I had lunch with my friends to celebrate my birthday, the atmosphere was beautiful. The waitress Sara was super friendly and gave us amazing service. I’m excited to return to eat here again.

I recently had dinner at Jacuzzi, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting, with modern, comfortable décor that made for a relaxed evening. Our server, Ahmed, stood out for his friendly and helpful service. He had a great sense of humor and made excellent recommendations when we were unsure of what to order. His suggestions were spot on, and he made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable.

We had a really good thin pizza and a garlic/ricotta focaccia. Recommended

This is my third visit to the Big Mamma restaurant chain. This time I opted for a date at the Jacuzzi. At the entrance we were greeted by a lovely lady, plus the request from the booking was fulfilled. The decor is impressive, every detail creates a beautiful whole. The dishes as always fresh, tasty and served just the way I like them. The only thing I didn't like was the coffee (cappuccino with coconut milk), but other than that, everything was great.

Just had my first visit to Jacuzzi and it was an amazing experience. The staff were very accommodating and the service was quick! The atmosphere and ambience is definitely worth the visit alone. Would recommend anyone considering to definitely book.

I came past Saturday for a friend birthday in lunch time :1st of all no space for my baby pram so we left that on the feet of the stairs. So I strongly recommend to make more space in same ways ; 2nd it was very hot in the last floor and they sit us in a place where wasn’t uncomfortable for my son sitting in the high chair and the food delivery area so we managed to sit him with us; 3rd the cacio pepe with truffles was close to spread cheese with gummies ; 4th my coffee double espresso was tasting like Burned paper . The waiter was really good,professional and knowledgeable , but I do understand sometime when the venue is busy you can’t feel so much the experience.So I hope they will Manage to sort things out!

I love the Big Mamma group, and Jacuzzi had been on my radar for a long time—I just needed the right person to share the experience with! As expected, the food was absolutely amazing, just like in their other restaurants. The setting is equally impressive—tastefully designed, cozy, and wonderfully romantic. It’s the perfect spot for a date or even a family meal. The staff were fantastic as always, making us feel like we were visiting family from the moment we arrived. It was an all-around wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to come back soon!

Beautiful atmosphere and surroundings in Jacuzzi. The service provided by Sara was fantastic, she was a warm and welcoming host and couldn’t do enough - a real asset to the team here.

We had a lovely waitress called Sara, so helpful on recommending what food to order and was very welcoming as well as the whole atmosphere was. Will definitely be returning.

Saw this on Instagram and immediately made a reservation to see the stunning fitout firsthand. The food was enjoyable (huge pizzas) but we definitely went for the ambiance itself. Big Mumma group owns several Italian restaurants which I have found challenging to secure a booking for but as this has 4 floors and 170 seats we experienced no such difficulty on this instance (though I did do so as soon as they opened). Definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy aesthetic spaces and buzzing atmosphere

The location is super easy to get to being almost directly across from the station. Be prepared to be mesmerized by the incredible decor and ambience immediately upon entering. The staff was welcoming and attentive throughout our lunch meal. The food was pretty good. I had the garlic focacia and that was 5/5 so was my lemon sorbet. I only took off a star as the pizza though large was fairly average. Overall a wonderful restaurant!

I have loved other Big Mama restaurants but the food here was distinctly average and very very salty. The focaccia al fungi contained exactly zero mushrooms. They apologized and gave it to is for free, but then the replacement dish also had zero mushrooms!

Smart restaurant in Kensington High Street. Went there as the premises was formerly a bank that my wife worked in. The difference is incredible. It is a good Italian restaurant with authentic Italian dishes. The food was good, service & atmosphere great.

