I highly recommend. The dishes are excellent, well cooked and presented with care. The flavors awaken your taste buds and the aromas of the spices make you want to eat everything. The address should be kept because for me it is one of the best restaurants in Yarm.

Enjoyed the traditional tastes Including the traditional green lemonade. Good Quality 👍 enjoyed the service.

Food was absolutely delicious. Was great to eat authentic Lebanese food! Although service was a tad bit on the slow side given the time we arrived was quiet.

We ordered a chicken parmo and lamb shawarma wrap with chips, the wrap was so soggy and lumps of gristle, definitely it was not fresh, looked like Defrozen and it tasted disgusting. The chips was overcooked and was heavily oily I couldn’t eat it at all. The Parma was a frozen one as I saw it with my own eyes when he put it in the fryer and I asked him a few times, are you using frozen parmos? he completely ignored me and never replied. It was our first time and will never go there again

Appalling service 2 hour wait still didn't receive order staff kept putting phone down on us don't waste your money still awaiting refund won't use them again.

Food is generally very good but really bad experience when an order wasn't delivered. Customer service is non existent. Won't be using again.

Favourite restaurant in Yarm! Always incredible service. Great, authentic food and the prices are not bad at all. The restaurant itself looks a bit lacklustre but the food and the waiting team will exceed expectations. Chicken shawarma and the mixed starter platter are my favourites. Portions are very generous but they will pack up any leftovers.

Ate here for the 3rd or 4th time in 3 months tonight and as usual the service from the young ladies and gentleman, the food and the atmosphere was incredible, my favourite place to eat in Yarm and I will be back!

Good two hours after ordering takeaway, cold and couldn't get through on the phone. Most of my family went home as they were sick of waiting and had to be home for 7pm. Very disappointed as they weren't like this before.

beautiful lebanese food, really high quality, very delicious but my only criticism is the chips were poor.

One dish was missing - but too late as the food would have been cold if we asked for it to be sent.

Absolute garbage food, all crammed in a plastic bag. Cheesy chips stuck to paper and Lamb Shwarma rap stuffed into the cheesy chips box. Lamb was just lumps of gristle and will never order from here again the standards have dropped right off. Phoned and they take no responsibility. Told me to ring Just Eat for the £28 refund...

Ordered as delivery on Uber Eats. Food arrived cold not even warm enough. Was really looking forward to try their food for first time as I love Lebanese food. Utterly disappointed with the quality of the food. Quite chewy meat skewers as if I am sure meat was not fresh & probably meat was in their fridges for quite a while. Not going to buy from them ever again considering the price for the 2 platters I paid with delivery £50.

I had very bad experience on this restaurant. I had ordered 3 shawarma wraps. they had soggy bread because of oil and looked like they were not made fresh and were reheated. I informed the manager, he said they were made fresh from the shawarma grill. I asked him to show me me grill, there was no grill present there. Then he said it has been taken off because they are near to closing. Not at all satisfied with service and explanation. The restaurant was not upto mark compared to what is being advertised. Please avoid this restaurant. It would have been zero star. The reason I gave 1 star is because they took off price of 1 shawarma from my bill. otherwise horrible experience.

Very surprised. Had passed by when on my own. I didn't approach this place as I was worried I didn't know what to have. I was not wanting junk food or sandwiches but not a large lunch. Then my son who goes in regular had said you need to try there. So we both went. Omg.. I loved it! Picked up menu immediately saw Lentil soup with Lebanese bread. That was me sorted. My fave...!! Looked no further. My son goes for the Schwarma s.. All meals I saw in there were presented beautiful. The staff are soooo good and helpful.. What a lovely experience. You must try it... Great value not expensive.

Lovely food and nice friendly staff who took great care of us. We were a bit overambitious and ordered too much but it was all great! Don't skip the hummus and baba ganoush. Loads for vegans too!

So disappointed in them last night. Chips were completely undercooked. The response was next time we will give you some free chips. Well, that's great and all, but my food was inedible :( wrap was also soggy today. With no Halloumi in one side, I'm just disappointed.

partly disappointed 😕, the food is quite tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired (serve hummus in a deep plate and do not give a spoon, the knife is not suitable for spreading this snack on bread as it is thin and long for steak 🤣🤪), the table is wobbly because of the uneven floor, asked for a fork, had to be reminded (and all the obvious things) not attentive to guests ... the menu paper is so worn out that it is unpleasant to hold in your hands ... do not ask your guests if they liked the food, do not inquire if they need anything during the entire visit ... no salt on the table ... the presentation also leaves much to be desired ... the salad almost falls out of the plate (as if there is no larger plate) you can't hear the music and there is no cozy atmosphere ... no desire to return 🤷‍♀️

Catered for our party of 14 people. Service after starters was incredibly slow. We arrived at 7:30 and ended up leaving at 10:30. Food was very nice though, and I would visit again.

