wouldn't go anywhere else atm for parmo it's absolutely gorgeous thick succulent chicken cooked to perfection proper home made chunky chips and creamy coleslaw 🤤 11/10

Used to get lots of pulled pork with the mac nd cheese but there wasn’t much on at all this time and everything else just felt like it had been sitting awhile as the pasta was starting to go hard, definitely unfortunate because it’s normally really good

First time I've ordered from Flamez Lounge and I'll be ordering from here again. The Parmo was really good and proper chips too.

Tried to eat in, Waited 45mins but food never arrived despite asking. Staff rude and unhelpful. Paid for the drinks and left....

over half an hour late , wasn't very helpful on the phone when I rang up to change my original order from collection to delivery , so therefore have ended up being charged twice. food wasn't too bad tbf shame about customer services and again over half an hour late .

Amazing food, great prices. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Melt in your mouth ribs, wings and parmo.. wow!

Ordered lamp chops and chicken wings. They rang to say lamb chops not available so sending another portion of wings, arrived with no garlic sauce.

Up there as the worst experience imaginable. Ordered for delivery at 6.50, after the dope of a waitress had taken 10 minutes to take my order after asking "is that it?" After each dish I decided to call and ask if delivery was near at 8.30 after being told if was on its way, my dad decided to ring around 9pm and wa again ensured it was on its way. The food was then delivered by a chav who threw the food at me and ran away without taking payment. Upon inspecting the order we found there was no steak to the dismay of our 84 year old guest who it was meant for. The delivery drive then returned for the 100 pound charge, no steak in sight. Upon ringing to tell them I hadn't receive my steak the manager ensured me they had put the steak in and they were very busy. My partner managed to make them send the steak out eventually which arrived looking like it was cooked on the kids corsas engine on the way back for the 3rd time. Funny because they sent the peppercorn sauce this time when rveryothet time they would send the steak baguette they used to offer and no sauce. Last time I'll be using there services. Absolute scrap.

Food is nice, but delivery was late and instructions given on the message weren't met. Pulled beef Nachos were very soggy when they arrived as was covered in salsa (even though this isn't mentioned in the description) - couldnt eat them!

Really delicious food here and very generous portions. Most of us couldn't finish our meals. The parmos were spot on with the toppings and cooked perfectly - crisp outside juicy inside. Chips are proper chips and lush for dipping. The smashed burgers were juicy and delicious. The chicken sizzler kebab was lovely but a bit too tomatoey for two members of our party. We were the only people in (Sunday 4pm). Service was friendly but a bit patchy - we think maybe the waitress was busy with takeaway orders or something back of house. Nice interior and warm enough. Birthday songs are played if you go for the occasion. Recommend

A perfectly cooked, very nicely presented Sunday lunch. Vegetables were excellent, meat incredibly tender, gravy and Yorkshire puddings were faultless. Highly recommended

we use flamze lounge quite regularly. Tonight's food mainly the chicken parmasan was just a pile of slop in my opinion made to order then microwaved to heat it up, the bech just tasted of flour and no crisp to the breadcrumbs very poor in what I'm used to from this company disappointed is a understatement.

everything was cold apart from the 2 tins of fanta, which were warm. outstanding achievement if I am honest. requesting a refund.

waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I only ordered the brisket mac and cheese. that costs £11. Then the driver didn't get out of his car to look for my house, rang me saying he couldn't find it even though I left specific directions, so I had to go out and get it. this used to be the go to place for me, not anymore. that wait time was ridiculous for pasta

Made a mistake for my first review that was for somewhere else I apologise This is for the sunday dinner it was small the roast potatoes was bit dry and there was no yorkshire pudding

Have ordered from here lots of times and usually love it but the food was 30 mins late (the driver did have to wait a minute or two as I didn’t hear the door my fault) also paid £11 for a “brisket mac and cheese” for it to be a smaller portion than usual and no brisket on it! Bit disappointed tbh!

I should have known when the whole restaurant was empty to just walk out but we didn’t. The waitress didn’t know what the drinks were but she was hella pretty. I assume he was chef by the clothes he was wearing but he was just casually laying on one of the booth seats? You could hear arguing in the back. The whole customer service was little off. The food was somewhat questionable? We had the flaming sizzler and it was literally covered in tomato sauce. Not ketchup more of a tomato puree. The buffalo ribs were overdone and had no seasoning. Not even salt or pepper yikes. The only good thing was the parmo. We opted for a steak topping rather than a pepperoni topping. It was a huuge portion and had a good taste. Overall was it worth the journey of 50 minutes? No. Would I come back? Definitely not. Save your money and choose somewhere else. I have given two stars only because the waitress is pretty and that the parmo was decent. They can do better but choose not to.

Came here with friends and family. As usual the food was excellent. It's hidden away but worth the effort. Will come here again when in the area. Service was excellent. The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning which necessitated having to leave the door open because it was so hot.

Ordered a T-Bone…. Got half a T-Bone, literally half of it missing! Missed 2 portions of chips off the order and didn’t read the notes that I had requested. Last time from here for me

Not ordered for a while but tonight was a great disappointment. The meat was not what we ordered and had meats in it not on the listing (good job we were not allergic). The sauce was more like tomato pizza base sauce than the usual sizzler sauce. The salad was old and soggy. The only decent part was the chips as usual great quality. We ordered two and they were both really bad quality. Shame they are usually nice.

I used to deliver for this shop...owner was absolutely amazing and friendly.... pizzas are the best there...will be best experience for you there ... strongly recommend them 🙏

Went for my birthday 🎂 meal was lush... there was nobody there so I liked it like that because they made sure the food was nice enough for me... we even had a cheeky sheeshah afterwards too the lounge area is 😍 🤩 👌

Not only did it arrive late but when it finally did arrive and we managed to get settled down to eat, it wasn't what we had ordered. We ordered the chicken and pulled beef sizzler but when we opened it up it was chicken and donner meat. As I cannot eat donner I couldn't eat it.

