I love L’ETO BUT THEIR SERVICE IS SUPER SLOW!

Customer service is lacking, not worth service fee. Not recommended dine in. I won’t go there again. I went around 11am, one gentleman working at the caffe. When I asked to take away my leftover, the staff just put a box on my table and left, even not giving me a bag. I saw him preparing cake into boxes for other customers and put them into a bag. There was only me at the caffe at that time and he seemed totally not busy.

Treated myself on International Women's Day, Friday 8th March 2024.

We had cakes in place and some to bring home. We were shocked that we paid 9 euros for the slice of Dolce de Leche moisty cake and the slice was reduced in half since last time... It was so small that it was a joke....

Pretty cosy cafe in Kings Road. They always have interesting selection of cakes, coffee and food menu. Service always good.

It used to be much better when they opened . Not much of as atmosphere and their cake collection not as good as is used to be 😢

Would not recommend for brunch. i usually go to l’eto for coffee and cakes and in future will do that but definitely not for brunch. the food was okay but £20 for english breakfast was disappointing. They didn’t have halal turkey bacon as an alternative. They also filled the mocktail with mint leaves and ice with only a sip remaining for actual juice.

I just bought two slices of the pistachio cake and a slice if the cheesecake. I was just so disappointed when opening the box. The cake did not smell and taste nice. It is clear that the cake has been sitting there for a while and the cream tasted horrible. Next time L'Eto make sure your cakes are fresh. Past a few days it should be thrown away!

Chelsea 71 pounds: 1 veggie plate + another with salmon. 1 soda, 1 coffee and 1 slice of cake. Not worth it. Ivy is a thousand times better and cheaper. And also the only place with bad service in all of London.

Hey, today I was treated unacceptably in your branch near Harrods by an employee who said he was the manager. I was delayed in ordering, and when we inquired about the order, he raised his voice at us and moved with his hand, and this request is unacceptable, and I have messaged you out of concern for your beautiful place. Thank you, the incident happened at 7:45 to 8:00

Food are great, service are little slow as they always stays bush which is reasonable atmosphere also nice however a bit congested.

Very small cute place. Great desserts. Had the ricotta pancakes which I didn't fancy too much as there was quite a lot of ricotta in them. Their strawberry cheesecake was delicious!! It's just a bit tight. There is seating downstairs though.

The cakes are very delicious and their prices are reasonable, but beware of Arabic coffee, its price is exaggerated. Ask about its price before ordering.

This is such an amazing place. The gentleman working there is very friendly and the food was fab. My only recommendation is to cover the food and salad display. We liked the strawberry and banana smoothie.

Overall good experience. Lovely honey cake and full English breakfast. They brought our cakes before the main food. The manager was lovely and apologised for the confusion. Napoleon cake was a bit disappointing The magic tea was interesting.

다른 사람들은 메뉴 다 주는데 우리는 안 줘서 메뉴 달라고해서 받음. 거의 30분 기다려도 안 나오다가 우리보다 늦게 온 팀 커피가 나온 것보고 왜 안나오냐하니 주문 누락 되었다고 함. 제대로 된 사과도 없길래 어차피 만들지도 않았으니 그냥 나간다고하고 나옴. 인종차별 받은 기분. 테이블 간격도 좁아서 불편.

Super little friendly dare I call it a cafe... well, let's say a bistro... Great food drinks and dessert... as they are not in the main stretch, they have to try a little harder, which they have done superbly! The cat pics are mine BTW and not the bistros but I couldn't resist as they being overly affectionate today for some reason 😂 oh and the Honey cake is to die for!

When I pay over £17 for two bits of honey cake I would expect them to be fresh unfortunately they most definitely were not.

I came to try it becuse Alia Bhatt said it was her fav cake from London lucky I lived in London i stright away went to London and got a slice of it was aboulstly worth the hype it was a moist soft creamy milk cake I gonna order this on my birthday can’t wait

Been going for years always a nice treat when in London..the cakes especially the pistachio and blackcurrant is so light and full of flavour It is pricey so definitely a treat

Went with my friend and ordered all their cakes. Their desserts were very sweet and lacked any real flavour. Their only good one was the tres leche cake. It was delicious.

The worst Leto branch I have ever been to. The waiters were very miserable and unfriendly. Nobody would talk to us. And when I asked for the waitress if we can be seated for 3 She said there is one table over there but you would have to squeeze. And we did take it. we waited and waited nobody would come to serve us. Then the waiter told us that we just passed in without talking to anyone and he was very rude. So they just ignored us the whole time from the begining they didnt even say hi or welcome or may i help you. After keeping us waiting and waiting we asked if we can be seated and this is what we get! A very rude waiter telling us that we just passed in without asking! Which we did (we asked the lady waitress and she told us there are seats at the very back but we have to squeeze in.) Then some couples moved out with a bigger table. I told my husband to ask the waiter if we can shift , but the waiter wouldnt talk to us. Or even look at us! Then he gives us his rude comment about us just dragging in! Very rude never experienced this before. Even though we helped him with a client (couples with a baby) who forgot their blanket and my husband ran out to call them. The waiter still had to be rude to us. I just cant get over it. He messed our day

The boiled eggs and sourdough was fine, although £10 is pushing it a bit for literally two eggs and two slices of sourdough, no seasoning or garnish, and the eggs unshelled. The thin eggshells suggested they weren't particularly high quality eggs. The earl grey also tasted a bit dusty and plain, suggesting it wasn't the best quality, and the pot 'for two' was quite small so we needed to order another one. Fortunately, the Australian Avocado Tartine was very good and reasonably priced for the area, so pushes the food score up to 4 stars. Front of house service was top quality, but the bathroom was out of soap.

