Disappointed to find our order incorrect on delivery and when I called the shop I seemed to be met with an argumentative tone. Kebab was average at best and there are far better kebabs in Port Talbot to be had. Replacement kebabs were sorted and in good time so that was a positive. Won’t be rushing back here.

i am missing food and it took longer than the drive here i understand food takes time to be prepared but not near enough time it took and the food wasn’t hot it was warm and missing some food a very big shame

Superb food from local chippy and superb delivery as always. 30 minutes early and a polite courteous driver!

Every time we order from here the chips are hot but the food accompanying them is always cold. We stopped ordering for a while and tried again and still the same.

Normally good but tonight it was poor quality

Have been recommended this place, so we went. Was not disappointed. Had lovely fish and chips. Mushy peas were lovely too. Had a battered mars bar to start, had to eat that as it came out of the fryer! Definitely one to try

l had fish bites. Enormous portions, nice fresh fish, perfect crispy batter. Quick delivery, food arrives red hot. Service and quality of food is excellent. Can't be beat. I've tried all local providers this is the very best.

Order at 5:50pm and arrived at 7:20pm need I say more!! Time changed and text sent to me so not great, Live less than a mile away too! Food was cold, not sure what’s happened to this place of late. Time to look else where for takeaway!

not the best tonight which is very unusual. driver arrived with wrong order. phoned to complain. driver came back to collect wrong order. was told that we would get the correct order. driver came back 10 mins later with the same incorrect order.

I'm 37 and this was the best kebab, sauce, chips I've ever had in one sitting. Not generic by any means. I will only order my kebabs from here now on. out of this world...and real chips. faultless

Very good fish and chips , not the cheapest and parking can be tricky.

Food was awful. Chips were hard and stale and just warm. Beans were cold and needed reheating, could have just cracked open a can and heated myself. Bread roll was dry. Not the usual standard, but won't be ordering again.

Absolutely fab food have ordered lots of times and never had a bad meal.

Not sure if it's under new management haven't been here for a while. But I definitely won't be going back. The chips were OK, loads of bits though but the fish was disgusting it was greasy and the batter was inedible partly because of the grease and partly because it was overcooked. The fish inside was grey about 5mm thin and looked so unappetising. Had wonderful fish and chips in the past. So disappointed.

Very poor delivery on this. Ordered at 7:30pm and did not deliver until 9:09pm. Had to call twice. Food was warm although very greasy compared to normal. Very disappointed this order.

Always great chips and the service is spot on - you usually have a short wait but for when the food is this good it's no wonder. Prices are exceptionally good compared to others. Well done.

Honestly the best Kebab ever, beautiful flavoured meat, slightly spicy and garlicy - but not hot, lovely and fresh. Others taste bland and greasy in comparison. I won't go anywhere else.

The food I've always ordered has been top notch but sadly not this time. The fish was almost half the size it usually is and had been kept warming in the cabinet way too long, was not cooked fresh. The chips wasn't as nice as they usually are either

Lovely food, but the portions are so small, I ordered a large set meal and it wasn’t enough.

Fabulous fish and chips I lived bout three miles away from the shop it’s but it’s worth the journey we usually have one large fish and one big chips and that’s plenty for the two of us to share

The best fish and chips ive had in years! To be honest the last 2 years I have found that I have given up with chip shops as their portions are tiny and the prices are sky high and food is sub par but today I thought I'd give here a go and it's restored my faith. Good portions for a large chips, crispy fresh fish. Most chip shops I find can't get the balance of freshly cooked and crispy its either soggy or left in heater for ages where its just dry rather than crispy but here was the perfect balance and lovely brown cooked chips (not rushed and under done like most other chippys) Would recommend highly!

Orders at ten past 7 delivers at 10 past 9 though that was disgusting hope this does not happen to everyone put my husband off ordering off them soon again

We ordered fish,chips, battered sausage and a savaloy. Everything was great, just the fish was rubbery, not flakey.

In all fairness the driver was polite and the delivery early in which I was not expecting it to be. really good on the portion for me and my mum. Definitely ordering the meal again for both of us.
