Leddy's hosted a Wedding Breakfast for our small wedding party, and it was a brilliant experience. We were able to meet with Evie and Matt to create a bespoke menu, filled with our favourite things. Evie was a great point of contact throughout, answering our questions, and they were very flexible and accomodating with dietary requirements, preferences and requests. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day Evie was an excellent host, making sure everything ran smoothly, and Matt created an excellent 3 course dinner - everything was incredibly tasty. We would highly recommend Leddy's for private dining, and we will definitely be back! Thank you both, and the Leddy's Team!

We went to Leddy’s to celebrate my birthday. The staff went out their way to make it a memorable experience. The menu was of locally sourced produce and prepared well and tasted great. A nice happy birthday on my dessert which was a nice added touch. Would highly recommend

I visited Leddys on Sunday for the first time with a friend and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Upon arrival the staff were so friendly and attentive. We tried the special menu which has been on a couple of times in the last 2 months which is put together by Blaine and Matt. We shared 6 dishes and had a dessert. From langoustines to sirloin steak - everything was absolutely fantastic. If you haven’t been to Leddy’s I urge you to get booked in and go. You will have a superb experience and will not be disappointed. Thanks to all the staff for a great afternoon.

Proper Sauce Pot Menu Wow each dish we had was delicious, the flavours amazing. We have dined at Leddy’s previously and had their regular menu and last nights experience was equally delightful.

Cosy, comfortable and welcoming. Lovely, friendly service from start to finish. A great menu with just the right amount of options including good vegetarian choices. All six of us loved what we ordered, enjoying every mouthful. Perfect sized portions, which allowed us to indulge in all three courses! Would highly recommend and will look forward to another visit in the future 😊

Wonderfully intimate restaurant which really is all about the quality of food. We also had been offered a complimentary glass of bubbly due to a mix up with booking, we didn’t have to remind them, they brought this straight over for us. I chose the langoustine for starter and mussels for main, I was not disappointed! Probably the best I’ve ever tasted. The only thing missing was some nice sourdough to mop up the delicious sauces left in my bowl! Highly recommend and will be back! Yum yum! 😋

Honestly this is hands down one of the best menus I have ever tasted. We came for date night in May 2024 and my partner can be a bit of a fussy eater but we both thoroughly enjoyed the starter, main AND desert. Personally I think the pricing was extremely reasonable for the quality you get, the best steak I have ever eaten. We have booked to go back in October for our anniversary and I'm already counting down the days !!! Absolutely winning this place is !

Well laid out small restaurant with a very relaxed atmosphere having a small but very interesting menu but boy does it deliver food which is very pleasing on the eye and has delicious flavours, add the excellent service from the staff and this is a certain winner all day long.

Second visit to Leddy’s for a special occasion meal this time. Atmosphere and service excellent. Mussels delicious. Mains of chicken and steak were a bit disappointing. Wasn’t much on the menu this time that I fancied and didn’t particularly want a burger at such an upmarket venue.

Next level eatery, the flavour of the food was amazing, would have preferred more courses as the portions were small. Well worth the cost.

We had a great experience at Leddy's and would definitely go back again. The restaurant is really nicely presented with lots of nice touches, and there is a great atmosphere inside; all of the staff were very friendly and amenable. The food was beautifully cooked and presented, and we both enjoyed the steak main course in particular! Melbourne is a lovely village so well worth a visit for a few drinks and a meal at this lovely little restaurant.

Leddy’s never disappoints! We had another fantastic meal here recently, which I am sure I will be dreaming of until our next trip to Melbourne. The staff are friendly, polite and extremely professional - we were never found wanting. Well done team!

We only live 5 minutes walk from Leddy's and this place is one more reason why we love Melbourne! First visit, won't be the last. The food was seriously good! My wife and I both had the scallop with pearl barley and cauliflower - wow! The chicken in tarragon butter sauce was great but my favourite dish was the dessert - Cashel Blue, which is Irish blue cheese with a shortbread case full of walnuts in burnt honey. The best cheese and biscuits ever for me! Always enjoyed going to The Bay Tree but the level of skill is a step above that here. The service was also first class and the place itself is impressive. Michelin Star standard. Well done!

Front of house staff very friendly from the moment we arrived, Service was very efficient but didn't feel rushed! The restaurant was very cosy and had a relxed atmosphere. The food was soo fresh and tasted incredible, packed full of flavour and plenty to chose from off the menu without being bombarded. Will definitely be going back

After waiting 3 months for a table, I had high expectations and was not disappointed! Incredible food, great service, cosy vibe. Will definitely return.

We decided to try the Saturday Brunch. Very nice inside and service was quick and cheerful. I opted for "The Whole Hog" a full breakfast. I was a little disappointed when it arrived. Not as big as I thought it might be and a bit of liquid on my plate from the scrambled eggs. However, it made up for that in the depth of flavour in everything. Italian sausage was very good, as was bacon and black pudding. The potato was spectacular, full of flavour and worth eating on their own. Well worth a visit and my wife enjoyed what she described as one of the best Bloody Marys she has had. And she has had a few!

Please try Leddy's - you will not be disappointed! We have been several times now and we have enjoyed every visit. The food is delicious and you can tell that Matt thoroughly enjoys what he does as it comes out in the food. There is a lady that works there (I'm sorry I have forgotten your name) that remembered us during our third visit and thanked us for supporting the restaurant which was very kind.

