Lees Fish Bar in Neath Port Talbot

Ordered take away at 6.30pm on new years eve. 8.30 pm still waiting for food. Telephoned and were told the driver was out delivering and we were due on his next delivery. Assumed it was down to the fact it was new years eve and they were busy. Another hr or so and we ended up collecting it ourselves. The shop was empty and our food was boxed up but they had completely left out one meal. On getting it home the food was cold, greasy and had a strange oily taste. It looked awful and that's how it tasted. Wouldn't use it again or recommend to anyone else.

Just came back from a weekend away and fancied fish & chips. Unfortunately the place we normally go to is closed on a Sunday hence us trying Lee’s Fish Bar and Chinese Takeaway. We ordered two off fish and chips and a curry sauce. Absolutely disgusting food. The batter on the fish was overcooked and in areas was actually burnt black. The batter was undercooked on the inside and when the batter was removed just a small piece of undercooked fish which was not edible. (See photos) - obviously the mixture is too thick. I now remember why I don’t use this place and rest assured I won’t be using them again! Food is vile!!!

Have been to Lee's regularly (once a week) for more than 20 years for delivery. Always been awesome but the last few experiences have been awful. Waiting 2 hours after being told 45 to 1 gour wait. Today waited 2 hours. Not happy. Loyal beyond but have hit a wall

The food was very bland and tasteless. I ordered a special curry with boiled rice. Won’t be calling here anytime soon. Only tried here this time for a change from the usual Chinese, never again!

Ordered from here and the customer service was appalling. They got my order wrong by saying they cannot read the writing on the order because it's too small. They would only provide me with the correct order if I paid delivery again for their mistake. After arguing amongst themselves, they hung up on me. 0/10 would stay clear.

Food is great and a good price, lady is nice :) love the chips. The service is quick in the takeaway, don’t understand the negative reviews

Food taste like crap, the asian woman has the dirtiest attitude I have ever seen. Treats staff like rubbish, although that is well known throughout the local area.

Just bought 3 x lots of chips, jumbo sausage, 1 with baked beans. Chips were greasy, full of crumbs of over cooked chips. Will never go there again

I called in here to get myself some food and let’s just say I will not be calling again very rude customer service food tasteless not even the salt and vinegar had flavour and I had sausage chips and barbecue sauce the source was bright pink with no flavour at all How this place is still going I do not know there is no wonder it only has a three star absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs

Waited over three hours for food. Ordered food at 6.30 to be told it would take an hour to an hour and a half delivery, waited two hours before ringing to be told they were waiting for a driver but it was ready, three hours comes and still no food. Rung again to cancel the order as at this point we are hungry and very annoyed to be told we can not cancel as it is already on its way, we explained that by this point the food as been hanging around so much and was cold we did not want it. We were told that if it was cold we could call and the driver would come back with a refund, but judging by the fact its been three hours at this point a refund would never happen. Three hours and 30 mins the driver knocks the door with our food we reject the order and get food elsewhere. will not order from here again i understand that places get busy but why keep taking orders if you can not keep up or do not have the drivers.

Wife just picked up food from here. I had chicken balls, chips and bbq sauce. The sauce was pink and tasted nothing like bbq. Phoned up to complain and tried to be polite and told them that it doesn't taste nothing like bbq. They offered me another "free" sauce but wouldn't replace the food that was smothered in the pink sludge... and told me that the pink bbq sauce is what their famous for ! Avoid. Only fit for the bin.

Very disappointed food cold due to the detour of the driver to a different town..... incomplete order phone for missing item..... heard a lot of shouting in the background felt sorry for the girl on the other end of the phone.... finally arrived after we had finished our meal..... never ordering from there again... over priced.... cold plain food.... made us feel ill after

Been a customer of Lees for years (30 Years) as I've lived in Margam nearly all my life. I will never be setting foot in the place again due to the service received. Ordered a meal for £18 and was told it would be delivered in about an hour. An hour and 20 minutes passed so we called to see if it was on it's way, we were told it left the shop already and will be here shortly, another 30 minutes passed an it turned up cold. Called the shop to tell them and they said "well there's nothing we can do now" I said I'll bring it back and I'll have a refund. I had my money shoved in my hand, no apologies so I said are you not going to apologize for the 1 hour 40 minute wait for cold food and was told well it only just left so it was hot when it got to us. I said we called and you said it was on it's way and they said no we just made it. They have no customer service skills, Liars and the food has gone expensive for what you get Never again!

Within radar distance if tbe Twelve knights but the hotel would makevyou wish you aint bothered. 1hr waits and so and so meals you earn it andbeside the Ind i an food service lacks in Port Talbot

We order from her on a regular basis the Chinese food is excellent and good portion sizes, I some times take the left overs to work Big Bob and Lou love when I have the peppered beef and special fried rice they always share it with me,

Quick service.Good price and Good hot food. Excellant customer service. Easy parking in well lit area.

Ordered roast chicken chow mein. Arrived with a load of congealed pink goo on it. Totally inedible. Rang up to advise them of this and had a load of attitude off the lady on the phone. No apology. Very disappointed as used them for years. Will not be going back.

I adore Lee's as it's a chippy that also does Chinese food. Best of both worlds. The curry sauce is awesome as it'. Chinese style. The food is always great. service is always prompt. The chips are good. Tasty.

We only have takeaways and We have never had a bad meal and they only charge a £1 for delivery and if they say 20 to 25 min they are bang on time love the curry love the chow main
