Great food, get the mixed meat Shawarma on shoom (spelling could be wrong!). Quick service and the staff were also very friendly.

Amazing, Was lovely and the chicken shawarma and pizza is amazing. The Lamb shawarma was tender and very fresh.

Travelled a long way to get here after hearing all the amazing reviews. Not only did it live up to the hype but it surpassed them. Lamb shawarma the best I've tasted, lovely fresh samoon. Fresh sauces, freshly made falafel. Light and crispy. Nice subtle taste of sumac running through everything. Friendly and efficient staff. Delicious fast food. 10/10. An absolute champion of a place!

I’ve heard good things about this place so was very keen on giving it a try. The shop was fairly busy when we arrived but didn’t have to wait long to be served. You can get lamb, chicken or mix shawarma and donner, on trays, or in naans or samoon. They also do sandwiches with different fillings. They do pizzas, garlic bread and a choice of fatayer. My wife and I went with a mix samoon and a donner samoon and we shared a lamb fatayer. The fatayer was delicious. The lamb was very flavourful and the bread was soft. The mix samoon was very good. The salad was nice and the meat was tasty. The bread was excellent and made it extra special. My wife also enjoyed her donner. Although I feel that the shawarma is superior as the donner is pretty standard. Overall we loved our lunch. The service was great. They were fast, efficient and helpful. It’s also very affordable. It is cash only or you can do bank transfer. If we ever come back I’d like to try the special box.

This place is legendary in Manchester and as non native to the city, I have to go whenever I am working around south Manchester, no matter what time of day. Never been disappointed yet. Had the chicken shawarma a few times and love it but for me the lamb shawarma is absolutely phenomenal. Juicy lamb, soft freshly baked samoon bread and all the sauces and salad. Absolute top tier stuff. The blokes working there too are a credit. Friendly, chirpy and very pleasant to deal with. As an out of towner and a novice with shawarma they always talk me through it and sort me out with a smile.

We were recommended this place and it didn’t disappoint. We had chicken sharwarma, lamb sharwarma , falafel and chips and it was amazing. The samoon bread I absolutely recommend it was so soft and fluffy and the chips were seasoned so well. You could sit outside and it was such a lovely atmosphere and the staff were excellent. The salad was wondering and fresh as well - please do try as it was amazing.

I must have driven past this place a thousand times on my way to Rusholme and Im kicking myself! These guys serve up an utterly delicious middle eastern menu at frankly ridiculous prices....lamb is not cheap these days so it baffles me how they sell sesame infused, light as a feather samoon bread laden with meat, zingy salad and pickles for around £4! Really rams home what a dismal offering Mcdonalds have the nerve to sell for around the same price point. The staff are super friendly and efficient so its genuinely fast food, no wonder its busy even at ten am....when I visited there were students, tradies, cops and little old ladies all drooling at the prospect of the lambiest of lamb, the crispest, saltiest fries and properly cold drinks! Youll be back every week I guarantee!

A branch of Levenshulme Bakery has recently opened in Edgeley, Stockport and I couldn't wait to try their food once I heard it was opening. I ordered a Chicken Samoon, and it was delicious! And only £3.50. Lots of chicken and salad, a very generous portion. The Samoon bread was beautiful! It's like eating a cloud made of bread - a Samoon first timer and it won't be my last! Staff were friendly and efficient. Thank you 😊

The best and cheapest kebab in Manchester, have been to many takeaways and this one so far hits the spot 4 pounds for a mix wrap chicken and lamb on freshly made nan or samoon bread unbeatable

We had read good reviews about Levenshulme Bakery & finally managed to visit last weekend. We got there shortly after 10am so not long after they opened. Service was friendly and efficient and there was a steady stream of customers during the time we were there. We ordered 2 mixed shawarma on samoun bread, a spinach bürek, a lamb bürek, halloumi & falafel. The bürek was lukewarm as had been pre baked and put in a container but we liked the flaky pastry - the texture was the closest we have had to the bürek in Turkey. Halloumi was a decent portion. Falafel was disappointing as it was too dense & dry. Definitely not one of the best falafels we have had. The mixed shawarma was a showstopper - everything about it was perfect! The flavour of the meats, the fresh bread, salad and variety of sauces (garlic, red chilli & green chilli). It was a very generous size and was well filled. Absolutely delish! Nice little joint which is defo recommended. We are looking forward to returning again soon!!

Very rude staff, delivery took 1 hour 30 minutes and when I rang when the 1 hour mark had passed I was told 5 minutes. I then rang 20 minutes later and the employee insinuated my order was not important as there was 6 others in front of me!

Absolutely disgusted with this service and 'quality' of my order!! Wouldn't think twice to order from here again!

They take the full hour for delivery (rare in these parts) but dear god the food is amazing - the only fault with it is that my mouth cannot be full of their food at all times.

Honestly that was stale Gregg's leftover cakes and totally average milkshakes turned up with another 2 people in the delivers guys car I should of walked tescos and got fresh £25 down kids didn't even eat there's but what child dsnt like milky way milkshake should of made magic stars hot choc for them -5 score

I believed delivery was reasonable due to the quality of the cake, I was expecting a nice chocolate ferrero rocher cake, but they gave us some kind of mix of jelly+cheese and ferrero rocher on top of it. I am very disappointed with this GBP22 cake, spoiled my son's birthday, none of us had it, end up to the bin, the whole cake.

Great taste and service, ordered a black forest gateaux cake for my wife's birthday. They added my requested custom message, looked and tasted great and delivery was very quick. Recommended

Taste of the food was good but portions were disapprovingly small. One chappli kebab was like half of a half of one original chappli kebab. I would have had no complains if I got 2pcs for £1.50 but I got 2pcs for £3!! I do not wish to complain further because that would be being very ungrateful!

My experience has always been good (in-store) and this is first time ordering online. Not just sweet house. Try ordering the Chicken Biryani. (size could be an issue for those with larger appetite) Rasmalai was also good. Also try calling after placing the order (that is when you get the number) and they would be more than happy for suggestions or advise you any other flavours of cake/sweets other than which you have ordered that maybe just coming of the mill fresh. (you can change as long as the price is not any different)

Simply terrible. The worst costumer service experience I have ever had. I ordered a whole carrot cake and only half a cake was delivered. It was explained to me that the kitchen was already closed when they accepted my order so they brought me all the individual slices that were in the store at the time (they tested like they were sitting in the store all day). I call the next day and talk with someone who repeated the story about the kitchen being closed and offer to send me a new cake that day if I was willing to pay for half a cake upon delivery. I explain I didn't need a cake anymore but not other solution was offered so I asked them to just send half of a cake or return half of the money I already have pay for the cake the day before. The person in the phone refused to this arguing that the individual slices were more expensive that half cake and he finally offer to send two slices to my house. I tough this was a bit silly but I agree mostly because I didn't feel like arguing any more. This was four days ago, and I am still waiting for the slices they promised to send. NEVER EVER will I order form this place again and I recommend you don't do it either.

Loved the chicken patties, full of chicken really lovely. Ordered a single slice of pineapple cake, had been freshly cooked very moreish. Milkshakes to die for. Don't hesitate to order from here.
