Jacuzzi in Kensington and Chelsea

Our server was AMAZING as well as the food. We will definitely tell everyone about this place and return next visit.

The inside of this Restaurant is super cute inside. The ambiance was very nice, however, if you do not order multiple drinks and appetizers you will be treated differently. We ordered drinks and two entrees while other tables around us ordered multiple appetizers and drinks. They checked on our table maybe once and never brought the water I asked for while the tables around us received top service. The pizza was amazing, but the pasta was mediocre at best and far too salty.

Been there 28/04/2024 at 15:00, The food was delicious, but me and my girlfriend were not happy at all because of the service. The service was poor and was so slow , we were sitting at the table close to the waiter station next to the door that lead to the toilet, I do not complain about the position of the table just letting you know where we was so you know who to talking with talking about the waitress in charge there , blond girl but was someone around so I can’t really tell you who was in charge on our table. I don’t wanna sound arrogant but I’m in the industry I’m a restaurant manager so I know how to operate in a restaurant floor, and so yesterday I had a bad experience about the service, after 25 minutes they came to get our order… nobody greeted us…. Nobody explained us nothing just came to get the order after I desperate trying to find someone that’s not acceptable …. One girl at the front door she was a host I guess we said at the end bye , she didn’t even put her heads up no reply back meanwhile typing something or at the laptop or the phone I don’t remember, short blond girl. And they were since the start no smiley at all both of the hosts so moody… as I said the food amazing but the service and the greet terrible. I recommend this place yes but not served from the staff I had yesterday.

Ahmed, a great guy from Roma, served us tonight - we had such an amazing experience, mouth-watering authentic food, having just come back from Italy, very friendly staff (very hot 😉) and breath taking atmosphere will definitely be returning! Thanks.

Gorgeous restaurant, the service was amazing and the food was delicious. We had the tagliatelle in the cheese wheel and it was amazing - a smaller portion but so rich it didn't matter! The cheesecake was a recommendation from our waiter and it was lovely.

This restaurant has a mediocre food menu at best. However the atmosphere made up for some part of the disappointing meal. I was here with my girlfriend and her family. Please AVOID paying with the QR Code/Mobile app option. They charge you for this... First there's a service fee like every other restaurant these days - I'm generally okay with this where the service is good... So I pay 80% of the time. Then they have the gut to pre select an additional tip option, I think it was 10-15% by default. If you're not paying enough attention during the payment, you'd miss this and pay the additional 15% on top of food + service charge. The payment app is managed by a payment company called Sunday App Limited.... This company did not provide any beneficial service directly to me but charged an extra £3 for paying through them. TLDR: Jacuzzi is a MONEY GRUBBING Restaurant 😂😂

Really beautiful restaurant. Our waitress Jenni was incredible. So funny and personable and brought us everything we asked for speedily. Also delicious food but Jenni was truly the star.

The food here is brilliant, and well worth the slightly higher prices. The decor of the restaurant is fantastic, with plants over all the walls, beautiful lighting and ornaments and high open ceilings. There was a slightly overpowering smell of cheese because of all of the pecorino wheels however! Where this place was let down was the service and payment. Our drink orders were left at the bar for some time before being brought to us. When the drinks were brought over, some of them were incorrect and had to be sent back. The restaurant is cashless which is fine in 2024, however the preferred way to pay is via a third party website which charges £2.99 for the privilege of paying your billl... When we asked for a card machine, we were left for almost half an hour before someone brought one over. If you are paying via the website, there is no option to remove or alter the service charge which also leaves a sour taste at the end of a delicious meal.

Jaccuzzi is a lovely restaurant. It is best described as eclectic and interesting. The waiters are terrific and helpful. The ambience is dark and "busy" with a lot of decoration. My guess is that Jacuzzi was going for a whimsical "light and fun theme." There are some quality dishes, namely the pizza and seafood risotto. This restaurant is worth a visit.

We celebrated a birthday lunch on Saturday. Restaurant is beautiful, staff were welcoming & attentive. Food was delicious, drinks a little pricey but it was a special treat so it’s not everyday you go out to somewhere like this. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, as there were 6 of us we had our table for 3 hours which was just right. Will definitely visit again.

Great food and atmosphere. Truffle pasta was so good and the waiting staff were very attentive. The only thing we were not impressed was the reception/host, we were taken to 2nd floor for the table but we requested to be moved- we were almost the very corner and it was just a completely different vibe and sad area for a special occasion. The reception/host came and she said to us without any greetings, ‘I understand you don’t like this table with such a blank face and said Okay I will move you. She never looked at us nor say to follow her or no. My boyfriend was asking her some questions and she completely ignored us and just took off. We just followed her cluelessly until we were in the ground floor then gave us table and left. I work in customer service myself and this attitude how you treat your guest is absolutely awful.

