El café León es definitivamente el mejor sabor en comparación con otras cafeterías, pero la nueva cadena de estaciones de calle Birmingham de León es, con diferencia, la más amable y mejor cafetería. El personal siempre es muy amable, esta noche tuve una comida de lujo del menú de la cena y se preparó fresco con mucho sabor. Definitivamente voy a conseguir la cena aquí de nuevo Muy recomendable para buena relación calidad-precio comida y café y un servicio súper amable con una sonrisa servida con amor x

Great store, quick, efficient, and friendly staff! Even when busy, the staff is awesome. I like the fact that I can collect from the public side and after the ticket barrier!

This was my first time trying Leon’s breakfast, and it was good. However, I found the portion size quite small for the price. That said, the food tasted great and was served quickly, which is perfect if you’re in a rush and need a quick start to the day. Overall, great staff and fast service!

Lovely experience every time I come here for lunch. The manager is lovely and has a great team working with her. They’re really friendly and always aim to serve the food as fast as possible. Great vegetarian menu too! Couldn’t fault.

It doesn't matter how busy the team are here at Leon's, they always deliver a service with a smile. Best coffee and friendliest service in the station. My only critic is that it's so freindly and they serve such a good range of coffee flavours I now drink way too much coffee. Thank you to the team for always making my day flow better. 5 star would highly recommend

I absolutely love this place! I come here often for breakfast, and it never disappoints. The coffee is amazing, one of the best I’ve had (I forgot the staff members name who makes my coffee but he does it PERFECTLY!) I had complimented him once on how perfect he makes it and as I mentioned it another customer coming to collect there’s had also agreed which was a lovely moment. The food is always fresh and delicious. Agi & Marc are incredibly welcoming and make you feel right at home every time. Inviting with a smile! It’s a nice and friendly spot, perfect for starting the day, quick and on-the-go! Highly recommend!

Grabbed a quick Thai curry before my train. Initially short changed by £1 but an honest mistake I think and redeemed by great food and fast service.

I managed a high street busy café in London for 4 years; hence I thought I should give my honest opinion. Took them 5 minutes to take the order (the person who takes order wasn’t there; may be she went to the toilet, there were others- nobody bothered to cover for her) kitchen stuff were busy though & I could tell inside they were working hard but front stuff could have been more attentive . & Smile? What smile!? I didn’t see anyone serving with a smile- the guy who handed me coffee seemed like he was there against his will! Their Coffee is decent & why wouldn’t it be? £4.45 for caramel latte. You pay for the quality; would have been nice if the front stuff were a bit more attentive.

I was and my Bestfriend was very Impressed when we visited this Lovely Branch of Leon Chain of Establishments. When we went inside, we had a Peruse of the Generous and Inviting menu. After a while Perusing the menu. My Bestfriend and Myself chose to have the Korean Chicken Spicey Wrap. So we ordered from the Server our Fine Fare. We did not have long to wait for our Food. We took our Food and went and found a couple of seats by there window, whilst we were Feasting on our Delicious Food, we could do some people walking through the Birminghan Grand Central Station. What a Great place have some Good Food. I Highly Recommend you come and visit this Beautiful Eatery. Estuvo al frente de la cola durante casi 10 minutos. Ni siquiera un reconocimiento de cualquiera de los empleados de que estarían conmigo pronto. Completamente ignorado. Algunos parecían estar vagando sin rumbo en lugar de atender a los clientes a cada lado del quiosco. El peor servicio que he experimentado allí. No volveremos.

lovely service , great oat latte but ultimately ruined my day. the chargrilled aioli chicken and rice bowl DID NOT taste chargrilled - it tasted weird, looked grey, and the gross chicken aftertaste was giving like it was left out on the side for a while. l ended up getting my first ever food poisoning and had to spend the whole of the charli xcx concert throwing up (throwing up in bins with a visor on was brat though i guess?).

They did not deliver it, I will need a refund asap. This is ridiculous

One of the most poorest customer service l have known. Empty shop that took nearly 10 min to serve two teas. Had no white sugar only brown. Really ! Brown sugar in tea. Servers seemed not not care or less. God knows who trained these people. If you want customer service try elsewhere

Whoever was on tills on the 8th of October at 5:15-5:20 was super helpful. He got my chicken nuggets done within a couple of minutes. Which meant that I made my train would highly recommend.