I dined at the restaurant with my girlfriend as we were celebrating our anniversary. The staff, including front of house are very friendly and food is extremely delicious (plus the decor is just gorgeous, you don't feel like you're in London). Their choices of pastas is really good and they have foods for everyone (pork free, vegetarians and vegans). And I want to give a shoutout to our waiter, Ivan, for making our anniversary special and his knowledge of white wines is impeccable - so if he's your waiter and you like white wines, ask him what he recommends to go with your food

We had booked a table to celebrate our sons birthday after viewing pictures on line. Don't be fooled, the décor is interesting, but the food is poor and over priced. We arrived to find the doors locked and had to queue outside in the cold, thankfully it was not raining. When entering we were advised due to lack of gas, there were no pizza or scallops! Service was slow, but staff were pleasant. We had Olives and Focaccia for starters as we didn't want to overload and not enjoy our mains, we received four strips of Focaccia in a small round silver bowl! and a dish of olives (not pitted), they were the tastiest thing I ate that night. My Ravioli arrived and was cold and the dish was running it water, staff apologised, but I had to wait for a replacement, which was hot but tasteless. My husbands crab tagliatelle, was a tasteless spaghetti with a shaving of crab, the spaghetti was also undercooked and cost £23. My sons steak was thin and came with a small pile of greens, no potato, that would have been an extra. I ordered the pear dessert, it arrived on a chipped dish, and consisted of melted chocolate, covered in spray can cream then slithers of pear! I cannot stress how disappointed we were, our expectations had been high and we received overpriced poor quality food.

Vi consiglio di provare, è un ottimo locale, soprattutto molto pulito e si mangia benissimo. Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la musica, mi ha dato buon umore e piacere nell'ascoltare le canzoni siciliani del passato. Quanto ritorno, verrò a mangiare da voi.

Really beautiful restaurant but vegetarians please be aware - the dishes marked with V* as opposed to V are not actually vegetarian as they contain animal rennet. Not sure why the V* is added. But the Barbara broccoli pizza is a delicious alternative to the non-vegetarian Margarita pizza.

This was a birthday treat booked by my husband for me and a friend. Firstly, the whole draw of the place is the look of the ground floor dining area which is where my husband had booked our table. On arrival the restaurant was packed and we were ushered up to the first floor to a table that really wasn’t anything special to look at on the balcony. We were fine with this as it was away from the crowds and weren’t there for instagram pics. The behaviour of the waitress actually confused us at first and we wondered if we had done something to annoy her. Then we realised that pretty much the whole staff was the same- rude and a bit haughty- not at all what you expect at a £75 a head restaurant. In fact not the service I’d expect at any restaurant. The pasta was decent and the puddings were delicious but this was not enough to entice us back. As we had ordered puddings they didn’t bother to bring me a birthday cake with candle, but did bring one to the table next to us. The whole thing was bizarre. There are prettier restaurants in London than this, that will treat you far better. Don’t waste your money here!

Great decor and vibes. The food was disappointing. Truffle pasta had absolutely no salt and weak flavors. We ordered the grilled steak and it was dry and had a weird flavor to it (not recommended at all)

I'm not a big fan of the Big Mamma Group. Most of their restaurants’ ambience are Instagram favorites, but the food tends to be underwhelming. However, Jacuzzi stands out as the best of the bunch. For the price, the food is actually pretty good! I tried the tuna with the light dressing, and my friend had the margherita pizza. We also tried the Culatello Di Zibello - the ham was delicious and generously portioned. The restaurant has three floors, though the top floor is less impressive than the ground and first floors, where we were seated. I’m not sure I understand the decor either—it’s fine dining, but with photos of underwear on the walls.

Horrible is understatement. Placed an order and was later informed that it is no longer available, so I was offered to have any other pasta off the menu on house (which never happened). I asked if lemon pasta could be made and I received BOILED pasta, literally, it had no taste at all. All the dishes were COLD, abysmal. It was a birthday celebration and the dessert was brought mid meal… speechless. Informed the waiter that the pasta they offered was bad. He dismissed my complaint carelessly and charged me for it. The service was poor, no waiters were around. Could not find a way of contacting someone about these issues on their website. I was also charged £40 no show fee WHILE I CLEARLY ATTENDED. There is no way of contacting them except email and I am waiting for their response. Paying £100+ for a horrible experience + extra charges for no show is not something I’d want to do again. Would never revisit and would never recommend. If zero stars was an option, I would have chosen that.
