L'eto Caffe in Kensington and Chelsea

Poor customer service. Staff not taking customer despite some empty tables and made us wait for half n hour for the tables and did not offer a table outside which was empty. After waiting for half n hour asked to seat outside Staff from inside asked to ask the guy outside and then got the table finally. After, waiting on the queue again another waiting for the menu to arrive on the table and food took ages. Ridiculous!!! Service big No for me!!

Loved the cakes. Had one of the specialty coffees, was good. Great service by Deep 🙌

This coffee shop is very nice! I have been coming here almost every day to have tea and cake. Their cakes are amazing. Nash served us, he was very kind and got what we ordered to the table very quickly! :) I love the atmosphere here definitely recommend to come with friends!

Expected coffee in my latte but it was just sweet milk with lavender taste, please write a note that alternative lattes don’t include coffee inside. Everything else was amazing thank you

The food and ambience of Leto is marvelous with the warm service and welcoming gesture from their staff Jenisha really was a cherry on top to compliment the experience. Thank you for such nice hospitality. The Pistachio rose petals are now my favorite to cheer my mood.

A charming quiet cafe with delicious food and beautiful cakes. Our server Jenisha was very attentive. The BLAT Club was enormous and tasted amazing. The dumplings were also tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Had a really poor experience here. Ordered an Arabic coffee for my mum. When it came out we knew straight away it wasn’t going to be good. Was served wrong & was extremely watery. When we asked the manager on duty how the coffee was made - she relayed that it’s “pre-made or sachet.” Of course we returned the coffee, as there was no way we were prepared to pay £19 for a sachet of coffee. Very disappointing

The best place for sweet pleasure

I am already a fan of L’eto but the first time I’ve visited this branch. Came on a Thursday evening after a meal, it’s great as they close at 11:00, it was fairly quiet which meant we got seated pretty quickly, service was swift with the waiter taking our order quickly. We ordered some coffees and cakes and they arrived promptly. Coffee was great quality and the cakes were pretty good.

We tried dulce leche and it tasted awesome. Must try! Shafirul's service made our day.

The milk cake(Indian rasamalai cake ;)) tasted good for my sweet tooth. Thanks Shafirul for the prompt service.

The drinks and dessert are simply astonishing. We ordered a Vanilla Dulce de Leche, Saffron Dulce de Leche and a Pistachio and Rose Petals as our desserts, hmmmmmmmm, it's heavenly. For drinks we ordered a Roasted Green Tea, Cappucino and a Cookies and Cream milkshake, the shake is rich, silky and smooth, the green tea had roasted aroma to it. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely visit again as the desserts are scrumptious.

The desserts and drinks are simply heavenly and astonishing. As well as the top class delicacies they offered, they also do top class service. We were served by Deep, who very kindly assisted us while ordering and served us with the highest level of etiquette. This place should be on a must do list while visiting London. Highly recommended.

Overpriced, and extremely rude service

ATTENTION L’ETO OFFICIALS: I was in London for a week ( 24th- 30th March 2024) and was in vicinity of this shop (L’ETO) near Harrods around 7:30ish pm (local time) on 29th march 2024. I was with my family and brother’s family and we decided to go in to try some of the cakes and pies. One female staff member who was handling the biling told me to wait as she was helping other customer. Kids wanted to look at the cakes and pies from a safe distance before ordering and this female staff came and told them to stay way. While we were waiting by the door for our turn, she came and expressed her inability to take any orders “to stay” because rest of the staff was out for Ramadan prayer. However, many customers were eating while i was there. Still i complied by her request and agreed for “take away” order and she got busy again. She didn’t ask us even once about our order. Meanwhile, a male staff member approached us and offered the seats and explained us the way to order because the cakes and pies are not listed in the manu. So i went to the front of the shop and started to note down the names of the cakes and pies that we wanted to order. While i was doing that, i overheard the female staff talking to the male staff member in Hindi saying that “ main to inko bhagaa rahi thi aapne kyon bitha liya”. As i am from India and Hindi is my mother tongue, i understood every bit of it. In English, it translate to “ i was trying to shooing them away but you offered them seat”. i was really shocked to hear that and asked the female staff the reason behind this kind of reaction. Meanwhile the male staff started to apologize but this female staff didn’t come even once to apologize for her rude and discriminatory behavior. I told that male staff member that how can i eat here now when it is clear that we are not welcome in their shop. At the end, we walked out of the shop disappointed, shocked, insulted while feeling like a second grade citizens. My soul and mind was bitter and full of bad taste when i walked out. I have been living in USA for more than 10 years and never experienced anything like that. I hold a PhD degree in biological sciences and doing research on cancer biology to eradicate this deadly disease. That moment i realized that it is impossible to eradicate discrimination based on your skin color and nationality. And the most shocking part was that this particular female and male staff member were from the same part of the world because they could converse in Hindi. I request the appropriate officials from L’ETO to take action on this incidence before many other customers walk out of this store because of rude and racist behavior of the staff.

Mr. with the bald head couldn't give us a smile when taking up the order. Service really bad. When asking for the bill, the arrogant man ticked the optional 13.5% service without asking. Pretends to be a rich coffeeroom but fails in every way.

Absolutely delightful milk cake from Leto Cafe! Every bite is a taste of heaven. The service provided by Jenisha and Nash was exceptional, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by for a sweet treat and excellent service!

