Will never order from there again it’s a third time in a row now it’s been wrong order, late or cold

Food - excellent, very tasty Service - felt a bit forgotten about upstairs but the staff were friendly. Food took a while to arrive in between courses

waited over 3 hours for delivery, (an hour after just eat ap said it was delivered) then wrong order left on our doorstep. When correct meal arrived it was stone cold!

This is the first time I’ve received cold disgusting food from here . Nothing was fresh about it not even taken the time to heat it . I don’t know if they have a new member in the kitchen but I’ve never had food this bad from here it’s always been fresh .

Food is decent. The garlic naan is a bit bland but the garlic chilli chicken curry is amazing. Pretty quick delivery too.

Love ordering from here, incredable food, great service. 10/10 everytime. Never had an issue.

The food we ordered had some significant issues: 1. Lamb Tikka/Panner Tikka: There was far too much food coloring in both dishes, which made them less appetizing. 2. Chicken Jalfrezi: The curry was overwhelmed by the flavor of turmeric, making it difficult to enjoy. 3. Chicken Biryani-The biryani was more like fried rice with added food coloring, rather than an authentic dish. Given the high price, this was especially disappointing. I hope this feedback is helpful in improving your dishes.

Food came almost an hour late, despite ringing beforehand to make sure they had my mobile number to contact me when the driver arrived. They then claimed the driver couldn’t find me or something despite me standing outside waiting for 30 minutes once it had been marked out for delivery. Very poor

We are from the uk balti capital (lye) and have tried loads of balti houses. We can fully recommend the quality of food here as being good and on target. The service is nice enough too. The thing that severely lets the place down is the price, we were shocked when the bill arrived! The way in which they charge is weird and totally overpriced. (See the photo and comment under vegetarian options for more detail). If you never expect to pay £4.50 for a pilau rice, or naan bread! And don't tell me it's because of the price of fuel. Minimum wage should be set to £20 an hour in accordance with the extortionate prices! So for basically 3 if us (our youngest barely ate anything) it cost us £74! That just ain't right.

Excellent service. It was quiet when we arrived on a Sunday evening but became quite busy before we had finished. The restaurant was pleasant. The music wasn't too loud. The atmosphere was welcoming. The food was great. Very tasty. Good portions. Overall, very happy with the choice.

Food was amazing. The service, however seemed slightly overwhelmed with the take out and the restaurant. Nevertheless, overall absolutely recommendable.

My only problem is they can't cook a Pasanda.

I had a fantastic biryani. I grew up with Indian food but never had biryani sauce. The sauce was phenomenal. I definitely recommend this place.

Ordered take out. 2 steamed rice, 1 chicken Korma, 1 chicken tikka mosalla. Cost £31.60. It's nice food but no complimentary dips or poppadoms like other takeaways and is expensive in comparison.

Nice clean restaurant with great grub and nice staff. If you want a great curry this is the place.

The Bombay chilli chicken Jalfrezi I had lastnight was the best curry I've had in a long long time spot on. One of the chefs specials that you must try if you like it spicy. Incredible. Service was great!

Tasty quality curry will go again

This was the only restaurant I could find open in Aberystwyth town centre during half-term. It was a good find though - as all Bangladeshi restaurants are in Britain. Excellent food just a shame about the hour long wait at the table due to the preference given to sending out take-a-ways. I'd recommend getting a table early or booking as service is very ad hoc I would of stayed for desserts.

Lovely meal and highly recommend the chefs special Bombay chilli jalfezi. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to our waiter Alim

Superb food, a bit of a wait on a busy night but well worth it for us four hungry cyclists! Lovely owners.

Food was delivered much later than the delivery time slot and Over an hour and 5 minutes after I ordered it. Most of the items of food arrived lukewarm too.

I ordered a Chicken Tikka MAIN meal takeaway, I got the Chicken Tikka but no salad & no mint yogurt! The Chicken Tikka was quite bland so won’t be ordering from there again!

Worst Indian restaurant so far... I went there yesterday for family dinner. No where any dish that look or taste like Indian. No flavours at all... on top of that all the dishes has too much of red colour added. Anyone who said this is best Indian restaurant is either paid Reviews or no idea of true Indian flavours. I just want to make everyone aware of real taste. I can tell from the taste and colour that the head chef is not Indian and has no idea of true indian flavour.

they selected that they had "delivered" it by 7:55pm but they hadnt. after several calls and assurances that the driver was JUST around the corner, 20mins later i got my meal. i specificed that i was unwell and hoped they wouldn't keep ne waiting outside, unfortunately, that's what they did.

