Viniha been very nice and friendly and very helpful and polite!

Waffle fries cold and half empty. Dirty tables and floor. Food disappointing. Not the usual standard..staff pleasant enough but don't think they understood what I was saying having to repeat myself many times.

A regular at Leon the waffle Fries was sparse, the halumi wrap was not how it normally comes, still felt hungry after eating this, dissapointing, I felt my dinner was very sparce today and my wives too £25 wasted today

The service was nice and sufficient - no complaints about that. However, the area did not feel safe. Several highly intoxicated individuals in the coffee shop made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, more people lingering outside, walking back and forth, created an uneasy atmosphere - it was unclear whether they were waiting for someone or watching others. The strong scent of weed coming from outside only added to the discomfort towards the end of my visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Leon Camden today, thanks to Faria. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. She made sure everything was on time and handled my order with such care and a warm attitude. Her customer service truly made my day, and I left feeling very happy. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and pleasant. Thank you, Faria, for the excellent service – I’ll definitely be back!

Great breakfast deal of £5 for a muffin and a coffee.

tasty porridge, decent hash browns and little breakfast pot,just turned up cold.Other than that decent value.Will definitely give it another go

food missing from the order. 241 deal not delivered and missing fries. food that was delivered was drier than the Sahara and tasted like it was cooked a week ago. absolutely the worst food I have spent money on in a long time. Avoid.

I don't think the tables have ever been wiped down. Like ever.

The only thing was that the cheese was over cooked and really hard to chew. I am a big fan of the wrap and first time this happens

Ivy is exceptionally respectful to dietary requirements. She remembers all the details of customers' preferences in detail. All Camden Leon employee are well trained and helpful.

I don’t know where to start, beside from feeling disappointed I am very aggravated! Not only my order came wrong, the chicken stank. Very sickening & disgusting. Absolutely shambles if I could give them a BIG ZERO I truly would, don’t even deserve the 1 star. I’m not someone to write a review this bad, but I definitely give back what I get! A dog wouldn’t even dare to eat that!!! I tried getting a refund through uber eats as my 2 drinks, 1 portion of fries & 1 portion of halloumi was missing. Big waste of £30 AVOID LEON!!! Go any where but this place, absolutely shambles 🤢

mango smoothie and bacon & egg muffin is SO delicious, would recommend adding chilli sauce its amazing. only reason why its not 5 stars is I asked for avocado on the muffin, got a halloumi and avocado muffin instead that was cold and really stale.

What on earth is this "big" breakfast box... It came with 10 beans... Definitely not like the advertised photo. Avoid.

I feel utterly sick to have found a piece of hair midway through eating my wrap. The store should have certain standards and regulations in place pertaining to hygiene and food handling to avoid such an instance. I was able to get my money back but I was certainly put off eating for the rest of the afternoon

I recently had breakfast at this fast-food chain and found the experience to be decent. The food was good, though not exceptional, which is okay for a fast-food restaurant. I appreciate that the chain focuses on creating healthier options, unlike other fast-food places that prioritize taste over nutritional value. A notable feature is the ingredients list provided for standard items, which I believe other fast-food chains should adopt. The food's healthiness means it may not be as flavorful as it could be, but that's a reasonable trade-off. The drinks were enjoyable and not overly sweet, which is a common issue with beverages like Coke, Fanta, or Sprite. Despite these positives, I can't overlook the cleanliness issues. The tables were dirty, and both the tables and chairs were wobbly, which is unacceptable.

I had burger and chips. They were definitely cooked 2-3 days ago. Old, dry and cold food.

All the food were 10 days old I guess.

I would love to eat here but there are so many drug dealers in the seating area by the front, that it's impossible to get in without being stabbed

The tables are not wiped down even though the restaurant was quiet. Staff shouting at each other. Fries were dry. Unlike any other Leon I've been to.

