L'eto Caffe in Kensington and Chelsea

Terrible service. After waiting 20 minutes at our table without having the cards, I had to go get them myself. Then after waiting 15 minutes without anyone coming despite the fact that the waiter saw that we had called him, we decided to leave. The waiters were not even busy with other customers, they were talking to each other. For the prices displayed this place is to be avoided

Yesterday, I was walking with my family, and we decided to visit Leto because the view was so beautiful. When we went inside, we waited for about 10 minutes to place our order. Then, the manager came over, and we started asking her about the menu, but she took a long time to respond. Eventually, she called a waitress to continue taking our order. After we placed the order, we asked for the manager’s name, and they told us it was SWETA.To be honest, she was very rude to us. When we asked her for tap water, she rolled her eyes, which was extremely rude.

Service and food is was excellent. I had a specific request. The waitress was knowledgable about the content of the food and was spot on in her advice, which was so courteously given. The food was perfect. The place is very clean, comfortable and pleasant looking with a relaxed ambience.

Walked all the way across town because they were open till 11 PM but got there at 9:50 and they didn't feel staying open and decided to close early. ☹️

Very disappointed to walk 20 minutes since you advertise open til 11 but just close when you feel.

The store closes at 11 PM but they are not even allowing at 9:23 PM, even we asked for take away for milk cake and a whole bowl of milk cake was put away. The timings are wrong and they are sooo moody.

Love the interiors and the cakes were delish, especially the chocolate fudge or the pistachio one 🫠 Unfortunately the service was really bad, firstly we waited 25min for a drinks to be brought, then another 15 minutes for the cakes..I guess you would expect better. Then we waited 20min for the bill to be brought along with the cakes we ordered for take away - we had to go to the counter the remind about ourselves and wait another 10 min for the actual cakes to be packed🙄 Despite the cakes being to die for, after experiencing that lengthy service I am not planning to come back ever again.

It’s says closes at 11 but we are here at 9:20 and just wanted a takeaway the waiter took full milk cake away with out even hesitating we traveled so far for that and we are disappointed it’s so rude

Cafe L’Eto was a delightful experience. I was amazed with the dedication and patience from the staff member Sweta. My mother and I visited this afternoon for a sweet bite, struggling to select a cake, sweat suggested few options and described the test so well. Mother was happy and would visit the cafe again next time we are back in London

I was with my friends and we decided to visit the shop after we seet the service it was so bad and slow and the waiters name is sweta she was so bad when she was taking so long to explain the dishes and she don't know anything from the menu it was so bad experience and sweta she was so rude and so bad

L’Eto was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was excellent! Rahiee was so nice and recommended some desserts. The pistachio cake was absolutely delicious! We truly loved it!

The desserts and milkshakes here are brilliant and delicious ! The ambience and customer service had been good as well. The dishes are expensive, maybe because of the location but overall good experience.

If you’re referring to the manager of L’ETO Caffe, it’s great to hear that she is so nice Having a kind and attentive manager can make all the difference in creating a warm and welcoming experience for customers. A well-run café with excellent service and leadership often becomes a favorite spot for many. Honestly, the food was delicious. It's been a week and we're still raving about the poached eggs and halumi shakshuka. Drinks were very bland though.

On my very first visit to L'ETO Café, I was warmly welcomed by their service manager, Rahiee, who suggested I try their Classic Dulce de Leche Cake. 🍰.He even mentioned that it’s a favorite of Bollywood stars like Alia Bhatt, which immediately intrigued me. From the first bite, I was captivated—the cake was luxuriously creamy with a perfect caramel richness that lingered beautifully on the palate. It was an unforgettable introduction to their menu, and I can completely see why it’s so popular. For anyone visiting for the first time, this dessert is an absolute must-try! ✨

While the food is great … amazing desserts … it was shocking that we had to pay for extra maple syrup. First, the server did not bring the syrup on the side like we asked The pancakes were salty so we asked for more maple syrup but the server did not tell us we will get charged for it. When the bill came, we had been charged almost £5 for maple syrup for £17 pancakes. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I would go to Leto again because I like the food but charging for condiments is really ridiculous. I posted this on insta and I was told someone would contact me. But no one did. Not looking for a freebie but just disappointed in overall service and customer service. They know people want to eat there so may not care for a few customers being upset but eventually things add up. That’s all.

Had a wonderful meal at Leto! Their desserts are to die for. Love the Malibu Lemonade. Our hostess Tripti was warm and extremely proactive.

Deserts were elegant, drinks equally elegant as well. In particular, I would like to highlight both flavours of the "Dulce De Leche" cake which I highly recommend. We were served by Deep who was really kind and helpful, as well as other members of staff. Lovely food and drinks, and even better customer service. Highly recommend popping in if you are around the Harrods area.