Food arrived 25 minutes late. 25! Because they keep sending people on push bikes up penglais hill. Invest in a proper delivery service. Because of delay food was cold. This takeaway cost me £21. £21! I can cook a meal for £2. This costs 11x what I could make myself and it arrives cold and late. An absolute disgrace and a total disrespect for their customers.

The quality of the food is right up there. The chicken Rogan josh was perfect. The spice blend was sublime. The veg bhuna my partner had was the best she had in years. Along with the mushroom pilau rice. Samosa full and spicy. And naan bread was spot on. Totally recommend a visit if in the area. Thanks to all staff for making our visit a delight

unusual to have bass on the menu. It was great. Good size portions, well cooked and nicely presented. Will be back soon. Good value for money

They say that looks can be deceiving and in this case, it's very true. It just doesn't look like your typical Indian restaurant- well not the ones that I'm used to anyway. Its not all fancy with all the trimmings of the Taj mahal, but instead it's a pretty cool place and the the decor is more that of a Rasta type Internet cafe, which is both different, refreshing and nice. This place can get fairly busy at times, so best to book a table so your not disappointed, it among the best eating places in the area. Friendly staff, chilled atmosphere and a handy location. But the best of all is the food, full of taste and so rewarding with every mouthful and such a good workout for your taste buds Lovely 👍

The best Indian food we have had in a very long time. Excellent quality and fantastic home made taste. So far away from the pub-microwave Indian food you get everywhere.

OMG! Such a bad experience first time ever. Looks like they want to avoid Indians inside the hotel. We can easily notice the way they behave. They don’t encourage if we want to order less food even if we are not hungry, their rule is I think each person to order some item. The order taking staff always wanted to confirm from her boss whether to continue with order or ask us to move out just because we ordered less. There is ONLY 0% HOSPITALITY SEEN. After 1 hour of wait, we had to go and complain to have food at our table. The food was pathetic, it had same taste for all 3 curries we ordered…THE SAME ONION TOMATO SAUCE for all 3 curries. There is a curry price and in addition to that if we want that to be veggie curry, pay £4 for the slices for tomato, capsicum and tomatoes, if we want it to be chicken, then may be pay £5+, same goes for lamb and so on. THOUGH THIS CONCEPT WAS BIT ODD ESPECIALLY FOR THIS TASTE Finally, the hand washing bowl with a tissue called as INDIAN MARSHMELLOW(Wet Tissues) which wasn’t given to us wherein this has been given to the localities. The way they treat differently is so obvious. Just to let the team know that you are making business in the name of Indian restaurant but it is no way near to it…please stop that arrogant behaviour and SHOW SOME PROFESSIONALISM

Poor quality of food without any taste. Very expensive and not had pleasant experience.

Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. Very terrible behaviour, far from the flavour of real Indian meals, and definitely not an India restaurant 😢. The boss of the restaurant is arrogant and lacks manners. Forced us to order depending on the amount of people and made us order more; when we indicated we didn't need more, the server commented that the Boss would not allow us to order less and that there is no return policy on the menu or anywhere in the restaurant. Disgusting food with the name of Indian delicacies. Run by non-Indians, with a disrespectful boss. The curries are just a tomato purée and add boiled vegetables for which you should pay extra. Not worth/Waste of money if you’re planning to eat at this restaurant.

Poor quality food, far away of the taste of original Indian dishes😢. Arrogant and manner less staff on the floor. Lied that reserved seats and offered to sit at chosen place, cold chapaties, cold curries. Forced us to have beer, when I said we don't drink beer then the waiter commented you are fussy eater. Then spoke to his colleague and laughed. Every dish ordered he was telling us their policy. But they never mentioned on the door or when entered to read their policy. Disgusting food in name of Indian dishes. Run by nonindians and disrespectful staff. Of course, extremely expensive. Any how they will add prices to their dishes. Bill will ne given as per their choices of prices that all dishes in menu are not mentioned if mentioned then different prices. Means illustrated staff. No reasonable adjustment for disabile. Avoid to go there to avoid disappointment.

Food was perfectly hot, and tasted amazing!

I have been to this restaurant 4 times in the last 2yrs and I live 110 miles away. I drive up to sample this amazing food. I have nor eaten at a Indian restaurant where the food is so tasty, full of vibrance fantastically cooked and in so much abundance. The staff are always pleasant and it is a quick service. I will revisit again in the Summer. Looking forward to beautiful food. 5 stars

Second time food has taken over an hour and a half to be delivered stone cold. Called restaurant about this and they advised call the driver, he hung up the phone. Ended up taking the cold food back to pick up a fresh order. That’s the last time we will order here, they need to sort out delivery system because it clearly doesn’t work. Shame because the food is good.