Lovely atmosphere food and service

Had to request 3 times for the ‘discretionary’ 13.5% service charge to be removed. Were asked why and made to feel extremely uncomfortable. We stayed no longer than an hour only having a main each, not experiencing service anywhere close to being worth 13%!!!

I was a solo diner. You can always tell a great restaurant by how they treat a solo diner. I got the best seat in the corner with the view of the gorgeous first floor dining room. Amazing! I wanted to order all the cocktails but I am running the marathon so I ordered two mocktails. "Basil Instinct" and "Tickled Pink". both dynamite! I had the ZUCCHINE & CAPRINO INSALATA, MILLEFOGLIE DI PATATE CON CAVIALE, and GIRELLA DI VITELLO ALLA CACCIATORA for food. Honestly this is one of my new top 5 favorite restaurants in the world. I am in the restaurant business and from Chicago. I am very tough to please. Can't give this more recommendation. The details of the restaurant are incredible. I asked for the food to come fast and it did. Mocktails I waited no more than 3-4 minutes. They have it figured out. Thank you for the hospitality!!!

Booked a table for a special occasion and this was on my list of places to go as I heard the atmosphere was amazing. Food was okay I thought the hype might not have been worth it though. Our waiter was a bit blunt and another waiter told me I wasn’t allowed to take photos. The interior of the place is nice but other than that I’m not sure if I would go back for the price it’s worth.

We had the spaghetti truffle which was sub par, as well as potatoes - weren’t that tasty to be honest.

Atmosphere was awesome! Food and service terrible especially when compared to their sister restaurant Gloria. Black truffle pasta was cold basic and served with attitude not to mention it had black truffle on one plate but not another. I expressed my disappointment at the end then the waitress started to list my feedback and said I apologise you asked me for ice twice and never arrived and also I apologise for for pasta being cold but for black truffle I don’t because this is normal. My first impression is just apologise for the terrible experience especially compared to five stars gloria food, service and staff excellence Anyway I’m stopping here, don’t go and waste your valuable time and money

We cannot understand why this venue has anything less than 5 STARS in all areas. We can only presume it is the competitors trying to bring the ratings down. The 4 of us arrived at 1730, along with my 2 year old son in his pram. They helped with the pram and was very accommodating. Immediately given menus and a wine list, not long after, they took our order, we didn't know what wines to go for, we all like different wine, and the waiter's knew their wines and made fantastic recommendations. We are all massive foodies and go to Italy regularly, and normally we can find fault somewhere in most Venus. But here, we can't. It was faultless. The 4 of us agreed this was the best pasta we had ever eaten, including in Italy itself. So much so, my husband ordered another lemon, rolicotta and pea ravioli after he finished his pulled veal ragu. Outstanding food, perfect portions wonderful ambiance, top notch service 👌🏼 we will be going again, regularly ! And when it's fully booked, I'd be happy to order it take away! Looking around at the other food on the tables, the other dishes looked fantastic too. All round fantastic ! Well done Jacuzzi 👏🏼 we are so glad we discovered you. See you soon !

Amazing amazing amazing! One of my favourite restaurants in London

Jacuzzi was a restaurant I was looking forward to visiting. It is beautifully designed and decorated and was very pleasing to sit and dine there. However, I had a feeling that the food wouldn't be great as it is big scale restaurant and my suspicions were unfortunately correct. As the menu changes every month, I would have waited to write a review after I gave another chance to a try different menu but out of 7 food items we tried, only 1 was tasty. Therefore I suspect that it is not a menu construction issue but rather a taste and quality issue. The only tasty item we tried was the 'Nduja pizza, it was a 10/10. The clam and lobster spaghetti was unfortunately terrible, none of the items listed could be tasted while eating. The tiramisu was nothing special, had better tasting ones everywhere else. But the deal breaker for me was the profiterol as the dough was stale. It is a shame that majority of the restaurants in London only care about the aesthetics rather than the taste of their food. I would never go back to a restaurant that serves stale food. Apart from the food, it was clear that the restaurant was understaffed as the waiters were struggling to keep up and the state of the toilets were unusable. It was also truly shocking to see that the self payment page asked for approximately 2% of the bill as a payment charge. I've never been charged for something like this and it is a reason alone to not return to Jacuzzi. Establishments should not be encouraged to take advantage of customers like this.

Beautiful restaurant and amazing food! We had a great time and the interior is truly stunning. Our waiter was very aware of allergens in dishes and helped recommend options based on dietary restrictions.

Highly overrated and expensive experience for sub-par Italian food. The focaccia appetiser/starter was burnt/overcooked and the portion sizes for the main dishes were extremely small vs their price point. The Tiramasu and was worthwhile though! This feels like an Instagram-ready tourist trap. I’ve heard rave reviews about their other locations and unfortunately didn’t live up to hype. I’m yet to visit the other restaurants…stay tuned.

