Excellent cocktails, great music and every single member of staff are loveyl! Super friendly, very helpful and happy, a great little team from the doorman to the bar staff. The place is great. I would highly recommend it!

Loza was an amazing server. She made us very comfortable and she’s very funny and social. She continuously checked on us and even suggested some of her favourite drinks which to be honest, were AMAZING. Had a great time

We had a lush time, the food was great and our waitress lola was amazing! Her service was great, we didn't have to wait at all to order and her great vibes really made the experience. the crispy chilli squid is as great as always!

Service was absolutely fantastic from Ivana and the team! Just a cold blast from the door every now and then but that can't be helped with the weather!

Great food - brilliant tmosphere & service

It was an incredible night tonight with the Bottomless brunch. The gorgeous Diana was our server, she was amazing, very attentive, made sure we were plied with plenty of drinks, and the food was ordered in a timely manner... the food was cooked to perfection too, chicken was melt in the mouth!!! One of our group is allergic to vodka (I know, tell me about it 🤣) so a manager had to sign off on all drinks (Jordan was fab!!! Love him to bits!! Meant we didn't have to slow down on the ordering!!). Can't sing Diana's praises enough, she was just brilliant, fabulous in fact!! Loved the experience, loved the service, loved the food, 100% recommended!!

Nothing more can be said about this place other than perfection. Went there on 30th November for my wife's 50th birthday. Staff were very attentive, and made sure she had a great birthday. 100% recommend this place .food and cocktails are great

We had a slightly long wait for our food, normally I would have been a bit upset by this, however Lola showed great hospitality, dealing with our questions swiftly and professionally. We came for our anniversary before a gig, first night without the children in a year, and so she definitely made the difference. It's nice to see a sever enjoying their job and caring about their customers. Thanks Lola for taking the time to make our experience special. Food was also fantastic when we eventually got it - we will be back!

Food excellent, atmosphere cool but the service was excellent from Patric who took our drink and food order to Diana who was so grateful for some feed back that entailed a tiny niggle about the coleslaw… tiny amongst the high prise for chicken and sea food comfort bowl and Diana was adorable and grateful and insisted We have a rum shot on the house .. her attitude was exceptional and appreciated… we don’t like the American habit of tipping ( or else attitude) much prefer to get regular places a gift or be blown away by a stranger … Diana gave exactly the type of service tips were invented for … she enriched our experience 10 fold.. so much so my student … short for cash son gave Diana a tip .. only his first tip ever!! (parents usually get them) ..lol Thanks Diana for the fun at lunch on Saturday before the ballet .. Great service and great human ♥️

What an amazing place!! Excellent service from Dani, she was amazing. Very attentive, polite, so so happy and really made are evening even better. It was the first time we had been as a family and she made it worth while.. the food was delicious 😋 and well worth the visit.. We had the prawns and mix platter to start with the seafood soul food for main and it was just amazing!! I would definitely recommend and if you have Dani as your waitress she will look after you and check on you at all times.. so happy we came for the experience and Thank you Dani for everything...😀

Ivan’s was absolutely brilliant. I had not eaten at this restaurant before - she was patient explaining the different options I could have regarding my chicken choices. I didn’t want chicken thighs - the meal was very enjoyable. However it was Ivana’s customer service that was exceptional.

Absolute pleasure yet again and never fails to impress. Enjoying ever minute this place and a massive thank you Ivan’s. Absolute joy to be served by her. 💃🏾👍🏾🫠x

Please give praise to Lola. I’m neurodivergent and can ask a lot of questions about what I’m consuming. She took her time to answer all my questions, was patient and I didn’t feel rushed. She is a great example of brilliant customer service.

It’s still the same people who ran Lime here for 25 years. The inside is now white, except for the copper chimney feature. The hot mango cocktail was excellent. The home made kimchi was fantastic. Gyoza and panko prawns couldn’t be faulted. The choice of sashimi and sushi were spot on.

Diana made the trip for us 7. We started with a spilled cocktail but after that everything was amazing thanks to the great service from Diana. Thanks for a great afternoon. X

Really enjoyed our meal here, excellent service from the front of house team to find us a table when we didn't have a reservation, also from Lola at our table. I can recommend the Trini Curry Chicken and also the seafood soul bowl.

We called into Turtle Bay without a booking. We needed to quick meal as we had to be at the theatre at 8pm. Lola quickly seated us and recommended some quick dishes. Lovely food, attentive service - and we made the theatre in good time!

Dani and her manager were amazing at making sure we were served on time to see a show at the Lowry. They recommended dishes that could be made swiftly and even asked the chefs to prioritise our food.

Lovely lunch before going to watch a matinee show at The Lowry. Staff were all great, with particular attention to my Mum’s dietary requirements which was reassuring. We all enjoyed our food and would return again.

Me and my mum had the loveliest time at Turtle bay yesterday the food was tasty and hot and it was such a great atmosphere. All the staff are so friendly but Dani in particular who we have been lucky enough to have as our server serval times in the past has gone above and beyond for us every time we have visited.