Greeted on arrival. Friendly staff. Was given menu suggestions. Food was cooked to order. And delicious. A very generous portion on a plate! Decor is beautiful and the place is lovely and warm. Two downfalls, you cannot use your card. And they don't have cordials.

Stopped off on the way after a day in York, kids were famished and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! Service was brilliant. Food was served hot and fast. Sauces were home made and tasted great. I am so glad we chose this over the others on the way back. Definitely worth a visit!

Me and my brother really enjoyed our food, very nice atmosphere, management was very polite and genuine! We ordered a lot of food and we were very surprised how reasonably priced everything was in such classy place! Definitely worth travelling from Newcastle, will definitely be back Inshallah

The food was nice, only a bad thing is garlic and chilli sauce. There is no taste in both sauces, which made me take one star away from reviewing. The staff was very nice atmosphere was very good.defo going back.

I did read a previous review which gave only 1 star because their pudding wasn't quite right yet they lauded the decor and the staff. Doesn't seem quite fair 🤔 Myself and son were recommended to this restaurant by one of the local companys who raved about their parmo which being a londoner had never heard of. He wasn't wrong. The food looked amazing, tasted great and was only beaten by the owners friendliness and the decor. We both left with a full belly and a smile on our face. Highly recommended 😊👍

DO NOT ORDER from this place if you expect your order to be prepared in time. Very poor customer service, rude responses to the issues I experienced. Advisor I spoke to was unwilling to assist me in getting a refund. Have been late every time I have used these for lunch - waiting almost twice as long as I was told I would be each time. I will not be making the mistake from ordering here again.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star really .. first order ever made through ‘just eat’ never turned up was blamed on new delivery drivers was told i couldnt get a refund so was honoured another order for the same price .. ordered since several times and delivery times are always what id deem as an excessive wait !! Tonight ordered food @ 7:30 pm to call 2 and half hours later because still no food to be told the order had conveniently just made it to them baring in mind i had originally called 2 hours after ordering to be to told my food was on its way .. demanded a refund this time round and was told they could still get my order to me but with a 45 min ‘ish’ wait time .. but that quickly changed to actually we will be pushed for time so you still might not get your food .. refund was apparently processed as the phonecall was happening but also told i am best to chase it up in 3/5 days which didnt give me much hope or confidence as i see that if a refunds processed it WILL be issued with in that time scale anyway .. refund lands ill be happy but manager didnt seem all that phased by the prospect of losing custom due to poor running of a takeaway service !! Over all extremely poor service and will not be using this establishment again !! Read the poor reviews written as i can assure you that they are correct and sum up most if not all of my experiences through this establishment !!

I don’t normally write reviews but thought I had to. I was in the area and this place had high reviews so thought I give it a try with my work colleagues. The place was what looked like a industrial estate with units around it. We walked in and were very pleasantly surprised as the decors inside is really nice and the atmosphere is great even though the music was slightly too loud. Service was really good and the waitresses were really polite. The food arrived and was very well presented and looked really delicious and we couldn’t wait to tuck in. We ordered chicken wings with hot sauce and they were really good. Really well cooked and came of the bone really easily. I had a medium rare T bone steak with mash and fries and my friend had a flat iron steak medium well done as he likes it like that. We were very disappointed with the steaks as mine had no flavour to it and seemed to be medium not medium rare. My friend was also disappointed as he said he has had better. Again no flavour. Both our mashed potatoes had lumps in it and it was not creamy at all. The fries were the only thing along with the wings that were nice. We then ordered a Ferrero rocha churros and when it came it had minimal chocolate. We then asked for more chocolate and got it in a tub. Overall desert was okay but not great and food was not good at all. If food was great then defo 5 stars. I gave it a 1 star just for the dessert l.

Having read wonderful reviews my experience was mixed, the nachos starter was brilliant, however my mixed kebab was a disappointment and the chicken was overcooked and dry and hard. There was one waiter who was quite pleasant but generally I was ignored and had a job attracting his attention when I needed another drink

Ordered on Uber Eats (with Uber One subscription) and after 3 and a half hours, it never showed up, even after I and an Uber Eats representative rang and they promised both times if was out for delivery. I'm absolutely appalled, will not be ordering from here again.

Unable to get a simple Order correct. Kabab with lettuce and mayo only. It came with no mayo and with chips that I didnt want and full salad that went to the bin with the chips. Just a waste of time and food. Last time I go there.

Yesterday night we tried flamez lounge, We ordered a mix grill, turkish parmo and chicken penne pasta. Unfortunately I didn’t take pics of that I’ve a short video which I’m not able to upload but the mix grill was outstanding of them all, All parmo comes with two sides and a dip. Pretty much quantity of food and reasonable pricing They provided complimentary fruit trays for iftar as we were fasting. Their service was very quick and ambiance of the place was nice too. I’m definitely returning for trying their steaks P.S everything was halal. Quality: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 8/10 Value: 9/10

Honestly some of the beat food we've ever had. My fiance said you just put Hard Rock Cafe, universal studios, Florida into second place for his best ever burger!!

Ordered a delivery from Flamez lounge as a treat for the family. Was quite expensive but had ordered from here before. We waited a long time for delivery and items were missing. Very difficult to contact the restaurant - when I finally got through I was asked to ring back in 10 minutes which I did. The restaurant offered money off our next order but we have had problems before and we’re trying them for the last time - never again so money off was not acceptable. The restaurant blamed a busy Saturday night - I felt they were quick to take my money but not resolve the problem and upon reading previous reviews this is not an isolated issue - My advice would be to spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.
