Jacuzzi in Kensington and Chelsea

Firstly would like to say how beautiful the restaurant is, the decor is fabulous, however after the initial WOW we were then disappointed. This was a gift from our children for our anniversary. Unfortunately the service for us was not up to scratch, we were served our starter along with a drink too, then no one came over for us to order anymore drinks we had to attract attention to order again. Our dinner came up consisting of a pizza and a small portioned pasta dish!! My pasta was extremely salty infact too salty I didn’t want to make a fuss so I ate it. We were then left for quite a while and had to prompt for dessert we weren’t shown the menu we just grabbed a waiter and told him what we wanted as we had looked at home. The rum bubba my husband said was lovely my tiramisu whilst nice I wasn’t blown away! We eventually asked for the bill saying we had a voucher we never saw the bill the waitress just told us how much we owed which I find rather odd as we were not given the option to check our bill! Unfortunately on chatting to the couple next to us they were of the same opinion they had also had a similar experience So disappointing as had been wanting to visit for a while. I feel that this is a restaurant for Instagram posts for the younger generation!

Service was terrible. From greeting us to being seated. Every time we wanted to order we had to flag someone down. The food was mediocre. Pizza was soggy. This restaurant is nothing special and feels a bit gimmicky. Honest review from an Australian visiting London and wanting to love this dinner.

One of the top 5 restaurants in London. The food is delicious and truly Italian. The atmosphere is classy and meticulously curated. The staff is fast, knowledgeable, and very friendly. If you're in London, you absolutely must stop by!

We came here without great expectations as we had read some of the reviews. We were more than happy, especially my daughter who had the steak and some extra crispy potatoes. Steak can be a little tricky to get cooked perfectly as everyone likes it to their own choice. It was cooked perfectly for my daughter, medium rare(I think). She said it was very tasty. I had the monkfish which was also perfectly cooked. I possibly would have liked it with something different to the couscous as it was very filling. I should have ordered something different greens. The staff were lovely and very attentive, even though it was very busy. The decor was amazing and you feel as if you are in a special place. We look forward to coming again!

Beautiful place, even the plates were lovely, however food was average and not worth the money for pizza/pasta. It was a shame as I was expecting great things but thiought it was very over rated and service wasn’t great either, had to wait ages for the sauce for the steak and reminded them 3 times. They also forgot our side salad and never asked us if we everything was ok. Won’t be returning

Il Capitano Daniel looked after us very well. Our jet lagged souls needed nourishment, wine and conversation - we got all three! 🩷 the carpaccio. Early seating and obviously a big Instagram spot.

Jaccuzi is a stunning restaurant with a beautifully designed and cozy interior — the atmosphere alone is worth the visit. We came here for a late dinner and everything went very smoothly. Our waiter was friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The food was absolutely delicious. However, the portions were on the smaller side, especially considering the price. All in all, it’s a very good restaurant. If the portions were just a bit more generous, it would have been a 5-star experience for me!

I went to have dinner with some friends and all of the waitresses were very rude and dismissive with us. The food was great but really service and wouldn't come back because of that.

Good experience in general. The restaurant is nice and comfortable, but I think is too expensive for the quality of food offered. It's nice to have a one of experience just for how charming it looks inside.

Lovely experience, great food, insane interior, okay service but everything puts up for it. Only downside is the notorious lack of glutenfree options, especially when every other restaurant has alternatives. But otherwise, the best of the big mama group.

Absolutely awful experience. The food had zero flavor—literally nothing. The pizza arrived cold, which is unacceptable. We specifically mentioned that we would be sharing our starter, and instead of bringing it first, they dumped everything on the table at the same time. Who does that? The waiter was incredibly rude and condescending, acting like he was doing us a favor by even being there. On top of that, the pizza was NOT Neapolitan—it was flat like a Flammkuchen. And to make things worse, they don’t even allow flash photography. We completely understand not disturbing other guests, but we were literally taking pictures against a wall—no guests in sight. Ridiculous. And let’s talk about the drinks—cocktails were bad too, just like the food. No taste, nothing. Expensive for absolutely nothing. So let’s sum it up: terrible service, terrible food, overpriced. The only good thing was the location. I’ve been to many Big Mamma restaurants since 2021, and this was by far the worst one. Never again.

Breathtaking location, exquisite food (we had casoncelli all’osso buco and tagliatelle with crab and lemon), but the real strong point was the waiter Amed, kind and very friendly!!!

Jacuzzi London — high-energy, buzzing atmosphere with beautiful people everywhere you look. It’s loud, vibrant, and feels like somewhere you should be. But then the food arrives... and it’s a letdown. Style over substance, expensive for what it is, and left us wishing they’d put as much effort into the kitchen as they do the decor. Great for a photo, not for a memorable meal.

The aesthetic of the restaurant is beautiful. Food is kind of mediocre.

We had heard wonderful things about this restaurant, and stepping inside, it certainly looked promising, with decor that set high expectations. We started with garlic focaccia and pesto burrata, both of which were fantastic. However, things took a turn with our main courses: the truffle pasta arrived cold, and the princess picante pizza was only slightly warmer. Our waiter seemed visibly frustrated, indicating that the kitchen was struggling. It’s disappointing because we could have thoroughly enjoyed the meals had they been served at the right temperature. It’s puzzling for an Italian restaurant to serve cold food. Additionally, we found the table lacked basic condiments; there was only ground pepper and crushed peppercorns available, with no salt in sight. We decided to treat ourselves to some tiramisu, and when we inquired about it, our waiter mentioned it would be complimentary. However, after waiting for 20 minutes, we had to ask for the bill instead due to the lackluster service. To top it off, the waiter who brought us the bill had just smoked a cigarette, which added to the unpleasantness of the experience. Overall, it was not the dining experience we had hoped for.

