Very touristy but delicious foods. And that’s what’ matters

The best Italian food and excellent service in London! A big thanks to Sam for being incredibly friendly and providing outstanding service.

The only real Italian restaurant in London. Good quality dishes, also with reference to the ingredients and clean bathrooms. Nice menu, quite extensive and also with a wide choice of pizzas. The proposals are all Italian and the various dishes I saw around the room all seemed inviting. The place looks good, even if it is very crowded, perhaps a little too crowded. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find a seat, and it's not even easy to book (they are a bit pushy at the reception, in the sense that, even by offering to wait outside for a table to become available, they often prefer to send customers away rather than make them wait) . The prices are expensive (water at 5 euros a bottle, Margherita pizza around 15) however in line with London and also compatible with the excellent service and care of the place. In conclusion we will definitely return, hoping to find a place

My experience at Jacuzzi restaurant was very disappointing. The food was far below expectations, lacking both flavor and quality. The service was unprofessional, making the visit even worse. This place is overrated and not worth the money spent. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Please add few more vegetarian options in starters. Overall fantastic ambience and great food.

Very disappointed with the dishes, truffle pizzas without flavor and impossible to cut them, they were rubbery. Uncooked pasta. We left sad from this culinary experience. On the other hand, the setting was magnificent but that's not enough 😒. I won't post photos!

After reserving a couple of weeks upfront, with high expectations after going to Pink Mama (Paris) and Barracuda (Brussels), we left Jacuzzi disappointed. The food was overal okay, not good but also not bad - which is a shame for the price and brand (reputation). We ordered the following for 2 persons: 1) croquette (8/10) 2) cuts of meat (7.3/10) 3) focaccia (7.5/10) 4) lobster pasta (7.7/10) 5) piquant pizza (7/10) What was the most disappointing was the service. We were sat at the wrong table and had to change after 5’, forgot to bring the ordered drinks, told us that he would cut the pizza, than forgot and came back after 5’ when the pizza was already cold, brought a bill to the table without us requesting - which was a wrong bill (they made us almost pay 70 pounds more) and lastly the toilets were disgusting. Hopefully we just had a bad day, but based on our experience, we would not go back.

Food was really tasty. But the service was really bad. It was my birthday. So to create and save a memory I asked one of the waiter to take a picture. He directly denied. Its okay to be say No. There was no problem for NO. But he’s approach was so rude and annoying. I will not recommend anyone for the service. Jacuzzi, High Street Kensington.

We had an amazing experience dining here, the food was great and the atmosphere lovely! The place is famous for their pasta so I would recommend to order the “Mafaldine al Tartufo”. Also, do not forget to get the tiramisu in the end. Special thanks to Dhiraj and Nora for their professionalism!

Great design, high social vibes but the food was very disappointing. Price, value was completely off. It seems that the pasta is precooked and served without paying attention to detail.

The food is very delicious and the fries are delicious. We ordered pasta with tomato sauce and rib eye steak, which is amazing with the pasta. We ordered parmesan instead of the ricotta that came out.. Their salads are sweet, and the tiramisu and creme brulee are regular The taste of powdered milk is clear in it

Terrible food! Absolutely awful food. Wouldn’t go back there if you paid me. I don’t recommend it at all. Just go in and take a photo if you really want one. Other then that it’s over priced over hyped not cooked well food that will give you stomach cramps for 2 days after. Ew

The Jacuzzi Restaurant is simply a fabulous place! Despite the three floors full of tables, they had every order under control. The Italian pizza was really outstanding and the truffle burrata was to die for - everything tasted incredibly delicious. The atmosphere? SPECTACULAR! And the background music by Adriano Celentano took me back to Italy for a moment. I no longer felt like I was in London, but like I was back home. ITALO DISCO!! A small suggestion for improvement: The meat dish should be replaced with a Fileto di Manzo, as the meat served was unfortunately not a Fileto di Manzo. That would make the whole experience even more perfect. Everything was just perfect – from the food to the ambience. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

I recently celebrated my 22nd birthday at this wonderful restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambience was absolutely beautiful, creating a perfect setting for the occasion. We were fortunate to have Sarah as our waiter; she was incredibly attentive and made sure all our needs were met with a smile. For my meal, I started with the Carpaccio Diem, which was a delightful dish bursting with flavor. Following that, I had the Linguine Granchio, and it was equally impressive. Both dishes were prepared to perfection and left a lasting impression on my palate. Overall, it was a fantastic evening, thanks to the excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special occasion or just a lovely night out.

Dunque, ottimo impatto , buona location e notevole superficie su 3 piani ma… ma tante cose stonanti . Non ho capito ,l’eleganza del locale, cosa c’entra con i quadri dove sono appese mutande incorniciate ?? Non ho capito le zuppe delle urine nei bagni che vengono portate in giro per il locale ( palchettato in legno ) . I bagni andrebbero ripassati ogni tot di tempo e tenuti in condizioni decenti durante gli orari di ricevimento ospiti. Bagni con troppi pochi water per il nr di ospiti . Bagni indistinti uomo-donna , no no no no !!! Ci vuole la cura di una donna sul discorso bagni , i quali andrebbero ingranditi. Inammissibile il discorso WC ragazzi !!!!! Il piano superiore troppo freddo , il cibo si raffredda subito . Peccato perché i cibi non sono male e i ragazzi camerieri sono molto volenterosi e gentili .

The restaurant is beautiful. Very cool vibe. The staff are friendly but there are too many of them and it makes it impersonal. We’re pizza fans so we’re looking to try them. The pizza was large, but the knife provided (steak knife style) was blunter than a tea spoon. It actually hurt my hands to eat a pizza! Quite a limited range of pizzas. Only two with a tomato base and one was a margarita. I wouldn’t return

We ate there yesterday, they were welcoming when we arrived and pleasant. The one waiter said he had a surprise for us before we had to pay, he brings us a dessert because "we were on holiday" without us having ordered it, after that he puts it on our bill and we try to get contact with him but he stays away from us, we pay and go after that he comes and says we will have a nice trip on etc. very special and be aware of this.
