Lemon Tree & Flaming Burgers in Sutton

Ordered yesterday the salmon was dangerously burnt. No idea why they thought it was acceptable for it to be sent to customers. Also the sheekh kebab was also overdone and tasted like rubber. My partner did speak to the manager who initially said all his drivers are busy but he could delivery it the next day (as it was late in the night we agreed) but I needed to call back to remind him. The next day I did call back and surprise surprise the manager wasn’t around. The person on the phone had no idea of this. Well to restaurant here is a picture of what you sent. Hope you don’t send out anymore burnt food to your customers.

I’ve been meaning to leave a comment about this place for a long time. We love it. The curry’s we have had, have always been great. During the most busy times delivery may take a little longer but hey order earlier.

Ordered butterfly grilled chicken burger with no cheese (repeated said couple of times) but they given me beef burger. They should put someone in front who can understand what customer is saying in plain English. Will never go back again.

Lemon tree cuisine in the heart of carshalton Stanley park road is just another world of food that u probably will not find in anywhere else in London the way they cook all there curry dishes is just so Devine and everything is prepared daily they don’t make old left over curry’s I have tried many curry places in the local area and I haven’t found anything like this ever there spicy curry’s and Nan breads is just so delicious and tasty there dips are so tasty like I said this is the best curry place there is in London also they been serving us during this hard covid 19 times via delivery Uber eats and deliveroo once a week is our treat for sure allways 5 *****stars and thank you lemon tree🙂

Food is pretty good but if you are ordering a delivery expect it to arrive in around 90m so plan ahead, it's not quick! And not everything arrives with the order - twice recently have had to call to get a missing item. A real pity as they are a local enterprise.

Ordered before from here was good ,this time my food seemed to have water mixed with it? Couldn't eat it ,put it in bin , ordered was over 50 pounds

This place is pure joke. None of the people understand simple and plain english to take order. I have tried to order 5 meal and it took them 20 minutes to understand. Advise for owner - either close this shop (cos you have no future) or change your staff at least who known how to deal with customer

Tried this place for the first time Saturday night, great food really good portions would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try good proper Indian food.

Used for the first time last night after reading good reviews. Had Onion Bhaji’s, Chicken Tikka starter, Chicken Jalfrezi and Pilau Rice. Every part of the meal was fresh and very tasty. Having given up on a previous takeaway due to disappointing meals, I will certainly be switching to this one. First impressions are fabulous...well worth it!

Chicken karahi is really good but the butter chicken had a weird taste. Didn't enjoy that at all. Overall most of the dishes are always really good.

Got a meal deal a few weeks ago which was great. Portions were small but good for the deal. Bought off deal tonight. Waited over an hour,Portions were the same size so took it back to complain and the owner said I had the choice to order off the deal menu.he didn’t get the point and I got him to charge me the deal price and got a refund. The food was so salty and low grade I threw most of it away. Won’t be going back. Ill cook my own.

I would definitely recommend this joint. Best Indian takeaway in the area - on par with my mums home cooking. Chicken tikka was delicious. Great customer service and as usual, their delivery time was on point. Love it. Will definitely be coming again! The owner is the nicest person I’ve ever met and he never overcharges.

My most recent order was definitely not up to scratch - very little actual meat/fish in the individual courses, and not hot so the starters in particular were disappointing. Have had issues with delivery times in the past and can live with that, but the food on this occasion was poor and I will be trying a different takeaway next time

I don’t know if you think your cooking a vindaloo when your making the chicken tikka masala or what. But I’m not joking when I say it so spicy no one could eat it. I think you might need to look into what chef your using cos he’s getting abit too happy with the spices. Won’t be using you again

Excellent food, prices and service. Online ordering available so you see the price as you add dishes. You are never 'accidentally' overcharged as happened at a certain Indian restaurant about 1km away every time I went there. In fact discount are applied at certain level and extras are added depending upon how much is spent.

Best curry I've had in years (and I'm fussy !) I would say this is Indian restaurant standard, not your average curry house. So many flavours. We will definitely be ordering again.

I absolutely recommend this place, everything I had ordered was absolutely delicious and I received the order faster than I thought I will. Quick service and amazing Fresh food. Very satisfied!

I used to rate this place but it's gone down hill in my opinion. The last two times I've ordered my curry has had about a centimetre of oil floating on the top of it which is quite disgusting. I rang them up and gave them a chance to rectify it but they had no interest. I think it might have changed hands because when it opened the young guy working there couldn't have been more helpful .

DO NOT USE THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!! We have ordered from here for years but tonight was shocking and won’t ever order again.... We ordered a large order over £55 and they used cheap meat (Lamb), 2 mains full of grissle and would not even feed it to my poor dog.... They didn’t even offer a refund and then told us to go and get the money if we wanted it, absolute liberty!!!! After going back and forth several times they offered a refund on 2 dishes only without anything else or compensation. Do not order from them again!!!

The best Indian take away locally. Very good value indeed, and nice aromatic dishes. Vegetable dhansak superb.

Awful order at 19:15 got to 21:15 and never turned up. Called them a couple of times told 5-6 mins ended up cancelling

Resturant stuff used very abusive language. Very inappropriate behaviour if u raise any issue as a customer.

Slightly expensive but ok as it's convenient for me to get in....

I only ordered the vegetarian dishes. They were very oily and they tasted exactly the same. They must have made one sauce and just added different vegetables. I could have ordered just one of them and I would be fine. When i threw them away, my hands and all my cutlery and plates were stained in yellow which shows there was a lot of colouring. Won’t buy again.

Terrible, order at 7. Did not arrive for an hour and half, food was cold and did not taste as described. Do not have this takeaway!!!!!

This place is miles above anything else available in the area. The dishes are so fresh with such a depth of ingredients, the meat is of the highest quality and portions are super genourous with nice extras even on small orders, delivered by very warm and friendly staff too. I struggled to replace my old takeaway when they closed and found everything elsewhere, simple, bland, luke warm and poor quality. I am over the moon with Lemon Tree and if you love high quality food with that extra depth of ingredients and effort that sets the top ones above the rest then please give these guys a go 👍🏻

I had an order delivered and the food was fantastic. In fact fantastic is probably an understatement, this is genuinely the best Indian food I can remember having. Portions were good, price was very reasonable and service was quick. This is definitely going to become our regular!

Had a few dinners from here and all consistently delicious. I hope they are here to stay!

Superb. Highly recommend and hope they do well. All the dishes were a cut above our usual - fresh tasting and fantastic clean flavours.