First time at Leddy’s and we definitely would like to return frequently. The most important thing is the food is delicious and so beautifully presented but in addition we received excellent service and enjoyed the ambience whilst receiving good value for money. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Well done to all of you at Leddy’s.

Leddy’s hosted our small, intimate wedding breakfast. Everything was perfect - nothing was too much trouble for Matt & Evie. We had a bespoke menu just for us and the food was completely delicious. The service was excellent; there when you need it but not in your face. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Fantastic meal!! Had the mussels to start and beef picanha for main, wife had beef tartare and cod - all perfectly cooked! Delicious meal and very reasonably priced for the quality - will be recommending to everyone / anyone. Special shout out to the staff too, very friendly and welcoming - need to get a new front door latch though ;)

After hearing the fabulous reviews about Leddys, I decided to book for Valentines Evening. Rather than the usual menu, they had opted for a 6 course taster menu. Now, last week I had said I could quite easily become a vegetarian due to the lack of meat I eat because of being so fussy, but after this meal, that’s never happening!!!! The menu was amazing, things I would very easily steered away from if i had seen it on a menu. This gave me the kick up the derrière to go in open minded and try different foods. I have to say the food was exceptional, every course was a taste sensation. I haven’t stopped talking about it yet. I did suggested that the Lavender Treacle tart ought to be available to order to take home. I will 100% be back…I’m dropping hints for Mothers Day, Birthdays, Father’s Day….any reason to go back!

Well, what can I say! Other than exceptional’ from the moment of entry to absolute class service’ the produce used is a true statement of how good the food is. The menu is tight knit to allow fresh ingredients every time’ the taste never lies….. we came for my wife’s birthday treat along with our 3yr old daughter, the young lady who served us and mainly looked after us was’ one of the most graceful people I’ve ever meet in such a short period of time! Nothing was too much bother! The chef and team are first class’ this is definitely a place which I personally will recommend to everyone I know. Thanks very much LEDDYS for a wonderful dinner. Can’t rate this place highly enough, everything was perfect from the booking, service, food and ambiance. Friendly and chilled with amazing food. The only bad thing is it’s so good it’s booked up for months! In fact, it’s awful, don’t go 😜

The whole experience was a bit disappointing to be honest. Was expecting great food based on reviews.

How lucky are we in Melbourne to have this little gem! Exceptional surrounding, professional staff who are well informed of the menu, not to mention very pleasant and helpful. Mats menu is original and full of flavour. Evie is perfect as front of house, attending to every small detail. The only problem being, Ledy’s is so popular tables are limited, so enjoy every mouthful, until the next time.

We had a fabulous evening to celebrate my Hubby’s Birthday , our first visit to Leddy’s What’s not to love . The food and service were excellent, the restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and is very well appointed. The staff were marvellous and attentive without being too intrusive. The four of us in our party selected different dishes, all beautifully presented and perfectly cooked to perfection. In all a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return. Thank you Leddy and your team for giving us a special evening .

We visited Leddy’s on Saturday evening (table of four) and had the most wonderful time. An idyllic location and a quaint, tastefully decorated restaurant you feel a warm and welcoming feeling as soon as you step through the door. A diverse menu offering something for everyone, we had the belly pork / mussels starter which was sublime and presented wonderfully. Our mains order comprised of the Mushroom Risotto, Scallop / Black Pudding / Pancetta burger, Leddys Burger and the Ribeye steak. Our table was silent for a moment after the first bite, in awe of how good it tasted. I personally had the steak and can comfortably say it is the best I have ever had; it melted in my mouth. The homemade chips are to die for and we also shared the mac and cheese side which was equally as scrumptious. To round off the evening, we couldn’t resist dabbling with the pudding menu. After hard consideration we went with the sticky toffee pudding, pannacotta and the chocolate torte. It may not surprise you to report there wasn’t so much as a crumb left- delicious. We are truly lucky to have such a fantastic restaurant on our doorstep. You have done a great job in the renovation and we cannot wait to visit again in the new year. Top marks and we hope you have a great Christmas. Keep up the good work!!!!

Couldn’t recommend Leddy’s highly enough. A brilliant, warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment you enter, with incredible food to match. Every course was absolutely outstanding. A massive thank you for accommodating for my awkward allergies also. Get booked in as soon as you can you will not be disappointed. Can not wait for my next visit.

FANTASTIC! My wife and I were lucky enough to get a table for the opening night and we were not disappointed. The welcome and atmosphere throughout the evening were great and the food was incredible! They’ve made a great feature of an old trap door looking down into the cellar which adds such character to an already impressive restaurant. We’ll definitely be visiting again once we can get booked in!

From the moment we walked in it was fantastic. As a lover of interiors, the setting we were surrounded by is absolutely beautiful! It’s an intimate atmosphere with a real buzz. The service is quick, and of course, the food is absolutely beautiful! I’m a lover of muscles and I can honestly say these are the best I’ve had! My husband had a steak which was superb, and we loved the quirky steak knife it came with! The menu selection is great and the sides were so tasty, definitely recommend the hassle back potatoes! You’ve got to visit the toilet too, it’s fantastic! We wish we could eat here every day, HIGHLY RECCOMEND!