Interesting. I ordered at pepperoni pizza for lunch. Usually I can polish off a pizza any time of the day but struggled with this one. I think mainly because it reminded me of an extra large cheese scone with extra cheese, topped with tomato sauce and pepperoni. Maybe Lebanese pizzas are different. I had to leave a few slices - which I regretted as it was quite tasty. Not really what I'd call a pizza though. The base was kinda like a cross between a pastry and a dough - almost flakey. Which was a bit odd. And talk about cheese-laden. It was like the chef threw in some cheddar for good measure. Sometimes less is more - and ideally just mozzarella. It's a pizza, not a parmo. But at £6.95 I really can't complain. With a salad it would certainly do two people for lunch. It has a light and airy feel inside but the tables are just cheap laminate. The kitchen is open plan which gives the diner a sense of the immediate. I had a quick read of the menu and I'd definitely come back - and I'd be happy to bring company. In sum I'd say I can make better pizzas. But then I did work in restaurants for a good few years.

My lamb was cold, tough, overcooked and tasteless. I tried one piece and threw it away. I was offered £8.64 credit for an inedible dish that cost £17.

When the bill came, I found out that this platters was 50£, they didn't warn me in advance that the order was for 2 people and 50. It is expensive for the platters and the menu should change in my opinion.thanks

I order takeaway regularly from Lebabeat as the food is usually tasty, fresh and to a high standard but my last meal was inedible and tasteless. One of the more expensive options of lamb chunks, there was no taste of lamb and so overcooked it nearly broke my tooth. The Aryes were burnt and the bread was chewy and tough. I was offered a ‘free meal’ alternative but as it was so bad I’m not sure I would order again and would have been more satisfied with a refund 🥲

I ordered the chicken wings and the mixed grill as a main course. The chicken wings were unseasoned, greasy and flavourless. It was accompanied by so-called garlic dip. The mixed grill consist of one piece of tough lamb more likely mutton, with equally tasteless and unseasoned pieces of chicken and meatball. The chips were overcooked dry and inedible One of the worst meals I’ve experienced in years needless to say I won’t be back

I spent £30 on the worst meal I’ve ever had. For starters, I had chicken wings totally tasteless even with the so-called flavourless garlic sauce! The mixed kebab of chicken, meatball and lamb was greasy and flavourless. The accompanying chips were equally abysmal they were dry overcooked and inedible.

Really disgusting experience. Ordered online and use to order fairly frequently as it was enjoyable. But today the entire order was wrong. No seasoning on the fries, the chicken completely different, not shredded but chunks, not unlike dog food. No colour the chicken was not red like advertised and it tasted horrifically bland. Really enjoyed this place but now I won't order again it's ear the standards have dropped off the cliff as its obviously clear the order is wrong.

We visited lebaneat on a Thursday night. The place was empty. (A couple came in and left without eating) and there was one more couple in there. We waited over an hour for food to arrive! No one had anything extravagant, Shawarmas and a parmo! We had to go and ask for more drinks as no one came to check if we had ran out. The food looked delicious when it arrived but it was just ok, not full of flavour just meh! (The chips were nice with some seasoning on!)

Not happy with food quality of mixed veg wrap. Veg not fresh looked from precooked frozen. Mix platter potatoes mushy not fresh. Biryani very bland and did not seem fresh mutton has smell.

I have eaten her a number of times over the last couple of weeks. The store is very clean, tidy and well presented. Staff are attentive, especially Marissa who works front of house most days. The food is as great as other Lebaneat stores which I have previously tried and lunchtime menu is priced very affordably.

Food arrived well packaged and piping hot - no mean feat from Yarm to Thornaby on a Friday teatime. The mixed grill is excellent value and was tasty.

A refreshing change. Plenty on the menu for everyone and reasonably priced. Will go again. The only negative was a very small wine list.

Might have been having an off night, but quite frankly it was awful… Falafel was black and as hard as a rock. The lamb was dry as a bone and everything was cold. Had I been ‘eating in’ I’d have sent the lot back.

Food quality was lovely. The wrap, rice and cheese were fab. The pizza tasted nice however it seems the toppings of the pizza flew over the box, and there was a hole at the bottom of the box and some of the toppings fell out everywhere and over my mum’s shirt.

Really enjoyable experience at Lebanet, the food was light on dressings, flavoursome and really fresh. Looking forward to another visit soon.

I’ve had a bad experience in York today with a lack of understanding about accessibility issues. When ordering from Labaneat today the guy had seen me struggling and said ‘the drinks are outside, I’ve seen you struggling, let me get that for you’ I broke down at this point as it was the biggest and best show of kindness I could have hoped for. Something so small yet so meaningful. 100 out of 10 for customer service.

(Didn’t eat in the shop, we had a Just Eat delivery) Absolutely gorgeous food! I had a halloumi wrap and my mum had a falafel and halloumi wrap! They were great! It came with chips which were beautifully seasoned! But the rice, the rice was the best rice I’ve ever had- absolutely beautiful!! We also shared the starter platter which was also very lovely!! I would definitely have the food from here again, and I would highly recommend people to try it!! :)

Food was delicious when we visited last Saturday although when splitting the bill we were charged full price instead of halving it. Staff apologised but otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Absolutely fantastic food and staff, the chefs are from the Lebanon so the food is tasty and authentic. The service staff are happy and full of smiles and the price is fair for the quality of food. Having lived in the Middle East and sampled similar cuisine it’s really nice to come here and be dragged back to those wonderful times. I wholeheartedly recommend you al to visit and sample the delights here.

Excellent service and food. Guidance in most appropriate dishes to buy was needed as large platters were v large and 2 served 6 with additional flat breads.
