Small, basic but does the job. Nice food, small menu but covers most needs. Clean toilets. Good and fair prices. Starting to display Christmas items.

Visited the cafe Tree of life at Leighton buzzard garden centre we thought the service was excellent and potions very good cooked well and most importantly all the staff were attentive and very polite out of all the local garden centre cafes this is definitely the best. Inside and outside seating with umbrellas for shade background music.

Have been to this cafe in the past at Leighton Buzzard garden centre and always pleased but this time…. Oh my goodness! I ordered a salad that was 9,95 and expected a bit more than what I got. Brown lettuce leaves, a blob of tuna and four slices of tomato. My friend asked for a cloth as her child spilt a drink and they brought out the most filthy cloth, then my friend had shell in her omelette! If you want cutlery , sauces etc you are told to go get it yourself! Really gone downhill and such a shame but won’t go again. Added a photo of the awful salad. I would avoid and go to The Harvester up the road instead 😅

Service good but value for money poor. Macaroni cheese consisted of a relatively small bowl of what looked like tinned Heinz Macaroni Cheese and for nearly £10, it seemed too much. The salad too was a lot smaller than I expected for the price and when compared to other cafes we've visited.

Cafe has changed hands from "Blossom" to "Tree Of Life". Prices have increased by 20% which I can understand, but the presentation and food quality are reduced by the same margin. Small breakfast + tea = £9.75. Fried Egg was brown and crisp, and Hash browns were oily and undercooked. Better options elsewhere locally

After a fantastic flight sim experience nearby, stopped in here with the family for a bite. Big mistake. Almost an hour to get 3 toasted ham & cheese paninis and a chicken wrap. After asking how much longer, we were assured "it was on the way". More like "we'll do it now" as it came out 10 minutes later. The paninis were toasted which was good, the ham was cold and the cheese was more sweating than melted. As for the wrap - halfway through my son discovered a coiled black hair on his plate. He didn't say anything at the time but pushed it away and only showed us on the way out. At that point we'd had enough and just left. The cost for this plus 2 coffees and 2 softdrinks was almost £40. The waiter was pleasant but scarpered pretty quickly after leaving the food.

We visited here as I had booked a two hour flight sim experience on the site. Had we not have had this booked we would not have given them our hard earned cash. There was one sausage roll and one pasty on display. We were then handed a menu and sat at a table - we were told to sit by a heater as it was cold but the heaters that were plugged in on an extension lead and three way adapter had blown the circuit so it was freezing - not far above zero. I’ve just seen a review from November that mentions flickering lights and I am not surprised. Unless you need to I would be visit Blossom Cafe of the garden centre, although there are some other shops, a children’s nursery and a Hand Car Wash on the site. The actual site is a ness though and lorries unload in the car park and fork lifts are in and out and drive on the path to the main entrance. Fly A Flight is well worth a visit though, but after 2 hrs in the car I was looking forward to a bite to eat. Sadly it didn’t look at all appealing.

Popped in here whilst shopping on the garden centre. Happily made me a Gluten Free toastie and a pot of tea. My mum loved all the onion in her cheese snd onion toastie too. Staff were very welcoming and it was lovely to see that they knew their Regulars and lots of older people well looked after. I cant believe how busy this place is. It looks like a real meeting place for people. A lovely little stop and I have to say, a very good pot of tea, nice and strong just how we like it. I can only think it’s changed since some of the other reviews and I will go here again 😃

We went to grab some lunch after the flight simulator experience. The cafe is a pleasant setup with good food and a decent range to choose from. We had a cooked breakfast with a latte which was very nice. The food was all cooked fresh and of good quality. Some of the cakes and pastries also looked very tempting, so I'd recommend a visit if you wanted some food. The staff all seemed friendly and helpful too. Unfortunately I didn't rate the garden centre much. We had a walk around whilst we were there and it all seemed quite run down and unloved. There seemed to be lots of different things for sale but not much choice of anything (For example, there was a book section, but a very small range. There was gardening tools section, but again not much choice). Overall I'd recommend the cafe but I was underwhelmed by the garden centre

I went here as I had an hour to kill and needed a drink. The cafe has friendly staff, and efficient service. The cakes are lovely, fresh, and a good variety. Then I found some clothes I wanted to try on but could not see a fitting room. I asked, and was directed behind a curtain. But the curtain would not run on the runners so there was no privacy from the entire store! I made a wall out of a chair and mirror but it was not overly successful. Wandering around later the whole place was a bit on the shabby side. Plants looked ok, not cheap, and not a huge variety. But I’d return for the cake :-)

If you want anything more than poor service, then I would suggest avoiding the cafe. We went here for lunch because my husband had a flying experience booked (which was brilliant), so we didn't know the area at all. The impression we got was that it must be the first day the cafe had opened because signs were being put up, there wasn't any cutlery available in the allocated tubs and staff clearly didn't know what they were doing and so we were being sympathetic. However reading the reviews here, it appears not! When we ordered the man serving had no idea what he was doing and even this process took ages. I had to keep asking staff for basic things like cutlery and crockery because nothing was available. When the food eventually arrived (toasties), it was quite nice. However, every time a meal came out, all you could hear was "sorry for the wait". I would suggest they need to get more able, friendly and efficient staff. Unless things drastically improve - avoid. If we lived in the area, we certainly wouldn't be returning.

Several staff do not have English as their first language. Whatever you order you get a number and then the staff have to find you, but the number they are given is not the same as the one you have been given! The ordering process is slow because the staff have to write the order on paper, then look up the prices on another bit of paper, then enter it all on the till so it can add it up. This is slower than it need to be, especially if the staff have a limited command of the English language.

My Wife and I have visited on a number of occasions and today decided to bring the Sister-in-Law over as she was visiting. We realise that the Garden Centre is under new Management but to say we were disappointed with the service in the Blossom Cafe would be an under statement! We ordered food and drinks at 12.16 pm and after a member of staff queried what we were waiting for the first food order arrived with drinks about 7 minutes after the query (12.50 pm). Unfortunately, the egg and bacon roll was minus the egg and had to be returned! The second food order arrived (sandwich) and was ok, followed by the egg and bacon roll- this time complete with egg! Ten minutes later, after once again being approached by another member of staff, the tuna and sweetcorn sandwich arrived (but minus the sweetcorn!). However, this was not deemed to be a major problem for the Sister-in-Law who said she enjoyed it anyway. Unfortunately, the staff seemed to be at sixes and seven. Whether they are new staff getting to grips with their roles, or whether they are existing staff getting to grips with new Management I obviously don't know, but I sincerely hope that should my Wife and I decide to visit again

This was once a very good Nursery, now it seems to revolve around the cafe area, I suspected this was going to happen and my worst fears have come true, the quantity of the plants is poor, the covered area contains a cafe, racks of clothing nothing to do with gardening and most of the consumables have disappeared, I used to spend £70 on bedding in the spring at this nursery this year I left with nothing, the stock was very poor and the choice very limited, I went elsewhere and bought my bedding, what a shame this has happened this was once a well run, well stocked nursery.

Stopped off at the Blossom Cafe after visiting the garden centre. There were plenty of tables available and a good choice of food and drink on the menu. The only thing that needs work is the service, seemed a little disorganised. My food order was delayed which meant half of our party was served before the other, not ideal. Explained to the staff who promptly apologised for the mix up, it was unnecessary for more staff to attend to apologise again with lessening degrees of sincerity. Shame because this spoiled what should have been a pleasant experience.
