Jacuzzi in Kensington and Chelsea

The food portions were a joke, we left hungry, all about the money and not the food, really pretty place but freezing upstairs, sat with my coat on, our daughters 18th birthday and very disappointed, not even a candle in a desert, WOULD NOT recommend, just a pretty place to take photos for Instagram, not if you actually want to eat because your hungry.

Lovely food, beautiful restaurant & friendly staff with speedy service. You made such a nice fuss of my daughter as it was her 18th birthday. We had a fantastic time and will be back - don't be put off by some of these negative reviews, this was not what we experienced & we went there today on a very busy Saturday lunchtime. Thank you so much we really enjoyed ourselves.

Always a true pleasure to come back to Jacuzzi….the decor, the ambience, the music, the cocktails and food…everything is spot on and always at its best! Shout out to Ahmed and Riccardo, very helpful and super friendly!

Food was excellent, and the ambience was welcoming and beautiful. The star of the show, however was our waitress Olia, who was extremely friendly and answered all our questions, especially as we had a guest with allergies. Will definitely be coming again!!

come here if you want awkward and frantic service, kitch influencers taking pictures everywhere and bland, cold food. fake truffle that was charged 5 pounds extra

I had very high hopes and expected to be blown away by the food as well as the ambience, but was unfortunately quite disappointed. We ordered the famous truffle pasta but had to send it back because it literally tasted like something you'd make at uni with cream cheese, for the price you pay you really expect it to be something special, however, our waitress was very kind and offered to take it off our bill as we didnt really eat much of it, she also explained that the truffle delivery might have been off which is why it tasted bland. I'd like to try it again just to really experience what the buzz is about. The pizza was tasty as well as pistachio burrata. The tiramisu was also really nice, very light and fluffy! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly and honestly was the highlight of the whole evening. We requested a cozy table as it was our friends birthday but we got one right by the door and THE STAIRS. People were constantly taking photos there, some even with flash (which is really distracting as the lights are quite dim) and there were groups who lingered for ages and ages just constantly snapping away. We tried our best to just ignore them but at one point there was a queue to take a picture and we were literally barricaded in, so it was quite hard to enjoy a pleasant conversation. If I ever decide to give this place another chance I really hope it doesn't disappoint again!

Ordered Truffle pasta and crab spaghetti, etc. Food was blend and bit expensive considering quality. Visited for anniversary but wasn’t quite pleasant experience to be honest.

I came to Jacuzzi this week to celebrate my partners Birthday! I have been to all of the Big Mama restaurants now after this FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE. The food and decor in this location is truly gorgeous and represents Southern Italy perfectly. I would like to make a special mention to the brilliant staff members that looked after us so well! The wonderful maitre d’: Jennifer! And of course our lovely waiter: Ahmed! FORZA ITALIA ♥️

Great atmosphere, amazing food!! All staff members were professional and fun at the same time. Special thanks to Lady, who looked after at the table, as well as Jenny and Luigi, who were kind enough to extend our dining time. Will be definitely back, and I am looking forward to trying the rest of Big Mama's branches.

Food is about average, environment is very good. If you love to go somewhere beautiful to have your food, here is a very good choice.

We booked the table for 6.30 on Monday -20 Jan, middle floor by the bar closer to the tube side. And our waiting staff was excellent. He was very attentive and professional and friendly also. He is slim tall with breads as I don’t know his name

I am quite impressed, and that is not something I say lightly! I think this place has the best pizza (we had no pasta, so I can't say) I have had in London so far. The pizza size is the normal medium size. I would recommend the pizzas and the garlic focaccia. Cocktails are nice and refreshing. Service and atmosphere were brilliant. Prices towards the higher end, but hey, South Kensington and a very prime location. Book in advance! On the negative side, there is a limited selection of wines by glass. And the salad was a little bit disappointing (very small portion).

I sat by the bar, because it was full, but atmosphere was great, pizza was really tasty and most servers and chefs were Italian, which was amazing! I will repeat soon for sure :)

It was an amazing experience, the place is very nice and the interior is very cozy and pretty. The service was amazing, especially thanks to Sara who made the experience very memorable, she was very kind and considerate and gave us the best advice for what food to take, 10/10 would go again!

The food tasted good but the portions were too small. We were assigned seats upstairs, which didn’t have as good of an atmosphere as downstairs. It can be used as an ordinary choice for gathering with friends (but it is too difficult to decide), so it is difficult to comment. Breaded croquettes are good, truffle pasta and desserts are okay-ish.

The restaurant has a vibrant and warm decor, the waiter was super polite and friendly but the food has a lot to desire. Pizzas were tasteless and rubbery , my gorgonzola chicory salad had no taste of anything, linguine with crab was made with just dark crab meat so had a pungent taste of canned tuna . Food is definitely not good. Tiramissu had no taste of coffee or good mascarpone and egg cream and not a drop of Marsala or other coffee liquor . It just tasted whipped cream 😩 and chocolate.

about what I expected, it is good but you’re not gonna get anything mind-blowing or even… ”delicious”. the limit of expression is, in my opinion, that it’s ”tasty!”. people go here for the vibes and that’s fine. it is very pretty inside!! :) and the waiters were great and patient <3 my dear friend and I split a pizza and a tomato pasta, and it was yummy. nothing i couldn’t have whipped up in 15 minutes in my own kitchen though. and the same for the pizza kindof, it was just broccoli and sriracha mayo (a bit too much mayo might I add). like, the flavour’s good because I love broccoli and chili, but overall it’s not very sophisticated or elevated in any way. then i tried my friend’s dishes, the ravioli was honestly my favourite, creamy, buttery, nutty. a tinge of sweetness. would order again tuna spaghetti was really nice as well, savoury and a good level of acidity. DESSERTS THOUGH!!!!! i must say the creme brulée was amazing, with a burnt hazelnut bottom?!?!? yeehaw. the chocolate mousse was a little underwhelming, could use more cacao, but the lightness was good. bonus point I like that they switch up the menu :)

I don't know what exactly I was expecting... for the price point I expected this place to be a nice atmosphere with mediocre food and mediocre service! I was pleasantly surprised! I loved it here I have nothing that I can complain about and our waiter (i believe his name was Danny) was so lovely and attentive 10/10 experience with great pricing! I would absolutely love to come again.

Jacuzzi is such a powerhouse for Italian food. The burrata di pistachio was such a great way to start our evening, and their pizzas and pastas are just as incredible. Big shoutout to Daniel for suggesting the foccacia which was our highlight, in addition to his super warm and friendly vibe. Definitely coming back!

My husband and I ate at Jacuzzi tonight and absolutely loved this restaurant! The service and food were phenomenal; definitely recommend the homemade Mafaldine with creamy truffle sauce prepared in a cheese wheel. Highly recommend this restaurant especially if you’re visiting London!

Very touristy but delicious foods. And that’s what’ matters

The only real Italian restaurant in London. Good quality dishes, also with reference to the ingredients and clean bathrooms. Nice menu, quite extensive and also with a wide choice of pizzas. The proposals are all Italian and the various dishes I saw around the room all seemed inviting. The place looks good, even if it is very crowded, perhaps a little too crowded. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find a seat, and it's not even easy to book (they are a bit pushy at the reception, in the sense that, even by offering to wait outside for a table to become available, they often prefer to send customers away rather than make them wait) . The prices are expensive (water at 5 euros a bottle, Margherita pizza around 15) however in line with London and also compatible with the excellent service and care of the place. In conclusion we will definitely return, hoping to find a place