Visited here for my girlfriends birthday and had to adhere to a strict dining timeline the restaurant staff were aware and were absolutely amazing. So kind so attentive couldn’t ask for more! We went there around a month ago, and this must be the worst restaurant I have been to in London. Got some filled pasta: the quantity was ridiculously small, with only 7 of them in the plate. They were swimming in the most tasteless sauce I've ever had, and all of our plates arrived completely cold. It is the first time in my life I've eaten pasta that literally did not taste like anything. I do not know if this was an isolated incident, but definitely do not go there if you are looking for authentic Italian food (or just decent food). The rest of my family ordered pizza, which also arrived cold and tasteless. Had to drench it in chili oil to taste anything. By far my worst culinary experience in London.

With every great thing about this place, I’ll always remember it most for its one way mirrors on the toilet stall doors! 😭 But in all seriousness of all the Big Mamma Group restaurants I’ve visited, the atmosphere here is by far my favourite. Easily the most instagrammable place without sacrificing on the quality of the food. We ordered the “RAVIOLI RICOTTA E FUNGHI” and the “LINGUINE GRANCHIO E LIMONE”. I did not expect the ravioli to be the three large pieces I was presented it however it was more filling than I expected. The Camembert starter was great but you’ll need to order more bread. The service was friendly, and diligent throughout. The desert was, as with all Big Mamma establishments, extremely rich in flavour. The “Nice Pear” was interesting, I loved the warm gooey chocolate, but probably wouldn’t order it a second time. The “Jacquemousse” equally overpowering in rich flavour and a must try. I definitely recommend reserving in advance for this place as I tried to walk-in a few days later around dinner time with no luck unfortunately. But I definitely intend to come again!!

Our waiter Ahmed was very attentive, thank you! As for the food, it was mediocre. Portions were small and one of our sides which we ordered alongside a steak didn’t come until it was pudding time. Churros were burnt and dry, chocolate tasted too bitter. Lovely restaurant but the food was less than average so wouldn’t come again. Very thankful for the lady who accommodated us by allowing to move table as our initial table was next to a very busy toilet!!

Me and my wife have been there 8th of March (my wife’s birthday). We booked one month ago and they told us you have maximum two hours which is fare because women’s day and understandable. the day came and we went there to eat our food and move on. We ordered our starters mains and drinks same time. After a bit we had our starters and drinks. So we had our starter and keep waiting after half an hour nothing one hour nothing and i was getting upset because someone came after us three people and they had their food dessert and they asked the bill and me and my wife are still waiting and looking around anyway i called the waiter and asked him what about our food he said that one minute sir you ordered a steak it takes time to cook, he did not catch me but i choose to believe him. Guess what? after five minutes i asked him again he said just two minutes. It is funny but after one and half an hour later i saw the lady who is manager of the area. I asked her kindly about the our food she said that you ordered the steak so that it takes time. I said her excuse me madam but i am 35 years old and this is not the first time at the restaurant, steak should take half an hour but one and half an hour i am just waiting my food. Is this normal for your restaurant? She replied back: I am going to investigate the scene and let you know after two hours later she came and said that you do not need to pay anything because waiter forget to mains away my food after that they gave my food wrong table! When we had our food to be honest pasta was perfect but cold. Steak was great but cold. They want to give us some free drinks and dessert but we need to catch a game which we are aready late because of the late service. Now, why i am giving four stars because i want to turn back and try one more time because food is delicious and the manager is super kind ( I am sorry again if I was rude for her) Thanks

If you’re looking for a full-blown zoo experience, this is the place. Every square inch is packed with phone-addicted wannabe influencers, flashing their cameras like it’s a nmrave. I couldn’t take a bite without accidentally photobombing a dozen TikTok videos. The decor is decent, but that’s clearly the only thing they put effort into. The food? Mediocre at best, yet priced like it’s been blessed by Michelin-starred chefs. Overhyped, overpriced, and unbearably chaotic. If you enjoy eating in a social media circus, this is your spot—otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Beautiful interior, brilliant food and swift service, me and my girlfriend were surprised at how quickly it came out considering it's been consistently busy all night. Heard there's another restaurant part of the group opening in Manchester (where I'm originally from) I can't wait to take all my friends and family there too. Special mention to our waiter Daniel, he was brilliant, attentive and looked after us!

Our waiter Sam was absolutely amazing! It is so rare you come to a restaurant when it is so busy and the waiter goes above and beyond to make each and every customer feel welcomed , he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time! Sam made our expierence so enjoyable! He is a credit to your business! I will be returning to Jacuzzi with the main contributing factor being staff like Sam!

Jacuzzi is a stylish spot with a cozy atmosphere and excellent service. The dishes are beautifully presented, and the menu offers a great variety, especially seafood and pasta. However, while the ingredients are high quality, some dishes didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of flavor—good, but not outstanding. Overall, it’s a lovely place for dinner, but I’d give the food 4 stars.

I visited the restaurant today with friends, having checked the reviews beforehand. Many mentioned that the food was not great, but I decided to give it a chance. While the venue itself was well-presented and had a nice ambiance, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the food was below par, and I did not find it worth the visit. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return.
