Franco Manca in Kensington and Chelsea

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Franco Manca today. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the pizzas were truly outstanding. We've tried many Franco Manca locations, and this was definitely one of the best. Highly recommended!

Very good place to eat pizzas. Highly recommended price quality. There were 8 of us and we ordered pizzas, the chicken dish with pesto and the eggplant parmesan dish… and they were delicious. The waiter Orges was very kind to us, he gave us great service. We will repeat without a doubt.

Service isn't amazing. Food is great but even when there are clearly empty tables it takes time for the waiters to seat you. Same goes with ordering and asking for the bill. Overall a pretty good place to get authentic sourdough pizza though.

We went to try the 5£ discount on pizzas during January!! Food was amazing! One of the best pizzas I tried! And for 5£ uauuu! Went during lunch time so was a bit full we had to wait a bit longer! But amazing place, lovely decoration

Outstanding service by the lovely Maria, I shared a number 5 with my close friend for my birthday. I would have loved to have had more but tooth ache put paid to that. I must get some cloves as recommended by said waitress. Thank you and will hopefully come again next time with less tooth ache and more pizza 🍕

The pizzas were delicious. Service was exceptional! Our server Maria recommended getting the garlic dip to go with our pizzas and it did not dissapoint.

We really enjoyed our time at Franco Manca South Ken. The first time we came, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming waitress called Maria. She made us feel at home immediately, providing us with efficient and comprehensive service. Honestly one of the best waitresses that I’ve ever encountered. She was always ready to answer any questions and concerns we had and did her best to satisfy our needs. We had such a good time that we came again the next week and luckily Maria had a shift that day! We cannot speak more highly of Maria and hopes she gets the recognition she deserves.

Been a FM fan since the Brixton days. Still the best pizza in town. Lovely service at the SK branch. Maria is always so lovely for all our lunch breaks. And the pizza is still as delicious like in the first days. NO. 3 FOR LIFE!!!

Lovely hostess Maria welcomed us and we enjoyed our pizzas. The place is very very loud though when it is fully booked.

We were welcomed by Maria at around 7 pm when there were no tables available. She was very accommodating and asked us to come back in 45 min - no contact mobile number required as she told us that she would remember us which indeed she did when we returned. During the rest of the evening she looked after us with great care, explained the menu and how to use the App. She regularly checked up on us if we needed anything. Great service by Maria which is why I decided to give the place a 5-star rating for service. The atmosphere is better during lunch time when it is less noisy but that obviously depends on the clientele of the day.

Gerry is a legend. He helped us when we had issues with the app. He provided a great service and was very helpful. Excellent pizza also. Will most definitely be returning.

They refused entrance to a service dog, which is against a the law. Moreover they demanded to see documentation which is again against the law and GDPR restrictions, being them not police. What kind of business refused access to service dogs. I’d expected this from the French but not from the Italians. Date: January 19,2025 Time of visit: 7pm

Food was great. Quick as well. We had a number 1-8-9. All of them were very good. The homemade lemonade was a treat.

They have squeezed too many tables in so the experience for the customer is not as good as it could have been. One of the waiting staff, an older man than the rest was very abrupt and rude. The food was good but I would not go back due to the reasons I have mentioned.

I’ve visited this branch several times, and each time I’ve been disappointed. This visit was the final straw. I understand it was busy and noisy, but the staff member was quite rude when she couldn’t catch what I was saying. She was cold and unfriendly throughout. The pizza was as bad as usual…tasteless, cold, and with only two small basil leaves on top. Honestly, I’d rather pay £5 for a ready-made pizza from Waitrose than spend over £9 for this.

We have had pizza all over the world, and this was literally the best. I had the garlic mushroom and truffle pizza and added beef carpaccio to it, and wow!!!! And the misses had wild mushroom and ham and that was also perfect. Will definitely be visiting next time we’re in London ❤️

Presi dalla disperazione dei pasti precedenti (da burritos ad hamburger, patate fritte e cibo spazzatura), abbiamo ceduto alla tentazione della pizzeria ed e' stata una mossa azzeccata visto che abbiamo mangiato una pizza buonissima (spesso in Italia non ne mangiamo di cosi' buone) a un prezzo piu' che ragionevole in una citta' come Londra e nella zona in cui questa pizzeria si trova. Ottimoanche il tiramisu' e la cortesia del personale. Grazie e avanti cosi'!

Las porciones eran generosas, y la calidad de los ingredientes era evidente en cada plato. El servicio fue excepcional — amable, atento y genuinamente acogedor, especialmente Felice y Chef Andrei, que fueron más allá para hacer nuestra visita perfecta. En general, era el lugar perfecto para una excursión familiar relajada. Comida deliciosa, un ambiente acogedor y un gran servicio: ¿qué más se puede pedir? Sin duda volveremos pronto!

Great place. Seating was a little tight but we were 4 + 4 kids and 2 prams and they really helped us stow them away and there's enough room on the stools. Cosy atmosphere and good wine but the pizzas are amazing so go just for that! The Franco Manca special, no. 8 was perfect.

The vibes in this little place where immaculate, rooted into the Italian pizza makers tradition with a careful selection of fresh and original toppings for all the various taste . Walked—in a bunch of days ago and I was greeted by Gerardo, don’t remember the host name but she was lovely too and super attentive. What to say , I will definitely come back with my family to taste that amazing pizza. You could tell that the waiters are very well trained and knowledgeable about what they are selling. I ate at FrancoManca's restaurant in South Kensington the day before yesterday and it was fantastic! Very good pizza, very light and delicious pizza dough! Although the place was Busy, the staff was well organised and friendly throughout, certainly thanks to the brilliant organisation and professionalism of General Manager Gerardo. Value for money I would say EXCELLENT! A nice 5 stars with praise for this restaurant and for the spectacular pizza!

My two friends and I made reservations for their Christmas promotional menu (£25 for four courses), and we were aptly served with typical Italian enthusiasm by the staff (it’s good in case you’re wondering)! Portions for the mains were big, and they were so nice to provide a box for what we couldn’t finish. Personally will recommend going for the chilli dip also. A really good 2-hour dinner spent at this branch.

Lovely woodfired pizza. Friendly staff but small venue so felt a bit crammed in and got blast of cold air everything the door opened.

I tried the truffle pizza with mushrooms. The menu number was 10. It was beautiful, but it was seasoned with salt for those who like salt

Garniture on pizza was rare, noisy place and service OK.