The service is just rubbish. For a larger order (3 adults and 4 kids ) they are keeping people more than half an hour, serving every other Costner that comes in and orders just for 1 person. After 20 minutes they didn’t had nothing for my order with no intent to start on it. Although I was very keen with the idea of organic coffee and properly cooked fast food , the staff in Birmingham City Center are just not cut for the job. They are very poorly representing the company.

Credit to Asmita, Angela, Sandy, and Nabil. We placed a large order of over 18 meals during a busy Saturday afternoon, and the team handled it like champs. Despite the pressure, nothing was missing, and everything was neatly labelled with names and ready for collection on time. Special thanks to Sandy for going out of his way to help deliver the food to our office just outside New Street. A great team all around!

Food was fine but the coffee was made with sour milk. Had to throw it out.

Iam so grateful for Leon cafe l was rushing to catch a train Went in Leon to get my sister a drink who as diabetes left my purse on there counter Relies when l was on train no purse l reached Blackpool found my receipt rang them and they kept it safe until my return trip I was so grateful l could never thank them enough

Didn't ask about any allergies or sauces. Or what sauce we wanted. Put the order in and walked off. Tried to get their attention multiple times to ask for no sauce and when I got my food it had sauce. Did not have time to get replacement.

Initial service at tillpoint was great, however the man making the drinks made them wrong, I was presented with an iced latte when I ordered a latte had to ask to have it made correctly with no apology… and my pink iced latte contained no vanilla syrup. No stickers or communication to confirm drinks were in fact made with alternative milk.

Whilst the food and drink here are great and the staff are great too, my review is regarding a too good to go bag I bought from here, what a complete waste of money, food was awful, the yogurt was the only decent thing in the bag, the vegan muffin was atrocious and whatever the couple of round things were in a bag, I am none the wiser as they went in the bin with the muffin, shame really as too good to go is about cutting down on food waste.

Fast food with different hot or cold products. It is located inside the Birmingham New Street train station, in the Grand Central wing on the entrance from the Bullring

Korean chicken wrap was really dry and lacked flavour. Mango lime and dragon fruit smoothie was nice .

One of my favourite things about Leon is the packaging but that isn’t the only thing I like about the place. The Love Burger is one of those vegan burgers you have and go damn. I’m vegetarian and most vegan burgers fast so bland. Each bite just oozes flavour. It’s my happy place and they’re right. The burgers full of love. Sadly the Atmosphere inside isn’t anything special. It’s why I always have it to go. But still, you’ll be missing out if you don’t go here.

One of my favourite take out spots in the UK and especially Birmingham, staff are always friendly and efficient. Great spot for a vanilla matcha on the go as well They have a really good breakfast offer that’s worth a visit especially if you don’t eat pork or meat in general, their breakfast pots and muffins are amazing!

Beware! The rude an aggressive blond assistant is back. I hadn't seen her for some time so assumed she had left. But she wad back in full force this morning shouting and being her General stroppy self with the customer in front who was only asking about alagin information. I walked out in the end as I had a train to catch. If I walk past on Tuesday and she is in there I'm not going in. Shame though as the rest of the staff are lovely and the food is good, this woman need to follow by their example. **********Update******* In relation to your response, I would like to point out I am not this customer that you are describing in your coment. I was actually stood behind the customer who was been subject to this assistants abuse. I was trying to point out that this assistant is awful and doesn't have the right attitude and dermeena to work in a customer facing environment. I have witnessed her bad attitude on several occasions and I was once subject to it myself.

Visit leon on a regular basis, allways good atmosphere, food is excellent! Staff are allways friendly and helpful in particular manager Aggata who is allways very welcoming! Visiting leon has become a favorite highlight of the week!

My experience is very bad…I took 1 BIG BREAKFAST meal…It is not even sufficient for one. …For this, they took 6.99…very disappointing.

Whats disappointing is the portions are seriously small which is rather disappointing. We have purchased from many other places and found their portions bigger in size compared to this place, need to go back to the drawing board with your baked beans as they were terrible, sausage was small and bland, a few changes can make all the difference.

Absolutely zero satay sauce in the chicken satay box. Basically eating dry rice. The meal (including the lattice fries I also got) had been sitting in the heater ready made for a while so the chips were very sad. Then to top it off the water I got was room temp. Terrible waste of money

Extremely fast service which was much welcomed given the rush I was in this morning. I ordered a bacon and egg muffin and for the price it was very good! Soft sourdough bun with an equally soft unsmoked slice of bacon, relatively thin “round” egg, and a dash of a sweet based ketchup to top it off and spinach. Would visit again, good fast service for breakfast. Love the decor of the place too! Edit: added new photos on second visit Also, noticed the “breakfast meal deal” which works out better value for money, in which any muffin with a regular coffee is £4.99! Only an additional 50p on the usual price of a muffin! Service was extra fast again today too!