The milk cake tasted fab; I'm big fan of anything creamy and light so it was quite the taking - Service was attentive and their toilets were proper grand. Had a delectable selection of pastries but was in a rush so did not try anything else aside from the wonderful milk cake.

Best desserts in the world! I would consider myself a massive sweet tooth, and after having most desserts around the country..I can place my bet on Leto to be the one of my top 5 list. Definitely visit this branch, Nash has been a great host to us. His recommendation of hazelnut tiramisu has won my taste buds.

Beautiful café, beautiful furnishings and the sight of the shop window with all the great delicacies and cakes makes your mouth water. The service was nice and courteous. We were there for breakfast/lunch. In my opinion the food is too expensive and not appropriate. I had the toast with cheese/truffles. For the price it could have been 2 pieces of toast and some salad garnish. Unfortunately, the food came very late, but the service immediately and very nicely offered us cakes or cakes to make up for it. We thought that was really good!

Good cafe. Tried their famous milk cake and the mimosa it was good wouldn’t say it’s the best but it was good. The staff were slow.

I recently tried the vanilla dulce de leche at Leto Cafe, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavor was rich and indulgent, with the perfect balance of sweetness. The texture was incredibly smooth, and it left me craving more. I highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of delicious desserts!

Really expensive but the cakes are really good . Various types including a wonderful matcha one . And the napoleon . Sooooo good !

The famous Leto Coffee, and this is one of its most famous branches, opposite Harrods The service is fast and excellent The desserts are delicious and I recommend the honey cake and tiramisu 👌🏼 Their tea is amazing. We tried jasmine tea, mint tea, and black tea, and they were all delicious💕

A magnificent place full of delicacies where everything is truly delicious! Sarah took care of us and is really very professional, listening to her customers who want them to have an unforgettable time! I highly recommend this establishment opposite Harrods.. all the pastries are more incredible than each other! We loved it !

Hi I went to Leto yesterday where the manager an Asian guy was very rude. I bought two desserts for take out. My bill was £18. There was last cake slice. I thought I would get the whole slice but the waitress asked manger the Asian guy he said no cut a little from it. I said why it’s last piece give the whole thing he said no we as staff can eat it later not generous with serving. Than I bought pistachio cake which she gave me the tiniest piece cause she scared Asian manager guy would be in happy with her. Given the price the serving was so small. But I went to Leto in Bond Street they were so nice and generous with serving. Where you see worth for paying this money. This Leto near Harrods manger Asian guy. I think saving for himself to eat or something. And so rude. -1 rating for worth of money and size this time around not coming back her too unhappy to accidentally see the Asian manger.

Food was cold. Servers were slow. They’d rather chat among themselves than attend a patron. When I asked for a separate bill, he made me wait 5 minutes to go find a calculator 😵‍💫. Hygiene was off, one of the servers used the same gloves to serve cakes, clean the tables and then again serve cakes. I just stopped at eating my cold truffle scrambled eggs and left.

My friend was very proud to take me to this place. The experience was BAD. The manager and one of the waitress were the rudest people ever. The manager made my friend feel stupid because she asked a question about her coffee, man it’s your job if you don’t have patience just quit it. There was one specific waitress who kept shouting and being so rude to her colleagues and guest. She looked she was in a rush over nothing, the place wasn’t even full. The smell in there is AWFUL. And on top of that I spot the manager talking to his stuff about us saying “time over” “go and tell them”, I would’ve understood if there was a queue out there and the table was needed, but there were so many empty tables, no queue and people who’ve been sitting longer than us there and they didn’t say a single word about it. Why would you be so rude about and to your costumers? A client is entitled to enjoy his time and to ask questions regarding the orders they make, without the manager made them feel stupid. Felt ashamed because it is such a pretty place but maybe it’s time to take an extra care of the people who work there.

Beautiful interiors and the window display of all the desserts is very instagrammable. The service provided by Nash, Deep, and Rahiee was excellent... Their recommendations for food were spot-on, and I found myself indulging in some truly delightful dishes. The carrot cake, in particular, was a standout. Highly Recommended!

Mr. Nash at Leto Cafe in London is an absolute gem! During my visit to Leto Cafe, Mr. Nash took the time to explain each dish on the menu in detail, guiding me through the options and helping me make the perfect choice. His knowledge of the ingredients and preparation methods was impressive. But, The Food was not great and the restaurant was crowded and claustrophobic.

Absolutely love the desserts here. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Gustavo the floor manager. He is very kind and friendly. He helped me and my family decide on what dessert to chose from and made sure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend this caffe if you are a dessert person, you will not be disappointed 😉

Came for brunch, food was cold and underwhelming and the eggs in the shakshouka were raw. However customer service was excellent, Nash helped us out tremendously and made the experience worthwhile. Would definitely recommend going for some cake and coffee.

The restaurant staff is extremely conscious and even when something goes wrong certain members of staff go out of the way to ensure everything is perfect. A huge thank you to Sarah - you have made our lunch perfect.

It’s so difficult to choose which dessert to eat. I opted of their famous pistachio rose petals cake and it was a big serving and could have had another cz it was lip smacking but I was so full. The flavoured lattes are fab!!! Pistachio Spanish latte was good too!

We ordered 3 milk cakes and got only 2 cakes.Realised that after getting back home.Tried contacting the Caffè but no response.