When u go L'eto, u go with excitement, the coffee was brilliant but Croissants, look shape and quality was nowhere near L'eto standards, bit disappointed

Bright spacious place. Healthy, wholesome food tastes fabulous. I love the sauces on the food. Aubergine with feta melted, broccoli with sun-dried tomatoes, and courgette fritter were wonderful. Brilliant flavours put together perfectly. Accompanied by fresh chilli sauce and chive sauce. Made this meal so nice. I will definitely come again.

Cozy coffee shop with great desserts, salads and delicious food. I really liked this place. Every dish here is a very beautiful masterpiece. I recommend everyone with a sweet tooth and lovers of good food to visit.

Charming cosy cafe in Chelsea . Good coffee and a execellent cakes . It’s not the cheapest but very good quality . The staff are super friendly and it’s a good place to watch the world go by on the kings road .

Got introduced to L'eto on the weekend and absolutely loved the apricot & poppyseed ricotta cheesecake 🍰 , the Spanish latte ☕️(special ingredient: condensed milk!), and the colourful atmosphere! They also offer 30% discount on the cakes on display 1 hour before closing time. That’s a pretty good deal 😙

I fell in in love with this cute café and its staff the first time I popped in kings road branch. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Everson followed by outstanding service. Variety of cakes so pretty to look at, taste like heaven and their coffee is perfect. Very nice and welcoming atmosphere.

Came here for the second time. Very elegant but also homely atmosphere. Food is SUPERB. We were very happy with all the brunch menus—from yogurt, salad, and filled half-chicken, all very well cooked and presented. Service is very good as well. Highly recommend.

Sorry but quality cost ratio was very low. At that price, I was expecting amazing food but it was not. I took a mille-feuille cake that was very sweet, the coulis was probably jam, and the cream was too dense, almost like a cheese cake.

Lovely cafe with light food, brunch options, and plenty famous and delicious cakes and pastries. A must visit even for a short 30 mins stop. Tea and cakes can be expensive at £6+ but it's worth the comfort to pay for.

Amazing cakes!! We tried pistachio with rose petals and dolce de leche.. and we couldn’t pick which one tastes better..

Bought 3 passion fruit meringue tarts to take away (£22) and when I had them at home they were very soggy and the case was completely broken and tasted stale. Filling was too sweet. A total disappointment after paying such a high price, total rip off, never again.

Really nice Staff but lack the variety in other L’ETOs like the v60s and some deserts. But much nicer atmosphere

Before saying anything I would like to highlight the great service and the incredibly polite and eloquent waiter. We were seated at a round table that was too high for the chairs the tea was ok and food arrived at an acceptable time but my shakshuka was too watery for my liking. The cake was good and to the standard. Please take my comments as constructive criticism as I would like to visit again. Also note that this is not a complaint and I was fully refunded. Thank you

Very cheerful & efficient service - the pomado pasta was very tasty with basil & grated mozzarella & comes with either spaghetti or penne, both of which we had - decent amount but just able to squeeze in a helping of very rich dark mousse cake decorated with fresh berries - the window display of patisserie is very enticing - want to work my way through the lot!

طلبت كيكة العسل وكان بها طعم غير مستساق علماً لست أول مره أجربها ناديت مدير الكافيه وخيرته بين يكنسلها او يبدلها رفض ورفض يتكلم معي باللغه العربيه واخر المحادثه تكلم معي باللغه العربيه كان مصري الجنسيه اسلوبه سيء وقليل الأدب لايمثل المصريين طبعاً اعطيته الفيزا كارد بيده ومددت يدي لأستلمها رماها على الطاوله ويفعل حركات بوجهه غير مهنيه ك مدير مطعم يجب ان يكون ذو اخلاق وحسن تعامل مو يتكلم ببلطجه ويأشر ويحرك ايده كثيراً كي يستفزني للأسف اتمنى ان لا اراه في الكافيه مره ثانيه واتمنى ان اعرف الطريقه المناسبه للشكوى عليه ليتو ارقى من هذا التعامل هذي ليست اول مره آتي للكافيه ولا اخر مره لكن اتمنى لا اقابل إلا اناس مهنيين يحفظون حقوق الزباين كرامتهم ومالهم

Had a takeaway of their cake didn’t manage to get my favourite tres de leche cake unfortunately. The price was expensive and the cakes which I got like pistachio weren’t as tasty as I remember them. The last time I had them were before pandemic

Bought 4 of the £8 little strawberry cheesecakes for my husband’s birthday. Seriously disappointing!! If you charge so much, realise expectations are high. Not doing that again!!!

Cakes are delicious. The coffee is really good. You also have the option to have lunch if you want to. I have only been here for the desserts as they are amazing. I recommend the lemon pie. WOW🥰

We visited L'ETO in King's Road twice and it was fantastic!. We were served brunch (eggs Benedict, salmon) and the salads variety was excellent. Cakes were absolutely amazing. Can't describe it in words. A red velvet cake was one of the best I very ever tried. A lemon pie with saffron was very interesting. Atmosphere was good and service veryyyy serious and professional. PS: L' eto come to Greece!

I have been a customer of L'eto for about 10 years and I have visited several branches in London. Their honey cake is my favourite but its price has gone up ridiculously from £4.50 to £8.50 over the past 3 years.

Out of this world cakes matched with old school service. Truly amazing

We stopped yesterday’s afternoon for a quick bite . We had the salads - all were absolutely delicious . The carrot - grapefruit juice and the Milk oolong tea were also excellent. But the best part was the outstanding service given by Hugo, who ensured we had the best experience at this restaurant . It is great to find customer service like that - we will definitely come back and bring our friends with us 😉