Food late. Food luke warm. Missing the dips. No onion in onion salads. Lateness not unusual. Disappointed.

I ordered my meal for 19.00 hrs. It arrived at 19.30hrs despite I had a message at 18.40hrs to say it was on the way. The meal was cold. Had to warm it up in the microwave which spoilt the meal

Having been here twice before we were looking forward to this visit, booked in for 7pm and eventually got the food at 8pm. I'll try elsewhere on my next visit to Aberystwyth.

We waited two hours for the food to be delivered,when we rang the restaurant they said they was really busy we was very understanding as it was a weekend, but then the food was delivered cold, was disappointing after waiting two hours for it. Shame as I have eaten here before and it's been lovely but put me off now for the future.

This is by far one of the best restaurants to eat in town. Fantastic food, great value fantastic service. Look forward to next visit when come on holiday

Told me that my number was wrong and the driver came to the door, watched back on cameras and he went to the wrong house and my numbers correct and never had trouble in the past! Then told me they were around the corner and another 20 minutes past and nothing. Really disappointed with them no communication I had to ring them 3 times no sorry or anything just put the blame on me.

100% the best curry I've ever eaten. Traditional classicss and some house specialities that really hit the spot. Staff were lovely. Top marks to this place.

I’m not even going to rate this. Waited over an hour and 20mins to be delivered to be told they have already been to our caravan even tho I didn’t give them my number and we was waiting by reception for the driver. Spoke to someone to be told it was going to be 5-10 late even tho it was 40mins late. When it got here food was cold and popadoms was smashed to pieces. Only ordered from here as it was advertised by the caravan park. Won’t be ordering again. Not a happy customer!!

We hadn’t got a booking and they managed to get us a table for 2. Because they were so busy we had to wait an hour for our food which I was getting very impatient with but the food and service are lovely.

Delicious food, polite and fast service. Happily served a large group of 30 at very short notice from the menu. Everything was delicious and good value.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE. I fell sick after eating their tasteless, bland, red, oily food. The curries had mostly oil and red colouring in them. Forget about anything else, their dishes didn’t even had salt in them. THIS IS NOT INDIAN FOOD. The food is not edible and cannot be eaten by any living specie on this planet, let alone humans. Wastage of money and they are looting. FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS. Expensive

They claim to be serving Indian food but it is far from being so. You are spoiling the name of Indian food. I don’t know who is cooking your Indian food but whoever that is you must fire that person with immediate effect because that chef doesn’t know anything about Indian food. Biryani was some fried rice with no salt, all vegetables are pathetic. Vegetable was sweet and tasted pathetic. My sincere request is just one that please don’t claim that you are serving Indian food. You don’t have any idea what Indian food tastes like.

Ordered 1800 Called and told ready at 1900 Food arrived after 3 more calls at 2000 It would be offensive to the word lukewarm to describe the quality of the food that had been sitting for an hour after 3 phonecalls. Not impressed with my £50 order

All food was cold rice curry and sides. Nan bread was cold and wet where it had been sitting in packaging for a long same story for the onion bhajis

Food was exceptionally good, delivery took a bit longer than anticipated, but it was a busy 7s weekend and they did deliver almost to the door of our holiday let in a caravan park, which was great. Highly recommend.

Great food, excellent customer service

Service is extremely bad. We asked for drinks and waited 15 minutes.We waited for over an hour for our mains and the waiter was quite rude, sneery and unhelpful. For example he rolled his eyes often and acted as if us asking to order the drinks after ordering the meal was ridiculous. It was also expensive for what we got. The curry (balti) was entirely vegetable and no sauce. Poppadoms tasted like prawn crackers and arrived late. Overall was not great, would not recommend.

Took my Indian wife here as she needed a taste of home. She was absolutely thrilled with how authentic it was. Says alot to me about how good it must be. I enjoyed mine too....

Amazing food, lovely friendly staff great portions and fair prices

Very friendly staff and sat down straight away, however we had to wait for over an hour for our starter to come. The staff were very apologetic and offered a free drink each but as a driver I could not have one. Starters were very nice when they arrived. The main course was a bit bland, I ordered a jalfrezi which usually has a good heat to it this one was bland. My partners vegan chickpea curry was also very bland. The rice and naan were nice. Overall had a long wait and some dishes very bland.

Nice food but weak customer service at the table. It was busy but the waiter was more inclined to argue about a 40 minute wait between starter and main course than apologise for the delay. The manager was helpful but I shan't be going back.

Everything was tasty except for the actual curry. Lovely crunchy samosas, a perfect fluffy naan. Ordered a Passanda, which unfortunately was not creamy, didn't really taste of anything, and the chicken was very fibrous.