The establishment is visually crazy, a very cozy place with dim lights that make the evenings intimate. As for the food, it leaves a lot to be desired, dishes that are too elaborate and lack variety. The service from the waiters was impeccable and very welcoming. Even a special waitress who spoke to us in Spanish and her treatment was 10

Extremely poor service Wine can 20 mins after starters. Forced to order food asap. Asked to pay bill in the middle of main course. Pasta in the wheel was cold and bland. These are all just to name a few. Contacted restaurant about all of this about a month ago and still haven't had a response. I'm sure the will respond to this review though as it is public!

We booked after seeing a recommendation on social media - we then got stuck in traffic and couldn’t find a number to let them know we would be late… fortunately they held our table which was so kind, since I didn’t see their text whilst driving. This is a beautiful restaurant - attention to detail everywhere. Food 10/10. Service 10/10. Value 10/10. We had a late lunch but this would be a stunning backdrop for any occasion - fancy enough to be special but relaxed enough to really have fun. Thank you to everyone who served us, we are big fans and will be back with friends and family in the future for sure. Thank you ❤️

Excellent traditional Italian restaurant - as my friends would be all nostalgic made to be like Mums cooking! Had a friend visiting London and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely and fresh everything was - certainly would recommend. Big Mamma Group would be proud 😁👌

At first the host was so polite and delightful, but when I went inside I had this reservation since 2 weeks and was really looking forward to have an amazing experience, but unfortunately it wasn't I asked and wrote on my reservation that I want a special table they put me next to an annoying kitchen which every 2 minutes someone hits or drops something, and then the waitress brought the pizza and spelled the oil on my dress and hands and when i told her she ignored me and didn’t even apologized!!

The decoration was outstanding. Food was delicious; we had the pasta with truffle and highly recommend it. Many thanks to Giovanni, who was very attentive. Will definitely be coming back.

My recent dining experience at the restaurant left much to be desired. Despite a polite welcome from the hostess, things quickly went downhill. After being seated near the open kitchen, I waited for about 20 minutes without any service or even a hello from the staff. Despite being close to one of the chefs, who seemed indifferent to my presence, I was completely ignored. Even when other tables were checked on, I, as a black woman dining alone, was left out. It felt like I was invisible. Disappointed and unwelcome, I decided to leave. It's a shame to feel so overlooked in a place where hospitality should be paramount.

4.5 STARS The pizza was absolutely amazing and the tiramisu just melts in your mouth. The margherita pizza was so flavourful! The tiramisu is a perfect balance of coffee’s bitterness, mild cream and sweetness of the pastry. The Arrabiatta pasta as well was decent.

I celebrated my 40th birthday with my family and everything was good and perfect. The staff knew that it was my birthday but nothing special was done not even a little piece of cake with a candle. Quite disappointed about that!

Great truffle spaghetti. The pizza is also original Italian. And even if you sit at the bar right next to the open kitchen, there's a lot to see. The chefs are incredibly professional. The ambience is beautiful. The only point maybe: it's a bit loud.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this restaurant, the greeting was normal and the service was absolutely slow and it was not even full house. My food arrive cold and it took for ever to get our drinks at the beginning! Not expensive but not worth it for what you pay. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

After booking here for my birthday and hearing amazing things, I was so excited. This quickly turned to disappointment. After waiting an astonishing 30 minutes for our table, we were seated. We ordered and two mains came before our starter, the final main came after asking for it about 15 minutes later meaning we had to let our food run cold so we could eat together. We ordered 2 puddings and only one came. After asking where it was and waiting another 20 minutes, we asked to remove it from our bill as we no longer wanted it and were fed up. A waiter brought us the second pudding and said have it on the house, but this was quickly snatched away by another waiter. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and do not recommend - if you want a special birthday meal, go elsewhere.

The food is amazing, cannot be faulted. The service can be better. We ordered food to share and if our waiter had given it some thought, he would have staggered our order a bit so we're not rushing to get through it before it goes cold. If I go again I'll stagger my order to enjoy at my own pace. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and it was lovely of them to put a candle on our dessert, but the waiter said 'happy birthday', which is funny but kind of missed the mark. Bonus that we were able to bring our little dog. Would have been better if we had more room around our table and a water bowl for her comfort.

Everything was incredible, including the toilets (sorry but it's noticeable), and a special 5 stars for the Doc !

The atmosphere at Jacuzzi is amazing and the food was very good as well. We started off with the foccacia bread then split the caesar salad and queenie pizza. All of the food was excellent and well made. Our service was adequate but nothing to write home about. Between the atmosphere and food, I believe that Jacuzzi is worth coming to.