Really bad. This store disgrace for the Leon chain and seems to operate on the basis thst their customers are tourists and they aren't interested in regular customers who want decent food for their lunch when working at their office. I got a "green thai curry", their signature fries and an iced matcha latte and they were all awful. I binned them and bought food from my office canteen. If you want to call something a chicken curry you have to cook chunks of chicken IN the curry sauce together so that they blend. Obviously they won't spend time to do this so they use strips of their already chargrilled chicken and add the cooked sauce on it. This is not a curry. I recognised the chicken strips as they use them in all of their chicken dishes, including the burger which is made out of the same chargrilled chicken. Chicken curry should be cooked in a stir fry way not grill chicken then add a random sauce, it was disgusting and there was hardly no chicken. The fries, which I usually have in other leon stores and usually are tasty, pipping hot and crispy were cold, stone hard and stale. The matcha latte was almost no matcha. I asked the person serving me if the fact that I ordered a large size means that they inscreased the milk and water but matcha stays the same? He took the drink and added more of what looked like a matcha syrop in it. It still tasted the same. Like cold milk. This is ridiculous and a disrespect to my money. Let me not wven start on their dirty store with dirty seats and tables which I am afraid of even touching so the only option is to take away. Absolutely disgraceful.

Leon have the cleanest, healthiest & tastiest food - "they go the extra mile" - I recommend them to everyone - they even ring you if there are any problems - lovely staff too - what more could anyone want from a takeaway ?

Very disappointed with a takeaway we just received. Small ‘slaw missing & approx half of the burger had no chicken - the take away cost over £40! What a joke…

My son and I had a fish wrap each. The tortilla was very dry, with too much sauce and not hot enough. The wrap was falling apart when we opened it. I am almost certain that it wasn't fresh, and it was already made minutes ago. We ended up eating the fish with a knife and fork. We love LEON, and I never had a bad experience with them anywhere else. The chips were slightly warm, no good either. We won't be back to this LEON branch again.

I had dine in. Extremely cold inside , the doors always open, no difference between take away or dine in , no mugs or plates were available like any other LEON brunches. I’ve got halloumi and avocado muffin was cold instead of hot, and very dry, seems wasn’t fresh prepared today Also, I had yogurt, no spoon was provided.

Food was good, had to wait 9 mins for gfc to be cooked but got given a large fries instead of regular because of the wait which was nice! Shame the seating area was closed off at 7pm despite the opening hours saying 9pm close time. Not very helpful when you want to eat in!

Quick in and out. Got large chips and a coffee. Large chips are what? A few pennies short of £4 which is super expensive but never mind, my son wanted me to bring him some so of course I did. What bothers me is that the box/container was NOT full. Not cool. Just give me what I paid for! 🤨😮‍💨

So I’m Camden for a few hours unfortunately I’m in pain with my knee so stopped off to get a cold drink nice sunny day. Myself and my sister decide upon a smoothie which, I wanted to know the ingredients before hand I was shown a book, so read it yourself is what that said to me, so I did. As it was what we wanted ordered and paid, awaiting it to be made and out comes the drinks quite a shock. Not at all what I was expecting, I was informed they are freshly made, well how do I know that? There is nothing to identify this, for nearly a tenner I’m sorry poor show plus the seating area is dirty. I feel like it’s a full on rant but the service nowadays with all the standards dropping it’s hardly worth going out.

Tasted as if the food was sat there on the counter under heating lamps for a long time. Part of it was cheewy. I won't be ordering again, sadly. Beetroot latte was perfect

Have been coming here for breakfast and lunch most days since I have started working in Camden again. All the staff are very friendly and happy and 9/10 my order is ready when I arrive after ordering it via the app. Keep up the good work!

Really friendly team. Being popping in on the way to work a couple of times a week and never had to wait long and the team are always friendly.

I had heard such great things about LEON from my Sister, so I decided to try it for myself! I was not disappointed at all! The food was so delicious. I could taste the freshness in the ingredients. Absolutely Amazing! I would highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely meal 😋

Self service vs personal customer service balance with food and drink good

Had a takeaway order with them for the first time. Food was amazing and the customer service was on point. Just to mention the little girl was very helpful. Will definitely order more takeaway from this place

Loved it, and the food was lovely.

The staff were VERY helpful in finding me a low FODMAP option. My meal was both dairy free/lactose free, and gluten-free.

Today I ordered a peppermint tea and received a boiling hot green tea! It was given to me without a sleeve so the cup was burning my hand and it wasn’t what I ordered but I only found that out when it was much cooler so I could drink it. I always get let down by LEON.

Food was very fresh. Everything was sealed tightly without squashing the food. The coffee was also sealed and arrived with no spillage.

A bit rich to call it a big breakfast, one sausage one rasher of bacon, halloumi is a nice touch, price prohibitive due to adds on for service and delivery, to mango ketchup is a banger

The side order of Satay sauce container was not closed properly and leaked inside the bag. Half the sauce was lost and ended up covering the rice box and the inside of the bag.