We visited Leto Cafe on January 10, 2025. Firstly, the food was mediocre at best. The cake was disgustingly horrible and the tea was cold!!! However what happened to me was more than just a food mishap. I went to the restroom with a lift because I am disabled and can’t use the stairs. A worker there told me to what to go on the first floor but the door was closed and I was lost!! The worker misguided me because he didn’t inform the other works that I was coming in the lift and that they should open the door. I became frantic and lost, and I a legally blind so I can’t see well!! I left my phone with my husband so I was stuck in the elevator and I felt stuck. I went up and down the lift with no help and no way out. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and the manager did not even compensate us property.

stopped by after visiting the v and a for a quick tea and honestly was drawn in by the pretty cakes at the display but the experience was just so mid. cake was alright but didn’t taste fresh. i had a peach tea that was just too overly sweet and service was just so slow and the couches were so sticky, for this reason i asked for the service charge to be removed and the waiter immediately scowled. food is also so overpriced but that could also be a premium cuz of the area.

We visited this restaurant for desserts and ordered the milk cake, which was absolutely delicious. I was in the mood for chocolate and asked for a recommendation, but unfortunately, the suggested dessert was disappointing it felt dry , not fresh and hard to swallow . When we mentioned this to the waitress, her response was that "it just comes like this," which felt dismissive. As someone who works in hospitality, I know how important it is to treat guests with kindness and professionalism. Unfortunately, the waitress made our visit uncomfortable with noticeable eye rolls shared with her colleague. This is unprofessional behavior and something the manager should address to maintain the restaurant's reputation. I hope to see improvements in customer service, as the food itself has potential

Absolute Disgrace. Wrong food. Half opened bottle water. Had to point out the bottle had been opened. Waiter then took it back and got a fresh bottle. How can you serve and charge for food half eaten or opened. Given food started eating it to be told it’s not our food. Felt sorry for waiter Supervisor lady was an absolute joke. She didn’t care blatant racist. Would never go again. They don’t have certain ingredients or ran out. Which you won’t get on your order but you will still be charged for it. Made them take service charge off for the poor service. They don’t care about customers as it’s so busy. This place needs a real fix up. Supervisor didn’t even come to speak to us.

Always get the san Sebastian cheesecake. Love it. Some of the tarts are really good too. Bit on the expensive side but never let's me down.

Just had an awesome dessert trip to L'eto Caffe Brampton in London that the family was looking forward to since they are Alia Bhatt fans and supposedly she loves it here. The milk cake lived up to the hype and the Choco Carmel cake was right behind. Jenisha was very friendly - even extra heated up my cappuccino:-).

The cake is exquisitely shaped and decorated with small gold balls that knock out two lucky notes.

Excellent service and delicious baked goods! The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pastries and cakes were fresh and flavourful. Highly recommend.Though it was bit busy but sweta suggested strawberry cake n gave a good service n attention. I really loved it . Thank you for your recommendation girl.

Good pastries but poor quality of service! Few people but waiting 10 minutes to seat us and more than 30 minutes to come and serve us our order even though there was no preparation. Plus excessive prices!!!

Staff weren't very helpful... When two of us were still waiting after others were served and we asked if they were coming we were just told when it's ready. Only to find out they missed some of the order.

I ate some good scrambled eggs, the coffee was a little less good but all in all it was ok... the waiters in particular were good, Rahiee was really kind and welcomed us well and took photos in front of the window 🔝

When we went around 5 pm, it wasn't very crowded. The service, drinks, and desserts were good. Overall, I can say I was satisfied. I paid about 20 pounds for a drink and a dessert.

Located close to Harrods. Had to wait in a long queue before I got to enter. Their cake collection is mind-blowing. The food they serve is simple and satisfying. Service was good enough.

Buscando una parada de café mientras estábamos en Knightsbridge, vimos que L'Eto estaba ocupado, la gente iba y venía así que decidieron que lo probaríamos. La camarera era agradable y servicial y nos sentó. Después de una espera de 10 / 15 minutos se tomó nuestro pedido, Jasmine tea & Americano. Después de otra 'larga' espera, llegaron ambas bebidas, café en una jarra y té en una olla. Si bien la presentación fue aceptable, el sabor de ambas bebidas dejó mucho que desear. No había señales de una hoja de té (que yo esperaría para una experiencia de té que cuesta £ 7. 50 ) o una bolsita de té, apenas media olla de agua color paja. El café no sabía como recién hecho de granos, molidos recientemente. Costó 4 libras. 50 . Observo que L'Eto tiene muchos clientes satisfechos, pero nuestra experiencia fue una verdadera decepción.

Sweta was so sweet and very helpful. She would go above and beyond and provide all the help in the world. She is very good at her job and knows her menu inside out. The place has a lot of options and the place is beautifully decorated. I would return again here, thank you Sweta and L’eto

I’ve come here many times and absolutely love their cakes and tea! Pistachio and rose petals cake is moist and creamy and not too sweet🥹 Dubai Chocolate cake was very rich🤩 Service was quick as this is a very busy place.
