Lovely food and staff. Philippe deserves a special mention. Always friendly and professional. We all enjoyed our meals. Very busy but a great atmosphere.

Came for lunch with friends. Philippe was very welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The food was excellent as usual.

We visited over Easter on Bank Holiday Monday, and the restaurant was busy but not full. We were greeted by Phillipe, who was just a joy to have as our waiter. He was attentive, friendly and had a lovely sense of humour. Food was hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered some food off the set menu and other dishes from the main menu. All food was delicious and we were served quickly. Lovely all round family meal and would recommend if you are visiting Leamington. Merci Phillipe

We stumbled across bistrot Pierre and were really pleasantly suprised. The staff were friendly and attentive, and handled a member of our party’s dietary requirements really well. The food was lovely and fresh, and we enjoyed the set menu. Special mention to Philippe, he did a great job and made it a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning to this one along with the other branches.

Gill and I, regulars of the well priced three course meals, were told by a friend to try a Sunday Lunch. It did not disappoint. Fantastic tasty beef, really carotty carrots, fluffy Yorkshire and potatoes, perfect horseradish and velvety red wine gravy on tap. All finished off with yummy puddings, great choice. We will definitely be back.

Leamington has so much choice of eating places but if you don't often eat out you want to be confident of a good experience and over many years BP has given good service, an interesting and changing menu without being pretentious and provided pleasant surroundings. Philippe and co provided the same today. My daughter and I took the 3 course option which came without waiting despite it being fairly busy.

Service was pleasant - but clearly not anyone's full-time job (assume casual labour) and our table as forgotten between courses being served, making ordering drinks a chore. (I want to be looked after if I am paying over £200 for a table of 6). This is the bit that sets The Ivy Brasserie's / similar apart from the more average mundane imitators. Food all in all ok - however, was served the smallest portion of daupinoise I've ever seen with my steak - ( like 1 1/2 inches wide!). Any smaller and they wouldn't have been able to cut it! Booked on a Saturday night, when we arrived they had no booking and despite us showing them the text message from them confirming our booking they were hardly hospitable, saying they could probably squeeze us in. Menus were given and drinks ordered which came quickly, food was ordered and arrived without any words or anything from the waitress, just dumped on the table and she was gone before we could ask for vinegar or mustard, this took another 5 minutes to get someone’s attention and get it to our table and we had the same when we wanted to order another drink. We both got the impression that the staff would much prefer it if there were t any customers in the place. My wife had the house special of Beef Bourgignon and said the meat was really chewy which was a shame from a signature dish. Wouldn’t hurry back.

I rang to book a table. Only to hear a male having a rant at someone about bread. He didn’t announce/confirm who he was. When I asked for a table he just said ‘fully booked’ and put the phone down. However,my daughter booked online 2 minutes later.Said man was shouting across the restaurant, several times, at staff members. In actual fact we found him to be very abrupt, rude to the point he wasn’t actually listening to our drink order whatsoever. Food was a very,very long wait and the tension from staff was palpable.When my daughter asked where the rest of her food was the waitress shrugged and said ‘I’m new’, then walked off! Son in laws meal was incorrect (completely) twice. Eventually came,but we were halfway through ours.We arrived for our table at 8.15, by 9.15 we were being heckled to order any more drinks from the bar as it was closing. We’d ordered another bottle of wine,which took well over 20 minutes to arrive.Then another staff member stood with his watch,telling us we had 10/15 minutes! This was supposed to be a relaxing (as we’ve had previously-different staff) birthday meal for my son in law.We were all literally made to feel so rushed,it was ridiculous. Staff constantly hurrying us up. PHILLIPE your management skills are bordering on bullying. There was nothing you couldn’t have said to the staff in closer proximity,or with a kinder attitude. You were stretched and told us twice you were very busy. Customers don’t want to know, or be made to feel they’re a nuisance. Harassed people make mistakes. I’ve worked at a high level , as has my daughter. We were all appalled by the manner in which you conducted yourself. We left the restaurant just after 9.30, having spent well over £100… in future, I will definitely check your staffing, before booking. Or we shall return to the Coventry branch we’re we’ve often been. They have a lovely atmosphere there,something you should try to replicate. Food was average. PS the halloumi in my burger was cold. Confirmed Reservation for 6 Sep at 7pm , Confirmed with 3 emails , 2 txt message reminders and a phone call . When we arrived was told by female greeter , no reservation in system for us and no tables available . After a lovely first visit, we decided to take the family for dinner, and boy, they didn't disappoint. Flory remembered us upon arrival, and even after she finished her shift, Erica made sure our evening ended nicely. Their level of customer service is a whole different kind of perfect, and we cannot wait to be back soon.

