burger is watery and the bun is soggy. don’t ever order from here as i rang up as i didn’t get enough change by £10 i noticed as i was walking with my food in my hand and the driver had basically ran away. i rang up the next day as i didn’t know i had to ring them bcs i paid with cash and not just eat. he told me that it wasn’t their problem and told me to come in to the shop to ‘talk’ but i wouldn’t get my money back. absolute tramps

I’ve been ordering from here for the past few months chicken is actually pretty nice and hot hence why I I carried on ordering from them but unfortunately I ordered last night and the chicken arrived warm and chips with cheese where cold so I rang up to basically say that when they put the manager on when I said I’ve been a regular for a few months and I’m a little disappointed as who likes to eat cold chips I said I’ve been ordering from them last few months he was basically rude oh I work 7 days a week I don’t remember you lol I’ve only spent over a 100 on orders there like I was Lying to try and get something from him I felt like I had to proof I was telling the truth as I’ve got all the orders on just eat I will never use this place again he did offer to send another portion of chips but his. Attitude stunk and not appreciate a regular customer at all

Unfortunately, upon approaching the counter the server confirmed that there was no actual fresh chicken being made… This is a chicken shop! The chicken in the rack was extremely brown, bordering on black and burnt. Their specialty should be cooking actual chicken! This place is an absolute shambles. A place that cannot actually sell chicken on a Saturday night at 10:30pm should be an embarrassment to itself. This can only be down to bad management and complete incompetence.

Won't lie i ordered before and was not happy, restaurant requested i give them another chance and boy did they do good on it!! 😍😍😍, Burger was juicy with salad and decent amount of mayo, chips was actually decent despite not eating it straight away. Fair plays to them, if i order again and they give the same quality then for sure 5 star will be given. Much respect to the team, keep up the good work The pictures with this review is of when I ordered first time. despite massively improving on my second order I still want to show people and restaurant how bad they can get it, maybe the picture will act as a reminder not to get orders wrong in future from restaurant prospective.

Great food, delivery is quick. Order alot from here as we love it. Def would recommend

You need to look after your customers bit more on value

So I stopped off before work and omg the chicken was dry and nasty the only thing warm was the so called fresh chips, I was parked outside and it all went in the bin, if you want COLD, LEFT OVER CHICKEN FROM YESTERDAY THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU, AVOID!!!

Decent place pay for what you get

Been ordering for some time now. Generally food OK but has gone majorly down hill Order always late missing items and having to chase Order wrong Customer service poor.

Speedy service and nice choice of food. Not displaying the food hygiene rating, although not legally required in England, makes one wonder. 4 stars as delivery times can be slow.

Jokeman shop, food didn't arrive and manager was really rude. Don't buy food from this horrible man

We used to visit this chicken shop all the time when it first opened. It was a genuinely cheap and tasty place to eat. Fast forward a few years and the chicken is either over cooked or undercooked. They've also started to take orders from just eat which means that they're not properly staffed in the shop and there's always one member of staff on the till. Chips are probably the best thing about this place!

My Husband and I are regulars. Great tasting food. Fresh to order. Really friendly staff. It's a great alternative to kfc. And if I don't want to cook dinner. It will be ready in 10/20mins. So convenient. 5* Thank you Let's Taste It!

Lets be honest Lets taste it in shirley has best chicken wraps in whole town... plus nice and friendly staff loving their service :)
