok but given the poor value for money we will be hard pushed to go here again. Did take a pic of measly portion but won’t let me post it here.

The food was delicious but the service.... the service was incredible. Booked for a bottomless brunch as a post christmas treat, and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was bustling but not too busy, and our server Paddy could not have been more attentive. We were seated so quickly, and food arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Let's not beat around the Bush, we had booked for bottomless and were planning to get our monies worth... in the 2 hours we were here we had a drink in hand and one ready to go for the duration. Couple that with Turtle Bays promo offer of £20 off and we have had the best afternoon. Will definitely be back, thank you Paddy, and enjoy Liverpools win 🏆

Great afternoon at Bottomless Brunch Service was super quick making good use of the bottomless. Vijeeta was very friendly and polite at all times!

Our waitress, Daniela, was the star of the show. She was enthusiastic, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu. The pre-theatre menu was very good value (£17 for 2 courses) and plentiful. The sweetcorn fritters were a tasty first course and I really enjoyed my chicken curry and rice but my friends thought that the jerk chicken was a bit dry. Good variety of cocktails and interesting decor. However, early dining and poor weather meant less diners so atmosphere lacking somewhat- not their fault.

Came for a bottomless with my partner as a little date night. Was served by a woman called Dani and she was such a lovely person. Really felt like a friend having a laugh and making conversation with us making us feel welcome. Not only that she was always making sure everything was okay food and drink wise and she was also giving us drink recommendations when it came to us being stuck on drink options. A lovely human being couldn’t recommend more.