Centrally located, relaxed atmosphere, pleasant staff and delicious food. There is an outdoor area to sit and eat as well as a comfortable indoor restaurant area. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here and would recommend the scallops.

Worst Sunday lunch ever, we were regulars up until now but I will never come back after today’s experience!The service was slow to start with, the starters eventually came out and the calamari was chewy not a great start to the meal.My Sunday lunch of pork loin came and was lukewarm at best with no broccoli, so I sent it back. The waitress said I would be given a new fresh plate of food, this was not the case, it was heated through with the added green veg added as the plate was so hot it had clearly been microwaved. I hardly touched the meal it was inedible as the crackling was tough the same with the meat. This was meant to be a special occasion my birthday but totally ruined I ended up walking out with no meal I’m so upset I will never return and I will never recommend anyone else to go through this ordeal when there are so many good places to eat in leamington spa.

We were regulars here and loved the place, the food and atmosphere but a few weeks ago this all changed.Went for lunch for my wife's Birthday back end of July. Starters and dessert were fine but mains were not good at all. Duck was so dry and over cooked, and my burger was so tasteless, the fries had been cooked in old oil, revolting !I didn't want to spoil the occasion so opted to email a few days later. Took almost a week to reply and all we got offered was a free bottle of house wine when we came back..........will never go back there...what an insult

Lovely afternoon tea here , it was delicious. My son had a children's meal but it was a huge portion ,could be slightly smaller for kids.Waitress with American accent slightly loud and over bearing, kept calling us my love but we still enjoyed our visit.

13 ladies had a great time here yesterday with great food, a lovely menu with lots of choice, and lots of chat and laughter. The staff were all fantastic with a special mention for Flo and the manager (Fil). The service was brilliant and all 13 of us were served together without any fuss. I had the duck breast as my main and it was really tasty and well presented. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was very relaxed even though we were probably a bit on the noisy side!I have made a group Christmas lunch booking today as I know it will be good.

This was our first time, as we thought Bistrot Pierre was just another chain, but when we felt like trying something else, decided to book a table to give it a go. Our waitress Flo was really lovely, very patient with our indecisiveness, but always available when needed. We had a couple of drinks, starters, mains, followed by a bottle of wine. Everything was really nice. We also downloaded the app, which seems like a great way to collect points. The breakfast menu looks great, too, so we will be back in a few weeks.

Booked a meal to celebrate our daughter coming home from Uni back in June. The waitress was excellent, friendly, funny & professional and we were given a corner table in the window. This was our third visit, each time choosing a different main course & dessert & each time being blown away at how lovely it was. Food in here is fabulous, service is excellent, location good - this will always be our restaurant of choice when back in Leamington.

What an amazing restaurant! Lovely welcome with attentive staff. Food was delicious - especially the Thai Halloumi salad. This was a breath of fresh air, with great service and seating to really good food that everyone enjoyed. They recognised that one of our party had mobility problems and made sure that they were seated downstairs. The Confit of Duck was delicious and the service excellent.

We returned to the recently reopened Bistrot Pierre on the May bank holiday weekend. With a mix of allergens and divergent food preferences, all the family finds something they like to eat here. Plenty of gluten-free and vegetarian options along with fantastic beef dishes. Covid measures are in place without feeling cumbersome or cutting into the experience. Other restaurants have squished people in with ugly dividers & panels, but Leamington Spa Bistrot Pierre has reduced their overall table count. Measures are clearly explained and staff maintain good practice while diners have a relaxed, enjoyable meal. We had a Sunday roast as part of the prix fixe menu and had a stunning dinner. Portions are generous and the food delicious. Our server, Bianca, was friendly, addressed the allergen need at the table. Bianca checked on us enough to ensure our experience was a great one without interfering with our dining experience. We will go back. Recommended.

We booked a table at 8 pm for five the waiter asked would we like a drink shortly we ordered the food after 45mins the chap came back to us to say the order had not gone though so not happy cansiled starters .The waiter said he would push the order though has soon has possible well we have know been here over 1your. 30 mins still no food not even a apology or sorry.So we decided to leave and never darken it door again never had such service any where really upset .
