This is an absolutely excellent local chippy! I can't recommend this place enough - it's great value, high quality and extremely customer focused - without a doubt one of Exmouth's hidden gems!!!

Ordered mince beef and onion pie, got home took a bite and it was steak and kidney! Vile. Waste of time and money. It was a red base and and huge chunks of kidney in it!

food was very very nice, good portion size, place was clean, Very friendly helpful staff! Phoned up to order was ready on the time organised. Would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Just had a nice lunch from here. Top quality. Bargain I think too with how much things are now. They had a fish, chips and curry sauce deal for £6.50. Assuming it was hake? Very tasty. Crispy batter. Nice amount of chips and old school fruity curry sauce. My partner had the special chicken bbq wrap and it was great! They also had 2 chicken sharer boxes on offer in the window which also seemed like good deals too. No complaints at all 👍🏻

Wonderful family run local chippy. Always great food, always amazing value, always high quality service and welcoming friendly staff. They have put good systems in place to make ordering as quick and easy, you can phone in to order and pop in to collect. Throughout the pandemic they worked hard to put safety measures in place many of which they have kept in order to keep maintaining the safety of visiting customers. In terms of the food, most things are cooked fresh, right in front of you, in beautiful clean kitchen all open for customers to see. This place is kept immaculate and high quality at all times the effort staff put into to maintaining the high food standard rating is evident. Portions are generous and the owners are kind hearted. They know all their regulars and make an effort to help in anyway they can. I will always support this local business.

Best fish & chips in Exmouth! Consistently good value / quality. Now my regular chip shop feeds the family for a reasonable price! (Only down side is because they are now so popular you will wait a little while) Thxs guys.

Amazing staff, amazing food. Just waiting on the seasonal doughnuts being served!! 😉 It has been a year since my last review so I thought I would make it more up to date. I have continuously gone back to fry away after my first experience. Not only just for the great food but also the staff. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to me on every visit. I have not had any issues with any of my orders, every bite is amazingly delicious and I seriously recommend trying then out just like I did a year ago. I ride my motorcycle there and have a backpack to carry the food and they always make sure it is bagged up and as easy for me to carry as possible. I will be back, time and time again. Won't go anywhere else

I recently visited lets fry away and what a great local fish and chip shop with such a variety on the menu! my whole family all found something they wanted for once!! all cooked fresh while we waited, defiantly be back again!!

Even though it was to closing time, the lovely guys behind the counter offered to cook me whatever I wanted. They cooked fresh chips for me. The whole shop was really clean, which was impressive. Food was hot and yummy too.

Very bad . I had large fish and small chips. The fish wasn't large , possibly medium! The chips were small both in size of portion and each actual chip, the chips were only warm and not hot. They were over cooked , dark enough to have been re-fryed!! At £6.90 for one portion I definitely expected more and won't be going back. I have had much better elsewhere.

Quick polite service. Tasty chips food still hot when got home.