Super quick service and the staff are absolutely lovely (so this review is not a reflection of them). But for £20+ for two burgers and fries I'd be expecting a bit more than we got. Burgers are very similar to the big M tastewise, but double the price.

Have been a regular at Leon’s in London for over 10 years. Ordered the Love burger as I normally do. The burger lacked luster, was dry with the most minimal toppings and sauce. I asked the staff member for additional sauce and they wanted to charge me, even though I explained to them. Makes sense as the burger was given to me super quick.

Service with a smile! So nice but you don’t always receive that nowadays. Lovely fruity smoothie and the oat milk iced latte was nice too. Prices as expected considering it’s in the station. Food looked great so we’ll be back to try another time when we’re catching a later train.

Had ' Golden Glow Dhal ' which was very tasty , hot and served shortly after giving order. The price was £6.49 which was reasonable for good portion of a tasty meal .

Ordered some chips and they took over 10 minutes as the staff didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency - luckily I had time before my train. They were very nice though although the portion was small for £3.99 (considering it was advertised as large)

Loved that I could get a tasty Shaksuka at the Birmingham train station!!! Delicious with fresh herbs. Coffee organic and with coconut milk (my choice) excellent blend and nice and hot. The staff (Candace and Agatha) were exceptional. Felt like old friends ❤️thank you for making my travel experience so happy. Ps this is Lemington a travel companion who brings joy ❤️😁

The staff are lovely and the place looks clean and tidy. I knocked a star off because the cheese in my vegan burger wasn't very melty, but I'd probably still eat here again.

I got a hot chocolate and cookie here today, at around 7.40pm. The man serving me was so kind, he gave me a large hot chocolate at no extra cost. I didn't catch his name unfortunately, but his customer service was great 😊 I have been here frequently and the staff are always friendly. The hot drinks are excellent, especially the vanilla matcha lattes, so much better than Starbucks 👌 I will keep coming back for sure 😀 they also do blue light card discount for NHS staff!

Very impressed. My train was cancelled so I popped in for a tea but the breakfast looked tasty so ordered veggie breakfast with hash browns. Freshly cooked, full of flavour, good quality food & feel satisfied & full. Also the server was very friendly & efficient; just what you need in the morning with a train delay!

Sometimes inconsistent food, no two halloumi wraps are the same but it's always tasty! Staff here are always friendly though and a credit to you. It's a nice place to sit and eat when waiting for trains and the quality of what you're eating always seems better than a lot of places Oh and the milk chocolate cookie is probably the best you'll find anywhere!!

Thought I would try something new, food on website looked amazing. Made and delivered within 30 minutes maybe that was a sign, ordered 4 items missing 1, chips cold, rice hard!! Next time stick to KFC at least you get what you pay for and don't get ripped off with high prices for poor quality. Also a 10% service charge.

Not a very exciting burger, feels like something I could make a mess of myself at home. Dare I say it McDonald's more enjoyable. Five guys a million miles above. Plus the criss cross fries - nice but there's about 6 in a box. Not for me. Grilled chicken burger is poor.

Food is great ...but the grand central based Leon staff are ridiculously slow. The new younger ones working there would rather faff around then actually go up to serve customers who are waiting and willing to eat quick and jump on their next train ! Food you can't go wrong with but staff not so great ..improvements needed

Popped in on my way to work ordered a hot chocolate & a bacon & egg muffin , unfortunately i was very disappointed with both the hot chocolate was luke warm & the muffin was swimming in the tomato sauce as i bit into it all the sauce went down my jacket

Ordered on app and was expecting a number board similar to mcdonalds. Then got told off by the staff for not making myself known on arrival - as there were no order-boards, had ordered on the app from a seat lol. Coffee was good as always. Porridge also good. Sausage and egg roll poor, cold and fell apart. Love the brand but probably wouldn't return to this outlet

Can't fault the serving staff, always friendly. Breakfast is always lovely. But the past couple of times I've got lunch from there, more specifically the rice boxes, the portion as a whole isn't very good in my opinion. And the portion that you do get is 90% rice. I've ate at other Leon's and the rice boxes are almost full, so it's disappointing this one seems to be rationing their food?
